노인의 일상활동수행에 대한 자기효능척도의 신뢰도 및 타당도 평가 (Psychometrics of Task Self-Efficacy Scale for Korean Elderly)

  • The purpose of the study was to test the reliability and validity of the Korean version of Task Self-Efficacy Scale for activities of dally living (ADL). The Task Self-Efficacy Scale was developed by Roberts(1996) for low-intensity exercise study with older people to predict their performance of ADL. The scale was translated and back translated by bilingual persons, and then was modified to resolve variations in the translations. The Korean version of Self-Efficacy Scale for ADL was then administered to 193 elderly people including 95 hospitalized patients and 98 outpatients or healthy people. Face to face interview was used to fill out the structured questionnaire, and each interview took approximately 30 minutes. The subjects for the study were 80 women and 112 men with an age range of 65 to 95 years(M=71 years) of whom 82.6% classified themselves as moderate or quite active Most subjects(80.2%) had an education level of elementary school or less. The Self-Efficacy Scale for ADL is measured on a 0 to 10 VAS, assessing three areas of ADL : self care activities, household tasks, and motor tasks. The higher the score is, the higher person's confidence in performing ADL. Psychometric testing revealed that the scale was found to be internally consistent, showing a Cronbach's alpha of .97 The scale was significantly correlated with subjects' level of activity and subjective assessment of their health status. Moderate correlation with health-related hardiness scale also supported the validity. Factor analysis was performed to confirm whether the scale represents the three sub-areas as suggested in the literature. The results of the factor analysis led to a three factor solution according to Kaiser's criterion, but the items were not strongly and cleanly loaded for the third factor. This can be explained in that, among the three sub-ADL areas of the self-efficacy scale, the areas of self care activities and household tasks seem to have similar levels of difficulty in performance with not enough differences for the self-efficacy scale to distinguish between the two areas. Therefore, one factor solution was suggested since ADL can be seen as a unit of activities at similar level of difficulty in performance. One factor solution explained 68.1% of variance of the 19-item scale and all items were correlated over .6 with the factor, showing that the selected factor solution fits the model. The results indicated that the Korean version of Task Self-Efficacy Scale for ADL was reliable and valid in producing useful information to evaluate the effects of various interventions toward promoting health and quality of life for elderly people.

한글판 작업과제 몰입상태척도(Korean version of Flow State Scale for Occupational Task: K-FSSOT)의 타당도 및 신뢰도연구 (Validity and Reliability of a Korean Version of the Flow State Scale for Occupational Task)

  • 목적 : 본 연구는 작업치료 활동에서 대상자의 몰입상태정도를 측정하는 한글판 작업과제 몰입상태척도(Korean version of Flow State Scale for Occupational Task: K-FSSOT)를 개발하는 것이다. 연구방법 : 한글판 작업과제 몰입상태척도 개발을 위해 체계적인 번안과정을 거쳐 타당도 및 신뢰도 검증을 하였다. 타당도 검증은 작업치료사 10명의 내용타당도와 환자 20명의 문항이해도 조사를 통해 CVI 값을 산출하였다. 신뢰도 검증은 환자 33명의 내적일치도 및 검사-재검사 신뢰도를 조사하였다. 결과 : 내용타당도의 문항별 I-CVI 값은 .90~1.00으로 나타났고, 전체 항목의 평균인 S-CVI 값은 .97로 적절한 것으로 확인되었다. 신뢰도 검증 결과 전체 문항의 내적일치도 값은 .855로 높은 수준으로 나타났으며, 검사-재검사 신뢰도 값은 .894(p<.01)로 높은 상관관계를 보임으로 높은 신뢰도가 확인되었다. 결론 : K-FSSOT가 대상자의 참여와 몰입을 고민하는 작업치료사에게 작업치료 활동을 수행하는 대상자의 몰입상태정도를 측정하는데 유용한 도구로 활용되기를 기대한다.

멀티모달 맥락정보 융합에 기초한 다중 물체 목표 시각적 탐색 이동 (Multi-Object Goal Visual Navigation Based on Multimodal Context Fusion)

  • MultiOn(Multi-Object Goal Visual Navigation)은 에이전트가 미지의 실내 환경 내 임의의 위치에 놓인 다수의 목표 물체들을 미리 정해준 일정한 순서에 따라 찾아가야 하는 매우 어려운 시각적 탐색 이동 작업이다. MultiOn 작업을 위한 기존의 모델들은 행동 선택을 위해 시각적 외관 지도나 목표 지도와 같은 단일 맥락 지도만을 이용할 뿐, 다양한 멀티모달 맥락정보에 관한 종합적인 관점을 활용할 수 없다는 한계성을 가지고 있다. 이와 같은 한계성을 극복하기 위해, 본 논문에서는 MultiOn 작업을 위한 새로운 심층 신경망 기반의 에이전트 모델인 MCFMO(Multimodal Context Fusion for MultiOn tasks)를 제안한다. 제안 모델에서는 입력 영상의 시각적 외관 특징외에 환경 물체의 의미적 특징, 목표 물체 특징도 함께 포함한 멀티모달 맥락 지도를 행동 선택에 이용한다. 또한, 제안 모델은 점-단위 합성곱 신경망 모듈을 이용하여 3가지 서로 이질적인 맥락 특징들을 효과적으로 융합한다. 이 밖에도 제안 모델은 효율적인 이동 정책 학습을 유도하기 위해, 목표 물체의 관측 여부와 방향, 그리고 거리를 예측하는 보조 작업 학습 모듈을 추가로 채용한다. 본 논문에서는 Habitat-Matterport3D 시뮬레이션 환경과 장면 데이터 집합을 이용한 다양한 정량 및 정성 실험들을 통해, 제안 모델의 우수성을 확인하였다.

독립성분 분석기법에 의한 집중 상태 뇌파의 주파수 요소 특성 (Features of EEG Signal during Attentional Status by Independent Component Analysis in Frequency-Domain)

  • 본 연구에서는 작업수행시의 집중상태 변화를 검출하기 위하여 2011년 1~2월 동안 집중을 유발하는 시각유발자극에 대하여 생체신호를 측정한 피험자들 중 한명의 뇌파신호를 분석하였다. 두피에서 측정한 뇌파신호로부터 집중관련 뇌 안에서의 발원 신호와 안구운동잡음 신호를 분리하기 위하여 독립성분 분석기법을 측정뇌파 신호에 적용하였다. 안구운동잡음신호가 제거된 집중관련 신호원을 단시간 푸리에 변환하여 주파수 성분 신호를 연속적으로 축적함으로서 시변 특징 형태를 나타내는 에포크 그래프와 스펙트럴 칼라 맵에서의 도식 표현상 규칙성을 향상 시킬 수 있었다. 추출한 감각운동리듬 (SMR: 12-15Hz)과 세타파 리듬 (4-7Hz)관련 집중 지표는 집중시험시간이 경과함에 따라 증가 하였다. 실험을 통하여 단시간 푸리에 변환과 결합한 독립성분 분석기법은 참여자의 집중상태 변화를 분석하는데 사용 할 수 있을 것이다.

Policy Direction for Promoting the Satellite Data Use in Public Sector

  • With the ready access to the high resolution satellite image data, users of and areas covered by satellite image data are constantly on the rise world-wide. Korea will also be able to take full advantage of the satellite data once the KOMPSAT is successfully launched. Harmonizing satellite data production and application technology and users' needs, along with the guiding policy is essential for promoting satellite data use. Up to now, the Korean government has mainly concentrated on developing production technology for the satellite units. However, the imminent task of independent satellite data production demands a promotion policy for satellite data use. In this context, the policy is defined as an important medium for identifying the role and status of satellite image information at the national level and also Preparing the legal as well as systematic foundation for producing, building, distributing, and packaging satellite data. For example, in the countries with the advanced satellite technology, such as the United States, the United Kingdom, and Australia, digital ortho image and digital elevation model (DEM) are mandatorily included in the National Geographic Framework Data through policy measures. In addition, in order for the efficient provision of the satellite data, separate organization or agency is being in operation for the exclusive production and distribution of the satellite data. The present paper aims to examine the role and status of the satellite data as well as their current status and problems in Korea in reference to the National Spatial Data Infrastructure, and finally to provide the policy directions to promote the satellite data use in public sector on the basis of the preceding analyses.

국토공간 이용현황 정보 구축 방안에 관한 연구 (A Study on The Informationization of National Land Use Status)

  • 국토공간의 이용상황을 파악하고 효과적인 개발 및 보존계획을 세우는 일은 국가의 중요 업무다. 그러나 60여개에 달하는 법률에 의해 조사가 이루어지고 있으나 조사대상, 방법, 시기 등이 달라 예산의 중복과 정책의 혼선을 야기하고 있다. 또한 공적장부에 기재된 지목은 공식적으로 토지이용 상태를 나타내고 있으나 현황에 따른 변경이 쉽지 않고 용도를 임의로 변경하여 사용하는 경우에는 이용현황의 종합적인 통계에도 오류가 발생하므로 일관된 방식의 조사와 정보구축이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 토지뿐 아니라 공유수면과 지하공간까지 포함하는 국토공간에 대해 현행 이용현황조사를 분석하고 조사방법, 시스템구축, 법제도 개선, 정보활용을 위한 방안을 제시하였다. 결과적으로 정확하고 일관성있는 국토관리를 위해 지상 및 지하, 강, 바다 등에 대한 입체적인 현황 조사 및 관리가 필요하며, 이를 위한 법률 제정과 전담조사기관을 지정이 필요함을 알 수 있었다.

국내 장애인의 구강 관련에 대한 문헌고찰(2000년-2015년) (Literature review on oral health among people with disabilities in Korea (2000-2015))

  • Objectives: This study consisted of a literature review on oral health among people with disabilities, and to present the factors that should be considered in developing an oral health program for people with disabilities. Methods: The key words 'people with disabilities' and 'oral health' were searched in 4 Korean academic journals and 5 online search engines and a total of 635 papers were identified. Duplicate papers were removed, and the literature selection criteria were applied to the remaining papers. Finally, a total of 45 papers were used in the review. Results: First, people with disabilities were the most common research subjects, followed by dental students, dental hygiene students, dentists, dental hygienist and guardians and special education teachers. Second, the most frequently studied research topic was dental examination, followed by oral health behavior and behavior of using dental clinics. Third, research purposes included the status of oral health, the quality of oral health, dental treatment, the use of oral health service, and oral hygiene behavior and perception. Fourth, the most frequently discussed policy task was expansion of research subjects, followed by oral hygiene and policy development. Conclusions: To enhance the oral health of people with disabilities who have difficulty in keeping their teeth clean and healthy on their own, development of an oral hygiene training program is required not only for people with disabilities, but also for guardians and teachers. It is equally important to examine oral health behavior that could potentially affect the status of oral health and create a more accurate and systematic oral hygiene method. In addition, the government, together with various other research institutes, should conduct an oral health survey of a representative sample of people with disabilities to determine oral health status and facilitate improvements to oral hygiene programs.

일부 사업장에서 나타난 배치전건강진단 제도 현황과 향후과제 (Status and Perspectives of Preplacement Health Examination (PHE) at Certain Workplaces)

  • Introduction: Preplacement health examination (PHE) is performed when a worker starts a certain work task which is designated as having occupational risks by the Ministry of Employment and Labor (MOEL). All data related to health examination except PHE are reported to the MOEL by the law. This study has been performed to understand the status of PHE at certain workplaces. Methods: PHE data gathered in a university hospital were analyzed and they were followed with results of the special health examination (SHE) in 2019 and 2020. Those who were evaluated as unfit to work as it was, were interviewed directly or indirectly through an occupational health manager to follow up the management status of their recognized health problems. Results: The unfit to work (unFTW) rate of PHE was 2.8%, and was not different according to the size of workplace or having occupational health service. The major cause of unfit to work was the uncontrolled life-style diseases such as hypertension and diabetes. The rate of SHE followed by PHE was 31.1%. It was not different by the unFTW rates, however, they were different according to having a full time in-house occupational health manager. Thirty-one among 71 examinees who were evaluated as unFTW underwent SHE after controlling their health condition and were finally evaluated as fit to work. Nineteen among 31 started to take medicine and eight have been placed in the work without designated risks. Conclusion: PHE can be used for new workers, who may have unknown or uncontrolled life-style diseases, to be asked to manage life-style diseases as well as work-related risks such as shift work. In order to have a better tracking system for work-related risks, the information of PHE should be analyzed together with other data from health examination.

남해안 패류양식 주요 품종에 대한 기술수준 평가와 연구 현황 분석 (A Study on the Evaluation and Research Status Analysis of Shellfish Farming in Southern Coast of Korea)

  • This study is aimed to evaluate the technology levels of shellfish farming in southern coast of Korea and status analysis on research of shellfish aquaculture. With achieving these objectives, it will be possible to present the direction of shellfish farming research and related project. Five major breed of shellfish aquaculture that would be adaptive and sustainable were proposed through consultation and agreement with professional group with more than 15 years of working experience. Moreover also evaluated that levels of technology, industry and market are also evaluated. The evaluation result of the expert group showed that the shellfish farming level occupied the third place in comparison with the US, Japan, Europe, and China. It is estimated that about 13~14 years will reach the level of the highest on average. In addition, most countries are expected to grow by about 10% on average over the next five years. Based on the result of the analysis of 670 research projects (2008~2017), there was little research on climate change and shellfish aquaculture. Besides some of shellfish have not been studied since 2008 and 2013, so it can be mentioned as a future task to be overcome.

도시형 자기부상열차 전력 측정 (Measuring Power Dissipation for Urban Maglev Vehicle)

  • This paper deals with analysis of measuring power dissipation when Maglev is running. With the various running scenarios for Maglev, power dissipation was measured and a comparative analysis of it and wheel-on rails were carried out. The purpose of this paper is to confirm the efficiency and economics on operation of Maglev and reflect detail design later. When the running scenarios of Maglev are the status of landing on and levitation, running at rated acceleration and deceleration and according to changes of velocity, the power dissipation was measured. The measured results are analyzed considering with apparent electric power and active power, reactive power and power factor etc. Due to the limited test track condition, it is very limited to compare and analyze Maglev and general trains. Nevertheless, It is a task of great significance to identify the efficiency and economics on operating Maglev through the results of measuring power dissipation. In the future, measuring power dissipation through more various scenarios will be carried out, and the results will be reflected the design.
