낙동강 남부지역의 상례문화 실태 조사 - 부산의 교사집단을 중심으로 - (Customary Funeral Rites of Teachers in the Southern Nak-dong River Area)

  • Korean funeral customs are an important part of the mourning process in Korea. A survey was conducted in the southern part by the Nak-dong river, centered around the city of Busan to examine Korean funeral rites. This study was conducted with survey research. The target population included 234 teachers and experienced the death of a family member within the last three years. Results showed that they presented their condolences 5 to 6 times on average per year. Funeral rites were performed usually at a hospital funeral hall. The preference of burial to cremation was about the same. According to the survey, funeral expenses averaged 9,570,000 won and donations received for funeral expenses, 12,630,000 won. Problems the respondents expressed about the process included large funeral expenses, the decision whether to bury or cremate, and fatigue from staying up all night. When classified according to the demographic characteristics, there were significant differences in the variables. Frequency of attending funerals depended on gender, age, and health status. Condolence style depended on religion. The type of funeral (burial or cremation) depended on family income. The type of reception depended on gender. 영아의 기질과 교사의 놀이 관련 특성이 2세반 영아의 상상놀이에미치는 영향 (Effects of Toddler Temperament and Teacher's Play-Related Characteristics on Imaginative Play in Two-Year-Old Classrooms)

  • Objective: This study aimed to investigate the effects of children's characteristics and childcare teachers' attributes on the frequency and level of imaginative play in two-year-old classrooms. Methods: The study involved 191 toddlers, their mothers, and 32 teachers from childcare centers. Toddler characteristics encompassed temperament along with demographic variables such as gender and age. Teacher' attributes related to play included playfulness, play-support belief, and interactions with toddlers. Data analysis was conducted using SPSS 22.0 and HLM 8.2 software, employing basic analysis, hierarchical linear analysis, and hierarchical regression analysis. Results: First, as toddlers' age increased, both the frequency and level of their imaginative play increased. Second, individual-level model analysis revealed a positive effect of toddlers' extroversion on the level of imaginative play. Third, the class-level model results indicated that teachers' emotions had a negative effect, whereas their encouragement positively influenced the level of imaginative play. Conclusion/Implications: The significance of this study lies in its utilization of a multilayered model analysis, which offers a more robust examination of variable influences by accounting for hierarchical data structures.

Therefore, this paper examined the characteristics of educational software evaluation, analyzed OTA form and KMEC guideline, and finally presented a sample evaluation form for teachers, parents, and students.

보육교사의 발달에 적합한 실제(DAP)에 대한 신념 및 교사효능감이 갈등해결태도에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Teachers' DAP Beliefs and Teacher Efficacy on Conflict Resolution Attitudes)

  • 본 연구는 보육교사의 발달에 적합한 실제(DAP)에 대한 신념 및 교사효능감이 갈등해결태도에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 인천지역 어린이집에 근무하는 보육교사 128명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 수집된 자료는 상관분석, 다변량 분산분석, 로지스틱 회귀분석을 이용하여 분석되었다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 사회인구학적 변인 가운데 연령에 따른 차이만 유의미하게 나타났는데, 20대 교사가 30대 이상 교사보다 DAP신념, 협력형 갈등해결 수준이 높고 회피형 갈등해결 수준은 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 보육교사의 DAP신념과 교사효능감은 협력형 갈등해결과 정적 상관이 있는 반면에, 회피형 및 경쟁형 갈등해결 수준과는 부적 상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 보육교사의 DAP신념 및 교사효능감은 사회인구학적 변인을 통제한 이후에도 갈등해결태도에 영향을 미쳐, DAP신념과 교사효능감 수준이 높을수록 협력형 갈등해결을 선호하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과는 유아의 사회성 발달을 위한 적절한 교육이 이루어지기 위해 교사의 신념 및 교수전략에 대한 교사교육의 자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

학교급식 영양교사와 영양사의 역할갈등, 자기효능감, 직무만족 및 직무몰입 비교 - 영양교사와 영양사의 상호작용을 중심으로 - (Comparison of Role Conflict, Self-Efficacy, Job Satisfaction, and Job Involvement between Nutrition Teachers and Dietitians at School Food Service in Incheon Metropolitan City - Focusing on the Interactions between Nutrition Teachers and Dietitians -)

  • The purpose of this study was to compare differences in role conflict, self efficacy, job satisfaction, and job involvement perceived by school nutrition teachers and dietitians. A total of 335 female school nutrition teachers and dietitians from Incheon area were surveyed by a self-report questionnaire in November 2010. Collected data were processed using SPSS 15.0. The reliability of the questionnaire was tested and differences between the two groups were analyzed using the Student's t-test, the chi-square test, and a two-way analysis of variance (ANOVA). The job satisfaction level of nutrition teachers was higher than that of dietitians. The effect of role conflict and job satisfaction for nutrition teachers and dietitians was different according to age. In addition, self-efficacy, job satisfaction, and job involvement of nutrition teachers and dietitians were influenced by their annual salaries. The frequency of meals served also affected role conflict, job satisfaction, and job involvement of the nutrition teachers and dietitians, and the effect of job involvement by the nutrition teachers and dietitians was different according to meal service type. Therefore, it is necessary to establish strategies for resolving role conflicts among school foodservice specialists and improve their self-efficacy for enhancing consumer's satisfaction with the general quality of school food service. These efforts may contribute to job satisfaction and job involvement of food service specialists and ultimately to the productivity of food service and the establishment of food service specialist roles.

  • 본 연구에서는 롤플레이 게임(Role-play Game) 개념을 차용한 역할연기발표(Role-play Presentation) 기법을 적용하여 미래 교육에서 인간 교사-인공지능 교사 간의 상호작용성에 대한 교사의 인식과 기대감을 시각화함으로써 교사들의 협업과정에서 성과 있는 토론활동을 수행할 수 있도록 하였다. 분석 결과 교사는 수업 상황에서 인간 교사가 수업의 주도권과 학생과의 상호작용 활성화를 전제로 수업의 질적 향상과 개별학습을 지원할 수 있는 보조 도구로써의 인공지능 교사의 상호작용 요인들을 제안하고 있었다.

보육시설장의 변혁적 지도성에 관한 연구 (Child Care Center Director's Transformational Leadership)

  • The purpose of this research was to investigate factors related to the child care center director's transformational leadership and differences of the awareness about transformational leadership between child care center directors and teachers. A survey was conducted using the questionnaire developed by Lee suk-kyung (1997). Results of this research showed that type of child care center, number of children in the program, director's age, educational degree and years of career related to child care, affected the child care director's transformational leadership as recognized by themselves. From a teacher's point of view, director's transformational leadership was influenced by director's age, educational degree, and years of career related to child care. In addition, different level of awareness about director's transformational leadership between child care directors and teachers was found. Based on the result, a program to enhance director's leadership is strongly needed.

  • This study in an attempt to analyze the child's readiness for school and to pursue the facts that influence the readiness. the child's readinees for school was analyze on the developmental tasks in terms of physical, intellectual, social and moral development of first graders. On the facts that influence the readiness, age, sex, home environment and preschool experiences were surveyed. Ⅰ. Objectives 1. To survey the actual developmental conditions of physical, intellectual, social, and moral development of first graders. 2. To analyze the differences of school readiness in of sex, age and birth order. 3. To analyze the influence of home environment and preschool experience upon readiness. 4. To survey the differences of evaluation between parents and teachers on achievements of readiness. Ⅱ. Method 1. subjects were 848 mothers of primary school first graders and 20 primary school teachers. By the stratifeed sampling method, Seoul city was divided into three types of districts. 2. measurement tool was the check test for the child's readiness for school.

증등 수학교사의 교수-학습에 대한 태도 조사 분석 - 부산시 및 경상남도 중등 수학교사를 대상으로 - (Analysis of survey on Secondary Mathematics Teachers' Attitudes toward Teaching and Learning)

  • The purpose of this thesis was to improve the plans and methods of teaching and learning activities and contribute to developing teachers` quality and reeducating them by investigating teachers' attitudes toward teaching and learning have a significant effect on the students' attitudes toward mathematics and the students' ability development at mathematics. The inventory was composed of 56 items : three main areas and eight sub-areas. Added seven background factors were sex, by whom was established (is it a public or nongovernmental \ulcorner), teaching career, age, what kind of school (is it general or vacational high school or middle school\ulcorner), region, college. For this analysis of materials used SAS program. And analysis of variance was applied on the seven background factors. All subjects in this study were 341 secondary school mathematics teachers in pusan city and Kyungsangnam-do were surveyed by the questionnaire of Likert type to which the respondents' seven background elements were added. Main results this study were as follows : 1. The overall attitude of the measured secondary school mathematics teachers tends to be positive but a little indifferent. Also attitude toward the students was a little more positive than the other attitudes. 2. There were significant differences (1%) among the sub-level areas except three of them. (r = 0.17~0.60) 3. There were significant differences (5%) by the result of Multiple comparison test among the schools in learning and teaching. So the teachers working at middle schools and general high schools were more positive than those working at vocational high schools. 4. The result of comparison among region was that teachers working in towns and cities were more positive than those working in the country. But there was no significant difference between the teachers working in large cities and those working in other region. 5. There was no significant difference in the overall attitudes toward teaching and learnig among the sex, by whom was established(is it public or nongovernmental\ulcorner), teaching career, age, college. The study left much deficiency to be desired and has to be followed by a continuing study to make it better. For the following study, it is necessary to examine the validity and reliability of the measuring tools more thoroughly and investigate the attitudes with sufficient samples all over the country.

보육교직원의 지지가 초임유아교사의 역할수행에 미치는 영향에 대한 셀프리더십의 매개효과 (Mediating Effects of Self Leadership on the Relationship between Childcare Teachers' Support and Beginning Early Childhood Teachers' Role Performance)

  • 본 연구는 초임유아교사의 역할수행, 셀프리더십, 보육교직원의 지지 간의 관계를 규명하기 위해 실시되었다. 전국의 유치원 및 어린이집에 재직 중인 491명의 초임교사를 대상으로 설문지를 통한 조사를 실시하였는데, 사회적 지지 질문지(이재영, 2012), 역할수행 질문지(박복매, 2011)와 셀프리더십 질문지(박동현, 2014)를 사용하였다. 결과처리를 위해 빈도분석, 신뢰도 검증, ANOVA 검증, $Scheff{\acute{e}}$의 사후검증분석, Pearson의 적률상관분석, 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 초임유아교사의 보수와 학력, 연령에 따른 보육교직원의 지지, 역할수행, 셀프리더십은 각각 집단 간 유의차가 있었다. 기관유형에 따른 보육교직원의 지지와 역할수행은 집단 간 유의차가 있었으나 셀프리더십에서는 집단 간 유의차가 없었다. 둘째, 셀프리더십이 보육교직원의 지지와 초임유아교사의 역할수행 간에 부분 매개역할을 하고 있었다. 본 연구결과를 통해 초임유아교사의 개인변인을 고려하여 역할수행과 셀프리더십을 높일 수 있는 방안과 원장이나 동료교사의 실질적인 지원을 촉진할 수 있는 방안을 모색하는데 정보를 제공할 수 있다.
