Technological innovations, as the key to building competitive advantage, need a comprehensive review to address the issues related to transformation of the Indian industries. The present paper reports the broad findings of the first National Innovation Survey undertaken by the Department of Science and Technology, Government of India. The findings presented here highlight the status of innovation related activities in different industrial sectors, its weaknesses, and areas requiring institutional interventions. The survey results underline the fact that the innovation activities in Indian industries are more for survival in a competitive market conditions than to create market advantage. A sort of disconnect between the innovation support system and the production system is a discernible fact that surfaces from the study. The study also indicates certain characteristics of the innovation behaviour of firms that brings out developing country issues of innovation.

The main purpose of the study is to analyze the features of state regulation of the labor market in a crisis. Structural shifts in the labor market are due to the transformation of public and economic relations in today's globalized world. Increasing competition, the development of the knowledge economy, information technology, changes in the content and forms of labor require updating the labor market regulation system. The research methodology implies the use of modern methods of analysis. The analysis of the features of state regulation of the labor market in crisis conditions is carried out.

We explore technology ecosystem of smart surgical medical system by analyzing patent data applied for in Korea and Japan. First, a review of trends of patent application by country/technological domain show that there exist a minority of technology domains focused on R&D, which represent their trends have been increasingly active. Also, while a number of Japanese firms mainly consist of the patent market of Japan, in case of the Korean market, a few universities, SMEs, and foreign firms are found to be the main applicants. As a result of the network analysis with the links as the relations of co-patenting, the relationships, which are active of convergence and knowledge spillover among the heterogeneous technology domains within each market, as well as the technology domains, which are the most active in international cooperation among each homogeneous domain, could get derived and visualized in the ecosystem. In addition, the technology domains in each patent market with leading locations, roles, and influence in the network can also be identified through the centrality analysis. In this study, the analysis for technology competitiveness are carried out focusing on patent activity and patent impact. The results denote that across all domains, the Japanese market may possess higher patent activity and patent impact compared to the Korean market. In consequence, we derive the position map for comparison by country and technology domain from a perspective considering comprehensively the multi-dimensional attributes based on the results of both network analysis and technology competitiveness.

소비자가 선호하는 유통의 현대화를 위한 정부의 유통 현대화 정책에 따라 현대 시장이이 급속히 성장했다. 이에 반해 전통적인 시장은 작은 시장규모, 시장 내 복잡한 관계 및 부적절한 공간, 유통 구조, 비효율적인 운영 및 무질서한 거래 등으로 인해 소비자에게 인기를 잃고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅, 즉 컨텍스트 인식 정보를 6W1H로 업그레이드하고 스마트 폰과의 인터페이스를 통해 시장을 활성화하고 증강 현실 기술을 통해 고급 정보를 제공하고자한다. 사용자 문맥을 이용한 상황인지 시스템의 구축은 지식 기반에 참조 규칙을 적용하고 구현하는 방법에 따라 결과가 크게 다르게 나타난다. 이를 통해서 제안하는 방법은 RFID 기술과 6W1H 문맥 인식을 통해 전통 시장을 홍보하는데 목적을 가지고 있다.

경쟁이 치열한 정보통신 시장에서의 우위 확보를 위한 필수 도구인 연구개발을 효율적으로 수행하기 위해서는 사내외에 산재한 최신 연구정보를 신속히 수집 및 가공하여 이를 필요로 하는 이용자들에게 적시에 제공해야 한다. 본 고에서는 한국통신 통합연구정보서비스시스템의 특징과 그 유형을 살펴본 후, 시스템 구축과 컨텐트 구축의 두 부분으로 나누어 소개하고자 한다. 그리고 향후 추진방향에 대해 언급할 것이다.

Advancing information technology have rapidly changed our service environment of life, culture, and industry. Computer information communication system is applied in medical, health, distribution, and business transaction. Smart is using new information by combining ability of computer and information. Although agriculture is labor intensive industry that requires a lot of hands, agriculture is becoming knowledge-based industry today. In agriculture field, computer communication system is applied on facilities farming and machinery Agricultural. In this paper, we designed and implemented application that provides personalized agriculture related information at the actual farming field. Also, this provides farmer a system that they can directly auction or sell their produced crops. We designed and implemented a system that parsing information of each seasonal, weather condition, market price, region based, crop, and disease and insects through individual setup on ubiquitous environment using location-based sensor network and processing data.

Technology development of modern society reduces times, costs and labor costs but demands work forces requiring expert knowledge on technology. Consequently knowledge worker becomes important. Not changing into a specialist acquired expert knowledge, people can't survive in competitive society. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to grasp the actual condition of private security industry and to examine problems. The final goal is to find the way to improve the professionalism of workers in private security industry. First. Now we must make up for the subject for examination actually and be in a triangular position and complement a professional materials for teaching. At the same time it must strengthen the education using advanced instruments seek to Total Security System. Moreover it is demanded 'institutional supplement of security guard instructors' which means job training for security guard instructor Second. On the job training which can deal with a state of emergency through 'security guard training' with a theory and an actual training must be strengthen. Also, most security guards have low understandings and interests because their ages are from 50's to 60's. Accordingly proper education must be offered to security guard. Third. Certification system of the private security guards are needed to fix the problems on an indiscreet issue and an abuse of license through deliberation on the security license. Fourth. Universities must find a new market to minimize the squandering of human resources because of oversupply and reduce the personnel. Also with enhancing the employment rate through specialized education, universities must offer an education which keeps pace with the times for not an entrance strategy but a long-term development. Effort for education of specialist will produce an improvement in business quality and improved services produce a customer satisfaction. A customer satisfaction will produce a fame of a successful company and positive images in market area. Finally the private industry will be developed by productivity improvement.

본 연구의 목적은 기술혁신형중소기업(이노비즈)의 건전한 성장발전을 위하여 기업의 중요한 전략적 자원으로 인식되고 있는 기술혁신능력과 기술사업화능력이 시장정보지향성을 매개로 경영성과에 미치는 영향을 분석하여 기술혁신형중소기업의 효율적인 경영관리와 정부의 정책방향에 시사점을 제공하고자 하는데 있다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위하여 우리나라 기술혁신형 중소기업를 대상으로 오슬로매뉴얼과 선행연구를 토대로 연구개발능력, 기술축적능력, 기술혁신체제를 기술혁신능력으로, 제품화능력, 생산화능력, 마케팅능력을 기술사업화능력으로 구성하고, 이들 요인들이 시장정보지향성을 매개 변수로 경영성과에 미치는 영향을 실증분석을 통하여 검증하였다. 연구결과에 의하면, 제품경쟁력 향상과 같은 기술의 상업적 성과와 직접적인 관련이 있는 경영성과는 기술혁신체제나 생산화능력, 마케팅능력 등의 경영관리적 측면에서의 능력이 상대적으로 큰 영향을 미치며 기술적 성과를 의미하는 신기술/신제품개발 성과는 연구개발능력, 기술축적능력, 제품화능력 등 공학적 측면에서의 능력이 상대적으로 큰 영향을 미친다는 것을 보여 주었다. 또한 시장정보지향성과 관련하여 신기술/신제품개발 등의 기술적 성공을 위해서는 조직내부에서의 정보확산 수준이 상대적으로 크게 부각되고 있고, 제품경쟁력 향상 등 상업적 성공을 이루기 위해서는 정보에 대한 반응수준이 더 크게 요구된다는 점을 함축하고 있다.

The importance of intellectual property is increasing in the knowledge and information era. An organization that embraces technology and strategy is faced with promising opportunities and managerial difficulties. Forecasting the performance of technology and the underlying costs to achieve such performance is even more difficult than before. Those organizations that employ technology as part of their strategic arsenal know that they are running serious risks, which clearly increases the uncertainty of organizational performance. Therefore forecasting the performance of technology is a difficult task since technology has been characterized by intangible and tacit factors and traded in a supplier's market. The decision makers usually face a complex system of interrelated components, such as resources, desired outcomes or objectives. This study intends to evaluate the contribution of technology in intangible assets by the Analytic Hierarchy Process.

문화콘텐츠 산업은 지식기반 핵심 산업이다. 본 연구는 미국, 영국, 프랑스 및 일본의 문화콘텐츠 산업정책과 미국시장을 겨냥한 한국의 애니메이션 산업 전략을 개관하여 한국의 미국시장 진출을 위한 보완책을 제시하는 것이다. 애니메이션 수출전략 보완방법으로 재원, 창작 및 기술력, 인력양성, 수출방법, 법 제도 개선문제 등으로 기술하였다. 본 연구결과는 산업정책을 기획하거나 세부계획을 발전시키는 자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.
