  • Media art has been differentiated and evolved depending on the development of digital technology and the growing of pop culture. Finally experiential ways, which make much of communication with human beings, bring themselves into relief in media art, and these various ways broke lines between virtual reality and reality with the elevation of digital technology, and that has a direct effect on expressing actual space. For this reason, diversified expressions of media art can be an important guideline for studying how to express modern space. This research analyzes expressing features in media art establishing a link with modern industrial interior space and offers new future-oriented space.

  • "New Dimension Art" is an artistic concept of the new era that the author puts forward by combining the background, the artistic environment and the artistic market.It relates to the consciousness of thought, the way of feeling, the form of expression and even the style of language in artistic creation.The author expounds this concept of art.At the same time, this paper deeply studies the characteristics of "new dimension art" by analyzing personality and commonality, as well as the creator's personality transformation.The author hopes that he and more artists can create and express more accurately through this concept, so that his works can fully reflect the author's individual characteristics and release more dimensional field energy. We are confident that this paper will affect the area of painting in the future.

입력 도메인 반복 분할 기법 성능 향상을 위한 고려 사항 분석 (Revision of ART with Iterative Partitioning for Performance Improvement)

  • 적응적 랜덤 테스팅 (Adaptive Random Testing, ART) 기법 중 입력 도메인 반복 분할을 이용한 기법(ART through Iterative Partitioning, IP-ART)은 초기 ART 기법이 가지는 단점인 많은 거리 연산량을 입력 도메인 반복 분할 기법을 이용해 효율적으로 개선하였다. 또한 입력 도메인 확장을 이용한 IP-ART 기법(IP-ART with Enlarged Input Domain, EIP-ART)은 IP-ART가 가지는 특징을 효과적으로 이용해 IP-ART에서 보이는 테스트 케이스 분포 불균일 현상을 완화시켰으며, 다양한 환경에서 좋은 성능을 보인다. 하지만 EIP-ART는 입력 도메인 확장에 의해 발생되는 부수적인 부하로 인해 테스트 케이스 선택이 지연된다는 단점을 가진다. 이에 따라 본 논문에서는 입력 도메인의 확장 없이, IP-ART의 변화를 통한 성능 개선가능성 확인을 위해 테스트 케이스 분포에 영향을 줄 수 있는 세 가지 조건을 정의하고 이들 각각이 기법에 미치는 영향을 평가하였으며, 실험을 통해 정의된 세 가지 조건 중 제한 영역 관리 조건이 기법의 성능에 가장 긍정적인 영향을 주는 것을 확인하였다.

  • Today, the world is facing overflowing digital technology, floating digital contents in the air, and various perspectives on the contents, and these are called new media waves. The waves show diverse features applied in arts and interior designs. In the new media world, a process that shows what artists and designers are dreaming of, planning, and presenting is becoming important., Therefore, a purpose of this research is to understand and refine the concept of new media world, and is to study on presentations of new media art in commercial spaces. Up to present times, New media art is a metaphor in the air, which connects digital art and design. Like the modifier "NEW" contains meaning of frequent changing, new media art has various characteristics in the commercial areas. First, new media art shows lighter and various space-designs with numerous lights and colors through the evolution of interface between substances and non-substances. Second, new media art has liquidity of spaces that come with diverse communication and change though infinite possibilities of digital technology. Finally, new media arts has amusement itself based on virtual images through interactive reality extension from human experience.

현대미술 감상을 통한 환경교육 효과 연구 (The Effects of Environmental Education through Modern Art Appreciation)

  • 본 논문은 현대미술 감상을 통한 환경교육이 유아의 환경보전지식, 환경보전태도 및 미술 감상능력에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 경기도 평택에 위치한 D어린이집의 만5세 유아 총 30명(실험집단 15명, 비교집단15명)을 대상으로 현대미술 감상을 통한 환경교육을 실시하였다. 사전검사와 사후검사의 차이를 분석한 결과, 실험집단의 환경보전지식, 환경보전태도 및 미술 감상능력에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것을 알 수 있었다. 따라서 본 연구의 결과를 활용하여 유아교육현장에서 유아의 환경보전지식, 환경보전태도 및 미술 감상능력을 증진 할 수 있는 기초자료 및 교수방법을 제시하는 것에 그 목적이 있다.

  • The purpose of this study is to evaluate visual arts in interactive technology in art museum applications and to analyze the impact relationship between interactive technology and the five senses. This study was conducted to survey respondents who had used art museum applications. The results are as follows. First, this study evaluates the differences in perception of art museum applications according to the general characteristics of the respondents. They show that there are differences in gender, marital status, age, and social income. Second, this study identifies the impact of five senses and synesthesia on interaction design among emotional design elements. They reveal that visual, auditory, tactile components, and synesthesia have significant effects on interactive design. This study reveals that emotional design elements of art museum applications affect interaction design. Also, it suggests that research on interaction design reflecting five senses is continuously needed to improve audience satisfaction and revitalize art museum applications.

  • This paper deals with design processing for TEDA-footbridge in Tianjin, China. The pedestrian cross over TEDA(Technology and Economy Development Area)-street as main street bridging both different areas in Tianjin. For resonable beautiful footbridge it need to technical mind and art. 'Science, not intuition, the tool of creativity' Starting with structure planning it need to cooperate both engineering and architect. We must solve a gaps between technology and art for structural design.

  • This paper deals with a problem about synergy effect in design and engineering. So far a design processing is paralleled to both in Korea, A cooperation between concept design and working plan must be kept up all the way. From three Personally designed footbridges 1 will make clear a total problem for throughout design processing. If we must solve a gaps between technology and art for structural design, we can get an unexpected result. It will be synergy effect between art and technology, design and engineering.

포스트모던 사회의 패션에 표현된 옵아트 (Op-Art in Fashion of Post-Modern Society)

  • OP-Art was not appreciated by painters and art critics. and according1y has been forgotten in art history. But recently Op-Art is revitalized in fashion and is in its palmy days. This study intends to re-assess the value of Op-Art, by reviewing its influence on fashion design in the post-modern society To this purpose, conceptual characteristics of Op-Art was analyzed. And then, on the bases of these characteristics, the figural characteristics and the meaning of Op-Art in fashion design of post-modern society was re-explained. Op-Art is characterized as an art of flatness of picture plane which uses repetition of simple forms and colors. It is also based on trick of visual perception. Finally. it creates an impression which is flickering or vibrating by means of optical illusion. These characteristics give birth to some features such as simplicity. anonymity and mobility in the Op-Art fashion. The meanings of Op-Art in fashion design in post-modern society are as follows. First, repetition of simple units employed in Op-Art produces feeling of simplicity. which makes the Op-Art fashion works perceived as polysemy. In other words, the feeling of simplicity can be interpreted In diverse perspectives within the social context of our society. The material civilization and technology civilization, which causes the alienation and standardization of man. can be the backgrounds of the Op-Art fashion. Second, Op-Art is an art based on perspectives of spectators. Anonymity in the Op-Art fashion enhances participation of spectators. which gives Op-Art a sense of affinity. Third, through the feeling of mobility created by optical illusion techniques. the Op-Art fashion expresses the opposition to the ideal body image made by power group. In post-modern society, Op-Art in fashion gives new meaning to art. Op-Art in fashion proposes new roles of artist and spectators, and new concepts of art related with roles of human beings. Through general sensibility of men, Op-art in fashion can express new recognition of the post-modern society.

  • 슈테이너 바술카(1940-)와 우디 바술카(1937-2019) 부부는 초기 비디오아트의 선구자로서 그들 특유의 실험적 예술을 비롯해 동시대의 아방가르드 퍼포먼스와 음악, 시각예술 세계 전반의 변화를 이끌어 냈다. 두 예술가는 디지털 수단들에 의해 변화하는 비디오이미지 프로세싱 작업을 위하여 엔지니어와 협업하며 기계장치를 개발하거나 응용하여 디지털이미지 변형 실험을 수행했다. 그들에게 비디오아트는 단순한 기록의 수단이 아니었다. 바술카 부부의 예술적 실천은 예술의 전통적인 규범이나 비평적 담론에 얽매이지 않고, 인간의 시각과 기계의 시각을 공존하게 하는 적극적인 미적 전략의 일환이었다. 특히 그들의 비디오아트는 미디어 테크놀로지가 커뮤니케이션 체계를 지배하기 시작한 시대에 비디오를 핵심적 미디어로 인식하고, 비디오카메라에 의존하지 않으면서도 움직이는 이미지를 전자적으로 조작할 수 있는 예술가의 권위를 개척했다는 점에서 더욱 그 가치를 부여할 수 있겠다. 이에 본고는 그 동안 국내에서는 아직 연구되지 않은 바술카 부부의 지난 예술의 여정을 되돌아보고, 그들의 비디오아트가 지닌 시대적 맥락과 미적 전략에 대한 학문적 관심을 제안한다.
