  • This study explores the correlation between system anomalies and large-scale logs within the Spark cluster environment. While research on anomaly detection using logs is growing, there remains a limitation in adequately leveraging logs from various components of the cluster and considering the relationship between anomalies and the system. Therefore, this paper analyzes the distribution of normal and abnormal logs and explores the potential for anomaly detection based on the occurrence of log templates. By employing Hadoop and Spark, normal and abnormal log data are generated, and through t-SNE and K-means clustering, templates of abnormal logs in anomalous situations are identified to comprehend anomalies. Ultimately, unique log templates occurring only during abnormal situations are identified, thereby presenting the potential for anomaly detection.

  • Electrocardiogram (ECG) signal's shape and characteristic varies through each individual, so it is difficult to classify with one neural network. It is difficult to classify the given data directly, but if corresponding normal beat is given, it is relatively easy and accurate to classify the beat by comparing two beats. In this study, we classify the ECG signal by generating the reference normal beat through the template cluster, and combining with the input ECG signal. It is possible to detect abnormal beats of various individual's records with one neural network by learning and classifying with the imaged ECG beats which are combined with corresponding reference normal beat. Especially, various neural networks, such as GoogLeNet, ResNet, and DarkNet, showed excellent performance when using the comparative learning. Also, we can confirmed that GoogLeNet has 99.72% sensitivity, which is the highest performance of the three neural networks.

  • Gestwicki et. al. proposed the technique that detects and predicts the structure of object diagrams from class diagrams to get the improved drawing of object graphs. Their approach finds two predictable structures - recursive clusters and leaf clusters from class diagrams. Their approach is not practical to be applied to real programs, because the starting point is class diagram. In this work, we improve and implement their technique to apply to Java classes. We obtain the structure and relationships of classes and clusters extracted from class files. This information can be provided and used as a template of object graphs for Java execution visualization tools like JIVE.

  • It is very important that we create reference templates to recognize speech of speeker-independent as convergence as possible vocal tract variation of each speaker. We used to clustering technique for this and creation rule of reference templates to be cluster centers is key point of thema. In this paper, we created reference tempaltes using the minimax for existance and MMS technique suggested in this study. Also, we created reference template until top 3 and compared to recognition result. When we create 3 reference templates recognition rate is 91.6% for minimax and recognition rate is 95.8% for MMS.

  • The purpose of this research is to find som ways to model tree forms more efficiently in reference with surveying structural data and handling parameters in plant Editor of AccuRender, the AutoCAD-based rendering software adopting the procedural plant modeling technique. In case of modelling a new tree, because it is efficient to modify an existing tree data as a template, we attempted to classify 81 species' data from existing plant library including conifers and deciduous tree. According to the qualitative characteristics and quantitative parameters of geometrical and branching structure, 8 types of tree form were classified with factor and cluster analysis. Some critical aspects found in the distributions of standardized scores of parameters in each type were discussed for explaining the tree forms intuitively. For adaptability of the resulted classification and typical parameters, 10 species of tree were measured and modelled, and proved to be very similar to the real structures of tree forms. CG or CAD-based plant modelling technique would be recommended not only as a presentation tool but for planting design, landscape simulation and assessment.

  • PCR primers were designed based on consensus sequences of dTDP-D-glucose 4,6-dehydratase, one of the enzymes involved in the biosynthesis of deoxysugar. The PCR product (360 bp) was obtained from Thermus caldophilus GK24. Colony hybridization was carried out to the cosmid library constructed from T. caldophilus GK24 genomic DNA by the PCR product DNA fragment. We isolated a cosmid clone (pSMTC-1) that was subcloned to call pKCB series plasmid (BamHI fragments), partially sequenced and analyzed. pKCB80 (4.2 kb-BamHI DNA fragment) of them showed ORFs that was orfA, orfB, orfC and orfD. The orfABCD gene cluster is the deosysugar biosynthetic gene ; orfA (glucose-1-phosphate thymidylytransferase), orfB (dTDP-D-glucose 4,6-dehydratase), orfC (dTDP-4-keto-L-rhamnose reductase) and orfD (dTDP-4-keto-6-deoxy-D-glucose 3,5-epimerase). The gene cluster that was related in biosynthesis of dTDP-L-rhamnose was also identified by computer analysis, and we proposed that the biosynthetic pathway of deoxysugar analyzed from DNA sequencing of pKCB80 is from D-glucose-1-phosphate, dTDP-D-glucose, dTDP-4-keto-6-deoxy-D-glucose via dTDP-4-keto-L-rhamnose to dTDP-L-rhamnose.

  • This study was initiated to evaluate genetic relationship among various domestic and exotic pepper accessions using random amplified polymorphic DNA(RAPD) markers. The results suggested that the optimum conditions for PCR with random primers in Capsicum spp. could be obtained with 3mM of $MgCl_2$, 1.5U of Taq. DNA polymerase, 10ng of template DNA, $200{\mu}M$ of dNTPs, 200nM of random primer, and $42^{\circ}C$ of annealing temperature. Sixteen random primers showing high band intensity and reproducibility were selected from 80 random primers. Primers having 70% GC content were more effective in DNA amplification than primers having 60% GC content. The total 93 DNA bands including 71 polymorphic bands and 22 monomorphic bands were obtained with selected 16 random primers for 31 pepper cultivars and lines. About 4.4 polymorphic bands per primer were produced. Similarity coefficients were calculated by using 71 polymorphic bands and dendrogram based on the similarity coefficient showed clear classification of 31 peppers into three Capsicum species of Capsicum annuum, Capsicum chinense and Capsicum chacoense.

  • We demonstrate the sol-gel coating technique of colloidal clusters for producing hollow micro-particles with complex morphologies. Cross-linked amidine polystyrene (PS) microspheres were synthesized by emulsifier-free emulsion copolymerization of styrene and divinylbenzene. The amidine PS particles were self-organized inside toluene-in-water emulsion droplets to produce large quantities of colloidally stable clusters. These clusters were coated with thin silica shell by sol-gel reaction of tetraethylorthosilicate (TEOS) and ammonia, and the organic polystyrene cores were removed by calcination at high temperature to generate nonspherical hollow micro-particles with complex morphologies. This process can be used to prepare hollow particles with shapes such as doublets, tetrahedra, icosahedra, and others.
