The purpose of this paper is to suggest field-oriented policy of regional innovation support system. To accomplish this purpose, we examined the status quo of technical support ,performance satisfaction of consumers and practical issues. The key factors influencing core technical innovation of small and medium firms are development fund, R&D employees, experimental instrument, technical information, protection of intellectual property, subcontracting and so on. To make sure of practical effect, therefore, it would rather necessary to implement policy support linking government and supporting means on the ground of needs of small and medium firms than specific method such as funding.

The purpose of this study was to survey and analyse the technical information flow and the status of information use of end user in the venture capital. The survey by questionnaire was used to collect data for the study and the SPSS program was used for analysiso of descriptive statistics. As the results of the study, the researchers of the venture capital thought that their research activities were important for the improvement of their company. They also suggested their opinion that the technical information was essential on research activities. The researchers wanted the manpower to take charge of gathering and managing technical information.

본 논문은 관리자가 영화 및 영화관을 등록하고 등록된 데이터들을 바탕으로 상영 정보를 등록할 수 있게 한다. 사용자는 등록된 영화 및 영화관들의 정보들을 볼 수 있으며 필요에 따라서 등록된 상영 정보를 통해 영화를 예매할 수 있게 하는 시스템이다. 사용자들은 영화를 예매할 때 현재 좌석의 상황을 실시간으로 볼 수 있게 구현하였다.

In this paper, we analyzed the present status of the safety manager and safety assurance aspects through a complex analysis on the operational aspects, marketability and electrical safety aspects of photovoltaic power generation facilities. In the analysis of the equipment status, we analyzed the status and operated status of the installed PV system in Korea and the correlation between the safety manager and the accident. In addition, we analyzed the direction of the ESS through the analysis of the installation status of the ESS, and applied it to the interpretation part of the ESS associated with the solar power generation. The status of the electric safety manager can be used to analyze the data for selecting the electric safety manager by capacity by analyzing the accident status, the electric safety manager operation status, the safety management time by capacity, and the electric safety manager market.

Objectives: This study examined the effects of middle school students emotional intelligence on their aggressiveness and interpersonal relationships. Methods: Data were collected by questionnaires from 316 middle school students in Daegu city. To analyze the sample survey data, descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, pearson correlation coefficient and simple regression analysis were performed with SPSS/PC 18.0 program. Results: First, among the general characteristic differences, academic achievement and economic status yielded a significant difference in emotional intelligence. Gender, economic status, and educational background produced a significant difference in aggressiveness, while gender, academic achievement, and economic status showed a significant difference in interpersonal relationships. Second, an examination of the correlation among emotional intelligence, aggressiveness, and interpersonal relationships found that the higher the emotional intelligence, the lower the aggressive, and the higher the interpersonal relationships. Third, general characters and emotional intelligence explain 22% of agressiveness. Gender, age, economic status, and emotional intelligence have a significant influence on agressiveness. Fourth, the general characters and emontional intelligence explain 45,5% of interpersonal relationships. The economic status and emotional intelligence have a significant influence on the interpersonal relationship. Conclusion: Based on the results, the study is of great importance, in that it provides the basis for future studies, which can be used to help school teachers and students' parents understand the importance of adolescents emotional intelligence and promote the students' quality school life.
