Intermediaries are presenting not only transactional information that orchestrates electronic transaction, but also market related information and knowledge useful for sellers' understanding of the market status. However, we do not have strong evidence that the market related information and knowledge is properly utilized by sellers and that it has an actual influence on sellers' performance. According to the research result, absorptive capacity and the pattern of information system utilization is statistically significant to sellers' performance mediated by operational efficiency and market knowledge creation. Especially, explorative utilization of information system and realized absorptive capacity has a stronger influence on sellers' performance mediated by market knowledge creation. With this research result, this study maintains that sellers are required to absorb and utilize market related information and knowledge more actively through explorative utilization of information system to achieve better performance in the e-marketplace. On the other hand, intermediaries are recommended to provide abundant and valuable market related information and knowledge for the sellers to build up better e-marketplaces.

최근 지식과 정보의 창출, 확산 및 활용을 기반으로 하는 지식기반 경제로의 이행이 가속화되고 있다. 이러한 변화 하에서 기술시장 지식정보는 연구개발, 신규투자, 기술도입, 수출시장 모색, 시장 개척, 미래 발전전략 수립 등에 있어서 가장 중요한 요소가 되고 있다. 본 고는 이상적인 기술시장 지식정보 시스템을 구축하기 위해 국내 기술 시장 지식정보와 관련된 유사 사이트의 현황과 문제점을 분석하고, 그 결과를 수합하여 개발방향을 제시하였다. 이 시스템에서는 사용자가 직접 정보분석 시스템에 참여하여 데이터를 분석하여 필요한 데이터를 얻을 수 있도록 하였다. 또한, 다양한 분야의 전문가들이 개별기술 및 아이템의 기술 시장 지식정보에 대해 심층적이고 신속히 정보를 제공함으로써, 국제사회의 급속한 환경변화와 그에 따른 불확실성의 증대에 적극적으로 대처하여, 국가 기술경쟁력 강화에 이바지할 수 있도록 하였다.

One of the most difficult and time-consuming stages in the development of the knowledge-based system is a knowledge acquisition. A splitting algorithm is developed to infer a rule-tree which can be converted to a rule-typed knowledge. A market segmentation may be performed in order to establish market strategy suitable to each market segment. As the sales data of a product market is probabilistic and noisy, it becomes necessary to prune the rule-tree-at an acceptable level while generating a rule-tree. A splitting algorithm is developed using the pruning measure based on a total amount of information gain and the measure of existing algorithms. A user can easily adjust the size of the resulting rule-tree according to his(her) preferences and problem domains. The algorithm is applied to a market segmentation problem of a medium-large computer market. The algorithm is illustrated step by step with a sales data of a computer market and is analyzed.

본 연구는 지식정보를 활용하고 지원할 수 있는 기술가치평가 시스템의 개발에 관한 것이다. 정형화된 특허정보와 기술에 의한 제품시장정보를 제공함으로써 기술의 잠재사업이익 추정을 지원하며, 산업특성 및 기술혁신단계를 분석하여 기술기여도를 산출하고, 실물옵션법을 이용하여 최종 기술가치를 산출하는 단계로 개발된 기술가치평가 시스템을 소개하였다.

We have investigated anamorphic prism lenses with distortions of 0.3-0.5%. We designed the plastic triangular lens and confirmed the minimum resolution using MTF graphs. Also we confirmed that the SVGA optical system can realize a resolution of $864{\times}648$ 56 megapixels. A distortion of about 0.5% aberration appears in the maximum field, and a finite beam aberration of about $15{\mu}m$ is confirmed. We made a mold based on the design data and completed the prism lens through exodus molding. We confirmed the shape error (< $30{\mu}m$) and surface roughness (> 40 nm) of the three sides. We made the video-information-display prototype glasses using prism lens by measuring the performance, we determined the distortion aberration (0.3%) and SVGA resolution. Our approach will enable fabrication of a portable large-screen display device for glasses and sunglasses for the domestic market and, after 2015, for the world market.

오늘날 지식관리시스템은 효과적으로 지식 프로세스를 지원하고. 다양한 비정형의 지식들을 처리하기 위한 다양한 시도들을 하고 있다. 그러나 지식 검색, 정보 추출, 관리 등에서 근본적인 약점을 갖고 있으며, 다양한 지식 자원들을 통합하고 연동하는데 어려움을 갖고 있다. 이런 한계들을 극복하고 지식관리 방식을 개선하기 위한 다양한 연구들이 시도되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 최근 주목받고 있는 시맨틱 웹 기술을 적용함으로써 지식관리시스템들이 직면한 한계들을 극복할 수 있는지, 그리고 어떤 장점과 기회들을 얻을 수 있는지 고찰하였다. 그리고 기존 지식관리시스템 아키텍처와 비교하여 변경되는 부분들을 살폈으며. 새로운 시맨틱 지식관리시스템 아키텍처와 향후 전망, 그리고 나아갈 바를 제시하고자 하였다.

Harmon 교수는 현재 Texas대학 대학원에서 연구방법론과 정보과학을 강의하고 있으며, ’On the Evolution of Information Science(1971)' 'Human Memory and Knowledge : A System Approach (1973)' 'The Invisible Manpower Market for Information Scientists 91975)' 등의 논문을 발표하였다.

The purpose of this study is to investigate awareness of librarian's job prospects, and to do this a survey was conducted with 502 college students in 14 Departments of Library and Information Science around Korea and 753 librarians in libraries and related agencies. The study results are as follows. First, satisfaction with educational curriculum was higher in students than librarians. Second, both students and librarians regarded workplace based practical training as employment requirements and also evaluated certifications and academic performance as important requirements. Third, both groups asked that information on employment rates be available in a timely manner, and perceived that the librarian's job prospects were not bright. Therefore, in order to improve employment of librarians, it will be necessary to establish a job information system, reorganize the current educational curriculum into a practice-oriented curriculum, and introduce the national curriculum statements (NCS)-based curriculum.

온라인 기술이전시장은 단순한 기술 수요자와 공급자가 만나는 자리일 뿐만 아니라 기술이전 관련 정보를 제공함으로써 기술이전에 있어서 그 시간적, 물리적 비용을 줄이는 데 그 존재의 이유가 있다. 기술이전시 정보제공에는 시의성이 중요한 요인으로 작용하므로 이를 효율적으로 관리하기 위한 콘텐츠 통합관리 시스템이 요구된다. 종래의 온라인 기술이전정보 제공 사이트는 단순한 기술정보의 제공과 수시로 발생하는 기술판 매자나 수요자의 갱신상황을 반영하지 못하고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 기술수요자나 기술공급자에게 보다 시의적절한 정보를 제공할 수 있는 방안을 제시하기 위하여 온라인 기술이전정보 통합 시스템에 대한 구현의 예를 제시하고자 한다.

As Korea's global IT sourcing is sluggish and supply of qualified IT personnel does not meet the demand, IT developers currently do not worry about their job security. The sluggish global sourcing is attributed to the lack of system design and analysis skills as well as lack of communication skills of IT personnel. Most of big Korean IT service firms operate in captive market. This is also attributed to the cause of the sluggish global sourcing. Some IT managers, especially in global IT service firms, concerned about the negative long term effect of the sluggish global sourcing on competitiveness and human infra capability of Korea's IT service industry. Managers in IT service firms expect skill requirement changes in the future when global sourcing becomes active. The skills and knowledge that they wish to retain in-house is business knowledge, system analysis and design knowledge, customer relation management skills, project management skills and industry knowledge. The jobs with the above knowledge usually involve customers.
