  • Self diffusion coefficients of $^{67}$Co and impurity diffusion coefficients of $^{51}$Mn and $^{65}$Zn in single crystalline CoO have been measured by applying different radioactive isotopes simultaneously. To compare the residual activity method and the tracer sectioning method we analyzed our tracer diffusion experiments by using both methods simultaneously. According to our experimental results, the diffusion coefficients obtained from both methods are identical within experimental error, demonstrating the relibility of our experimental procedures. The diffusion coefficients of all the isotopes obtained during these test experiments for the methodology are similar in magnitude and show similar dependences on oxygen partial pressure. These first observations indicate that impurity diffusion of Mn and Zn occur via a vacancy mechanism as known for self diffusion of cobalt.

  • With the rapid development of deep learning and artificial intelligence, generative models have achieved remarkable success in the field of image generation. By combining the stable diffusion method with Web UI technology, a novel solution is provided for the application of AI painting generation. The application prospects of this technology are very broad and can be applied to multiple fields, such as digital art, concept design, game development, and more. Furthermore, the platform based on Web UI facilitates user operations, making the technology more easily applicable to practical scenarios. This paper introduces the basic principles of Stable Diffusion Web UI technology. This technique utilizes the stability of diffusion processes to improve the output quality of generative models. By gradually introducing noise during the generation process, the model can generate smoother and more coherent images. Additionally, the analysis of different model types and applications within Stable Diffusion Web UI provides creators with a more comprehensive understanding, offering valuable insights for fields such as artistic creation and design.

  • In order to ensure the reliability and specialty of weapon system test results, a policy of extending certified testing service institutions has been driven by applying accreditation system of the ones in defense industry. Bass and Logistic models are used to apply the policy effectively and forecast the diffusion pattern of certified testing service institutions. The parameters for diffusion forecast are estimated using the diffusion pattern of certified testing service institutions in non-defense industry, and these are applied to forecast the diffusion of certified ones in defense industry. Coefficients of innovation and imitation of Bass model are analyzed to derive the factors influencing the early adoption and diffusion patterns. The more increasing the coefficients, the earlier adoption occurred. Diffusion pattern due to coefficient of imitation, internal factor, has larger effect on sensitivity of diffusion pattern. This means that the self recognition of necessity is more effectively worked than the policy or regulations driven by government.

  • This study takes a holistic approach to understand the diffusion of IPTV services by combining the adoption-diffusion model and the use-diffusion model of innovation. IPTV service, a leading digital converged application coupling media content with telecommunications, has been recently launched commercially in Korea. We created a structural model of adoption-diffusion, using the perceived easeof-use and usefulness of TAM(Technology Acceptance Model) as mediating variables, and a structural model of use-diffusion, with the rate of use and the variety of use as mediating variables. To empirically analyze these models, non-users of IPTV were surveyed using the adoption-diffusion model to identify factors influencing their intention to subscribe to the service. Meanwhile, users of IPTV were surveyed using the use-diffusion model to determine the factors that influence their satisfaction with the service and their intention to re-use it. Under the adoption-diffusion model, we found that trialability, household innovativeness and perceived risk were the determinants of user satisfaction with IPTV, and perceived ease-of-use, the mediating factors. Under the use-diffusion model, complementarity and communication were shown to be the determinants of users' satisfaction with IPTV, and variety of use, the mediating factor. We also found that consumers' intention to re-use IPTV was strongly influenced by its relative advantage and perceived risk.

  • This paper presents a 3-dimensional diffusion simulation with adaptive solution strategy. The developed diffusion simulator VLSIDIF-3 was designed to re-refine areas. Refine scheme was calculated by the difference of doping concentration between any of two nodes. Each element is greater than tolerance and redo diffusion process until error is tolerable. Numerical experiment in low doping diffusion problem showed that this adaptive solution strategy is very efficient in both memory and time, and expected this scheme would be more powerful in complex diffusion model.

  • A numerical model for diffusion and dissolution controlled transport from dispersed matrix is presented. The rate controlling process for transport is considered to be diffusion of drug through a concentration gradient coupled with time-dependent surface change and/or disappearance of the dispersed drug in response to the dissolution. The transport behavior of drug was explained in terms of ${\nu}$ parameter: ${\nu}$ value means a ratio of diffusion time constant and dissolution time constant. This general model has wide range of application from where release is controlled by the diffusion rate to where release is governed by the dissolution rate. Based on this model, theoretical drug concentration, particle size distributions in the polymer matrix system and the resulting release rate were also investigated.

  • The lithium ion diffusion coefficients of bare, carbon-coated and Cr-doped $LiFePO_4$ were obtained by fitting the discharge curves of each half cell with Li metal anode. Diffusion losses at discharge curves were acquired with experiment data and fitted to equations. Theoretically fitted equations showed good agreement with experimental results. Moreover, theoretical equations are able to predict lithium diffusion coefficient and discharge curves at various discharge rates. The obtained diffusion coefficients were similar to the true diffusion coefficient of phase transformation electrodes. Lithium ion diffusion is one of main factors that determine voltage drop in a half cell with $LiFePO_4$ cathode and Li metal anode. The high diffusion coefficient of carbon-coated and Cr-doped $LiFePO_4$ resulted in better performance at the discharge process. The performance at high discharge rate was improved much as diffusion coefficient increased.

  • $N^+$ beam modified diffusion barriers have been proposed for Cu metallization . The crystalline phases of W and Ti thin films change from polycrytalline to amorphous phase by the N ion implantation of 1~$3\times 10^{17}$atoms/$\textrm{cm}^2$. The comparison between these amorphized diffusion barriers and the conventional W and TiN films shows that the amorphized W and Ti diffusion barriers are superior to the conventional w and TiN for protecting the Cu diffusion barriers are superior to the conventional W and TiN for protecting the Cu diffusion at the annealing temperature range $600^{\circ}C$~$800^{\circ}C$ for 30min. This is a worldwidely new and excellent result on the high temperature thermal stability of diffusion barrier.

  • Object-orientation has been proposed as a promising software process innovation to improve software productivity and quality. It has not been understood clearly, however, what factors influences the diffusion of object-oriented technology in organizations. A research model was formulated and hypotheses were generated based on the literature of information technology implementation and software process innovation. To test the research hypotheses, a questionnaire survey was conducted. The results based on 121 responses from Korean companies revealed that project characteristics, use of external experts, and number of development projects are significantly related to the diffusion of object-oriented analysis and design and object-oriented programming. Innovation champion is positively related to the diffusion of object-oriented analysis and design, whereas it is not related to the diffusion of object-oriented programming language. Only project complexity was significantly related to the diffusion of visual programming language. On the other hand, organizational size was not significantly related to any object-oriented technology in this study.

  • The diffusion behavior of phenol, toluene and benzoic acid in aqueous SDS solution was examined. It showed a similar experimental results for phenol and toluene. The diffusion coefficients of the solutes were characterized by the presence of two distinct regions: below the cmc and above the cmc. For phenol and toluene, it remained approximately unchanged when the SDS concentration was below the cmc. Above the cmc there was an apparent decrease in the diffusion coefficients of the two solutes with increasing SDS concentration. However, for benzoic acid the diffusion behavior was different from that of phenol and toluene. The diffusion coefficient of benzoic acid decreased slightly with increasing SDS concentration, however the diffusion coefficient was almost constant above the cmc. For benzoic acid the diffusion behavior was dependent on the joint contribution of benzoic acid molecules as well as the benzoate ions.
