Ego-resilience, Disaster-Experience and Core competencies of Disaster response between Paramedic Students' and Nursing Students'

  • This study was attempted to provide fundamental data in a disaster response education program by comparing the differences between students of the paramedic and nursing in ego-resilience, disaster-experience and core competencies of disaster response. The data is collected from March 2 to April 2, 2019, on a total of 358 students (196 paramedic students and 162 nursing students) based in Jeolla Province. The structured questionnaire were used as research tools and the collected data were analyzed by using the SPSS program as frequency, percentage, t-test, ANOVA and Pearson's correlation coefficient. The average score of total ego-resilience among the subjects was 86.97 out of 125 points. The number of paramedic students who experienced or witnessed the disaster situation in person was 11.2%, and the number of nursing students was 11.7%. The core competence of disaster response was 3.21% in paramedic students and 3.16% in nursing students. The ego-resilience of the paramedic and nursing students according to their general characteristics is statistically significant differences (t=2.797, p<.005) and the paramedic students has an average score of 3.52 points, which is higher than the nursing students (3.42 points). General characteristics and experience in disasters are statistically significant differences (t=2.797, p<.005), paramedic students had more disaster experiences (3.11 points) than nursing students (2.67 points). It indicated the static correlation relationship between ego-resilience, disaster experience and core competences of disaster response (p<.000). Through this study, the paramedic students were found to be more ego-resilience, more disaster experience and more critical capacity for disaster treatment than nursing students.

4차 산업혁명 도래에 대한 교사들의 인식 (Teachers' Perception of the Advent of the Fourth Industrial Revolution)

  • 본 연구에서는 4차 산업 혁명시대에 따른 교원 역량의 구성 요소에 대한 교사들의 인식을 조사하였다. 연구 대상은 교직 경력이 5년 이하 26명, 5년 초과 10년 이하 24명, 10년 초과 20년 이하 25명, 20년 초과 25명 총 100명의 초등학교 교사를 대상으로 설문하였다. 6가지 역량 구성요소에 대한 인식 분석 결과, 교사들은 '지식 정보에 대한 지식 및 활용 능력, 학습내용 적정화 능력, 학교구성원간 협업능력, 관계유지 능력, 공동체에 요구되는 가치와 태도, 타인과의 교감능력'을 중요하게 생각하고 있음을 확인하였다. 역량 요소별 중요도와 보유도 분석 결과, 교사의 교육경력에 따른 인식차가 나타났으며, 대부분의 교사들은 경력과 무관하게 중요도에 비해 보유도가 미치지 못하였다. 따라서 교원 양성 기관의 교육, 교사 연수에 실제 교사들에게 요구되는 역량을 반영하여 이를 보충할 수 있는 현직 교육 및 연수 프로그램을 운영할 필요가 있다.

간호사의 그릿, 건강지각이 건강증진행위에 미치는 영향: 자기효능감의 매개효과 (The Effect of Nurse's Grit, Health Perception on Health Promotion Behaviors: The Mediating effect of Self-efficiency)

  • 이 연구는 대학병원에 근무하는 간호사를 대상으로 그릿, 건강지각과 건강증진행위의 관계에서 자기효능감의 매개효과를 파악하고 건강증진행위를 향상시키는데 기초자료를 제공하기 위해 시도되었다. D소재 일개 대학병원 간호사 242명을 대상으로 구조화된 설문지를 이용하여 자료수집하였다. 건강증진행위는 그릿(r=.29, p=<.001), 건강지각(r=.33, p=<.001), 자기효능감(r=.40, p=<.001)과 양의 상관관계를 나타냈으며 통계적으로 유의하였다. 그릿이 건강증진행위에 미치는 영향에 있어서 자기효능감이 완전매개효과(Z=4.41, p<.001)가 있는 것으로 나타났으며 건강지각이 건강증진행위에 미치는 영향에 있어서 자기효능감이 부분매개효과(Z=3.36, p<.001)가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이에 따라 간호사의 그릿, 자기효능감, 건강지각에 영향을 미치는 요인을 확인하여 건강증진 행위를 향상시키는 중재방안을 마련해야 할 것이다.

중대재해처벌법의 안전보건상의 쟁점 고찰 - 도급·용역·위탁관계 문제를 중심으로 - (A Health and Safety Issue in the Serious Accident Punishment Act - Focusing on the Contract, Service, and Commission Relationship Issues -)

  • Objectives: Given the real problems at industrial sites related to the Serious Accident Punishment Act (SAPA), it has become controversial as a particularly important issue in terms of occupational safety and health. I intend to examine in detail what are the problems and how to approach them. Methods: The contents of SAPA were reviewed focusing on whether its provisions conform to the principles of occupational safety and health, whether they fit the related legal theory, and whether they are effective for accident prevention. The purpose of this study is to examine whether there is a problem with SAPA from the perspective of the effectiveness of accident prevention by combining occupational safety & health management theory, and legal theory. Results: In order to ensure the effectiveness of SAPA, it should be revised to increase the predictability and implementation of safety and health measure standards. Otherwise, it is expected that there will be not only economic and social costs in the short term, but also side effects that disrupt the safety law system, resulting in a considerable number of post-mortem conditions in the mid- to long term. Conclusions: It is easy to see in comparative law that raising the legal punishment alone does not have the effect of preventing industrial accidents. SAPA should be revised as soon as possible in the direction of faithfully and elaborately reorganizing the standards for safety and health measures.

A study on the influence of interaction of virtual reality consumption pattern on consumers' purchase intention under the background of VR technology

  • 본 연구의 목적은 VR 기술을 토대로 하는 가상현실 소비 패턴의 상호작용 및 소비자의 구매 의도에 미치는 영향을 연구하고자 하는 것입니다. 본 연구의 3개 독립변수는 콘텐츠 상호 작용, 기능적 상호 작용, 서비스 상호 작용이고 2개의 매개 변수는 지각된 품질과 지각된 가치이며 이들과 소비자의 구매 의도 간의 관계를 분석하고자 한다. 연구 과정에서는 SPSS24.0 및 AMOS24.0 소프트웨어를 사용하였으며, 신뢰성과 타당성 분석, 그리고 구조 방정식 모델을 통해 가설 검증을 수행하였다. 연구 결과에 따르면 14개의 가설이 모두 성립되며 VR 기술의 지각된 가치가 소비자의 구매 의도에 긍정적인 영향을 미친다. 또한 분석을 통해 지각된 가치가 매개 효과가 있는 것으로 확인할 수 있다.

패션브랜드 판매원의 판매서비스와 조직구성원 관계가 직무성과와 직무만족에 미치는 영향 연구 (The Effects of Sales Services and Organizational Member Relationships of Fashion Brand Salesperson on Job Performance and Job Satisfaction)

  • The purpose of this study was to reveal the effects of sales services and organizational member relationships of fashion brand salespersons on job performance and job satisfaction, as well as how job performance, job satisfaction, salesperson services, and organizational member relationships differ according to the sales career and job position. The data were collected by administering a questionnaire to fashion brand salespeople in Gwangju from September to October 2020. Using 235 responses, the data were analyzed with SPSS 27.0 for frequency analysis, reliability analysis, t-test, factor analysis, and regression analysis. The research results were as follows. First, the basic services of the salesperson comprised factors such as 'consideration and convenience', 'appearance and dress', and 'kindness and greeting', which are considered better variables to explain job performance than job satisfaction. Second, the salesperson's professional service consisted of 'fashion product knowledge', 'professional self-management', and 'store display technology' factors, which are good variables to predict job performance. Third, the relationship between the members of a salesperson's organization consists of factors such as 'headquarters relations', 'colleague relations', and 'emotional labor', which was better for explaining job satisfaction than job performance. Fourth, depending on the position, professional salespeople exhibited significantly higher values in job performance, basic and professional services of salespersons, and 'headquarters relations' factors, whereas there were no significant differences in job satisfaction, 'colleague relations' and 'emotional labor'. Lastly, the more sales career, the higher the job performance, and the basic services, professional services, and 'headquarters relations' factors of salespeople were also good.

블랙 박스 모델의 출력값을 이용한 AI 모델 종류 추론 공격 (Model Type Inference Attack Using Output of Black-Box AI Model)

  • AI 기술이 여러 분야에 성공적으로 도입되는 추세이며, 서비스로 환경에 배포된 모델들은 지적 재산권과 데이터를 보호하기 위해 모델의 정보를 노출시키지 않는 블랙 박스 상태로 배포된다. 블랙 박스 환경에서 공격자들은 모델 출력을 이용해 학습에 쓰인 데이터나 파라미터를 훔치려고 한다. 본 논문은 딥러닝 모델을 대상으로 모델 종류에 대한 정보를 추론하는 공격이 없다는 점에서 착안하여, 모델의 구성 레이어 정보를 직접 알아내기 위해 모델의 종류를 추론하는 공격 방법을 제안한다. MNIST 데이터셋으로 학습된 ResNet, VGGNet, AlexNet과 간단한 컨볼루션 신경망 모델까지 네 가지 모델의 그레이 박스 및 블랙 박스 환경에서의 출력값을 이용해 모델의 종류가 추론될 수 있다는 것을 보였다. 또한 본 논문이 제안하는 방식인 대소 관계 피쳐를 딥러닝 모델에 함께 학습시킨 경우 블랙 박스 환경에서 약 83%의 정확도로 모델의 종류를 추론했으며, 그 결과를 통해 공격자에게 확률 벡터가 아닌 제한된 정보만 제공되는 상황에서도 모델 종류가 추론될 수 있음을 보였다.

치과위생사의 자기결정성동기가 직무열의에 미치는 영향 및 보상 만족도의 조절효과 (Effect of Self-determination Motivation on Job Engagement and the Moderating Effect of Compensation Satisfaction in Dental Hygienists)

  • Purpose : The purpose of this study was two-fold: to identify the effect of dental hygienist's self-determination motivation on their job engagement and to analyze the moderating effect of compensation satisfaction that affect the relevance. Methods : Data were collected using a structured self-report questionnaire administered to 260 dental hygienists working in dental hospitals and clinics in Busan, South Korea. These were analyzed using IBM SPSS Statistics version 26.0 and SPSS Process Macro 3.5. A frequency analysis, including the respondents' general characteristics, frequency, percentages, and standard deviations, was performed. A regression analysis was also performed using SPSS Process Macro to verify the moderating effect of compensation satisfaction in the effect of self-determination motivation on job engagement. Results : The self-determination motivation of the dental hygienists had a statistically significant positive effect on their job engagement, which was the dependent variable. Higher intangible compensation satisfaction levels led to a stronger effect of intrinsic motivation but a weaker effect of extrinsic motivation on job engagement. Moreover, higher tangible compensation satisfaction levels strengthened the effect of intrinsic motivation on job engagement. Conclusion : Recently, the demand for oral health care has been increasing, Competition in the dental medical service market warrants, high-quality dental services based on accurate diagnosis and treatment. In this context, dental hygienists' job engagement must be improved. For this purpose, increasing the satisfaction of dental hygienists with self-determination motivation and appropriate compensation is effective. In addition, attention must be paid to the moderating effect of compensation satisfaction on the relationship between intrinsic motivation and job engagement. On the basis of the implications of this study, the results can be used as basic data for improving dental hygienists' welfare system and manpower management.

A QUALITATIVE SURVEY ON SUCCESS FOR MAINTENANCE PROJECTS

  • Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are the criteria of measuring project performance in order to attain construction excellence. Previous researchers have examined the abstract concept of success for general new construction and identified its relationship with the factors of success. In fact, most buildings exist to satisfy the needs of people. With the passing of time and change in technology, buildings have to be maintained and renovated in order to continue functioning properly for the benefits of users. Therefore, criteria and factors of success have increasingly attracted the attention of both researchers and practitioners, especially in cities where buildings become ageing. However, the topic of project success for maintenance projects is less discussed in previous research, and project participants, including maintenance surveyors should be able to identify the success measurement and its associated factors for performance improvement. This study fills the research gap by investigating the criteria and factors of success for maintenance projects. It first provides a summary of the literature review on the criteria and factors of success for construction projects. An empirical study has also been carried out with ten practitioners in Hong Kong to further identify the criteria and factors critical for the success of maintenance projects in practice. While most criteria and factors of success for new construction projects are also applicable to maintenance projects, participants in maintenance projects believe that effective communication is in particular important to provide quality service to the end-users.

모바일 숙박 앱(App)의 지각된 품질 요인이 PAD 이론을 통해 재이용 의도에 미치는 영향 (The Impact of Perceived Quality Factors of Mobile Accommodation Apps on Reuse Intention through the PAD Theory)

  • 정보통신의 발달로 온라인 시장 규모는 커지고 있으며, 그와 함께 스마트폰을 활용한 모바일 쇼핑 시장 또한 나날이 그 규모가 증가하고 있다. 즉, 모바일 앱의 효과적인 활용이 기업의 전략적 선택이 될 수 있음을 시사하는데, 이는 관광·여행 산업에서도 동일하게 나타나고 있다. 특히 플랫폼 기반의 OTA 산업의 지속적인 성장은 위드 코로나와 함께 가속화되고 있으며, 그 중요성에 본 연구도 모바일 숙박 앱의 지각된 품질 요인이 감정반응을 통해 재이용 의도에 미치는 영향을 확인하고자 하였다. 가설검증을 위해 모바일 숙박앱 이용자 260명을 대상으로 분석한 결과, 정보 품질이 즐거움과 우세성, 서비스품질이 환기와 우세성에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 즐거움과 우세성이 재이용 의도에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이에 본 연구 결과는 모바일 숙박 앱 품질요인과 재이용 의도의 관계를 명확하게 하였으며, 앱 품질 개선방안을 위한 기초자료를 제공하여 효과적인 마케팅 전략을 제시하였다.
