Cell Balance of Secondary Battery by Using The Majority FET (다수의 FET를 이용한 2차 전지의 셀 밸런스에 관한 연구)

  • In this paper, the cell balance of secondary battery using a large number of MOSFETs is discussed. We can balance the cells by controlling battery charging current with help of MOSFETs. If the cells are not balanced, we can not use the whole energy of the battery while charging and discharging, therefore, the energy efficiency is decreased. To increase the energy efficiency, we propose the MOSFET control algorithm which will perform cell balancing by controlling the charging current.

  • It is necessary to use industrial oriented equipment, as well as lecturer who has field experience, textbook and materials for engineering education which meets the change of industrial technology. Current education equipment is composed of general purposed equipment which are used for teaching with ease and convenience instead of field oriented achieving technology. The leads to failure of engineering education to keep up with the change of industrial technology, making engineering education stay far away from field oriented education. This study looks at the case of development of education equipment which takes an important role in engineering education, and suggests the ways of development and utilization of engineering education equipment by analyzing the effects of education when the equipment are used in the education.

  • 최근 사물 인터넷의 핵심 프로토콜인 CoAP (Constrained Application Protocol)에 대한 활용도가 높아짐에 따라 관련 라이브러리가 등장하고 있으며 그 중 python을 기반으로한 CoAPthon은 개발이 용이한 장점 때문에 많은 관심을 받고 있다. 하지만, CoAPthon의 현재 구현 버전에는 자원 관찰과 블록 전송의 결합 기능이 올바르게 구현되어 있지 않다. 본 논문에서는 CoAPthon에 자원 관찰과 블록 전송의 결합 기능을 구현하고, Raspberry Pi 2에서 구현 내용을 실험하여 그 기능을 검증하였다.

  • 최근 SDN (Software-Defined Networks)에 대한 관심이 증가함에 따라 개인, 학교, 연구소에서 쉽고 간편하게 가상의 네트워크를 구성하고 SDN 기반 네트워크를 테스트를 수행할 수 있는 Mininet이 많이 활용되고 있다. 또한, 여러 SDN 컨트롤러 중에서 ONOS 컨트롤러는 OpenSource로 공개되어 GUI를 이용해 네트워크의 전반적인 토폴로지와 Flow 관리를 쉽게 할 수 있는 성숙된 컨트롤러로 인식되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 Mininet과 ONOS 컨트롤러를 이용하여 SDN 네트워크를 구성하고, 노드가 각 스위치를 이동하여 다닐 때에도 통신이 올바르게 유지되도록 컨트롤하는 시나리오를 구현하고 그 실험 결과를 제시하였다.

  • A problem that arises in most communication receivers concerns the wide variation in power level of the signals received at the antenna. These variations cause serious problems which can usually be solved in receiver design by using Automatic Gain Control (AGC). AGC is achieved by using an amplifier whose gain can be controlled by external current or voltage. However, the AGC circuit does not respond to rapid changes in the amplitude of input. If input changes instantaneously, then even if op-amps could follow the change, the envelope detector capacitor could not, since the capacitor's voltage could not change instantaneously. To alleviate this deficiency, we present Improved Automatic Gain Control Circuit (IAGCC) replacing AGC circuit to FLC.

  • The purpose of this study is the development and application of practical education program for the security of semiconductor equipments maintenance technology. For securing the semiconductor equipments maintenance technology, this study aims to research on the Training and Development. The main field of HRD is about the Training and Development. We develop the practical education program applying the ADDIE Model to conduct the education training. This developed program tests the education training on the officers of Samsung Electronics, the maker of semiconductor. By the test, we hope to provide the technology education program focusing on the practical experiences of systematic and effective companies.

  • The article is devoted to studying the development of scientific and methodological work and its impact on the quality of students' vocational training in higher pedagogical education institutions by applying information technology. The article aim is to development of the organizational methodological support and pedagogical diagnostics of the effectiveness of the project «Modelling scientific and methodological work in a higher education pedagogical institution by applying information technology » realization in the framework of increasing the level of scientific and methodological work in a higher education pedagogical institution as a factor contributing to enhancing the quality of pedagogical education. The research program of the project activity envisages stating and substantiating the problem of scientific and methodological work by applying information technology in the framework of increasing the level and quality of educational activities in a higher pedagogical education institution through the implementation of the project approach, developing a model for the system of organizational and methodological support of the project implementation as well as monitoring the process and evaluating the results of the project implementation in terms of developing teachers' scientific, methodological, information competency and enhancing students' progress in studying. The set of criteria were developed to evaluate the level of formation of scientific and methodological competency as a result of implementing the project for the development of scientific and methodological work. The scientific and methodological work by applying information technology in the academy was carried out in accordance with the following principles: systematic character, consistent diagnostics, practical focus, scientific organizational and methodological support.

  • The phase of science and technology is growing in the national competitiveness. The major countries have a lot of effort being made to expand science and technology capabilities. Acquiring top talents in science and technology is a key pillar of this effort. In this study, we show the needs of businesses and organizations need to look and expect the role of the top talents in science and technology. In addition, we present implications for engineering education and human resources management on the utilization of top talents in science and technology.

The Development of Composition Model for Engineering Education Program of Elementary and Secondary School (초·중등 공학교육 프로그램 구성 모형 개발)

  • The purpose of this study is to provide basic data and guideline to STEM(Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) educators who prepare engineering education in elementary and secondary school. For this, this study develops a composition model for engineering education program of elementary and secondary school. To do this, a literature research, experts interview and Delphi survey were conducted. Through the literature research, we extracted the components of model for engineering education program of elementary and secondary school and then made a first draft of the model. The draft was revised by experts while Delphi survey was used to validate the model based on Delphi panels' opinions. The panels for the Delphi survey consisted of 51 experts in the STEM education field. The survey was conducted three different times and importance survey was included in the third stage. The conclusions of this study were as follows: First, the model consist of definition, 4 directions, 4 characteristics, 3 educational goals according to school level, educational contents area and element, teaching and learning method and evaluation method. The educational contents area and element consist of 2 major areas, 7 areas and 18 elements. Second, all components of the developed model were valid in most of the statistics such as mean, standard deviation, the degree of consensus and convergence, and CVR(Content Validity Ratio). Third, importance for education contents area and element according to the school level are analyzed.
