  • 동(copper) 케이블을 이용한 xDSL 초고속서비스가 널리 보급됨에 따라 외부 전자파에 의한 통신케이블의 전자파 결합특성을 해hi하기 위해 케이블 쉴드층의 전달임피던스가 중요하게 되었다. 본 논문에서는 xDSL 서비스를 제공하기 위해 사용되는 대표적인 형태의 통신케이블에 대해 IEC 96-1의 line injection method를 이용하여 전달임피던스를 측정하였다. 또한 injection line의 위치, 내부 도체의 위치가 전달임피던스에 어떻게 영향을 주는지를 분석하였으며, 이를 근거로 통신케이블의 전달임피던스 특성 모델을 제시하였다.

  • This paper proposes the selection model of the telecommunication company using an analytical hierarchy process. When selecting a telecommunication company, consumers conflict the difficulty In decision-making because there are many competitive and complementary factors of telecommunication companies. To select an optimal telecommunication company, consumers need to consider a number of different quantitative and qualitative factors such as fare, various services, additional function and so on. In this study, we use the analytic hierarchy process based method for selecting the telecommunication company considering various factors to help consumers' decision-making for their benefits.

  • Two-step quadrature phase-shifting digital holography based on the calculated intensity of a reference wave is proposed. In the Mach-Zehnder interferometer (MZI) architecture, the method only records two quadrature-phase holograms, without reference-wave intensity or object-wave intensity measurement, to perform object recoding and reconstruction. When the reference-wave intensity is calculated from the 2D correlation coefficient (CC) method that we presented, the clear reconstruction image can be obtained by some specific algorithm. Its feasibility and validity were verified by a series of experiments with 2D objects and 3D objects. The presented method will be widely used in real-time or dynamic digital holography applications.

  • In this paper is design of signal discriminatior system for the third generation mobile telecommunication system (IMT-2000 : International mobile telecommunication service-2000) This system is basically using multiplexing method of CDMA, TDMA and FDMA that this system can be solved third generation systems problems-Frequency bandwidth, international roaming and development new architecture of mobile telecommunication systems. Designed signal discriminator system is perfectly separated three styles multiplexing method signals that more easily, nearly and economically implementation of third generation telecommunication systems. As we develop signal discriminator we will contribute to technical evolution of mobile telecommunication for third generation and stay ahead in the interior technical accumulation in addition to international intercourse as to mobile telecommunication.

병행 배전선로에서의 통신선 유도전압 계산 (Calculation of an Induced Voltage on Telecommunication Lines in Parallel Distribution Lines)

  • Recently, it is common in a distribution system of Korea Electric Power Corporation (KEPCO) to find instances where distribution lines are parallel. A traditional method of an induced voltage calculation is not suitable for parallel distribution lines. For more actual analysis of induced voltage on telecommunication lines in parallel distribution lines, a new calculation method is needed. This paper presents a new calculation method of an induced voltage on telecommunication line using equivalent ${\pi}$ circuits matrix in parallel distribution lines. The advantages of the calculation method are using actual neutral current value and not using screening factor for considering the overhead ground wire and the neutral wire. To verify the effectiveness and the accuracy of the method, various case studies are performed with EMTP(Electro-Magnetic Transients Program).

통신시장의 투자보수율 산정 개선방안 (New Method to Calculate Cost of Capital for Telecommunication Market)

  • 투자보수율은 통신정책에서 사용하는 가장 중요한 원가요소의 중 하나이다. 본 연구에서는 현행 투자보수율 산정방법과 산출과정의 문제를 검토하고, 합리적인 투자보수율 산정을 위한 개선방안을 제시하고자 하였다. 먼저 산출방법의 개선을 위해서는 시장프리미엄산출시 벤치마크법을 사용하여 경기변화와 인플레인션으로 인한 결과 왜곡을 방지하고, 부채프리미엄가산법을 사용하여 타인자본 산출과정에 발생하는 정확성의 문제를 개선하며 최적자본구조법을 적용하여 급격한 시장변화에 의한 자본구조 변화의 문제를 줄이도록 하는 방안을 제시하였다. 산출과정을 개선하기 위해서는 투자보수율을 산정 주기를 1년으로 하여 시장 변화의 속도가 빠른 통신 산업의 특성이 반영되도록 할 것을 제안하였다. 또한 투자보수율의 산정주체를 규제기관이 아닌 기업으로 변경해 규제기관과 피규제기업 사이의 정보비대칭으로 인한 투자보수율 산출비용을 감소시키고, 기업별 투자보수율을 산정할 것을 제시하였다. 본 연구에서 제시한 투자보수율의 개선방안은 앞으로도 지속적으로 시장의 변화를 반영하여 개선할 필요가 있을 것이며, 투자보수율 산정방법 자체에 관해서도 합리적이고 투명한 산출기준이 마련될 수 있도록 추가적인 연구가 필요하다.

Estimation of Angular Acceleration By a Monocular Vision Sensor

  • Recently, monitoring of two-body ground vehicles carrying extremely hazardous materials has been considered as one of the most important national issues. This issue induces large cost in terms of national economy and social benefit. To monitor and counteract accidents promptly, an efficient methodology is required. For accident monitoring, GPS can be utilized in most cases. However, it is widely known that GPS cannot provide sufficient continuity in urban cannons and tunnels. To complement the weakness of GPS, this paper proposes an accident monitoring method based on a monocular vision sensor. The proposed method estimates angular acceleration from a sequence of image frames captured by a monocular vision sensor. The possibility of using angular acceleration is investigated to determine the occurrence of accidents such as jackknifing and rollover. By an experiment based on actual measurements, the feasibility of the proposed method is evaluated.

  • 이동통신 시장 규모가 폭발적으로 증가함에 따라 이동통신사 간에 고객 유치 경쟁도 치열하다. 국내 이동통신사들은 좀 더 나은 품질과 서비스로 만족도를 향상시켜 고객을 확보하기 위한 노력을 전개하고 있다. 이에 이동통신 산업의 경쟁력과 부가가치를 높이기 위하여 이동통신사에 대한 만족도 요소와 종합 만족도를 정량적으로 평가할 수 있는 과학적 연구가 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 AHP와 통계적 방법을 이용하여 이러한 만족도를 정량적으로 추정하는 방법을 연구하고 실증분석 하였다. 제안된 방법을 활용하여 소비자들은 양질의 제품과 서비스를 받을 수 있을 것이며 나아가 국내 이동통신은 세계적으로 경쟁력을 확보할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

Two-step Holographic Imaging Method based on Single-pixel Compressive Imaging

  • We propose an experimental holographic imaging scheme combining compressive sensing (CS) theory with digital holography in phase-shifting conditions. We use the Mach-Zehnder interferometer for hologram formation, and apply the compressive sensing (CS) approach to the holography acquisition process. Through projecting the hologram pattern into a digital micro-mirror device (DMD), finally we will acquire the compressive sensing measurements using a photodiode. After receiving the data of two holograms via conventional communication channel, we reconstruct the original object using certain signal recovery algorithms of CS theory and hologram reconstruction techniques, which demonstrated the feasibility of the proposed method.

  • Alzheimer disease is a progressive neurodegenerative disease of the aged, characterized by memory loss and dementia. For diagnosis of Alzheimer disease we have simply modified macrophage with amyloid beta bonded with different molecules. Modified Macrophage was observed with microscope for co-localization of amyloid beta molecule. For this experiment we used fluoroscene labeling substances. The macrophage was modified also with cell staining method. For cell staining method was used avidin-biotin reaction principles. All experiments were carried out on poly-L-lysine coated and sterilized glass substrates. In the presentation we will show the further investigations and applications with modified macrophage.
