자율주행자동차 구매의도에 미치는 영향요인 연구 -확장된 기술수용모델을 중심으로- (Factors Influencing on Purchase Intention for an Autonomous Driving Car -Focusing on Extended TAM-)

  • 본 연구에서는 확장된 기술수용모델(TAM2)을 적용하여 자율주행자동차의 구매의도에 미치는 영향요인을 알아보았다. 이를 위해 자동차 운전경험이 있는 이들 가운데 일반인 117명을 대상으로 본 분석을 실시하였으며 분석 방법은 구조방정식모형(SEM: Structural Equation Modeling)을 이용하였다. 분석 결과 사회적 영향과 지각된 위험은 인지된 유용성과 구매의도에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 혁신성의 경우는 인지된 유용성에는 영향을 미치지 못했으나 구매의도에는 긍정적 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 반면 개인이 자각하는 운전능력과 자동차 유희성은 인지된 용이성에 어떠한 영향도 미치지 않은 것으로 분석됐다. 또한 연구가설에는 포함하지 않았으나 개인이 자각하는 운전능력이 인지된 유용성에 부정적 영향을 주는 것으로 나타난 결과를 주목해 볼 수 있었다. 이상의 결과를 종합했을 때 자율주행자동차의 구매의도에 영향을 미치는 변인으로 사회적 영향과 혁신성 및 지각된 위험은 중요한 변인의 역할을 하는 것을 알 수 있었다. 이러한 결과로 4차 산업혁명의 신기술인 자율주행자동차에 대한 예비 수용자들의 인식을 미리 예측해 볼 수 있었다는 것에 본 연구의 의의가 있다.

항만 물류서비스의 기술수용모델(TAM) 적용에 관한 실증적 연구 (An Empirical Study on the Adoption of Technology Acceptance Model in The Port Logistics Service)

  • 한국과 같이 무역의존도가 높은 국가에서 항만은 국제무역증진, 해운산업의 발달 및 연관산업을 직간접으로 발전시킨다는 점에서 경제적 중요성이 크다고 할 수 있다. 또한 항만은 상품의 수출입기능을 수행하는 육 해상수송의 연결지로서 뿐만 아니라 생산수단으로서 더욱 중요한 역할을 수행하고 있다. 항만 서비스 요인들의 효율성을 달성하기 위해서는 항만 물류정보화에 대한 시스템 구축이 선행되어야 한다. 또한 항만에서의 정보기술에 대한 사용자의 수용행태를 이해하고 보다 효율적인 항만물류 서비스 목적을 달성하기 위해 지속적인 항만물류 서비스 시스템을 개선해야 할 것이다. 본 연구에서는 항만물류서비스의 정보기술 서비스의 수용의도에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 기술수용모델을 기반으로 항만서비스 사용기업들의 특성을 반영한 연구모형을 개발하였다. 이와 같은 개발된 연구모형에 따라 항만물류 서비스의 기술수용모델의 요인들을 개발하여 항만서비스의 기술수용모델의 적용에 따른 효율성을 찾고자 한다. 결론적으로 항만에서 정보기술을 도입하여 항만 이용 당사자에게 제공함으로써, 항만제품 서비스 품질에 만족할 수 있고, 항만서비스에 정보기술을 도입하면 사용행동의도가 높아진다는 것이다. 그리고 사용행동의도가 실제적으로 항만 서비스 품질을 사용하는데 긍정적 효과가 있다. 따라서 항만 관계 시설에 정보기술을 도입하면, 항만 이용자에게는 업무 신속성과 비용절감, 인적감소, 항만 환경보호 등 전반적으로 직간접적인 항만 생산성 향상에 기여하게 될 것이다. 따라서 항만 정보기술의 지속적인 개발과 도입을 함으로써 글로벌 경쟁력을 발생할 것이다.

지각된 위험이 나노기술 제품 수용의도에 미치는 영향 : 기관, 사람, 기술신뢰의 조절효과를 중심으로 (Effect of Perceived Risk on the Intention to Adopt Nanotechnology Products as Moderated by Institution, People, and Technology Trust)

  • TVarious studies in different industries have proven the effectiveness of nanotechnology, which is considered as a representative technology that makes lives faster and more convenient and economical. However, as nanomaterials are tiny, consumers are concerned on whether they can do any physical harm. Therefore, based on the perceived usefulness and ease of use from the generally used Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), this study added additional variables including perceived risk. Moreover, this study introduced three kinds of trust (institution, people, and technology trust) as moderating variables, which can reduce the negative effect of perceived risk. Based on the analysis using the Structural Equation Model, we determined that perceived usefulness and ease of use positively influenced the intention to adopt nanotechnology products. Thus, when consumers regarded nanotechnology products as efficient and convenient, they showed increased intention to adopt the technology. Furthermore, perceived risk negatively affected the intention to adopt nanotechnology products, that is, when customers' perceived risk increased, the adoption intention of nanotechnology product decreases because of the potential risk from nanotechnology. On the one hand, the negative effect of perceived risk on adoption intention decreased when trust in nanotechnology washigh and when consumers highlytrust experts or administrators. On the other hand, trust in government, public institutions, and companies which produce nanotechnology products showed no significant moderating effect. This study is meaningful as it generalized TAM by applying the model to new nanotechnology products and extended existing studies by the addition of perceived risk and various trust factors to the model.

  • The aim of this study is to assess the impacts of service properties, price expectancy, social influences, and switching costs on adoption intention of 4G in Vietnam. The research model was established by the theory of diffusion of innovation, technology acceptance model, service quality, social influences and switching costs. The result from customers using telecommunication services in Vietnam shows that adoption intention of 4G is affected directly by perceived usefulness, personal innovativeness, price expectancy, social influences, prior service quality and switching costs. Whereas, switching costs have negative effect on adoption intention. Other factors such as personal innovativeness, perceived ease of use and prior service quality have an indirect effect on adoption intention of 4G.

소비자 기술준비도에 따른 증강현실(AR) 패션 쇼핑 서비스 수용의도 (Augmented Reality (AR) Fashion Shopping Service Acceptance Based on Consumers' Technology Readiness)

  • This study analyzed the effects of optimism and innovativeness, the two drivers of a consumer's technological readiness to use an augmented reality(AR) fashion shopping service within the framework of the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). The survey was conducted on 249 people (males = 58; females = 191) in their 20s who were willing to participate in the AR experience. Data were analyzed using confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) and structural equation modeling by AMOS 22.0. The results indicated that a greater level of perceived optimism had a positive influence on the ease of use and usefulness of the technology. The findings also show that consumers with a high degree of innovativeness tend to have a higher level of playfulness toward AR fashion shopping. Regarding the effects of user beliefs, ease of use had a positive effect on the perception of usefulness and playfulness with higher levels implying a higher consumer intention to adopt an AR fashion shopping service. In addition, this study reveals the moderating effect of consumers with high-fashion versus those with low-fashion innovativeness. For the latter, technological innovation had an insignificant effect on playfulness, thus indicating that consumers with low interest in fashion did not enjoy AR fashion shopping even if the technology was highly innovative. Nevertheless, the analysis confirms the possibility that experiencing a fashion product through AR technology could replace the actual experience of wearing the products.

학습자의 사이버 가정학습 사용 요인에 관한 분석 연구 (A Study on the use factor of the Cyber Home Learning Service)

  • 본 연구는 학생들의 사이버 가정학습의 활용 요인들을 살펴봄으로써 학생들을 위한 공교육 서비스로서의 발전 방향을 탐색하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 자료 수집 시스템을 구축하였고 정보기술수용모형과 관련연구들을 바탕으로 사이버 가정학습의 활용에 미칠 것으로 예상되는 변인들을 추출하였다. 연구 대상은 부산지역의 초등학생 201명이었고, 온라인 설문 시스템을 활용하여 응답결과를 요인분석과 다중 회귀분석 방법을 이용하여 분석하였다. 분석결과 (a) 사이버 가정학습의 사용에는 유용성, 미래사용의도 (b) 미래사용의도에는 유용성, (c) 유용성에는 주관적 판단, 재미, 용이성, (d) 용이성에는 자기효능감, 컨텐츠 품질이 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

Consumer Perceptions and Intentions Towards Malaysian Mobile Marketing

  • Mobile marketing is a brand new phenomenon. In Malaysia, marketeers do not seem to understand well enough the perceptions of consumers according to mobile marketing, especially to the mobile service users. This study analyses and evaluates any significant relationship between consumer perceptions and intentions with respect to mobile marketing, and seeks to determine the expectations, preferences, pattern and usage of the consumers of Mobile Marketing Product and Service (MMP&S). The data was obtained by convenience sampling in the big cities of Malaysia. A total of 500 questionnaires were distributed and a sample of 112 usable questionnaires was selected. The result of this research applying the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) point to the fact that perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, perceived innovative, social influence have a direct positive relationship with the intention to use mobile marketing. This, in turn, can shed light on the main factors determining consumer intentions to use mobile marketing that may control consumer adoption of mobile marketing.

사이버 쇼핑 환경에서 소비자의 쇼핑몰 선택에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구 (An Empirical Investigation into the Factors Influencing Shopping Mall Selection Decisions in the Cyber Shopping Environment)

  • The current study investigates major factors which influence the consumer's selection of internet shopping malls. Based on the technology acceptance model(TAM)(Davis, 1989) and trust theory(McKnight & Chervany, 2001), consumer selection factors from marketing research(Burke, 1997;Dodds et al, 2001), perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, trust, service quality, and product price were hypothesized as to affect the consumer's decision to choose one's specific internet shopping malls. The study developed a research model to explain the shopping mall selection and collected the survey responses from 312 internet shopping mall users. The results of the current research indicate that all the research variables employed in the study, perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, trust, service quality, and product price, are found to significantly influence the consumer's shopping mall selection decision. Among the influencing factors, price, service quality, and trust showed a greater effect on the shopping mall selection than usefulness and ease of use. This result implies that purchase-related variables such as price and service quality may be more critical to attracting customers and thereby raising the sales volume of the shopping mall, than the web site's usefulness and ease of use.

모바일 앱 및 키오스크 사용자의 추천의도에 관한 연구 ; 비대면서비스 이미지의 매개효과를 중심으로 (Investigating the Recommendation Intention of Customers on the Mobile App and KIOSK: Focused on the Mediating Effect of Untact Service Image)

  • This study investigates customers' perceptions of untack services in the hospitality and foodservice industries based on the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). The study first identifies Perceived Ease of Use, Perceived Usefulness, and Image as antecedents of customers' Behavioral Intention and Recommendation Intention. Second, the structural relationships among them are established and tested. The study adopts a self-administered survey method, uses SmartPLS 4.0, and applies a two-stage approach. After testing the reliability and validity of customers' 429 data on hospitality and foodservice, hypotheses were tested. The results showed that Perceived Ease of Use significantly affects Perceived Usefulness and Image. Perceived Usefulness significantly also affects Image and Behavioral Intention. The Image of untact services also significantly affects Behavioral Intention and Recommendation Intention. And Behavioral Intention significantly affects Recommendation Intention. Finally, the mediation effects are also all significant. The study's findings suggest that researchers and practitioners should consider the management of Image and Recommendation Intention in the untact service environment.

The Study of Factors Influencing the Intention of Continuous Usage Using Augmented Reality Games: Comparative Analysis of Korean and Chinese Users

  • This study is to focuses on users' attitudes toward augmented reality games. Based on the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and Flow theory, continuous usage intention was set as a dependent variable, and immersion was set as a mediating variable. As independent variables, spatial presence, perceived interactivity, perceived pleasure, and sickness were set. Besides, this study strived to compare and analyze Korean and Chinese Data. The results of this study were as follows. First of all, Korean users significantly affected spatial presence, perceived pleasure, and immersion. Spatial presence and perceived pleasure had also mediated effects on continuous usage intention through immersion. However, perceived interactivity and sickness did not affect immersion and even no mediating effect to continuous usage intention. In the case of Chinese users, spatial presence, perceived interactivity, and perceived pleasure were grouped into one variable. This variable influenced immersion and also had mediated effect on continuous usage intention. However, sickness, like Korean users, did not affect the set path. This study had implications for analyzing user perspective using immersion, a significant variable in previous research. In addition, this study found similarities and characteristics through a comparative analysis between Korean and Chinese users indirectly.
