In recent years for propulsion of cooling fan in cars are more used electrical motors than the engine direct coupled type. But the electrical motor which is now used has the brush and the commutator. Because of the brush and the commutator the electrical motor has short life time, low efficiency and mechanical- electrical noise. Therefore it is tried to develope brushless dc motor. The motor is located in the hot air from the radiator. The motor temperature increases high and the increasing of the motor temperature rolls big in its character. The cooling fan motor has relative small in size and input voltage is low. For 300 w output power must be the current of the motor high which causes high copper loss. In this paper will be tested and analysed characteristics of a dc motor which is now used for cooling fan and a BLDC motor will be designed with same character of the brushed motor and with considering of improvement of the efficiency. After design the motor should be analysed and tested.

Universities are open systems that aim to prepare students to meet academic and industrial programs' expectations. It is important for universities to recognize these expectations and to make sure that they are achievable. To do so, graduates' progression tracking system is an essential tool for universities' development to ensure graduate students meet the market requirements. The purpose of this paper is to create automatic tracing system that captures information about students after graduation and creates annual report that represents the status of university students in term of employment or completing their study. It mainly assists graduates to find appropriate jobs that meet their desires or enabling them to complete their higher education by providing all these opportunities in one platform. The system main objective is to improve communication between graduate students, the university and companies. It also aims to identify the difficulties associated with graduate employability and changes are required to serve current students in term of creating new programs or activities. This helps universities to identify and address the existing curriculums and program's strengths and weaknesses and their adequacy, quality and competencies of a graduate in the labor market, which enhances the quality of higher education. we analyzed and implemented the tracing system using PHP language, which speeds up custom web application development and MySQL database, which guarantee data security, high performance, and other features. Graduate students found the proposed system usable and valuable.

Definition of health education can be various depending on historical background and individual point of view. In the industrialized era when health promotion is given a high priority in health activities, health education could be defined as a combination of planned learning experiences and social actions, which expand health knowledge and experiences of individuals and communities in order to meet their health needs, change harmful health behaviors to be desirable for health promotion and motivate them to do that. To realize the proposed definition of health education, health education should develop new policies in harmony with health promotion, facilitate the development of human resources, reflect the modern educational technology, strengthen multisectoral approach, and pay more attention to monitoring and evaluation. To fulfill the above mentioned role, health education approach should shift foci from diseases to health orientation, from individualistic health behavior modification to a systematic change of the general public, from medical domination to recognition of lay competence and from authoritarian health education to supportive health education.

This research would be the first step toward in the long processes of proton technology industrial cluster development by focusing on the region's readiness and acceptability of the proton technology project. As is shown in our questionnaire survey, the top priorities needed to consider for the Proton Technology project are found to be job creation (mean 3.74), regional economic development (mean 3.72), industry infrastructure(3.54), institution for science and education(3.53), economic inequalities(3.33), tourism industry revitalization(3.20). For public servants top priorities in order found to be regional economic development, job creation, industry infrastructure, institution for science and education, economic inequalities, tourism industry revitalization. Universities' priorities in order found to be job creation, regional economic development, institution for science and education, industry infrastructure, economic inequalities, tourism industry revitalization. The mean reliability score for the each party was found to be mayor((3.04), citizens(2.99), province(2.97), private corporation(2.96), and universities((2.93). Of particular note, the mean score except the mayor were all below median (3.00). province(3.24), city council member(3.20), public employees (3.09), private corporation(3.03), nonprofit organization (2.97), mass media (2.96), citizens(2.96), and universities(2.89). The universities and colleges also should revise their strategic plans and thus restructure their internal academic programs, and must develop their own collaborative programs with Proton Engineering Frontier Project, related industries, city, and other government units. Not only educating, training, and providing top-notched man powers to the proton technology industries will be one of their primary missions.

Until now, the ICT have played an important role to overcome various limitations in education. The development of ICT has influenced for the changing methods of teaching and learning such as Computer-based education, Internet-based education, e-Learning. Lately, the expectation of educational evironment's changing is due to developing of the ubiquitous computing technology, it's vigorously going to be studying and implementing digital textbook including the ubiquitous features as mobility, intelligence, personality etc. the UDL is well-known as a strategy for teaching and learning using technology in the USA, first, to try understand the UDL, second, recommand the strategies in order to improve accessibility of korean digital textbook.

In these days it can be said that knowledge based society has been passed through and creative society is approaching, and the important keywords to the coming creative society should be the knowledge, the creativity, and the convergence. In order to make preemptive responses to this 21 century's new creative society, cultivation of gifted students with integrated prototype is also an imperative reason to prepare. With this historical background Korean Ministry of Education, Science, and Technology announced "a general plan on invigoration of elementary and middle school level art education for cultivation of creativeness and humanity" containing the acting curriculums of science and art integrated on June 2010, and also announced "the second general plan for support on development of science and technology professionals" including STEAM education for elementary and middle school level at January 2011. In this paper we developed a strategy appliable to establish an education institution for gifted students specialized on promoting the students to the convergence type gifted students. For the purpose, we derived the necessity for convergence education for the gifted and the implication points through analysis on the examples, and developed a strategy to establish an education institution for gifted students.

Informatization of early childhood education in the EU occurs in the context of the use of ICT as a means of sharing experiences, practices in the education and training of preschool children, communication, both at the national level and locally - within educational institutions, as a means of document management, search, data processing and information for the management of early childhood educational institutions, and planning activities for these institutions. This article aims to identify the features of the informatization of early childhood education in EU countries. Results. The countries of the EU have different levels of workload on the staff of early childhood education institutions, which is caused by different numbers of preschoolers and workforce. The greatest load on the staff in France due to a large number of preschoolers, which, despite the reduction, remained the highest among all the countries. By comparison, Poland's significant workload is mitigated by the size of its workforce. With almost equal numbers of staff in Poland and Germany, the countries differ significantly in the number of preschoolers. The countries also have different funding mechanisms for early childhood education, which determines the potential for digitalization. In France, total spending on early childhood education has grown the least (by 11 % between 2012 and 2018), in Poland by 51 %, in the Czech Republic by 44 %, and in Germany by 49%. In France, 100 % is funded by the government, in Poland 78 % is funded by the government, in the Czech Republic and Germany 87 % and 85 % respectively is funded by the government. The results of the survey of teachers' training in the use of ICTs and the level of specialists' readiness to use them in their studies indicate a mismatch between education and the practice of using technology. At the same time, given the high level of professional training of teachers in the use of technology in education, a low level of practice of ICT use in teaching preschool children was revealed. Teachers require professional development of ICT skills.

Many people feel uncomfortable when fitness center is crowded with people in all at the same time. So we propose exercise machines reservation system for resolving the problem that people feel uncomfortable in fitness center. In this paper, we design and implement the exercise machines reservation system that allows for users to reserve fitness equipments by using a NFC-based smart band. A user can reserve exercise machine using some reservation device. he or she will receive notifications through the smart band about when and which machine she or he will have to use. The user can do exercise with a recommended program, and can use any equipments conveniently even in a peak time because no one is waiting. Also, a manager can save cost through the efficient facility management and provide customized member management. Additionally, manager don't need to purchase other exercise machines or computers.

최근 소셜 네트워크 서비스는 언제 어디서나 정보를 누구라도 손쉽게 전달하고 볼 수 있는 수단으로 각광받고 있다. 소셜 네트워크 서비스의 주요한 특징은 사람과 사람, 사람과 정보, 정보와 정보 간의 관계 네트워크로서, 사용자가 능동적으로 참여한다는 것이다. 하지만 범람하는 수많은 정보들 속에서 사용자가 직접 정보를 검색 및 분류해야 하는 과정은 사람과 정보간의 관계 네트워크 측면에서 소셜의 의미를 충족하지 못한다. 이러한 기존의 정보 활용법은 사용자의 선호도에 따른 맞춤형 정보의 수용과 공유를 제시하지 못하고 있다. 본 연구에서 설계된 사용자 맞춤형 서비스 시스템은 사용자의 상황인식 속성정보와 이에 따른 선호도를 평가하는 알고리즘을 기반으로 하여 보다 효율적인 커뮤니티 공간이 제공될 수 있는 맞춤형 커뮤니티 서비스 시스템을 설계 제안한다. 제안된 시스템에서는 소셜 네트워크 서비스에서 사용자가 텍스트를 읽거나 작성하는 행위를 바탕으로 사용자의 관심사를 제공된 알고리즘으로 분석하여 사용자의 선호도에 따른 정보를 분류하고, 사용자의 인적정보로부터 선별한 유사 사용자들을 통해 신뢰성이 높은 정보를 우선적으로 선출한다. 따라서 사용자의 속성과 선호도를 고려한 상황인식 정보를 제공함으로써 사용자가 직접 정보를 검색 및 분류하는 과정을 단축하고 정보의 신뢰성을 향상할 수 있는 방법을 제시한다. 이러한 상황인식 기반의 맞춤형 커뮤니티 서비스 시스템은 실시간으로 많은 정보가 공유되는 서비스에서 다양하게 적용되어 인터넷 신문, 타겟 마케팅 광고 등의 응용분야에서 다양한 정보제공 서비스 시스템으로 적용될 수 있을 것으로 본다.
