그룹 Fuzzy AHP와 GRA를 이용한 식스시그마 프로젝트 선정방안 (Project Selection of Six Sigma Using Group Fuzzy AHP and GRA)

  • 식스시그마는 시장과 고객의 패러다임과 트렌드의 변화에 맞추어 모든 사업의 프로세스와 전략을 개선하는 경영 혁신운동이다. 식스시그마 프로젝트 선정에 관한 기존의 연구는 있으나 불완전한 정보환경 하에서 프로젝트 선정을 위한 연구는 거의 없다. 본 연구의 목적은 불완전한 정보 하에서 올바른 프로젝트 선정을 위해 통합 MCDM 기법을 적용 방법을 제안하는 것이다. 식스시그마 프로젝트 선정을 위해 4단계인 1) 평가기준 간 가중치 결정 2) 팀 멤버 간 전문역량의 상대적 중요도 결정 3) 프로젝트 선호도 척도 산정 4) 최종 프로젝트 우선순위 결정 등을 위해 그룹 Fuzzy AHP, 불완전한 정보환경 하에서의 비퍼지화 TrFN 변환, GRA의 통합기법을 제안하였다. 본 연구에서 제안한 식스시그마 프로젝트 선정단계의 적용방안에 대한 이해를 돕기 위해 수치예가 제시되었다.

프로젝트 기반 지역사회치위생학 현장실습 수업적용 사례 (Application of a Project-Based Learning on Community Dental Hygiene)

  • 본 연구는 G시 S대학교 치위생학과 학생을 대상으로 '지역사회치위생학 현장실습' 교과목의 수업방법으로 프로젝트 기반학습의 적용가능성을 알아보기위해 시행되었다. 연구대상은 2018년 4학년 30명이었다. 자료수집기간은 3월12일부터 6월27일까지이며, SPSS 20.0 program을 이용하여 평균과 표준편차를 비교하였다. 분석결과 조장의 팀 수행능력이 높은팀이 점수 결과도 높게 나타났으며($3.91{\pm}0.82$), 학생들은 실습은 꼭 필요하다($4.10{\pm}0.88$)하였고, 전공담당교수의 피드백($3.73{\pm}0.86$)이 가장 만족도가 높았다. '지역사회치위생학 현장실습' 교과목에서의 프로젝트기반 학습 수업적용에 의의가 있으며 수업에 적합하다고 판단되었다.

치위생학과 학생의 임상치위생학 교과목 문제중심학습 경험에 관한 현상학적 연구 (Phenomenological study on the problem-based learning experience of clinical dental hygiene among students in dental hygiene)

  • Objectives: This study aimed to provide useful basic data for improving the quality of problem-based learning (PBL) to improve integrated thinking and problem-solving skills in clinical dental hygiene through in-depth exploration of the experiences of dental hygiene students trained in PBL modules. Methods: A total of nine participants were selected based on the grade distribution of clinical dental hygiene. Three participants each were from the upper, middle, and lower groups. A focus group interview (FGI) was conducted using a developed questionnaire. All contents of the recorded FGI were used to draw the main results while maintaining the core contents Results: The themes derived through the FGI were confirmed by 'advantages of PBL', 'competencies developed through PBL', 'teamwork experienced in PBL', 'required competencies for PBL team activities', 'differences in contribution among team members', 'satisfaction with PBL', 'improvements to PBL', and 'trial and error experienced in PBL'. Conclusions: The PBL was a useful for improving the integrated thinking and problem-solving skills of dental hygiene students. Moreover, this study provides useful basic data for the qualitative improvement of the PBL.

OJT 특성요인과 OJT 성과 간 관계에서 훈련자-피훈련자 관계강도 조절효과 분석: 국내 여행서비스업 초기 경력자를 대상으로 (OJT Characteristics and OJT Outcomes in a Domestic Travel Industry: Moderating Effect of Tie Strength)

  • Purpose - The purpose of this study was to substantiate the relationship between on-the-job training (OJT) characteristic factors and OJT outcomes and the moderating effect of the tie strength between a trainer and a trainee on the relationship. OJT characteristic factors were composed of a unit of work to be learned, trainee's motivation, trainer's ability, OJT design, and OJT support. OJT outcomes included job satisfaction and organizational commitment in the research. The tie strength means a sense of intimacy with a trainer. All of the OJT characteristic factors, OJT outcomes, and the tie strength were defined operationally as the perceived ones by a trainee. Research design, data, and methodology - This study analyzed the data of 302 employees in a domestic travel agency as early career for seven years or less. The main methods for the analysis were multiple linear regression analysis and moderating effect analysis. The whole process of the data analysis was conducted using the SPSS 21.0 for windows. Results - The results of the study are as follows: First, every five element of OJT, including unit of work to be learned, trainee's motivation, trainer's ability, OJT design, and OJT support, showed positive influence on OJT outcomes - job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Second, the tie strength between a trainer and a trainee was positively related with OJT outcomes. Finally, the strength of ties between the trainer and the trainee was found positively to moderate the relationship of a unit of work to be learned, OJT design, or OJT support, with OJT outcomes. However, the moderating effect of the tie strength was not significant statistically between the trainee's motivation or the trainer's ability, and OJT outcomes. Conclusion - In the study, it was demonstrated that every OJT characteristic factors have a positive contribution to job satisfaction and organizational commitment for early career employees. In addition, the study showed the need to pay attention to improve the quality of relationships between trainers and trainees, in order to increase the impact of a unit of work to be learned, OJT design, and OJT support. These findings suggest the implications in the three factors as external factors that constitute OJT. The three factors are made by HRD practitioners who are involved in design and operation of the program as well as their interventions to improve the quality of the relationship between trainers and trainees. On the other hand, it was demonstrated in the research that trainee's motivation and trainer's ability, regardless of their tie strength, have a direct impact on OJT outcomes by itself. Moreover, the trainee's motivation and trainer's ability are intrinsic characteristics, rather than external factors that constitute OJT. Therefore, they are unlikely to be changed by HRD practitioners' interventions. In conclusion, it was argued in the research that the trainee's motivation and trainer's ability should be a consideration in selecting and matching partners in OJT participants before starting OJT.

간호원에 대한 사회적인 평가 (Sociological Evaluation for Nurses)

  • This is a research on general evaluation of the nursing profession which is a professional job, a suitable calling to women and is developing academically day by day. The author gave some questions to the patients, doctors, people, student nurses-themselves and got the following results; (A) General concept about nursing profession A nurse is a member, of a medical team who works for people′s health promotion(50.8%). The reason that the nursing profession is a good one is that it is a rewarding job to care for sick patients(78.9%). The spirit is the most important factor for the nurse(84.8%) and the nursing profession is a suitable calling to women (76%). The description of nurses as "The angels in white dress" is an appropriate one (44.6%) or only a beautiful expression(47.4%) (B) Nurses as actually seen by doctors and patients. They work only obligatorily (47.8%)-Doctors They try to relieve, the patient′s physical discomforts in all sincerity (65.6%), also they to decrease the patient′s mental apprehension (56.7%). (C) Satisfaction in the nursing profession. Nurses satisfaction in the nursing profession is general(68.8%) and student nurses satisfaction in selecting nursing is fulfilled (50.9%). One reason for dissatisfaction among nurses and student nurses is people's failure to understanding the nursing profession(40.1%), One reason for satisfaction is that it is a rewarding job caring for sick patients(35%). (D) Is the nursing professional job? People think the nursing profession is a professional job like doctors or lawyers (60.2%). (E) Are they academic? People think the nurses are academic(37.8%) but nurses read only interesting items in the "Journal of Korean Nurse"(67.7%). (F) Opinions about nurses′going out of the country. Doctors and nurses agree that after 1-2 years′experience in this country(78.5%) and student nurses want to go out where there is on opportunity(73.1%). Student's purpose of going out is to enrich their stock of information(71.3%), doctors think, it is for training in nursing knowledge and skills (47.8%). (G) Opinions about nurse′s social affairs. They want nurses to be controlled(44.4%) and also think that the nurse's demonstration in the National Conte. was reasonable (36.3%). (H) Would you make your daughter a nurse? They favour their daughter′s becoming a nurse(17.4%) because they think it is a rewarding job to care for sick patients(42.5%).

참여동기와 창업멘토링이 창업교육만족도 및 창업의지에 미치는 영향: '학생 창업유망팀 300(U-300)' 사례를 중심으로 (A Study on the Effect of Motivation and Satisfaction on Experiential Entrepreneurship Education)

  • 최근 대학에서는 다양한 형태의 창업친화적 학사제도를 활성화하기 위해 정규 창업교과 및 비교과 활동을 적극적으로 개발하고 적용시켜 나가고 있다. 아울러 정부에서도'학생 창업유망팀 300(U-300)'과 같은 다양한 체험형 창업교육 프로그램을 마련하여 전국 대학의 창업 동아리를 대상으로 창업멘토링 등 전문적인 창업교육을 지원하고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 창업멘토링 등을 중심으로 한 체험형 창업프로그램 참가자를 대상으로 참여동기, 창업멘토링 기능, 멘토 역량이 창업교육만족도 및 창업의지에 미치는 영향을 실증적으로 검증하였다. 연구 결과 첫째, 창업교육프로그램에 대한 교육 참여동기와 멘토역량은 창업교육만족도에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며 둘째, 참여동기와 멘토링 기능은 창업의지에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 본 연구결과는 현재 양적으로 확대되어지고 있는 대학 내 창업교육을 보다 효과적으로 추진하기 위해서 체험적 교수방법의 확대와 창업멘토링 등 창업교육의 질적 효과 창출에 대한 다양한 제고가 필요함을 시사하고 있으며, 향후 창업멘토링을 수행하는 창업멘토의 전문역량 강화를 위한 정책적 시사점을 제공할 수 있을 것이라고 판단된다.

검체채취실의 고객만족도 향상 (Improvement for the Degree of Client Satisfaction in the Sample Collection Room)

  • The sample collection room(SCR) will have much more influence than all the other departments for the improvement of hospital image, if anyone coming to the SCR in the hospital goes back with the perfect complacency and because most clients who have much stresses and fatigues pay a final visit to the SCR via receipt-diagnosis- acceptance process. SCR has improved its image for the purpose of gratifying clients, in order for clients to visit the hospital again, the quality improvement(QI) team in the Diagnosis Inspection Medical Department has come to a conclusion as follows. The degree of client gratification before improvement marks 65.9 point, but the degree after improvement was 74.2 point. Therefore, satisfaction has increased by 8.3 points. The degree of client gratification in groups before improvement marks (1) service parts-89.2 points (2) facilities and environments-49.1 point (3) toilet facilities-46.3 point. But its gratification after improvement marks (1) 92.5 point (2) 60.1 point (3) 61.0 point. Therefore the degree of satisfaction has increased by (1) 3.3 point, (2) 11.0 point, (3) 14.7 point. The progress of facility improvement plans and the exclusion of improvement on the facility contents in the hospital have made facilities and environments of SCR and toilet facilities to be poorly improved. Although service parts have a good mark, and the facilities and environments are not scoring well, the whole degree clients' gratification of SCR couldn't be helped by the low grade. Therefore the bottom line for the clients' gratification of SCR in the future is to ameliorate the facilities and environments. SCR will take the clients' gratification survey every year and if any items get low marks, that is, below 90 point throughout the survey, SCR will immediately starts the improvement work for the clients' gratification with operating the programs of controlling quality continually, and SCR should induce the operation of services, participating in the kind campaign drive for clients. So SCR will adopt the incentive system for the best staff members who perform these kinds of services.

조직적 지원 및 리더-부하관계의 질이 조직전념도와 조직시민행동에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (The Study on the Effects of Organizational Support and Leader-Member Exchange on Organization Members' Committment and Citizenship)

  • 기업은 내부고객으로서의 조직구성원들의 조직전념도를 향상시키기 위해 많은 노력을 하고 있다. 조직구성원의 높은 조직전념도는 외부고객의 만족과 기업경쟁력 향상과 직결된다고도 할 수 있다. 그간 조직전념도와 관련된 연구들 중에는 조직적 지원과 리더의 지원이 조직전념도를 제고시킬 수 있다는 일부 연구들이 있었으나, 하나의 이론으로서 정립될 만큼 연구 결과가 충분하지 못하였다. 한편, 조직에 전념할 수 있을 마음이 있어야 조직을 위한 조직구성원 행동이 양심적일 수 있고 타 구성원들에 대해 이타적일 수 있으며 노력하는 행동 및 조직내 성과향상을 위한 정보공유 노력도 행해질 수 있다는 조직시민행동 내용과는 더욱 정립된 연구결과가 부족하다. 따라서 본 연구는 조직적 지원과 리더의 지원이 조직전념도에 미치는 영향을 실증분석 하였고, 그러한 결과가 조직시민행동에 어떤 영향을 미치는지를 분석하였다. 그 결과 조직적 지원과 리더의 지원을 높게 지각할수록 조직에 대한 감정적 전념도 및 조직시민행동이 긍정적인 것으로 나타났으며, 감정적 전념도가 조직시민행동에 대해 조직적 지원과 리더의 지원이 미치는 긍정적 효과를 더욱 촉진시키는 매개역할을 하는 것으로 나타난다. 본 연구는 조직내 관리자들이 구성원들과의 관계 및 가치설정을 어떻게 하는 것이 바람직한지에 대한 시사점을 제시하고 있다.

상급종합병원 병동담당약사 업무 현황 및 의료인의 인식과 기대 분석 (Clinical pharmacist services in general wards and perception and expectation of healthcare providers towards the services at a tertiary healthcare center)

  • Background and objective: The Seoul National University Bundang Hospital (SNUBH) implemented ward-based clinical pharmacy system with designated pharmacists in 10 general wards. Designated pharmacists conduct inpatient medication review, medication intervention, and medication consultation, and provide drug information for health care providers. This study aimed to evaluate the clinical pharmacy services and to examine the perception and expectations of health care providers on the services provided by the designated pharmacists in general wards. Methods: A survey was constructed to include questions on the health care providers' recognition, satisfaction, and perceived needs of designated pharmacists. We determined the frequency and type of interventions of ward pharmacist and their acceptance rate through a retrospective observational study using electronic medical records. Results: A total of 59 health care providers responded the questionnaire and 79.7% of the respondents reported moderate to high levels of satisfaction. Satisfaction with the services was positively associated with clinical interventions and nutrition support team (81.4%). Of 59 respondents, 88.1% agreed that preventing drug-related problems by designated pharmacists' activities were effective. The most common interventions included inadequate dosage (27.4%), omission and additional prescription (14.6%) and inadequate drug form (9.6%). The acceptance rate of intervention was 91.5%, and 151 potentially serious risks and 523 significant risks were prevented by the intervention. Conclusion: Positive results were confirmed in the awareness, satisfaction, and perceived needs of the health care providers for designated pharmacists. Expansion of the ward-based clinical pharmacy system with designated pharmacists to other wards may be considered.

공무원의 변혁적 및 거래적 리더십이 혁신행동에 미치는 영향: 조직몰입의 매개효과 및 공직만족에 의해 조절된 매개효과 (The Effects of Transformational Leadership and Transactional Leadership on Innovative Behavior among Public Servants: The Mediating Effects of Organizational Commitment and Moderated Mediating Effects of Public Service Satisfaction)

  • 본 연구는 변혁적 및 거래적 리더십이 조직몰입을 거쳐 혁신행동에 미치는 매개효과와 공직만족에 의해 조절된 매개효과를 확인하는 것이 목적이다. 이를 위해 한국행정연구원이 중앙행정기관 및 광역자치단체 소속 일반직 공무원을 대상으로 실시한 2021년 공직생활 실태조사 데이터 4,133부를 최종분석에 사용하였고, 변인간의 관계를 분석하기 위하여 SPSS 21.0과 Mplus 8.4 프로그램을 활용하였다. 검증 결과로 변혁적 및 거래적 리더십이 조직몰입과 혁신행동에 정의 영향을 미치고, 조직몰입은 혁신행동에 정의 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인했다. 또한, 변혁적 및 거래적 리더십과 혁신행동의 관계에서 유의한 매개효과를 가지는 것으로 확인되었다. 변혁적 및 거래적 리더십이 조직몰입을 통해 혁신행동에 미치는 매개효과는 공직만족의 수준에 의해 조절되는 것으로 확인되어 제시한 가설은 모두 채택되었다. 이상의 분석결과를 토대로 이론적, 실무적 제언과 향후과제를 제시했다.
