백-밸브-마스크 환기 시 마스크 밀착방법에 따른 환기효과 비교 (Comparison of ventilation effects by mask-sealing methods during bag-valve-mask ventilation)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to compare the tidal volumes and airway pressures of 3 mask-sealing methods (one hand C-E, two hands C-E, and one hand O-E) for ventilation treatment. Methods: The study subjects were 45 paramedic students. Tidal volume was measured for the three sealing methods by setting a ventilator, connecting it to the masks for 2 minutes, and using Respi-trainer software. Results: Regarding general characteristics, the group of men, in upper grades, and with practical training experience and experience and experience in the implementation of bag-valve-mask ventilation provided higher tidal volumes. Regarding physical characteristics, larger hands and greater grip strength correlated with higher tidal volume. Two hands C-E generated the highest tidal volume of $483.78{\pm}34.14mL$, one hand O-E generated $449.59{\pm}51.09mL$ and one hand C-E generated $394.31{\pm}68.95mL$. Conclusion: Means of tidal volumes were statistically significantly different based on mask sealing methods (p<.001). Two hand C-E was performed by the two-persons task and was suggested as the most effective method. For the one-person task, one hand O-E was the more effective method compared to the previous one hand C-E.

조직 구성원의 지식공유 활동에 영향을 미치는 요인 (Factors Affecting the Activities of Knowledge-Sharing in Organization)

  • 본 연구는 조직 구성원의 지식공유 활동에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 여러 선행연구에 대한 이론적 고찰을 통해 개인적 성과기대, 업무-기술 적합성, 보상, 공유된 비전, 지식공유의 유용성, 최고경영자 지원, 조직문화, 조직몰입, KMS 자기효능 등을 각각 도출하였으며, 이들의 영향력 관계를 살펴보았다. 그 결과 업무-기술 적합성과 지각된 보상 그리고 지식공유의 유용성이 지식공유 활동에 직접적으로 영향을 미치는 요인이라는 점을 확인할 수 있었으며, 개인적 성과기대와 공유된 비전의 직접적인 영향력은 확인하지 못하였다. 그러나 개인적 성과기대는 업무-기술 적합성을 경유한 간접적인 효과가, 공유된 비전은 지식공유의 유용성을 경유한 간접적인 효과가 존재함을 확인할 수 있었다. 조직적 특성으로 설정한 최고경영자 지원과 조직문화, 개인적 특성으로 설정한 조직몰입과 KMS 자기효능 역시 지식공유 활동 촉진요인을 경유하여 간접적으로 영향을 미치고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 이러한 본 연구의 결과들은 기업내 조직구성원의 지식공유 활동의 활성화를 위한 기업 전략 수립과정에 도움을 줄 것으로 기대한다.

GPU를 이용한 Quantum-Inspired Evolutionary Algorithm 가속 (GPU-Based Acceleration of Quantum-Inspired Evolutionary Algorithm)

  • Quantum-Inspired Evolutionary Algorithm(QEA)은 알고리즘 자체에 충분한 data-level parallelism이 내재되어 있어 GPU를 이용한 가속에 용이하다. 그러나 효과적인 실행시간의 단축을 위해서는 CPU와 GPU에의 적절한 task-mapping이 필요하다. 이때 단순히 함수 자체의 병렬성만을 고려하는 것이 아니라 CPU와 GPU간의 데이터 전송도 고려하여 task-mapping을 할 필요가 있다. 또한 추가적인 성능향상을 위하여 zero-copy host memory와 적절한 execution configuration의 사용, 그리고 memory coalescing 등을 이용할 수 있다. 그 결과 30,000개의 item수를 가진 0-1 knapsack problem에 대한 QEA의 수행을 multi-threading CPU에 비해 평균 3.69배 빠르게 할 수 있었다.

중소기업 근로자의 직무스트레스가 직무특성과 조직유효성 간의 관련성에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Relevance between Workers' Job Characteristics and Organizational Effectiveness by Job Stress in Small & Medium Sized Enterprises)

  • 본 연구는 직무스트레스가 직무특성과 조직유효성 간의 관련성에 미치는 영향을 실증적으로 분석하였다. 이를 위해 부 울 경 지역의 중소기업 중 제조업 및 서비스업에 종사하는 근로자를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 379개의 데이터를 수집하였다. 본 연구결과에 의하면, 역할갈등, 역할모호성, 역할과다 수준에 따라 직무특성과 조직유효성 간의 관련성에 일부 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 본 연구에 의하면 다양한 직무특성을 활용하여 조직유효성을 높이고자 하는 중소기업들의 경우 직무스트레스를 적절히 통제하는 것이 조직유효성 증대에 유용할 것으로 판단된다. 또한 향후 대기업과 중소기업간의 비교를 통한 보다 심도 있는 연구를 기대한다.

Human Action Recognition Using Pyramid Histograms of Oriented Gradients and Collaborative Multi-task Learning

  • In this paper, human action recognition using pyramid histograms of oriented gradients and collaborative multi-task learning is proposed. First, we accumulate global activities and construct motion history image (MHI) for both RGB and depth channels respectively to encode the dynamics of one action in different modalities, and then different action descriptors are extracted from depth and RGB MHI to represent global textual and structural characteristics of these actions. Specially, average value in hierarchical block, GIST and pyramid histograms of oriented gradients descriptors are employed to represent human motion. To demonstrate the superiority of the proposed method, we evaluate them by KNN, SVM with linear and RBF kernels, SRC and CRC models on DHA dataset, the well-known dataset for human action recognition. Large scale experimental results show our descriptors are robust, stable and efficient, and outperform the state-of-the-art methods. In addition, we investigate the performance of our descriptors further by combining these descriptors on DHA dataset, and observe that the performances of combined descriptors are much better than just using only sole descriptor. With multimodal features, we also propose a collaborative multi-task learning method for model learning and inference based on transfer learning theory. The main contributions lie in four aspects: 1) the proposed encoding the scheme can filter the stationary part of human body and reduce noise interference; 2) different kind of features and models are assessed, and the neighbor gradients information and pyramid layers are very helpful for representing these actions; 3) The proposed model can fuse the features from different modalities regardless of the sensor types, the ranges of the value, and the dimensions of different features; 4) The latent common knowledge among different modalities can be discovered by transfer learning to boost the performance.

군병원 간부들의 개인적 성향에 따른 직무 만족도 (Job Satisfaction Influenced Personal Traits among Officers and Noncommissioned Officers Working in Army Hospital)

  • The purpose of this study was to find out and analyze the satisfaction degree related to job by general characteristics, satisfaction factors. This survey was based on the questionnaire method. The sample consisted of 51 noncommissioned officers, 72 administrative officers and 160 nurse officers from army hospitals. The data were collected from March 14 to April 18, 1994 and statistically analysed by percentage, mean and $x^2$ test. Factors of job satisfaction consist of 6 categories; job pristige, interaction, autonomy, task requirements, pay, and organizational requirements. The overall job satisfaction degree was $62.8\%$ in NCOs, $54.2\%$ in administrative officers and $33.3\%$ in nurse officers. The job satisfaction of NCCs increased in factors of job prestige (p<0.01), autonomy (p<0.05), task requirement (p<0.05), and was higher as age. There were statistically significant in the factors of pay in school background, Job prestige in rank (p<0.05). 'I'm OK and You're OK' type was $76.5\%$ which was the highest rate and A major personal traits also showed the highest job satisfaction $(63.7\%)$. There were significant difference between major personal traits and interaction (p<0.01), autonomy (p<0.05), organizational requirement (p<0.01), pay (p<0.05) and task requirement. The job satisfaction of administrative Officers was represented significant differences in factors of pay (p<0.05), task requirements (p<0.05) by school background. Long term Workers showed the highest job satisfaction and significant difference in factors of job prestige and organizational requirement (p<0.01). Job satisfaction in 'I'm OK but you're not OK' type was slightly high, and CP major personal traits also showed the highest job satisfaction. The job satisfaction of nurse officers was represented significant difference in factors of autonomy (p<0.01), job prestige (p<0.05), organizational requirement (p<0.05), and pay by age. In CP major personal traits. job satisfaction showed the highest rate (75.0)

학습 환경의 실내 온도와 학습재료의 색채에 따른 학습수행의 특성 (The Characteristics of the Learning Performance according to the Indoor Temperature of the Learning Environment and the Color of the Learning Materials)

  • 본 연구는 학습 환경의 실내 온도와 학습재료 색채와의 조합이 학습수행에 어떠한 영향을 미치는 지를 살펴보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 학습활동 적정온도($22.5{\sim}24^{\circ}C$)를 중심으로(중립 실내 온도 조건), 그 이상인 조건(고온 실내온도 조건), 그리고 그 이하인 조건(저온 실내 온도 조건)으로 각각 실내 온도 조건을 구분하였으며, 난색계열인 빨간색과 한색계열인 파란색, 그리고 중성인 검은색과 연두색으로 각각 색채 조건을 구분하였다. 학습과 관련된 과제로는 음운 작업기억 과제를 사용하여 집단 간 실내 온도 조건에 따른 색채 조건에서의 과제 수행을 살펴보았다. 그 결과, 학습과제의 반응시간에서는 각 독립변수들에 의한 차이가 유의하지 않은 반면, 정확률에서는 색채 조건 중 빨간색과 검은색 조건에서 보다 정확한 수행이 나타났다. 이는 빨간색이 가진 현저성과 색채 온도감 및 검정색이 가진 친숙성과 다른 색에 비해 유일하게 현저성을 가지지 않는 특이성이 존재하기 때문에 나타난 결과로 해석할 수 있다.

간호사의 환자만족 지향태도에 영향을 미치는 직무관련 요인 (Factors Affecting Willingness to Satisfy Patients among Nurses in Hospitals)

  • Background : Willingness to satisfy patients(WSP) among nurses is essential to promoting patient satisfaction which is a critical component in the quality of health care and its outcomes. This study was carried out to empirically find out the affecting factors of WSP among nurses in hospital settings. Methods : The model contains seven job relating determinants and two intervening variables as follows: i) job relating variables of professional status, task requirements, pay, physician-nurse interaction, nurse-nurse interaction, organizational policies, and autonomy, ii) intervening variables of job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Data were collected from 205 nurses in two general hospitals owned by one foundation located in Pusan, Korea, using a structured and self-administered questionnaire. Results : The major results were as follows: First, the results of ANOVA on WPS by personal characteristics showed a statistically significant relationships between WPS and hierarchical orders(p<.01) ana tenure(p<.10). Comparing with the lower orders and shorter tenure, the higher orders and the longer tenure showed better WPS. Second, the results of simple correlation analysis between WPS and determinants and intervening variables showed the following variables, in order of importance, were statistically significant(p<.01): work satisfaction(+), organizational commitment(+), task requirements(+), nurse-interaction(+), professional status(+), physician-nurse interaction(+). Third, the results of path analysis showed that two intervening variables of job satisfaction and organizational commitment, and three determinants of task requirements, professional status, and nurse-nurse interaction had a positively significant direct effect to WPS. Conclusion : The results suggest that nurses who are more satisfied with task requirements, status, nurse-nurse interaction, overall job satisfaction, and organizational commitment, will behave in ways that patients find more satisfied.

실시간 임베디드 리눅스에서 다양한 주기적 타스크의 실시간 메커니즘 성능 분석 (On Benchmarking of Real-time Mechanisms in Various Periodic Tasks for Real-time Embedded Linux)

  • It is a real-time system that the system correctness depends not only on the correctness of the logical result of the computation but also on the result delivery time. Real-time Operating System (RTOS) is a software that manages the time of a microprocessor to ensure that the most important code runs first so that it is a good building block to design the real-time system. The real-time performance is achieved by using real-time mechanisms through data communication and synchronization of inter-task communication (ITC) between tasks. Therefore, test on the response time of real-time mechanisms is a good measure to predict the performance of real-time systems. This paper aims to analysis the response characteristics of real-time mechanisms in kernel space for real-time embedded Linux: RTAI and Xenomai. The performance evaluations of real-time mechanism depending on the changes of task periods are conducted. Test metrics are jitter of periodic tasks and response time of real-time mechanisms including semaphore, real-time FIFO, Mailbox and Message queue. The periodicity of tasks is relatively consistent for Xenomai but RTAI reveals smaller jitter as an average result. As for real-time mechanisms, semaphore and message transfer mechanism of Xenomai has a superior response to estimate deterministic real-time task execution. But real-time FIFO in RTAI shows faster response. The results are promising to estimate deterministic real-time task execution in implementing real-time systems using real-time embedded Linux.

고등학교 확률 수업의 '몬티홀 문제' 과제 맥락에서 나타난 논증과정 분석 (An Analysis on Argumentation in the Task Context of 'Monty Hall Problem' at a High School Probability Class)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 고등학교 확률 수업의 '몬티홀 문제' 과제 맥락에서 나타난 논증과 정의 특징을 알아보는 것이다. 고등학교 2학년 상 수준 한 학급의 학생을 대상으로 교사와 학생 사이의 논증과정에 관한 수업담화를 Toulmin의 논증패턴을 이용하여 분석한 결과, 논증 중심의 담화 공동체로 만들기 위한 과제 맥락과 학생들이 질문하고 반박할 수 있는 안전한 교실 문화의 중요성이 밝혀졌다. 또한 복잡한 문제를 함께 해결해 나가는 논증과정을 통해 학생들은 수업에 더 몰입하게 되었으며, 실제적인 경험적 맥락은 개념의 이해를 풍부하게 해 주었다. 그러나 논증과정에서 나타난 추론은 통계적 추론이 아니라 대부분 확률 문제 풀이 위주의 수학적 추론이 나타났다. 이러한 연구 결과는 맥락에 따라 결과를 해석하는 과정에서 학생들의 통계적 추론이 일어남을 교사가 이해할 필요가 있고, 과제 맥락과 질문을 통해 학생들이 논증과정에 적극적으로 참여하도록 해야 한다는 확률 통계 수업에 대한 시사점을 제공할 수 있다.
