A Precision Temperature control System Using One-Board Micom (원보드 마이컴을 이용한 정밀온도 제어시스템에 관한 연구)

  • 본 연구에서는 앞에서 개발된 온도 제어 시스템을 더욱 소형 경량화하기 위해 서 일반 마이크로 컴퓨터 대신에 원보드 마이컴(one-board micom)을 사용하였다. 원보드 마이컴은 프로그램을 기계어로 작성해야하는 어려움이 있으나 가격이 저렴하고 주변장치가 필요없으며, 크기가 작아 제어시스템을 소형경량화 시킬수 있는 장점이 있다.

  • Thixoforming process has been accepted as a new method for fabricating near net shaped products with lighweight aluminum alloys. The thixoforming process consists of reheating process of billet, billet handing filling into the die cavity and solidification of thixoformed part,. in this paper the thixoforming experiments are performed with two different die temperature ({{{{ TAU _d}}}}=20$0^{\circ}C$ 30$0^{\circ}C$) and orifice gate type. The microstructures of SSM(357, A490 and ALTHIX 86S) fabricated in thixoforming process are evaluated in therms of globularization and grain size. effect of alloying elements onthe surface and internal defects is investigated. Finally the methods to obtain the thixoformed products with good mechanical propertis are proposed by solution for avoiding the surface and internal defects.

Design of an Auto-Tuning IMC-PID Controller for a Heater System Using uDEAS (uDEAS를 이용한 히터 시스템의 IMC-PID 자동 동조 제어기 설계)

  • This paper deals with the precise temperature control of the heater used at a weaving thread or a drawn process. For precise temperature control, we suggest a design method that is auto-tuning IMC-PID controller using an optimization method uDEAS. For this method, we model the roll heater from the measurement data and we automatically tune the low pass filter value of IMC-PID controller that satisfies stability and conrol performance. Finally, we implement the designed controller using DSP kit.

Processing of Low Salt Fermented Sauce of Shellfish with Citric Acid Pretreatment (구연산 전처리에 의한 개량조개의 저염젓갈가공)

  • In order to develop low salt fermented hen clam sauce with high stability, the effects of citric acid pretreatment and fermentation temperature were examined. The VBN contents of surf clam sauce treated with citric acid (SCA) were lower than those of control and the same sauces added alcohol at two temperature conditions ($5^{\circ}C$ and room temperature) during fermentation. The maximum $NH_2-N$ contents of control and SCA during fermentation at $5^{\circ}C$ were 501.3 and $618.4{\sim}691.6\;mg/100g$, respectively, and the pH of those showed $5.61{\sim}6.24$ and $2.43{\sim}3.21$. The total creatine contents of control and SCA, respectively, were $36.8{\sim}27.6\;mg/100g$ ranges. As the time of treatment with citric acid was longer, the degradation of ATP, ADP and AMP in the SCA was faster. In the control, the Ala content was $19.6{\sim}23.02%$ and was highest level among all free amino acids. As fermenting term was longer, among the free amino acids, Ala and Gly were large amounts in control and SCA, respectively, and Gly was slowly increased in SCA during fermentation. As the results of organoleptic test, the tastes of SCA showed good score than control.

Studies on the Heteroplastic Grafting of Carpathian Walnut (Carpathian 호도(胡桃)나무의 종간품종간접목(種間品種間接木)에 관(關)한 연구(硏究))

  • In order to see the effect of various factors on the success of grafting of walnut, a modified cleft grafting experiment has been conducted with Juglans sinensis Dode, J. regia (persian walnut), J. regiu (carpathian walnut), J. mandshurica, J. nigra and five cultivars of Carpathian walnut as "HANSEN", "METCALFE" "SCHOOL", "ILL CRATH", "LAKE" in a large green house equipped with automatic environmental control system in which temperature of the grafting bed at $28^{\circ}C$ and 85-100% for humidity during the period of January 1981-June 1983. As results of the experiments, the following facts were observed. 1) Hteroplastic grafting was proved to be more successful than homoplastic grafting with all five species tested among the J. regia (carpathian walnut), J. regia (persian walnut), J. sinensis, J. mondshurica, J. nigra. 2) It was interesting to notice that results hight survival of graft high as 99.33-100% with heteroplastic grafting when "Persian Walnut" and "Carpathian Walnut" was grafted on the stock of J. mandshurica and J. nigra. 3) A statistical significance of 5% Level was recognized in the above stocks among five species of homoplastic grafting with heteroplastic grafting and no significance among the scions. 4) The heteroplastic grafting when five cultivars of Carpathian Walnut as above as was grafted on the stock of Juglans nigra and J. mandshurica resulting high survival of graft as high as 85.33-100%. 5) As conclusion, the heteroplastic grafts of Carpathian Walnut and Persian Walnut was grafted on the stock of Juglans nigra and Jugdans mandshurica, the graft union, between stock and scion completed, in short period and was followed by a vigorous growth as well as "Cross Breeding", or hybrization, became apparent, with different desirable traits which could he used to cultivate a Later generation that combined these characteristics.
