Painting process or coating with acrylic film may improve the surface defects of injection molded parts deteriorated by weldlines. flow marks. and etc. However such processes increase the production costs and increase environmental problems. Recently various types of rapid mold heating & cooling technology have been developed in order to improve surface quality of products. In this study. the heating & cooling performance of a telephone case mold is investigated by heat transfer analysis, in which the rapid mold heating & reeling technology is applied. The surface temperature of the mold was measured using thermal image camera and compared with analysis results. The influence of the rapid mold heating & cooling technology on weldline appearance and cycle time increase was also examined.

Voice phishing (vishing) uses social engineering, based on people's trust in telephone services, to trick people into divulging financial data or transferring money to a scammer. In a vishing attack, a scammer often modifies the telephone number that appears on the victim's phone to mislead the victim into believing that the phone call is coming from a trusted source, since people typically judge a caller's legitimacy by the displayed phone number. We propose a system named iVisher for detecting a concealed incoming number (that is, caller ID) in Session Initiation Protocol-based Voice-over-Internet Protocol initiated phone calls. Our results demonstrate that iVisher is capable of detecting a concealed caller ID without significantly impacting upon the overall call setup time.

Along the advancement of mobile networks, fixed telephone networks are gradually advancing from legacy networks based on copper and circuit-switches to optical cables and packet-switched IP networks. Incumbent fixed-line telephone operators are facilitating the introduction of IP networks and are gradually converting to IP-based facilities according to the investment plans for each operator. As the PSTN's IP conversion exceeds a certain level and VoIP; (an alternative service); is activated, some countries; such as Europe; are considering terminating the PSTN service, centering on operators. In this paper, trends in the procedure, timing, and major issues related to the termination of an overseas PSTN are examined. The domestic status is also examined.

In this paper, we implemented the communication module in the Telephone Network Access Subsystem(TNAS) of the Advanced Communications Processing System(ACPS). We defined some kinds of communication tasks and related resources like several queues which are executed in real-time operating system, and implemented the procedures for processing the user information. Through traffic modeling and simulation, the performance of the Service Processing board Assembly(SPA) is evaluated in the aspets of system utilization and buffer size. The ACPS should accommodate various public networks such as public switch telephone network, packet switchen data network, frame realy netork, and ATM network. The communications module proposed in this paper could be used inthe interface beween the SPA and the High Speed Network Adaptor of other network interface subsystems.

본 논문은 B2C기반의 전자상거래 쇼핑몰에서 후불방식의 전화번호에 상품 구매 대금을 지불할 수 있도록 하는 전화요금결제 시스템의 구성 및 기능에 관한 것이다. 전화요금결제 게이트웨이 (Telephone Payment Gateway ： TPG)는 기존 웹/머쳔트 서버 (Web/Merchant Server), 고객관리 시스템 및 요금관리 시스템과 TCP/IP를 기반으로 하여 연동되어, 쇼핑몰 가입자에게 신용카드, 전자화폐 wallet, on-line 입금 등의 지불 방식과는 다른 지불 방식을 제공함으로써, 지불 방식의 다양화를 도모할 수 있고, 인터넷 사용자 대부분이 가지고 있는 PSTN/ISDN 번호를 가지고 쇼핑몰 상품 대금을 지불할 수 있어서, 전 국민을 가입자로 확보할 수 있는 서비스이다.

The Phone Voting service allows subscribers to propose a voting through a telephone, and enables them to survey public opinion using telephone network. The demand on this service is growing faster and demands will be increased much more. It makes the bust traffic at the Toll SSP system on Intelligent Network because of the temporary bust traffic congestion on the Toll SSP compared to the normal call traffic. This paper will show what the problems and the causes are, and how we can solve them. The solution to these problems is an implementation of the SSP function on the Local Excange for the PV service.

It is difficult to find web contents for visual disabilities in spite of rapid growing internet users, infrastructures and advance of computer technology. For the case of usenet newsgroup concerning disabilities, hit rate is even less than E-mail because of lack of accessibility, educational support and economical expense for internet. This paper is addressed to voice usenet newsgroup service by using telephone or web browser for visual disabilities without additional S/W support such as 775, usenet program and installation program, suggests a design method and an implementation example for it. Main features of it are easiness of man machine interface, popularity of access device such as telephone or web browser and independency of particular news server by using NNTP. This system supports general MIME format, is implemented for usenet server of Korean Social Worker's Community and will be implemented for Gomduri InfoNet BBS of Korean Society for Rehabilitation of Persons with Disabilities.

In this paper, the voltage monitoring system is designed to monitor the outage and voltage fluctuation by using a dial-up telephone. The master station receives tire outage signal-such as interruption and voltage sag etc. - from the remote in on-line of real-time. The SCC(Serial Communication Controller) is adapted to monitor voltages multiple clients(about 256 clients) simultaneously. The voltage fluctuation in a normal range shall be transmitted to the master station, at early morning the clients use the telephone less frequently. The operating system shall be "window 95" and the database is programmed in Visual-basic for a easy analysis of voltage fluctuation.
