Content is often developed inconsistently in technical authoring environments, as new documents are created and existing documents are revised. The Darwin Information Typing Architecture(DITA) is an XML-based, end-to-end architecture for authoring, producing, and delivering technical documentations. The core of most advanced authoring and publishing systems is the concept of content reuse. In this paper, we describe to design and implement an authoring and producing system of different technical documentations for the accreditation programs of Engineering Education using DITA XML. It provide a content reuse method for accomplishing the improvement of content consistency and the speed-up of the production in technical documentations.

본 논문에서는 입학 정보 서비스를 제공하는 챗봇을 설계하고 구현한다. 이 챗봇은 Microsoft Azure와 네이버 LINE 채널에서 인하공업전문대학 입학 정보 안내기능을 제공한다. 사용자의 입력을 통한 입학처 챗봇의 대답으로 입학처 정보에 접근 할 수 있다. 사용자가 입력한 데이터는 데이터베이스에서 가공되어 사용자가 접근한 입학 정보를 얻어 낼 수 있어 이를 통한 전형 선호도의 추세와 사용자가 원하는 전형별 정보가 무엇인지 알 수 있으므로 입학처가 추후 나아가야 할 방향을 알 수 있다.

본 논문은 안드로이드 플랫폼의 내장 센서 중 만보기 기능을 구현할 수 있는 걸음 횟수 센서(Step Counter Sensor)와 걸음 감지 센서(Step Detector Sensor), GPS 센서, Google Map API, 공공 데이터 포털 Open API를 활용하여 국내 여행지 및 국내 지역 축제 정보를 제공하는 애플리케이션을 설계하고 구현한다. 이 애플리케이션은 특정 걸음 수를 달성했을 때 국내 여행지를 무작위로 추천하여 추천 지역까지의 걸음 수를 카운트하는 방식으로 사용자에게 목표를 부여하고, 추천 국내 여행지 방문 및 축제 참여 기회와 성취감을 얻도록 한다.

The technical proposal bidding system emphasizes the evaluation of the construction company's technical capabilities, with the aim of improving the quality and cost-effectiveness of the construction. However, in the VE analysis and proposal process for technical proposal bidding, the ideas are often reused from similar past construction projects, and the application of new construction technologies/methods is often lacking. Therefore, this study proposes a methodology for managing VE proposal information by integrating it into a BIM model using parametric modeling. This research developed database based on the existing VE proposals and new construction technology/method information from the Korea Institute of Civil Engineering and Building Technology. And by using parametric modeling, the proposed method integrate the VE database with BIM model. The methodology proposed in this study is expected to improve the reliability and effectiveness of VE-related idea proposals in technical proposal bidding.

This paper is presented for the measurement of the bearing stiffness for the spindle motors. BLDC Spindle Motors for the Hard Disk Drive are used by several kinds of the bearings, such as ball bearing, fluid dynamic bearing, and aero dynamic bearing. The spindle motors are attached the platters to read and write the data. Because the platter rotates at high end speed with the load and can be shocked from a suddenly moving, the bearing needs the rated stiffness with the pressure. By the way, it has not been realized to measure the real stiffness for each bearing types. In this paper, we proposed the method of measuring the stiffness for the bearings by using the magnet force. Experimental results show the performance to measure the bearing stiffness of the BLDC spindle motors for an HDD.

This paper is presented for the design of the thrust yoke for the spindle motors. HDD spindle motors are rotated by fluid dynamic bearing which consists of the shaft and the sleeve with the groove to generate the pressure. Because the thrust and journal clearances between shaft and sleeve is too small, around 8um and 2.5um, respectively, it is very difficult to design the bearing to come up to the disks to read and write the data. By the way, it is also so hard to overcome the load of the disks with only the thrust bearing. So, the paper is proposed for the trust yoke to come up to the disks considering of the force of the thrust bearing. In this paper, we proposed the thrust yoke with an unique fluid dynamic bearing in comparison with the motors without thrust yoke. Experimental results show the performance of the thrust yoke of the spindle motors for an HDD.

The location based service means the service using the location information and the service used based on the location information comes into the spotlight as the critical information of the future mode townsman ubiquitous-City construction. LBS settles down as the core element of ITS or the telematics as the cutting edge technology appearing according to the power generation of the mobile communication technology and recently gradually broadens a range to the public safety service including the distribution management, the asset management, a children and old and the weak protection means, the disaster preparation rescue service like the E-911 of U.S. In the national, the technical regulations about the ground wave LBS was established at November 2005 for the first time in the country. but it actually operated and problems were deduced. Therefore, in this paper, domestic and foreign LBS usage trend and technical standards case try to be analyzed for the revision of the technical regulations of the ground wave LBS serviced in the national and the national technical standards bill for the revision tries to be prepared based on this.

This paper is presented for the development of the brushless DC(BLDC) spindle motors for hard disk drives. A new BLDC Motor has the use of insulated, compacted, iron powder for the armature core material of BLDC motors. Insulated iron powder in this paper is generally called soft magnet composite(SMC). The SMC is used for the stator of the motor instead of the laminated steel core. The motor used by SMC can have the good advantages in condition of the high frequency input power and small sized motor. It gets much more high efficiency than laminated steel core at same input power. The proposed motor has a technique of speed sensorless control. Experimental results show the performance of the proposed BLDC spindle motors for an HDD.

The stock market changes continuously as new information emerges, affecting the judgments of investors. Online news articles are valued as a traditional window to inform investors about various information that affects the stock market. This paper proposed new ways to utilize online news articles with technical indicators. The suggested hybrid model consists of three models. First, a self-attention-based convolutional neural network (CNN) model, considered to be better in interpreting the semantics of long texts, uses news content as inputs. Second, a self-attention-based, bi-long short-term memory (bi-LSTM) neural network model for short texts utilizes news titles as inputs. Third, a bi-LSTM model, considered to be better in analyzing context information and time-series models, uses 19 technical indicators as inputs. We used news articles from the previous day and technical indicators from the past seven days to predict the share price of the next day. An experiment was performed with Korean stock market data and news articles from 33 top companies over three years. Through this experiment, our proposed model showed better performance than previous approaches, which have mainly focused on news titles. This paper demonstrated that news titles and content should be treated in different ways for superior stock price prediction.

In this paper, we propose a new scheme for matching specified areas in a satellite image, which is a very efficient method because it can be effectively applied to images that have various features. These features may include different spatial resolution and brightness; sometimes they may different geometrical property. The proposed method can be applied to some application fields such as mosaicing of satellite imagery, GCP matching.
