A Study on the Influence of Knowledge Management Strategy and Knowledge Management Decision Factors by Knowledge Management Type on Knowledge Activities (지식경영 유형별 지식경영전략과 지식경영결정요인이 지식활동에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구)

  • This study examines the impact of knowledge management strategies and knowledge management determinants for each type of knowledge management of a company on knowledge activities, and because each company's situation and conditions are different, it is necessary to approach each knowledge management type. The analysis was conducted using the SPSS 18.0 program targeting 81 companies that have introduced knowledge management systems or knowledge management by categorizing them into technology-oriented and combined types. The result is that Initial types are based on changes in organizational structure and active adoption of information technology, and the Organizational knowledge centers use management systems (CEO support, performance compensation system, education and training system) and infrastructure building and information technology to maximize individual knowledge. The Information technology-oriented types rely more on information technology such as infrastructure building and information technology use rather than organizational knowledge. and the Combination type is understood as an educational and training system and decentralized organizational structure for the overall expansion of the organization. Through this study, effective and significant strategies, knowledge management determinants, and knowledge activities for each type were presented.

  • This paper presents a windows application for voltage sag analysis and effective data visualization. The developed Voltage Sag Analysis Tool (VSAT) was designed by using the Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concept and C++ programming language. The VSAT provides basic functions for voltage sag analysis such as power flow analysis, short circuit analysis and stochastic analysis. In particular, the VSAT provides effective data visualization through computer graphics and animation. Analysis results are expressed realistically and intuitively on geographical display. The Graphic User Interface (GUI) of VSAT was designed specifically for voltage sag analysis. In this paper, the development and implementation of VSAT is presented. In order to demonstrate the capabilities of VSAT, it is used to analyze the Jeju Island power system in South Korea.

  • It is attempted that the standardization of the construction, globalization of the engineering construction and an information oriented construction spread by setting a goal of the advanced construction industry and productivity increase of human resources within the country. Hence, it has been brought in the information oriented construction of BIM based technology for the field of construction and equipment of Korea. The current study that examines the possibility of application of 3D ; that is BIM based programs of building equipment, and make better the problems of 3D building equipment system through the Pilot Test, indicates the way of growth development about the construction of building equipment process system.

  • 회계시스템에 데이타베이스시스템을 도입하는 연구의 주류는 데이타베이스 분야에서 개발된 데이타모형(data mood)을 이용한 회계 데이타모형의 개발에 있었다. 본 연구의 목적은 데이타베이스 분야에서 최근 개발되어 널리 보급되고 있는 객체지향 데이타모형을 적용한 회계 데이타모형(Object-oriented Accounting Data Model; OADM)을 개발하고 응용하는 데 있다. OADM은 회계시스템의 정보제공능력 제고 및 시스템통합의 과제를 해결하는 데 유용한 도구가 될 것이다. OADM은 데이타모형 관점에서 규명된 전통적 회계시스템의 본질을 모형화의 배경으로, REA 모델을 모형화의 기초로, 그리고 객체지향 데이타모형을 모형화의 도구로하여 개발된다. 회계 데이타모형화에 있어서 복합적인 회계데이타의 표현, 복합적이고 까다로운 회계처리절차의 데이타화, 타부문과의 연계, 회계시스템의 변경 및 확장 등의 제 문제점은 기존의 데이타모형으로는 해결하기가 어려우나 객체지향 데이타모형을 회계 데이타모형화에 도입함으로써 이러한 문제점을 해결할 수 있다. 본 연구와 관련한 후행 연구로는 활동중심 원가계산의 모형화, 예산시스템의 모형화 그리고 사무정보시스템의 모형화 등을 들 수 있다. OADM은 이러한 모형화의 기초로 이용될 수 있다. 모형의 실증분석도 가치 있는 미래연구로 본다.

  • Based on the usage levels of target costing systems(TCS) and information technology (IT) infrastructure, this study aims to develop a framework useful for classifying four types of knowledge management(KM) strategies in manufacturing firms: process-oriented, product-oriented, mixed and negative. We adopted a multi-methodological approach by mixing both qualitative and quantitative methods. Before developing a framework, through a case study of the H Motor Company in Korea, this paper investigated and showed the functions of TCS in the management of tacit knowledge. The results from the case study indicated that with the use of TCS, a firm can create, transfer, and share diverse kinds of tacit knowledge among employees for the facilitation of process innovation. We also empirically confirmed the four types of KM strategies, and demonstrated the characteristics(i.e., size, total sales, age, and knowledge intensity) of the organizations adopting each strategy.

  • This paper deals with the residual strength characteristics of composite materials under the environment of high temperature and humidity. Two types of GFRP, one with unidirection and randomly oriented, are used to investigate the features of moisture absorption and the residual strength. The results show that, when exposed longterms in high temperature and humidity, the randomly oriented composites is more stable than the unidirection one.

  • The trigger mechanism in active object-oriented database systems is known to be a good tool for describing user-defined integrity constraints. It cannot adequately support, however, certain integrity constrains specified on the objects in class composition hierarchy. Those are the cases where the constraints must be maintained in the forward direction along the composition hierarchy as well as in the backward direction We call theses kinds of problems "backward propagation problem" and investigate several ways to resolve them using the currently available techniques. Based on them, a new constructor, called CONSTRAIN $T^{cch}$, is proposed. A pragmatically-oriented study of intonation and focus (억양과 초점에 관한 화용론적 연구)

  • There is an indisputable connection between prosody and focus. The focal prominence in Korean, a prosodic realization of pitch prominence in an utterance, defines a focused constituent, the domain of which is identified by the Focus Identification Principle. To this is added the Basic Focus Rule which makes it possible to capture and interpret the focal domain, which can then be tested against the available context. The focal domain can be contextually made available by setting it off with information structure boundaries(I/S) identified by the Information Structure Identification Principle. The fragment of the utterance enclosed within the IS boundaries can be recognized as 'new' information with the help of the Focus Domain Identification Rule. Since information structures are pragmatically tied to semantic levels of grammatical systems, the Basic Focus Rule is now replaced by the Focal Prominence Principle ensuring the focal prominence within the focal domain. Close relationships exist between patterns of intonation and their expressiveness in terms of giving a pragmatically-oriented description of focus. This is particularly manifested in Korean sentences containing contrastiveness.

  • Thesedays more collaboration is required of scholars than before, because some complex problems are beyond the individuals' research capability. Traditional print-based journal systems have been playing a role of supporting scientific collaboration, in that they provide the state-of-the-art knowledge. Those journal systems, however, are known to have some problems. To cope with some of those problems of the print-based journal systems, electronic journal systems have been suggested and implemented. Investigation shows us that electronic journal systems still have some problems. This paper proposes a new form of electronic journal system, structured electronic journal system, which is believed to better support the scientific collaboration. It is designed so that it is easier to figure out the synopsis of an article and so that authors and referees of a submitted paper can participate in the discussion for verifying the significance of the paper. Object-oriented design of a structured electronic journal system which is to be built on top of a object-oriented database system is explained with example structures.

  • This paper proposes a simple but robust self-tuning fuzzy logic controller for the speed regulation of a dual star induction machine based on indirect field oriented control. For feed the two star of this machine, two voltage source inverters based on sinus-triangular pulse-width modulation techniques are introduced. The simulation results show the robustness and good performance of the proposed controller.
