본 연구의 목적은 멀티미디어 데이터베이스의 개발 현황을 조사하고 멀티미디어 서비스 시장의 발전 경향을 조사함으로써 전문정보의 멀티미디어 데이터베이스 수요를 분석하는 것이다. 멀티미디어 데이터베이스의 개발현황을 파악하기 위하여 국내의 상용 멀티미디어 데이터베이스와 비상용 멀티미디어 데이터베이스의 분야별 재현형태별 분석을 하였다. 멀티미디어 서비스의 전망에 대한 분석을 위하여는 국내의 멀티미디어 전문가를 대상으로 멀티미디어 서비스의 환경, 시장, 이용자와 관련된 사항의 설문조사를 실시하였다.

Certification about management innovation business (Mainbiz) was added in 2006 newly along with existent technical innovation business certification (Innobiz) and venture business certification with government's policy connected with reform style small and medium enterprises 30 thousand upbringings. Drew dividing management innovation business evaluation figure by manufacturing industry and service industry through leading study, gives weight by industry about drawn evaluation figure and must give estimation point of suitable level. This studies judge importance about evaluation figure by industry and consider priority order by evaluation figure using AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) that use expert group and gave point.

The refrigerant-induced noise of the air conditioner is one of the irregular noises which occurs at the indoor unit. Because the air-conditioner makers are always trying to reduce the sound pressure level radiated from indoor unit, reducing the refrigerant-induced noise at low cooling mode is very important problem. But it is very difficult to estimate whether the refrigerant-induced noise occurs or not before it becomes problem. In this paper, a method to predict the refrigerant-induced noise is suggested using flow pattern map. It is estimated that the irregular noise from the refrigerant comes from the slug flow in a pipe.

The purpose of this paper analyze development feasibility and alternatives for infrared detector development in both technology and cost. Infrared Detector is core component of Thermal Imaging System and developed by ADD from 2006 10 2008 year. We got raw input data from development and technical expert, and then analyze cost and technology for development feasibility, and alternatives study. Technology level is analyzed by TRL(Technology Readiness Level) and AOA(Analysis of Alternatives) is done by development cost estimate. Estimating the development cost, we use SEER-H that is parametric cost estimating tool based on Knowledge Base. This study can help those who are related to the cost and development feasibility analysis of other weapon systems.

The purpose of this study is to apply efficiently a successful Project Finance in BTL. To use Project Finance, it is necessary to Risk Analysis of each work step. This Risk Analysis have to repeatedly progress in overall Project Process. The differences between Corporate Finance and Project Finance are remarkably appeared in Risk Allocation and Limited Resource. To use successful Project Finance in construction industry, first, raising project confidence, second, technical : economical : lawful evaluation by Finance Expert, third, Income Guarantee for Lender or Consortium of Lending Banks, forth, Leverage Effect of Project Sponsor must be preceded.

Construction accidents occur reiteratively in similar fashions. There have been several attempts to develop a safety program for preventing construction accidents on sites. It will be very effective to use previous accident cases for establishing proper safety plan and managing safety process. This research develops a case-based construction safety management system which enables construction managers or safety managers to prevent potential accidents during the construction process. The case-oriented approach is performed through the representation of previous accident cases in accordant with the similarity to the conditions of current site. It uses a case-based reasoning which is one of the reasoning methods of an expert system. A prototype system for the reasoning model was implemented using one of the case based system development tools. The system was applied to a real construction site to verify its capability and validity. It was founded that the causes of accidents were successfully removed, so the proposed model proved to be reasonable. Additional research is needed to resolve the technical problem how to adapt the countermeasures for accident prevention provided by the reasoning model.

정보통신기술의 발전과 인터넷 보급 확산의 영향으로 디지털 범죄는 해마다 증가하고 있다. 고도화 전문화되어 가고 있는 디지털 범죄를 해결하기 위해서는 디지털 포렌식 프로세스 표준화, 전문가 양성 및 교육, R&D, 정부의 정책적인 지원 등 디지털 포렌식 기술 발전을 위한 노력이 필요하다. 이에 본 연구에서는 국내 디지털 포렌식 기술의 현황을 파악하고 발전방안을 제시하고자 한다.

In this paper, a fault diagnosis method is proposed for self-diagnostics of PLC(Programmable Logic Controller), process controller in industrial fields, and diagnosis of its external devices such as sensors and actuators. The aim of this research is proposition of systematic method of fault diagnosis of PLC control system and development of its equipment. A PLC fault diagnosis algorithm consists of self-diagnostics given by PLC makers, Inpuot/Output tracking method by analyzing sequence PLC programs, searching method of past fault cases in database using an expert system, and diagnosis of PLC units such as CPU, DI, and DO board. Finally usability of PLC fault diagnostic system is verified by testing a MELSEC PLC.

Today, the market and customer requirements for safety-related products in the Railway industry are continuously increasing, and companies that supply these products continue to make related efforts. However, the international standard requirements for making safety-related products are high, so small and medium-sized business companies are having difficulty developing them due to problems in time and cost to achieve them. This study examined government-centered international certificate policies and cases and suggested improvement measures based on the research results. In addition to supporting international certification costs, the government needs to expand technical consulting and expert training for them to solve problems in obtaining an international certificate.
