Modern production requires production staff who have design competence, experience and skills to work in various types of work integrated into professional activities. Possession of digital design methods significantly expands the opportunities for professional activities of qualified workers. The purpose of our study was to study the impact of pedagogical conditions on the formation of design competence of future qualified workers in a group work. We have identified a set of pedagogical conditions that promote the development of professionally oriented artistic and technical creativity of workers in the conditions of curricular and extracurricular activities, which include motivational-target, procedural-semantic, organizational-technological, and subject-oriented. It is shown that the formation of design competence is determined by motivational, informational-active and reflection criteria, which are aimed at motivational-value, cognitive, operational-active, creative, social and emotional components of this competence. The methodology of the research is highlighted, which includes the use of the following methods: determination of the personality's motivational sphere in order to identify strong and weak motives of students activity; multiple intelligence to identify students talents in the direction of practical intelligence, which is important for design competence; determining the level of creative activity to identify manifestations of students creative abilities; identifying the type of students innovative thinking in order to develop motivation for success; factor-criterion model, developed on the basis of a qualimetric approach, which is used to identify the level of design competence formation in accordance with its components. The results of the study showed that the creation of separate pedagogical conditions in the institution of vocational education and training (VET) had a positive impact on the development of design competence, which shows the potential of artistic and technical design in the development of professional creativity of future qualified workers taking into account the environmental approach.

The article presents the concept of ICT - competence, which is considered as the most important characteristic of professional competence, which includes a combination of the following components: motivational-value (orientation of the individual to the development of his ITC-competence in future professional activities); technological (complex of skills and abilities of ICT activities); cognitive (a system of knowledge of modern technologies of future professional activity); it is determined that the pedagogical support of the formation of ICT competence of future specialists is the individualization of the process training, due to their personal and professional needs and the specifics of a regional university, providing the necessary conditions for the implementation of this process.

IT산업 기업 간의 치열한 경쟁 환경에서 기업 생존을 위한 기술혁신은 경쟁력 확보를 위한 필수요소가 되고 있다. 이러한 기술혁신은 기업의 생존을 위해 반드시 필요하며 다양한 요인들이 기술혁신의 성공을 거두기 위해 필수적으로 고려되어야 한다. 본 논문에서는 정부의 지원 수준이 기술혁신의 성패에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 로지스틱 회귀분석을 통해 살펴보았다. 결론적으로 정부지원 측면에서 IT제조업의 제품혁신 성공을 위해서는 직접적인 기술개발 및 사업화 지원을 위한 자금 지원이 필요하며, 공정혁신을 위해서는 기술인력 지원이나 교육연구 지원 등이 성공여부에 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다.

Although a wide range of theoretical researches have emphasized on the importance of knowledge management in cooperative R&D network, the empirical researches to synthetically examine the role of organizational learning and open innovation which influence on the performance of technological innovation are not enough to meet academic and practical demands. This study is to investigate the effect of open innovation and organizational learning in venture business on technological competitive advantage and establish the mediating role of organizational learning. For the purpose, the questionnaires, made based on the reviewing previous researches, were collected from 274 Korean venture businesses whose managerial focus is on developing technological innovation. As a result of analysis, the relational dimensions of open innovation - network, intensity and trust shared by a firm with external R&D partners - as well as the internal organizational learning system and competence have positive influence on building technological competitive advantage whose sub-variables are technological excellence, market growth potential and business feasibility. In addition, it is identified that organizational learning has the mediating and moderating effect in the relationship between open innovation and technological competitive advantage. These results imply that open innovation complements and expend the range of limited resources and the scope of innovation in technology-intensive small and medium-sized enterprises. Besides, organizational learning activity reinforces the use of knowledge and resources, obtained from external R&D partners. On the basis of these results, detailed issues and discussion were made in the conclusion.

우리나라의 중소기업은 국가경제의 근간을 이루고 있으며, 고용창출, 기술혁신, 산업의 다양성 등 여러 측면에서 국민경제 발전에 있어서 실질적인 원동력이 되고 있다. 하지만, 대기업에 비해 낮은 생산성과 수익구조 등으로 인해 어려움을 겪고 있다. 이를 해결하기 위해 중소기업은 기술혁신을 통해서 혁신역량을 확보하는 것이 더욱더 중요해졌으며, 내부자원의 한계로 인해 경영에 필요한 다양한 정보와 여러 가지 도움들을 외부와의 협력과 다양한 네트워크 활동이 필요하다. 더 나아가서 시장기회를 포착하고 조직 성장을 위한 수단들을 찾기 위한 수단으로 기업가 정신 또한 필요하다. 본 연구는 ICT중소기업의 기업 성과에 영향을 미치는 요인에 있어 기업가정신과 기업의 혁신역량이 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 알아보고자 했으며, 사회적 자본이 기업가 정신과 기업 성과 간의 조절역할을 하는지 살펴보고자 1,200개 기업을 대상으로 실증 분석을 했다. 분석 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 기업가 정신은 기업성과에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인됐으며, 사회적 자본 변수가 기업가 정신과 기업성과 간의 조절효과가 있다는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 둘째, 기업의 혁신역량이 기업성과에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 또한 사회적 자본 변수가 조절효과를 한다는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 이러한 연구 결과를 통해, 혁신역량이 기업성과에 영향을 미치는데 있어서 사회적 자본이 중요한 역할을 하고 있다는 것을 확인할 수 있었다.

Purpose - This paper will go deep into the analysis of Korean Cultural industry development, and the result of the analysis shows that the cultural value of cultural product, competitive product lines and mature Market Mechanism are core competences of Korean Cultural industry. Research design, data, and methodology - This is a case study in the era of knowledge based economy, Cultural industry has become a new increasing point of economic development. Cultural industry, commonly regarded as an industry with high-ended value, is occupying more important role in economic development and social welfare promotion process. Results - Moreover the increasingly important role of cultural industry will hopefully help to promote industrial upgrading process and finally become a driving force for economic growth and technological innovation. During the process of cultural development, improving core competence of Cultural industry is a key consideration to help the development of Cultural industry in a positive way. Conclusions - From the study above, we find that in order to ensure sustainable development of Cultural industry, emphasis should be put on finding and improving core competence. Core competence of Korean Cultural industry is important and inspiring to the development of Chinese Cultural industry and regional integration in the East Asian area.

본 연구는 인간 유전자를 해독하려는 경주가 어떻게 전개되어왔는가에서 시작하여 생명공학 혁신들이 나타나고 시장 창출이 이루어지고 있는 분야들이 어떠한 것이 있는가에 대한 연구를 하였다. 의학/의약 분야, 농업/식품 분야, 화학/공정 분야, 환경분야, bioelectronics 분야 등에서 혁신 창출이 이루어지고 거대한 시장이 창출되어가고 있음을 탐색하였다. 그리고 나타나는 생명공학 혁신의 시장확산의 성공에 관한 연구 분야를 경쟁력에 관한 이론, 혁신의 소비자 수용과 확산에 관한 문헌들을 중심으로 하여 제시하였다. 클러스터를 잘 형성할 수록, 제휴를 통한 보완관계를 잘 형성할수록 혁신 창출과 확산에서 성공가능성이 높을 것 이다. 그리고 생명공학 분야는 기술과 시장의 양 측에서 벤처 창업에서 시간이 경과함에 따라 기술에서 시장으로 무게 중심이 점차적으로 옮겨갈 것이라고 제기하였다 생명공학과 같은 첨단기술 분야에서 혁신 확산이 제대로 이루어지려면 핵심역량을 창출하는 과정에서 기업가의 전략적 의도를 제대로 형성하는 것이 중요한 것이라는 것을 제기하였다. 생명공학 분야에서 나타나는 혁신의 소비자 수용과정에서 저항이 예상되며, 이는 기존의 습관과 지각된 위험이라는 변수에서 지각된 위험이라는 변수가 더 강하게 작용할 것이라고 제기하였다. 생명공학 분야에서 혁신의 소비자 수용과 확산에 관한 조사에서는 양적 조사보다 질적 조사가 중요하며 이는 앞으로 창출되어야하는 시장조사이기 때문이다. 생명공학에서의 혁신에 대한 소비자 수용과 확산은 소비자들이 형성하고 있는 사회네트워크의 성격이 영향을 미친다. 소비자들이 약한 연결로 많은 네트워크를 가지고 있는 소비자집단 사이로 혁신이 전달 될수록 확산이 빠르게 나타난다. 글로벌 혁신확산 영역에서는 생명공학과 같은 첨단기술 분야에서는 문화적인 영향을 적게 받을 것이라는 명제를 제기하였다. 이러한 이론적 연구가 앞으로 실증적 연구로 나타나 보다 일반화된 이론으로 발전하는 것은 미래의 연구로 돌린다.

본 연구는 벤처기업의 기술혁신성과에 대한 흡수능력의 조절효과 분석에 초점을 맞추었다. 이를 위해 부산 지역의 벤처기업을 대상으로 기술혁신활동 성과와 기업가정신, 혁신역량, 외부협력 및 흡수능력의 관계를 porcess macro로 분석하였다. 연구결과 흡수능력은 기업가정신이 혁신역량에 영향을 미치는 과정과 기업가정신, 혁신역량, 외부협력이 기술혁신 성과에 영향을 미치는 과정에 조절역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 부차적으로 기업가정신은 혁신역량, 외부협력 및 기술혁신성과에, 혁신역량은 외부협력과 기술혁신성과에, 그리고 외부협력 또한 기술혁신성과에 각각 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 기업가정신과 기술혁신성과간의 관계에 있어서 혁신역량과 외부협력은 각각 긍정적 매개역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구를 통해 국내 벤처기업의 개방형 혁신과정에서 흡수능력의 역할을 매개 및 조절효과를 종합적으로 파악함으로써 흡수능력에 대한 이해를 높이고 국내 벤처기업 경영자들의 실무에 도움을 주고자 한다.

Large corporations and small and medium-sized enterprises businesses have tried finding cooperative partner models through win-win activity. In this study, certain factors were researched, which affect on the achievements by win-win activity of large corporative and SMEs from a standpoint of development by SMEs, the establishment of confidence, technical innovation and competence of value chain competence in order to enforce supplying value under the win-win activity. The result of this research presents that the achievement of win-win activity by large corporations and SMEs is related positively to developmental capability, cooperative culture, developmental innovation, innovation of process, outer technological innovation and value chain.

In this study, in order to confirm the relationship between technical innovation competence and corporate performance, the effect of technical innovation competence of small and medium-sized manufacturing companies on corporate performance was identified, and entrepreneurship, which plays a role as a driving force in triggering technical innovation competence, was analyzed to determine whether there is a mediating effect between them. To conduct the research, first, the research model was established by examining previous studies on technical innovation competence, entrepreneurship, and corporate performance. Second, an on-line and offline survey was conducted for employees in companies after constructing a questionnaire that can verify the hypothesis suitable for the research model. Third, the hypothesis was verified by performing validity and reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and regression analysis using a statistical program. Results of this study, first, it was found that R&D competence and technology innovation system, which are elements of technical innovation competence, had a significant effect on financial performance, and technology innovation system and technology accumulation capacity, had a significant effect on non-financial performance. Second, it was analyzed that entrepreneurship has a mediating effect in both R&D capability, technological innovation system and technology accumulation capability, which are elements of technical innovation capability, and financial and non-financial performance, elements of corporate performance.
