This paper evaluates the technical efficiency of organic farm management practices and studies its main determinants in Hongdongmyeon of Hongsung county, Chungnam province. The analysis is performed in two stages. First, the efficiency is measured via the nonparametric "Data Envelopment Analysis" (DEA) technique. The DEA models are constructed not only to assess the overall technical efficiency of organic fanning practices but also to evaluate the management efficiencies. In a second stage critical determinants of efficiency are determined using a Tobit model. In this analysis the focus is on technical and socio-economic variables. The analytical results show that technically efficient farms is about 13 percent and the mean technical efficiency is found to be 0.73 indicating that many farms are not operating at an efficient scale.

The experimental system, developed in this research, is a teaching material that trains and practices automobile electric circuit in technical high school. This system consists of a textbook, 15 kinds of instruments and 62 kinds of 'Flash' animations. Textbook includes automobile electric circuits and experimental process. Instruments have 23 kinds of drills. Its is composed of electrical relays, motors, switches, light bulbs, electrical lines and power unit so on. 'Flash' animation displays an electrical current flow on circuits actually. Both Dacum method and ISD skill have been conducted to analysis job and design syllabus. The experimental system have been implemented on technical high school class to evaluate its objectivity and effect. It is expected that this system can contribute to studying of car service.

This paper describes the concept of object-based coding for future broadcasting environments. Digital broadcasting uses the MPEG2 coding scheme which is regarded as a picture-based coding. An object-based coding scheme is a potential candidate for future broadcasting both for studio and distribution uses, and it offers a higher compression more flexible content handling. This paper also describes key technologies that we have been developing for the object-based coding, e.g., image analysis, object extraction and coding of objects.

Typically, we regularly have carried out a technical review to know a progress status and outcomes of a project to the appropriate technical plans. But during the technical review executed at a planned point of time, lots of problems; reports of an ambiguous progress status and outcomes, a discordance between opinions, and an hour's delay, have been occurred. To solve those problems an early stage, an informal reviews are executed before the formal technical review. One of the informal review is the Peer-Review. This paper is a matter of the effective and efficient Reer-Review process utilized in performing the national research and development project. Additionally, it was presented a general misunderstanding and improvement plan about the Peer-Review.

본 논문에서는 안드로이드 센서를 활용하여 청각장애인을 위한 소리감지 어플리케이션을 설계하고 구현한다. 이 어플리케이션 메뉴는 백그라운드 실행 유지와 특정 데시벨 이상의 음성인식 동작으로 구성한다. 백그라운드 유지 실행 유지는 스마트폰의 어플리케이션 작동 시 다른 어플리케이션을 활용할 수 있도록 편의성을 증진하며, 특정 데시벨 이상의 음성인식을 통하여 일상적인 소리가 아닌 화재나 재난 상황 시 발생하는 경보기소리나 아이 울음소리, 초인종 소리 등 사운드를 통한 인식이 중요시 되는 상황에서 청각장애인들을 위한 진동과 빛 센서를 활용하여 사용자들이 주변 상황을 감지하도록 구현한다.

복잡한 알고리즘과 고가의 센서 없이도 동적 환경에서 목표를 탐색하는 이동 로봇 시스템을 제안하였다. 탐색환경의 지도를 제작하지 않고 단순한 목표를 가진 하부 모듈의 결합만을 사용하는 포섭구조를 활용하였다. 제안한 시스템의 유용성 검증을 위해 실험을 하였고, 그 결과 목표를 찾아 감을 확인할 수 있었다.

Korean railway Industry has not accumulated its technical system in the field of railway industry in despits of its centennial history, and its is subordinating to the other industries and railroad technique of developed countries. Therefore, Korean railway Industry should set up its technical basis, by setting up its technical system and knowledge on railroad. Korean railway Industry should made closed cooperation relationship of the industrial world, the academic world, research institutions and government containning long-term transportation and related technical policies with development plans of research institutions to enhence and improve railroad technique, so that it should escape from technical subordination of developed countries by reflection of the results.

전력선통신 위해방지 기술기준은 전력선통신 장치가 인체나 다른 설비에 위해를 주지 않도록 준수해야 할 기술적 사항을 규정하고 있다. 전력선통신 위해방지 기술기준은 내용면에서 선로설비 설치에 대한 기술기준과 통합 운영하는 것이 효율적이다. 본 논문에서는 국내 전력선통신의 기술적 배경과 기술기준 개편방향에 대해 같이 논하기로 한다.

본 논문에서는 XNA Framework 기반의 모바일 게임을 설계하고 구현한다. 이 모바일 게임의 특징은 스토리, 이미지, 단계별 맵 클리어, 장애물 등의 4개 요소를 고려하여 개발한다. 바다에 등장하는 다양한 캐릭터를 사용하였으며 메인 캐릭터가 단계별 맵에서 주어진 아이템을 획득하면 해당 맵이 클리어 되고 다음 단계로 진행되도록 구현한다. 전통적인 게임, 흥미 외에도 메인 캐릭터가 경로를 찾는 방법과 게임에 생명을 주는 알고리즘을 구현한다.

본 논문에서는 키넥트 기반의 동물농장 게임을 설계하고 구현한다. 이 게임은 다양한 동물과 울음소리를 이용하여 유아의 지능 및 신체 발달을 목적으로 하는 유아 교육용 게임이다. 다양한 동물 이미지는 랜덤하게 화면에 출력되고, 플레이어는 화면에 출력된 동물 이미지를 순서대로 터치함으로써 점수를 획득하도록 구현한다. 또한 화면에 출력된 동물 이미지를 터치하면 해당 동물의 울음소리를 출력하도록 구현한다. 플레이어의 동작은 키넥트를 이용하여 인지한 플레이어의 스켈리톤 정보를 전송 받아 이용한다.
