산업디자인 선도기업의 제품디자인 성공화 전략에 관한 연구 : 디자인 경영전략을 중심으로 (A Study on the Industrial Design of Leading Companies' Successful Product Design Strategy by Design Management)

  • The objective of this study is to establish a theoretical framework of factors and strategies for success , by probing into design management strategies and the resulting product development details of firms from many parts of the world that improved their images and competitiveness through industrial design. As a means for a company to successfully develop products and to survive, strategies for successful product development were unfolded by many leading businesses of industrial design, whose methods and strategies were respectively unique. International companies such as Philips, Sony, Braun, Ford, and Alessi employed industrial design to not only renew their brand perceptions, but also added values to human life by embedding exclusive designs that customers prefer in their products. They have used design as a business strategic tool, whose elemental processes are, planning, organizing, directing, and controlling. In conclusion, the successful strategies of the leading global companies' design management and product development share the following First, these companies seek design strategies that foresee upcoming changes and are ahead of their time. Second, the CEO is aware of the importance of design, has an appreciative eye for design, and puts in effort into supporting and developing his or her design sector. Third, the director is provided with the conditions in which he or she can take control of one's tasks, and has the abilities and qualities to provide visions for the future. Fourth, the product development team uses original and logical processes and is highly organized. Fifth, the design organization effectively utilizes necessary experts of internal and external company. Sixth, the firm produces innovative products that meet the customers' demand and predict the future. Seventh, the products developed shall employ cutting-edge technologies and are new and original. Eighth, the product must have an identity as a product that represents the company.

외국인 환자 간호조직 실태 조사 (A Survey on Nursing Organizational Service for Foreign Patients in Tertiary Hospitals)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the status of organizational nursing service for foreign patients in tertiary hospitals in order to build up a database for nursing care policy development for foreign patients. Methods: The subjects of this study were nursing managers or department managers of international care center in 36 tertiary hospitals nationwide. Questionnaires were consisted of the items measuring the details of and evaluations for nursing care for foreign patients within the given organizations and any organizational support for culturally competent care. The data from 35 hospitals out of 36 were analyzed finally. Results: The organizational nursing service for foreign patients was rated 6.49 points out of 10. Organizational support for culturally competent care was 2.61 points out of 4. Challenges to improving nursing care for foreign patients were listed such as developing interpreter services and international care units without accompanying by a family member, improving nursing staffs' attitudes and behaviors for providing culturally competent care, and preparing various medical documents using multiple languages. Conclusion: In order to improve nursing care for foreign patients in tertiary hospitals, we need to be more aware of cultural knowledge and sensitivity toward the care needs of foreign patients.

한국 공연관광 정책지원을 위한 평가척도개발에 관한 연구 (The Study for Development of evaluation scale in Korea performance supporting policy)

  • 외래 관광객 천만명 시대에 관광콘텐츠로서 공연관광의 중요성이 높아지고 있으며 공연관광 외래객이 2012년도 162만명을 돌파한 상황에서 공연관광 상품의 양적 성장뿐만 아니라 질적 성장을 위한 정부의 정책적 지원이 필요한 시점이다. 이러한 공연관광 상품은 관광산업의 성장을 제고할 수 있는 고부가가치 콘텐츠로 기존 작품뿐만 아니라 신규공연관광 상품에 대한 중장기적인 관점의 지원정책 및 평가척도 마련이 시급하다. 이를 위해 공연 전문가의 FGI와 AHP 분석을 활용하여, 관광 상품으로서 공연작품에 대한 정책적 지원방안 마련을 위한 평가척도를 개발하였다. 공연관광에 대한 학문적, 공연산업의 현실적 측면을 고려한 최종 도출된 척도는 4개의 대분류, 12개의 중 분류, 39개의 세부항목으로 구성되었으며, 각 척도의 AHP 분석을 통한 공연관광 상품의 현황조사 등은 공연관광 상품의 개선 방안을 제시할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

병원 인력관리에 관한 관계법규 고찰 (Related Regulations of Hospital Personnel Management)

  • As a hospital deals with people in their particular states, namely patients, computerization and automation in organization systems are very limited. Even though state-of-the-art medical systems such as the OCS, the HIS, the EMR, and the FACS are facilitating the computerization and informatization processes, they are for convenience and effectiveness. Ultimately, however, we should depend on specialists including doctors, nurses, pharmacists, and medical engineers. Therefore, a hospital is a representative labor-intensive body. Like other similar organizations, hospitals require a lot of manpower. But they are quite different in that hospital people hold variety and complexity in their qualifications and licenses. In personnel management, a hospital is twice controlled owing to the special characteristics that human life is at stake. First, the quota of medical manpower should be obeyed lest the quality of medical services should be lowered, and their roles and interrelations are even regulated. Second, in spite of the peculiarity of hospitals, the duties of obligatory employment and social insurances should not be neglected like other companies. In order that each hospital can preserve the proper level of medical services, securing the appropriate level of medical personnel has to be regulated. However, as the personnel cost is one of the important indices of hospital management, too much regulation in manpower supply can lead to poor hospital management and, in the end, the drop of the quality of medical services. In sum, as far as hospital personnel is concerned, some autonomy ought to be given to each hospital so that it can control the quality of hospital services. In addition to this minimum regulation of personnel, certain incentive and reward systems like the graded nursing system need to be prepared.

한국-중국간 경영정보학연구의 다양성비교 : 1999년 ~ 2003년 (A Comparative Study on Diversity in MIS Research Between South Korea and China: 1999~2003)

  • The focus of this study is to analyze between South Korea and China in terms of diversity in Management Information Systems research. As a result, there is herding phenomenon regarding researches in both of the countries compared to other previous studies. There also seemed to be lack of in-depth study of basic theories and connection to related field of study considering the broad topics of management information, unlike other international journals that pursue diversity in control referencing various methodologies, analysis units and many citations. Therefore, both South Korea and China should stabilize theoretical base of MIS through securing independent field of MIS along with founding the fundamentals by searching in diversified fields, methodologies and analysis units with focused topics. The upshot here is that with respect to diversity in MIS from both countries, to alleviate herding phenomenon, enforcing accuracy of data collection and reducing convenience pursuit should be implemented. Also as criteria to select a topic, different kinds of consulting concepts and taking social issues into consideration that helps tool development and analysis power should be done. Through varied methodologies, tool development and analysis power should be assisted and analysis unit should be shifted to organization unit for Korea and team or individual for China only to augment the accessibility. As a limitation for the paper is that the data used in this analysis is secondary data. In addition, although time period used in both countries were the same, object of analysis had homogeneity in Korean case while Chinese one having heterogeneity from 19 different journals. For the future studies, multicultural comparison or time series analysis and their comparison in deeper approach with regard to object of analysis and methodologies can contribute to further MIS diversity.

학술적 기업가의 벤처기업 창업활동 지원 모델 (The Role of Academic Entrepreneurs and the Venture Business Supporting Model)

  • 본 연구는 학술적 기업가의 역할을 중심으로 학술적 기업가의 벤치기업 창업활동을 지원하기 위한 산 학 관 협력모델의 구성을 탐색하였다. 벤처기업 창업 인프라 제공 주체는 정부, 대학, 벤처캐피탈기관 등이 대표적이며, 그 가운데 대학, 특히 학술적 기업가들의 역할이 가장 중요하다. 이와 같은 학술적 기업가의 성공적 창업은 기초환경요인의 유효성 여부에 크게 좌우된다. 대학은 학술적 기업가들의 창업동기와 제약 요인을 바탕으로 정책, 절차, 그리고 보조금 지원 등 공식적 지원프로그램을 통해 경제개발에 기여할 수 있는 연구를 수행하도록 지원할 필요가 있다. 이를 위해 기술이전시스템 추측, 협동 교육시스템 도입, 벤처기업 창업보육시스템 구축, 그리고 학술적 기업가 활동 지원문화 조성프로그램 등을 마련해야한다. 이에 본 연구는 학술적 기업가의 창업동기를 바탕으로 창업활동을 하나의 과정으로 간주하고 창업지원 주체별 역할에 근거하여 학술적 기업가의 창업활동을 지원하기 위한 산 학 관 협력 모델을 탐색하였다.

  • 리더십과 관련한 연구들은 주로 경영학 분야뿐만 아니라 산업심리 혹은 심리학분야에서도 많은 관심을 보이는 연구 분야다. 종래의 리더십은 조직 내 경영진이나 팀리더 등의 조직책임자들에게 강조되는 개념이었다. 그러나 최근에는 개인의 자유의지를 스스로 통제 혹은 관리하여 자신의 행동을 바람직한 방향으로 이끌고자 하는 셀프리더십(self-leadership)관련 연구에 학계, 산업계의 관심이 모아지고 있다. 본 연구는 정보기술(information technology) 및 엔지니어링 과목을 수강한 학부재학생들의 셀프리더십 전략이 수강태도에 영향을 마치는지, 수강태도가 매개변인의 역할을 하여 학업성과에 어떤 영향을 미치는 지를 연구하였다. 연구 결과는 조직 구성원 혹은 학생들의 센프리더십을 고양함으로써 과업에 임하는 태도나 수업에 임하는 바람직한 태도를 제시하여 기업 생산성이나 학업성과를 촉진할 수 있는 방안수립에 시사점을 줄 수 있을 것이다.

요르단연구로건설사업 문서관리시스템 구축 (Establishment of Document Control System for the Jordan Research and Training Reactor Project)

  • The Project of Jordan Research and Training Reactor (JRTR) officially launched in Aug. 2010. JRTR is the first made-in-Korea nuclear system to be built abroad by year 2015, and Korea Atomic Energy Research Institute (KAERI) is responsible for the design of major systems including the reactor core. While the PDCS (Project Document Control System) being operated by EPC company controls all the documents of the whole Project, KAERI is supposed to have its own system for KAERI documents. Meeting such a need; KAERI has implemented a document control for the JRTR Project into already existing ANSIM (KAERI Advanced Nuclear Safety Information Management) system. The documents of JRTR project to be controlled are defined in the PPM (Project Procedures Manual), QAP (Quality Assurance Procedure) and PEP (Project Execution Program). The ANSIM consists of the document management holder, document container holder and organization management holder. The document management holder, which is the most important part of ANSIM-JRTR, consists of the DDA (Document Distribution for Agreement), IOC (Inter-office Correspondence), PM Memo. (Project Manager Memorandum) and cover sheets of design documents. Other materials such as meeting minutes, sub-department materials and design information materials are stored in an independent COP (Community of Practice). This established computerized document control system, ANSIM, could lessen a burden for project management team and enhance the productivity as well.

시뮬레이션 교육이 간호대학생의 교육실재감, 시스템사고능력 및 문제해결 적극성에 미치는 효과 (The Effects of Simulation-based Education on Nursing Students' Presence in Education, Systems Thinking and Proactivity in Problem Solving)

  • Purpose: This study aimed to develop and apply simulation-based education, and to verify the effects of this type of education on nursing students' presence in education, systems thinking, and proactivity in problem solving. Method: Subjects were 69 senior college students recruited through convenient sampling. This study used a one-group pre-posttest quasi-experimental design. A structured survey was administered a week before and after provision of the simulation-based education once a week for 4 weeks. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and t-tests. Results: Teaching presence increased after the educational intervention; instructional design and organization, and aspect of direct facilitation subscales improved. Learning presence increased after the educational intervention; although cognitive presence did not change, emotional presence increased. With regard to emotional presence, perception and expression of one's emotional status increased, although emotional management did not change. Moreover, systems thinking increased. Among the subscales, team learning showed an increase after the educational intervention. However, there was no significant difference in proactivity in problem solving, although it showed an increase after the educational intervention. Conclusion: Based on the aforementioned study results, there is need to establish educational environments for qualitative teaching and learning presence, and devise strategies to increase learning effects with various teaching methods and type of content.

소규모 사업장 보건관리 모델개발에 관한 연구 (Occupational Health Care Management Model in Small Scale Enterprises)

  • Forming health care management model in small-scale enterprises was the purpose of this study. For the purpose, we tried to investigate the characteristics of small-scale enterprises and analyzed the pattern of their health care management. The results are as follow: 1. The strength of health managing agency and technical supporting program lies in team approach by specialized manpower. However, if the liaison between each part of the organization is not smooth, the overall management will be very difficult. 2. Small scale enterprises are characterized by their short life after the establishment, use of rental building, lack of welfare facilities, weakness in sanitary management and aggregation of factories of similar type of industry. Because of these characteristics, it is very difficult to solve problem basically, such as improvement of working environment. Therefore, it is important to focus on health education and community based approach. 3. Many workers in small-scale factories are in middle and old age. They have health problems mainly related to personal habits. Implementation of an appropriate health promotion program is needed. 4. The number of workplaces, which should be managed by health managing agent. is increasing rapidly. But the number of health managing agent is limited. In the aspect of the requirement of manpower and equipment, training personal agent is more urgent than founding institutional agent. 5. The uniform method of health management hampers the choice of employer and workers. The types of provision of health management should be diversified. 6. For an efficient management, a frequent visit of personal agent and the following referral to a specialist should be done. The specialists in charge of secondary management are from the field of occupational medicine, occupational hygiene, ergonomics, etc. 7. The health management of small-scale facilities should have six components. They are community-based approach, multi-disciplinary cooperative system, program based on the need of recipient, forming partnership of employer and worker, change of lifestyle, and evidence-based program.
