Using the Malmquist productivity index, this paper compares the productivity of Korean manufacturing industries from 1999 to 2006. The malmquist productivity index has more advantages than previous methods such as solow model, endogenous growth theory. The malmquist productivity index can be decomposed productivity into two parts. The first part is an index of the technical efficiency change. This index has high value when the elements of production is used more efficiently. The second part is an index of technical change. This index has high value if the advent of new technology and process innovation occur.

In this study, the polyurethane which has versatile applications has been reinforced with the natural clay, hectorite. The hectorite has better properties than montmorillonite. There are studies on polyurethane and montmorillonite but polyurethane and hectorite composite is published first time. Polyurethane is industrial polyurethane which makes the study to be applicable to the industry. Exfoliated structure has been obtained without using organic modifiers due to the hydrophilic nature of the polymer matrix and the mineral clay. Mechanical properties have been improved as well.

Research relevant to the electronic commerce tends to either overestimate or underrate the role of Information and Communication Technology (lCT). There is both technological skepticism within the social science circles and technical optimism within the engineering and computing field. Each perspective seems to have a limitation in adequately explaining the phenomenon of electronic commerce diffusion. Therefore, this research attempts to explore major characteristics of Web-based shopping systems as enablers of new business, concerning both the technical and business aspects in contemporary electronic commerce settings. On this basis, this paper addresses a configuration model of WBSS on the harmonious perspective concerning both the technical and business issues. It is our hope that both technical perspective and business perspective for exploring WBSS's configuration model presented in this paper can be an initial step towards a more balanced debate of ICT role, for electronic commerce.

본 논문에서는 게임 개발 관련 콘텐츠 리소스의 등록 및 게임 로직을 해당 메소드로 구현 가능한 XNA Framework를 사용하여 모바일 게임 Cafe runner를 개발한다. 이 게임의 특징은 카페 안의 장애물을 피하고, 원두를 취득하여 점수를 얻는 게임으로 슈팅(shooting), 이미지, 랭킹시스템 등의 3개 요소를 고려하여 개발한다. Cafe runner은 메인 화면의 왼쪽 상단 하트 3개가 사라질 때까지 진행되며, 장애물에 부딪히거나 절벽에 떨어지면 게임은 종료된다.

본 논문에서는 Run & Jump 모바일 게임을 설계하고 구현한다. 이 게임은 다양한 동물 캐릭터가 달리면서 장애물을 피하고, 별 아이템을 획득하기 위해 점프하여 점수를 획득하는 게임이다. 이 게임의 특징은 XNA Framework를 사용하여 메인화면과 도움말, 게임중 일시정지, 다양한 동물 케릭터 선택 등의 기본 기능을 구현한다. 또한 게임실행 로직, BGM, 효과음, 사운드 켜기 끄기 기능을 구현한다. 그리고 별 아이템 획득 및 장애물를 피하면서 얻는 점수를 DB에 저장하여 관리하는 ranking 시스템을 구현한다.

In this paper, based on the American weapon acquisition management framework in DoD Instruction 5000.2 "Operation of the Defence Acquisition System" and the contents of "DoD Guide for Achieving Reliability, Availability, and Maintainability" published by Defense Acquisition University, the kinds and roles of technical reviews are introduced and the identification of RAM related tasks which are performed at levels of technical reviews during acquisition process are considered. And the task allocations for developers, development managers, and users are proposed. Finally the relationships of acquisition management framework, technical reviews and RAM tasks are tabulated.

This paper overviews the concept of the strategic niche management, which emphasises the social aspects of new technologies and calls for relevant government policies for socio-technical transition. Hydrogen energy technologies remain in the niche level, thus the SNM perspective is appropriate to be applied. The reason why, and the way how to see hydrogen as a socio-technical niche are discussed, followed by an analytic argument on hydrogen policies and their SNM characteristics. Final part of the paper deals the design of the socio-technical experiment. It is expected that this paper would contribute to not only policy development but also improving understandings on the socio-technical nature of hydrogen energy of hydrogen community.

As the manufacturing capacity needs for large size LCD TV shifts very fast into next generation, processing and test equipment makers face more difficult challenges in accommodating productivity, reliability and lead time of panel makers as well as the prerequisite of high process quality. In this paper, AKT will discuss its new innovative productivity solutions in PECVD (Plasma Enhanced Chemical Vapor Deposition), as the key thin film process system, and EBT (Electron Beam Test), as the key array test system, for the huge glass size with surface dimension larger than 2 meter by 2 meter.

In this study, decay time and frquency response characteristics of Self-Integrating Magnetic Sensor were investigated, decay time is 4.4[ms], frequency band that could be measuring is from 40[Hz] to 1[kHz]. The magnetic field components produced by operation of electric machines is measured and analyzed.
