Digital content industry is expected to grow due to the development of new devices and technologies, convergence between genres and technologies. However, Financial support system for the field of digital content has not been activated due to the digital content industry has the characteristics of a lot of initial investment costs and an uncertain profitability. This paper deals with the financial plan of activation of digital content businesses using technology evaluation. For this purpose, first, examine status of digital content businesses(status and sales financing, etc). Second, discuss development methods of digital contents finance based on the analysis of the digital content industry. This study is useful for deriving the development methods of digital contents finance using the technology valuation.

The SSE-CMM model is how to verify the level of information protection as a process-centric information security products, systems and services to develop the ability to assess the organization's development. The CMM is a model for software developers the ability to assess the development of the entire organization, improving the model's maturity level measuring. However, this method of security engineering process improvement and the ability to asses s the individual rather than organizational level to evaluate the ability of the processes are stopped. In this research project based on their existing research information from the technical point of view is to define the maturity level of protection. How to diagnose an information security vulnerabilities, technical security system, verification, and implementation of technical security shall consist of diagnostic status. The proposed methodology, the scope of the work place and the current state of information systems at the level of vulnerability, status, information protection are implemented to assess the level of satisfaction and function. It is possible that measures to improve information security evaluation based on established reference model as a basis for improving information security by utilizing leverage.

This study investigates the construction management selection methods for fair competition within the construction management market by analyzing the current status of domestic construction management, the 2010 publication on the status of construction management, and the construction management evaluation criteria. Also, the 2009 publication of top CM service establishments, the average proportion of tender for 120 CM services from 2002 to 2010, and six assessment results which are open to the parties directly involved were statistically analyzed to review the adequacy of the evaluation criteria. This analysis shows that the evaluation criteria for the CM service impedes the development of the construction management industry and companies, since the criteria are decided by the service payment, and the technical skills assessed by technical proposals have no ties with contract prices. Therefore, this study proposes an improvement of the selection methods in accordance with the project characteristics and the technical requirements. However, more research is still needed to derive a detailed classification method of the technical requirement, the owner's evaluation criteria selection, and the preparation of an institutional foundation for the construction manager's post-evaluation.

No one can deny that information technology has enormously contributed to the recent economic growth of Korea. Software serves as an essential part of most products and services today. However, economic treatments and social status of software technicians, who are the key players and core elements of the software industry, are in a very unsatisfactory situation. Despite this circumstance, discussion or study on the productivity of software people and approaches to raise value of technical manpower in software industry is scarce. The purpose of this study is to suggest a policy program to uplift the value of technical manpower in the software industry. To achieve this purpose, this paper will examine the present status of software manpower, analyze the productivity of software technicians, and suggest policy programs to improve the value of technical manpower in the software field.

This study was carried out to understand the present status of the quality evaluation capability of domestic fine paper industry. Six light weight coated papers and one wood containing printing and writing paper with similar basis weights were produced by seven paper companies and their properties were evaluated at four different testing laboratories of domestic fine paper mills. Paper properties including basis weight , thickness , tensile, tear , brightness , opacity, etc were examined , and the repeat ability and reproducibility of the test results were analyzed. Results showed that repeatability of the measurements within the laboratory was satisfactory . Reproducibility of the measurements between laboratories, however, was not satisfactory. This showed that strict implementation of the standard testing methods and periodic calibration of testing equipments should be made to improve quality evaluation capability of domestic fine paper industry.
