WTR articles to date have addressed raising innovation capacity in lagging regions. We now move to the question of sharing the benefits of specific innovations, noting that one way to do this is to focus on a particular technology as a demonstration project within a capacity-building project. The word "sharing" implies mechanisms that go beyond simple buy-sell transactions. This paper catalogs a number of these mechanisms, which in fact include many well-known technology transfer techniques. The paper focuses in particular on two mechanisms, technology assessment and new institutions, the latter including three Korean institutions. A manager seeking to benefit from the several mechanisms currently must find them in as many different places. We therefore present the possible "roll-up" of sharing mechanisms as an opportunity in social entrepreneurship. We hope the paper will lead to an expanded list of sharing mechanisms, consideration of their feasibility in different regions, and ultimately a one-stop shop for managers seeking to benefit their own and other organizations by the sharing of innovations.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between knowledge sharing and academic performance in the context of quality-assurance related work. It furthermore aims to explore the role of information technology in mediating this relationship. Quantitative method was applied to collect data from the participants using an online-based questionnaire. Convenience sampling technique was used. The responses were collected from 140 participants in a university from Saudi Arabia. The study found a strong positive relationship between knowledge sharing and individual performance. It was also found out that information technology partially mediates the relationship between knowledge sharing and individual performance. The research unearths the significant contribution made by information technology in mediating the relationship between individual-level knowledge sharing and the individual performance. This helps to understand the positive impacts on individual work performance in institutions of higher education that would be derived if individuals use various forms of IT to share knowledge. The focus of the research is the individual performance as the pertinent contribution towards positive outcomes in institutional performance.

Quickly picking up some valuable information from massive manufacturing event stream usually faces with the problem of long detection time, high memory consumption and low detection efficiency due to its stream characteristics of large volume, high velocity, many variety and small value. Aiming to solve the problem above for the current complex event processing methods because of not sharing detection during the detecting process for massive manufacturing event streams, an efficient complex event processing method based on multipattern sharing is presented in this paper. The achievement of this paper lies that a multipattern sharing technology is successfully used to realize the quick detection of complex event for massive manufacturing event streams. Specially, in our scheme, we firstly use pattern sharing technology to merge all the same prefix, suffix, or subpattern that existed in single pattern complex event detection models into a multiple pattern complex event detection model, then we use the new detection model to realize the quick detection for complex events from massive manufacturing event streams, as a result, our scheme can effectively solve the problems above by reducing lots of redundant building, storing, searching and calculating operations with pattern sharing technology. At the end of this paper, we use some simulation experiments to prove that our proposed multiple pattern processing scheme outperforms some general processing methods in current as a whole.

The production technology is the basic of manufacturing for various materials and components. This technology can influence the quality and productivity of leading export products such as automobile, ship, and electronic device. Besides, the production technology is very useful to apply to other manufacturing fields and has a great ripple effect. However, it is very difficult to make the production technology into standardization and knowledge-based database because the production technology is dependent in hands-on experience. In this study, the knowledge-sharing platform for the molding & forming technology which is a branch of the production technology is introduced. This platform is web-based system and has the knowledge authoring tool technologies storage, semantic database, and web portal service. Therefore, the molding & forming technology can be shared and spread easily by the knowledge-sharing platform.

The increase in data traffic calls for investment in mobile networks; however, the saturating revenue of mobile broadband and increasing capital expenditure are discouraging mobile operators from investing in next-generation mobile networks. Mobile network sharing is a viable solution for operators and regulators to resolve this dilemma. This research uses a difference-in-differences analysis of 33 operators (including 11 control operators) to empirically evaluate the cost reduction effect of mobile network sharing. The results indicate a reduction in overall operating expenditure and short-term capital expenditure by national roaming. This finding implies that future technology and standards development should focus on flexible network operation and maintenance, energy efficiency, and maximizing economies of scale in radio access networks. Furthermore, mobile network sharing will become more viable and relevant in a 5G network deployment as spectrum bands are likely to increase the total cost of ownership of mobile networks and technical enablers will facilitate network sharing.

딥러닝에 대한 관심이 증가함에 따라 다양한 분야의 연구자 사이에 딥러닝 모델의 적용 및 재현이 중요한 작업으로 자리잡았다. 하지만 모델을 재현하고 활용하는데 있어 다양한 환경과 자원의 한계가 발생하여 문제가 되고 있다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해 본 논문에서는 국가연구데이터커먼즈체계인 KRDC 프레임워크를 활용하여 딥러닝 학습 모델의 재현 방안을 제안하였다. 이를 통해 딥러닝 연구에 익숙하지 않은 사용자도 학습 모델의 적용 및 활용을 용이하게 할 수 있음을 확인하였다. KRDC 프레임워크는 사용자가 원하는 데이터와 태스크를 정의하고, 워크플로우로 구성, 학습 모델의 재현 및 활용을 지원한다.

Demand of spectrum resource is tremendously increasing and this trend will continue as more IT services such as cloud computing, smart devices, Internet of Things are provided through wireless network. Recent development of spectrum sharing technology has drawn attention to spectrum policy makers as a promising way to overcome the expected spectrum shortage problem. However, technology-based solution to spectrum shortage problem may not be sustainable since the solution affect only one aspect of spectrum sharing ecosystem. To understand the whole picture of spectrum shortage problem, policies to vitalize spectrum sharing ecosystem were proposed based on the analysis of System Dynamics causal map in the previous study. This study compares and analyzes the effect of those proposed vitalization policies by using System Dynamics simulation. Among seven alternative policies, combined application of demand acceleration policy and technology development policy was found to be more effective for better utilization of spectrum. The effect of demand acceleration policy was offset when other policies are applied together except supply acceleration policy which shows better spectrum sharing.

Sharing economy is expected to grow high with the notable development of Internet technology. Despite this importance, however, existing studies so far have addressed the consumers for the services of sharing economy in limited perspectives and have not properly considered the recent advent of technology. Especially, car sharing service is one of the cases that have been changed rapidly with growth of the Internet technology. In this sense, the present study focuses on car sharing service and analyzes the effects of its service factors on consumers' attitude and intention to use. In addition, we examine differences in such effects between two types of services, business to customer (B2C) and customer to customer (C2C). Based on the analysis results, we discuss the guidelines for successful development of services in sharing economy.

Purpose: This study is to identify the effect of organizational characteristics on knowledge sharing in a general hospital nurses. Method: The objects of this study were 358 nurses who had worked in a general Hospital. Data were collected from May, 3rd to May, 10th in 2004 through questionnaire. Five structured Instruments were used to collect the data. Result: The knowledge sharing of nurses was the positive correlation with openness of communication, learning orientation, the support of director of nursing department, and application of information technology(r=.431${\sim}$.611, p=.000). The degree of nurse's knowledge sharing showed a significant difference according to nurses' education level, duration of working, duty shift, working field, position in Hospital(p=.05). Openness of communication appeared into a most important predictor in knowledge sharing of Nurses, and then was learning orientation, the support of director of nursing department, application of information technology in order(p=.000). All of these variables explained 55.1% of knowledge sharing of nurses. Conclusion: To increase knowledge sharing of nurses, nursing organization will have to make up organization culture of opening communication and learning orientation of nurse, promote up the support of director of nursing department and application of information technology.

Nowadays, a knowledge management becomes more important as it recognizes and utilizes a industrial knowledge as a significant sources for the improvement of enterprise competitiveness. Moreover, a industrial value tends to be evaluated by a knowledge value. In this study, influencing factors (processes, compensation system, leadership and information technology) on the knowledge sharing for strategies in foodservice Enterprise were investigated. For processes, it was important that the sharing and collecting factors for restaurants in hotel, the knowledge sharing and collecting for family-restaurants, the knowledge utilization and collecting for fast-food restaurants and the knowledge utilization and sharing for special restaurants. In compensation system, both mental and physical compensation were not related with the knowledge sharing in hotel-restaurants. On the other hands, the knowledge sharing in family-restaurants, fast-food restaurants and special restaurants was highly affected by the mental compensation, which indicated that food-service. Enterprise should lay emphasis on mental compensation than physical compensation. In industrial cultures, the influencing factors on the knowledge sharing were rational culture and progressive culture for restaurants in hotel and fast-food restaurants, and for special restaurants and family- restaurants, respectively. The ordering leadership was important factor for restaurants in hotel, fast-food restaurants and family-restaurants, while the knowledge sharing in special restaurants was more influenced by the supporting leadership. For information technology, it was important that the information utilization for restaurants in hotel, special restaurants and fast-food restaurants, and both information utilization and ability for family-restaurants.
