기업의 자기주식취득제한 완화에 관한 비교법적 연구 (A comparative legal study on the relaxation of restrictions at the acquisition of own stock in enterprise)

  • This thesis is to explore the relaxation of restrictions at the acquisition of own stock, and to get the results from this system many countries' legislations were alluded as model cases for Korean system. In comparing with America, Japan, Europe(EC 2nd Commercial Law), and England, the final suggestion for Korean companies law as follows: The solution of problems which is derived from the acquisition at own stock in enterprise is to make the optimum situation for the economic development and stability of stock market. So, to solve these problems needs the relaxation of restrictions for this system and by the relaxation of restrictions can get the distribution of its profit to stockholder, and the compensation for employers and employees. Furthermore, through this system the company can achieve the protection against M&A and the supply of company funds. In conclusion the relaxation of restrictions at the acquisition of own stock is acknowledged the necessity, but the problems that would be followed must be necessarily minimized, and to do so, the legal system has to be molded for this purpose and the its procedure(that is, accounting deal of own stock, the fictitious dividend, and non-appliance of tendency control) has to be prior to the legal system.

Analysis of the Problem of fire Qualification Information and Employment Information Due to Incomplete Information in the Job Search Process

  • This study analyzes the problems of fire qualification information websites and job search websites due to incomplete information in the job search process and suggests an improvement plan. It has been confirmed that the main reason for the cost of job searching is incomplete information required for a job search and job search through existing analysis. As a result, it is suggested to construct a smooth information system for economic entities and to provide easy access to information by mitigating the incompleteness of information. Based on this, analysis of the problems of Korean qualifications in the firefighting realm reveals that there is a qualification holder information and a job information site, and a qualification holder management system is established but only information of either qualification acquisition information or employment information is provided. In addition, it is easy to access information through a qualification acquisition information and employment information site via the Internet, but there are inconveniences that qualification acquisition information and employment information are dualized. In order to improve this, it is necessary to build a new customized integrated qualification management system that covers existing Q-net qualification acquisition information and worknet employment information.

전술적 운용과 무기체계 획득을 위한 대화력전 모델링과 분석 (Modeling and Analysis of Counterfire Warfare for Tactical Operation and Acquisition)

  • In counterfire warfare, it is important to detect and attack enemy targets faster than the enemy using sensing and shooting assets. The artillery assets of North Korea are mostly mine artillery and much more than those of South Korea. To cope with sudden fire attacks from North Korea, we need to improve capability of our artillery. In this paper, we discuss issues and problems of our counterfire warfare systems and processes to overcome numerical inferiority and defend against the mine artillery. We develop a simulation model for counterfire warfare and analyze effectiveness of our counterfire weapon systems and operations based on various counterfire warfare scenarios. Finally, we propose methods of tactical operations and acquisition strategies of counterfire weapon systems, including detaction, firing, and protection assets.

  • The risk analysis plays an important role in weapon system acquisition project due to uncertainties in the acquisition process. But in domestic, studies on risk analysis are insufficient and risk cost is not included in acquisition budget in policy. Therefore, in this study, we suggest a method that measures risk or success probability of project using the stochastic model. In particular, in order to calculate the success probability, we apply the joint probability distribution model of cost and schedule that are critical factors influencing the project risk. And also we verify the applicability of this model in Korean defence industry environment through case studies.

  • This paper describes Data Acquisition & Analysis System(DAS) for analysis of the multi-function radar. There are various information - beam probing data, clutter map data, plot data, target tracking data, RT tracking data, radar signal processing data, interface data - this device saves. The most important thing of data analysis is that a researcher gets a view of the whole data. The DAS intergrates with all of the data and provides overall information on the time matters occur. This is very useful advantage for approaching the matter easily. System algorithms of multi-function radar are improved by using this advantage. As a result of, range blank region have fallen about 72% and it is able to keep track in jammer environment.

국방규격작성 방법 발전방안에 관한 연구 (A Study on Korean Defense Specification Practice Standard Development Initiative)

  • Korean defense specifications are the technical criteria of military products and major factor of acquisition system. Weapon systems and acquisition technique have been advanced dramatically after 1990's, but Korean defense specification practice standard has stayed after early 1980's except embedded software. The current status of current Korean defense specification practice standard and trend of related design and acquisition techniques like M&S, SBA, and digital manufacturing have been reviewed. This paper suggests that transfer to product, IT oriented specification structure, adaptation of digital product model and reinforcement of engineering management systems to establish a development initiative of Korean defense specification practice standard.

Automatic Acquisition of Lexical-Functional Grammar Resources from a Japanese Dependency Corpus

  • This paper describes a method for automatic acquisition of wide-coverage treebank-based deep linguistic resources for Japanese, as part of a project on treebank-based induction of multilingual resources in the framework of Lexical-Functional Grammar (LFG). We automatically annotate LFG f-structure functional equations (i.e. labelled dependencies) to the Kyoto Text Corpus version 4.0 (KTC4) (Kurohashi and Nagao 1997) and the output of of Kurohashi-Nagao Parser (KNP) (Kurohashi and Nagao 1998), a dependency parser for Japanese. The original KTC4 and KNP provide unlabelled dependencies. Our method also includes zero pronoun identification. The performance of the f-structure annotation algorithm with zero-pronoun identification for KTC4 is evaluated against a manually-corrected Gold Standard of 500 sentences randomly chosen from KTC4 and results in a pred-only dependency f-score of 94.72%. The parsing experiments on KNP output yield a pred-only dependency f-score of 82.08%.

AutoCor: A Query Based Automatic Acquisition of Corpora of Closely-related Languages

  • AutoCor is a method for the automatic acquisition and classification of corpora of documents in closely-related languages. It is an extension and enhancement of CorpusBuilder, a system that automatically builds specific minority language corpora from a closed corpus, since some Tagalog documents retrieved by CorpusBuilder are actually documents in other closely-related Philippine languages. AutoCor used the query generation method odds ratio, and introduced the concept of common word pruning to differentiate between documents of closely-related Philippine languages and Tagalog. The performance of the system using with and without pruning are compared, and common word pruning was found to improve the precision of the system.

  • The work was aimed at realize the problem of seed processing . Solving this problem it was ascertained that the existing mathematical methods are reliable enough, but they are used practically very seldom. The work offers to use the expert system technology which allows to solve problems connected with practical knowledge of experts in the region of investigation effectively. The method of knowledge structuring and analizing as well as technique of knowledge acquisition which is necessary for realization of this technology are worked-out in the work. As the result applying the worked-out method the prototypes of the expert system (ES) are created : -ES " Sieves " ; research prototype for the sieve choice for the seed sorting machines -ES " Diagnostics " ; displaying prototype for the technological determination of action disrepair of seed sorting machines.

Wide Field-of-View Imaging Using a Combined Hyperbolic Mirror

  • A wide field-of-view (FOV) image contains more visual information than a conventional image. This study proposes a new type of hyperbolic mirror for wide FOV image acquisition. The proposed mirror consists of a hyperbolic cylindrical section and a bowl-shaped hyperbolic omnidirectional section. Using an imaging system with this mirror, it is possible to achieve a $213.8^{\circ}$ horizontal and a $126.94^{\circ}$ vertical maximum FOV. Parameters of each section of the mirror are designed to be continuous at the junction of the two parts, and the resultant image is seamless. The image-acquisition model is obtained using ray-tracing optics. To rectify the geometrical distortion of the original image due to the mirror, an image-restoration algorithm based on conformal projection is presented in this study. The performance of the proposed imaging system with the hyperbolic mirror and its image-restoration algorithm are verified by experiments.
