유망기술의 탐색과 발굴을 포함하는 기술예측은 기술경영에서 계속적으로 논의되고 있는 주제의 하나이다. 기술의 예측은 예측하고자 하는 대상기술, 예측의 주체와 목적에 따라 다양하게 구분되며 각각의 방식에 따른 분석방법론 및 접근법이 존재한다. 본 연구에서는 미래기술예측 방법론의 유형과 목적별 분류에 대한 기존 연구를 살펴보고 중소기업을 위한 유망기술을 정의하여 그에 적합한 미래기술 예측 방법론의 선택과 접근법에 대해 제시한다.

It has been passed around two decades since the CM is introduced in December 1996. And 20 years have passed. Construction Technology Management Act is the enacted of 1987, since Independence Hall fire in 1986. In the meantime, basic background and operational rather than the development of regulations that skewed had a voice of concern. Accordingly, Ministry of land is promoting a full-scale revision that Construction Technology Promotion law as switching to promote and support the necessity from Regulatory and management-oriented paradigm. In this paper, according to the Construction and Technology Promotion law amended in the course of doing business, was conducting research for drawn counterstrategy through SWOT analysis that was not the side of owner but CM company.

Healthcare and wellness industries have become more promising as the interests on healthy living increase. Not only the medical care oriented services for the patients done by medical centers but also the psychological and emotional healthgiving services for the people who are normal have been being stressed. The psychological and emotional healthgiving services should be executed in an agile and timely manner to maximize its effects. This paper aims to propose an emotion healing service spaces which are able to provide the normal people with psychological care services. To achieve the goals, we invented the tripot approach : the ubiquitous computing technology for context-aware and intelligent estimation of psychological index, LED technology to implement emotional atmosphere and wellness healthcare technology. The proposed architecture has been implemented in an actual site.

In the past three decades since the advent of market oriented reforms began in 1978, China has made rapid strides in catalyzing economic growth. The economic development coincides with the development of significant capabilities in several areas of science, technology, and innovation. China has recorded notable achievements in a number of emerging fields. This paper investigates the process that has catalyzed the developments in Science and Technology (S&T) and the key factors that have facilitated this process. The causality of dynamism of S&T in China points at targeted development, an emphasis on high growth industries and high technology, commensurate resource mobilization, ruthless restructuring of innovation actors, dynamic organization and management of R&D, continuously evolving policies with strict enforcement, and implementable instruments. This paper attempts to bring out the roadmap of the Chinese transformation process in S&T and derive policy lessons for India.

This study were conducted to reveal the awareness and competitiveness of Korean packaging industry in information technology(IT) and e-commerce. For the survey, 114 sample companies were selected representing all packaging materials, equipment and systems, institutes, consulting and trading companies. The trained interviewers spoke to the respondents who were at the position of packaging research and development and were considered knowledgeable about the level of IT in the company. The collected data were analyze in three major categories: IT fundamentals, usages, and company policy. From the results, packaging suppliers were at the very low level of IT fundamentals and uses compared to those of packaging users. The gap between packaging suppliers and users that access the Internet was seriously wide, and this trend was generally due to different size of company. Packaging suppliers were still at the basic level of information-oriented working environment.

Biaxially oriented polyethylene terephthalate copolymer(BO - PET)film laminated aluminiums have been applied for chip condenser case. The BO PET film is characterized by high molecular which gives high corrosion resistance, good adhesion and high heat resistance. The higher orientation lowers formability of the film. So, optimum orientation has to be controlled during the laminating process. And to confirm the adhesion between BO PET and aluminium and to guarantee the formability of PET laminated aluminums, we have controlled the chromium oxides weight on the aluminium and laminating condition ( laminating temperature, soaking temperature and lag time after nip roll and quenching conditions) This paper discusses the effect of the laminating conditions on the formability of laminated aluminums. As results, it is clear that the orientation of the BO PET film decreased with an increase in the strip temperature. When the film temperature is over the melting point of the film, its orientation drastically decreased.

PROSET2000 that is integrated protective management system had developed and used in order to automate the setting process of protective relays in transmission system protection. PROSET2000 have database for relay setting and automated for relay setting program within. This paper proposed PCM current differential relay setting program point of Object Oriented Programming paradigm using Unified Modeling Language about additional relay in PROSET2000. Nevertheless each relay uses same current differential but setting method is different. This paper discribed different thing about setting method of each relay and evaluated more effective and corrective relay setting program using UML.

본 연구는 한국과학기술정보연구원(KISTI)의 과학기술지식정보 서비스의 일환으로 수요자에게 각 개인별 전공, 관심 및 연구 분야 등에 따라 적합한 자료를 정기적으로 제공하는 맞춤정보서비스에 관한 것으로 수요자의 기호에 안게 급변하는 과학기술 및 응용분야의 신규정보를 제공하는 방법과 절차 그리고 과학기술 포털 맞춤정보 서비스 시스템의 구성을 기술한다. 또한 맞춤정보 서비스 시스템에서 수요자에게 자료가 제공되기까지의 요구전달 프로세스 및 발송 프로세스 등을 기술한다.

오늘날 차량 기술에 대한 관심사는 기계적 성능에서 각종 전자장치를 사용한 기술로 이동하고 있다. 특히 자동차 내에서 각종 멀티미디어 서비스 및 여러 정보들의 통합 분석을 위해서 자동차 네트워크 기술이 각광받고 있다. 본 논문에서는 자동차 네트워크 기술 중 MOST(Media Oriented System Transport)네트워크를 사용하기 위한 장치로 저가형 장치인 MiniAMG 단말기를 제안한다. Mini AMG 단말기를 통해 어떻게 오디오 스트리밍 서비스를 제공하는지와 향후 어떠한 방향으로 사용 가능한지에 대해 기술하였다.

The purpose of this paper is to review a variety of challenges facing the Human Performance Technology (HPT) in supporting knowledge workers' performance, and to explore possible HPT models for knowledge workers. The first section of this paper investigates the core attributes and major models of HPT as a foundation. While HPT has a lot of strengths in terms of systemic, systematic, methodologically eclectic, evidence based, and results oriented approaches, some pitfalls - which could be detected if these principles were mindlessly applied to problem areas - are explored. The second section presents some considerations such as analysis, intervention design, and leadership that HP technologists need to take in order to make HPT a better field of practice for knowledge workers. The author also suggests a tentative diagnostic model and a process model for knowledge workers, core principles of which are based on systems thinking, in particular Senge's the fifth discipline and Checkland's soft systems methodology. The importance of formative evaluations to improve these models is noted as a conclusion.
