Configuration management plays a key role in systems engineering process for any project from earlier stage of development. It consists of five major activities, ie., configuration management planing, configuration identification, configuration control, configuration status accounting and configuration verification and audit, and is essential to control system design, development and operation throughout entire life cycle of the system development. And it is directly associated with other part of systems engineering management process, ie., technical data management which provides traceability of important decisions and changes during development. In this paper, we describe how to apply CASE(Computer-aided Systems Engineering) tool-Cradle for the configuration management to achieve effectiveness of Technical Management process.

This study reviews the status and validity of seismic design criteria (SDC) for major facilities in Korea, which are composed of performance criteria and technical standard. Various facilities with different seismic design response spectra are analyzed to identify their seismic performance and necessity of eventual retrofit. The results are used to derive improvement directions of SDC. It is also concluded that the technical standard should be improved after the revision of the performance criteria.

본 연구는 과학기술분야 전문도서관의 포털서비스 개발을 위하여 연구자들의 정보요구를 조사하고, 정보서비스 현황을 분석하여 그 기초자료를 제시하는데 있다. 연구방법은 과학기술분야 연구자들을 대상으로 한 설문조사와 전문도서관의 정보서비스 통계 자료를 수집하여 분석하였다. 연구의 결과는 과학기술분야 연구자들은 필요한 정보 입수를 위하여 소속기관의 도서관 홈페이지를 가장 자주 이용하며, 메타검색서비스를 가장 많이 이용하는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 대부분 학술정보 공유활동이 필요하며 이러한 활동에 참여하겠다고 하였다.

The customer premise facilities assume an important role in the telecommunication networks. The present technical standards for domestic customer cabling facilities are established with the multimedia environment reflected, but are insufficient for accommodation of multimedia services of the ultra high-speed information and communication networks In the present paper, the status of international standardization as well as technical standards in the U.S.A., Japan, other countries are reviewed and the domestic technical standard and emblem is investigated and analyzed in order to enhance customer cabling facilities in Korea. The problems with emblem are analyzed, and how to improve customer cabling telecommunication facilities is suggested based on the above.

This paper examines the relationship between working women's health status and working environment. The result of this study is that working women's health is effected on their working environment. The data used in the present study was collected from 7,091 organized women worker by survey conducted in 1987. The independent variables chosen for analysis were job classification, working condition, women workers' characteristics, job satisfaction and health management. The findings of this study can be summarized as follows; First, technical experts had higher health status than other jobs. Manufacturizing workers had lower health status than other jobs. Second, the women who were 20-24 years old, not married and started working at 19 and less year and worked during 3-5 years had lower health status than others. Third, the women who worked bad condition were not healthy. It was bad working condition that working hour was 11-12 per day and did not have holiday and monthly wage was 100,000-200,000 won. Fourth, the women who satisfied the job had higher health status than the women who dissatisfied the job. Fifth, it showed high health status that the women worked the place where health was well managed.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of economic status on the difficulties of family life focusing on the mediating effects of family communication and family ties. A total of 386 people were surveyed, and data from 352 were used for the actual data analysis. For the analysis, technical statistical analysis, correlation analysis, regression analysis, and a Sobel test were conducted. The results were as follows.: First, the correlation analysis confirmed that there are statistically significant correlations among the economic status of households, family communication, family ties, and the difficulties of family life. Second, the economic status of households directly influences the difficulties of family by mediating family communication and family ties. This study identified that family communication and family ties affect the improvement of difficulties in family life. It suggests that improving economic status, promoting communication among family members, and strengthening family ties can help solve the difficulties of family life.

공개키 인증서는 유효기간 이전에도 소유자의 신원정보 변경이나 개인키의 훼손과 같은 이유로 폐지가 가능하다. 인증서는 상대적으로 긴 시간의 유효기간을 가지기 때문에 폐지될 수 있는 가능성이 높다. 공개키 기반구조에서 기술적인 중요한 문제는 인증서 상태에 대한 처리에 있다. 본 논문은 금융 네트워크의 환경에서 적합한 실시간 인증서 상태 확인 메커니즘을 제안한다. 제안 방식의 특징은 검증자목록을 이용하여 실시간으로 인증서 폐지 정보를 전송하는데 있다. 이 방식은 성능에 대한 실험에서 대표적인 상태확인 메커니즘인 실시간 인증서 상태 프로토콜(OCSP：On-line Certificate Status Protocol)과 동일한 현재성을 제공한다. 이와 동시에 감내하기 어려운 집중된 네트워크 전송에서 상태 확인의 부담을 줄인다.
