기술가치평가의 개념적 분석 (A Mapping of the Overall Features of Technology Valuation)

  • This paper maps the overall features of technology valuation through a conceptional framework. The framework is composed of 4 dimensions such as basic, compositional, technical and behavioral dimension. At basic dimension, what is value and what is technology are discussed. The valuation of technology or the valuation of other assets are compared at the compositional dimension. The techniques of the valuation of technology and its difference with the valuation methods of other assets are examined at the technical dimension. The effectiveness, possibility and error of valuation are discussed at the behavioral dimension.

  • The pallet loading pattern and efficiency were analyzed on the packaging boxes for agricultural products. Also, the pallet layout chart was proposed as a convenient tool in selecting the suitable packaging dimensions for them. By researching the layout pattern and maximum number of agricultural products in the packaging box, we can choose the efficient box dimension.

The Reality of Transitional Services Provided to People with Intellectual Disabilities from the Point of View of Parents

  • The current study aimed to identify the reality of the transitional services provided to people with intellectual disabilities from the parent's point of view. The results indicated an average level, with an arithmetic mean (3.66) of the reality of transitional services provided to students with intellectual disabilities through the response of the study participants to the questionnaire consisting of (20) items. The dimension (social and societal skills) ranked first with an arithmetic average (4.03) with a high degree, through the response of the participants in the study to the items of the dimension consisting of (10) items. It was followed by the dimension (self-determination skills) with an arithmetic average of (3.29) to a medium degree, through the response of the participants in the study to the items of the dimension consisting of (10) items. The researchers recommend the necessity of joint planning by all relevant authorities, to solve the legal, societal, technical, and administrative problems and challenges that impede the provision of transitional services for students with intellectual disabilities.

  • The evaluation of product may be classified by technical tests or by ergonomics assessments. If an ergonomics assessment is required, then the three types of interface dimension are available to the researcher. In this paper, we proposed the heuristic evaluation method for usability of product in the three types of interface dimension The evaluation method is used the fuzzy weighted checklist technique computerized for evaluating or comparing prototype of system and IT product.

중국 대학교 탈행정화 정책 분석: Cooper의 4차원 정책분석 모형을 사용하여 (An Analysis of the De-administration Policy of Universities in China: using Cooper's 4 Dimension Policy Lenses)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 Cooper의 4차원 정책 분석 모형을 사용하여 중국 대학교 탈행정화 정책을 종합적이고 거시적으로 분석하는 것이다. Cooper 등(2004)이 제시한 4차원 정책 분석 모형을 사용하여 중국 대학교 탈행정화 정책을 규범적 차원, 구조적 차원, 구성적 차원, 기술적 차원으로 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 규범적 차원에서 중국 대학교 탈행정화 정책은 충분한 법적 보장을 받고 있으며 '교육 관리 체계와 관리 능력의 현대화'를 총목표로 하고 정부와 학교의 분리, 관리와 운영의 분리, 행정화 경향의 극복, 실존하는 행정 등급의 취소를 세부 목표로 하고 있다. 둘째, 구조적 차원에서 고도로 행정화된 대학교 관리 패러다임은 특정 역사 시기 중국 고등교육 발전의 초기에 중요한 역할을 하였지만 현재 중국 고등교육 발전을 저해하는 주요한 장애물 중 하나로 되었다. 다만 중국 대학교 탈행정화 정책은 60여년이라는 오랜 시간이 걸려서 겨우 이루어진 교육정책인 만큼 앞으로 대학교 탈행정화 개혁의 추진에 속도를 내기보다는 이 문제를 지속적으로 또한 단계적으로 해결해야 한다. 셋째, 구성적 차원에서 중국의 학자, 대학교 총장, 학생 등을 대표하는 각각의 주체들의 '대학교 행정화' 및 '대학교 탈행정화'에 대한 생각과 입장은 어느 정도 차이가 있지만 그들은 '대학교 행정화'를 없애는 것에 관하여서는 비교적 일치한 의견을 보여주었다. 넷째, 기술적 차원에서 지금까지 중앙정부 및 중국의 많은 대학교들은 관리와 실천에서 '대학교 탈행정화'의 좋은 성과를 축적하였지만 일부 비판의 목소리도 들린다. 그러나 이 모든 개혁의 사례들이 그 성공과 실패와 관계없이 향후 탈행정화 개혁의 모범으로 되길 바라는 바이다.

  • As the manufacturing capacity needs for large size LCD TV shifts very fast into next generation, processing and test equipment makers face more difficult challenges in accommodating productivity, reliability and lead time of panel makers as well as the prerequisite of high process quality. In this paper, AKT will discuss its new innovative productivity solutions in PECVD (Plasma Enhanced Chemical Vapor Deposition), as the key thin film process system, and EBT (Electron Beam Test), as the key array test system, for the huge glass size with surface dimension larger than 2 meter by 2 meter.

남성의 액세서리 착용과 헤어스타일에 따른 인상형성 연구 (A Study of Impression Formation According to Men's Accessories Wearing and Hairstyle)

  • This study aims to examine the differences in impression formation according to the accessories and hairstyles worn by men, and to investigate the relation between men's appearance and occupation inferences. The subjects were 320 female university students residing in the Seoul metropolitan area. First, wearing eyeglasses gave an impression of more intelligent image and less mild image. It was evaluated that the men wearing neckties have a high dimension of intelligence, and men wearing no necktie have a high dimension of progressiveness. Men with classic hairstyles had a high dimension of intelligence, while men with sports hairstyles had a high dimension of progressiveness, conspicuousness, and attractiveness. Second, metal rims on glasses had a high dimension of empowerment and attractiveness when a red necktie was worn, while horn-rimmed glasses with no necktie had a high dimension of conspicuousness and progressiveness. The men with sports hairstyles, with no eyeglasses had the highest dimension of progressiveness when a red necktie was worn. Third, it was evaluated that wearing a cloche hat or baseball cap had a low dimension of empowerment, while wearing a necklace had a high dimension of empowerment, conspicuousness, and progressiveness. Fourth, the men who wore a suit, eyeglasses, and a necktie with a classic hairstyle were deduced to be professionals, with high-ranking or white-collar jobs. It was found that when men wore a suit with a sports hairstyle, no eyeglasses, and no ties, they were inferred to be engaged in a service job. The baseball caps were strongly associated with technical or simple labor job.

  • 본 연구는 전문서비스 경쟁우위를 확보하기 위한 강력한 충성도 구축을 위해 전문서비스만의 차별화된 특성을 반영한 충성도 구축 모형을 검증하고자 한다. 전문서비스는 서비스의 일반적인 특성 외에도 소비자가 서비스 결과를 쉽게 예측할 수 없고 서비스 제공자와 이용자간의 지식불균형이 커서 서비스를 이용하고 난 이후에도 서비스 만족과 품질을 평가하기 어렵다는 특성을 가지고 있다. 그래서 전문서비스는 이용과정에서 고객이 지각하는 만족과 감정이 충성도 형성에 결정적인 역할을 할 것이다. 이에 따라 본 연구의 모형에서는 전문서비스 이용과정의 만족차원으로 반응적 만족, 상호작용 만족, 기술적 만족차원으로 나누어 검토하고 감정적 몰입과 계산적 몰입과의 관계, 몰입의 차원과 충성도 간의 관계를 구조적으로 살펴보았다. 분석결과 전문서비스 이용과정에서 지각하는 만족의 차원은 감정적 몰입과 계산적 몰입을 모두 높이며, 이러한 몰입은 충성도 형성에 영향을 미치고 있음을 알 수 있다.

  • We could confirm through this study that in the company which has secured its agility in an information technology dimension, a process dimension and an organization behavior dimension as a real time enterprise, various agility competences of that company are used more effectively for productivity Improvement, development on new products and customer satisfaction. Therefore, based on these determinant factors, it has been proved that an individually differentiated investment of technical and organizational resources for development and innovation of new products has contributed affirmatively to get a more efficient enterprise performance : and, in this point, it is verified again that the agility secured through a conversion toward the real time enterprise (RTE) is a more effective plan to increase the enterprise performance.
