Joint research on software, electronic engineering, computer engineering, and financial engineering and the use of ICT knowledge through network formation play an important role in strengthening science and technology-based innovation capabilities and facilitating the development and production process of products using new technologies. For the purpose of this study, I would like to strategically propose ICT specialized education in the 4th industrial revolution. To this end, the ICT specialization model, ICT specialization strategy analysis, and ICT specialization operation and effect were explored to establish ICT specialization strategies centered on software, electronic engineering, computer engineering, and financial engineering in the era of super-intelligence, hyper-connected, and hyper-convergence. Secondly, a roadmap for detailed promotion tasks related to efficient ICT characterization based on core strategies, detailed promotion tasks, and programs was proposed, focusing on talent related to ICT characterization. Thirdly, we would like to propose a reorganization of the academic structure and organization related to ICT characterization. Finally, we would like to propose the establishment of a future-oriented education system related to ICT specialization based on the advanced education and research environment.

Purpose: Personality qualities are essential to the prosperity of any contemporary company because they foster the growth of pleasant emotions in telecommunications distribution employees. Research design, data and methodology: Thus improving their overall psychological well-being and productivity. Talent retention is facilitated by mutual respect between management and staff. The success of the company as a whole, including the development and maintenance of emotions with customers, also depends on the psychological well-being of employees. The aim is to demonstrate how a positive and satisfied emotional workforce contributes to psychological well-being in the 21st century. Result: The research aims to better understand the personality traits that influence the psychological well-being of employees. In addition, between January and March 2023, a total of 179 employees in the telecommunications distribution industry in the Peruvian city of Chiclayo were surveyed using structural modelling methods to measure employee satisfaction. It also shows how various ideas, approaches and models can be used in the real world. Conclusion: The significance of the model on the perception of telecommunications workers in Peru is demonstrated by the results, which indicate an R² value of 0.681 for positive emotions and an R² value of 0.792 for employees' psychological well-being.

The Schoolwide Enrichment Model(SEM) is a representative model for the gifted education. As the model seems to be more conceptual in nature, it is hard to respond to the different interests and changing needs of the gifted learners. Also it does not provide specific procedures and prescriptions in teaching-learning processes for the teachers. Therefore, SEM needs to be modified into a Systemic Model that is more flexible and procedural. The paper proposes an Instructional Systems Design(ISD) model for SEM. The Systemic Model for SEM consists of 5 major steps. These are as follows: Planning, Diagnosis, Prescription, Implementation, Evaluation. In Planning step, there is a six-stage procedure for initiating the implementation of the SEM. In Diagnosis step, there are two-phases in identifying students for participation in the SEM and assessing strengths, interests, and talents of the learners and recording in The Total Talent Portfolio(TTP). In Prescription step, Curriculum Compacting is administered as a systematic procedure for modifying thecurriculum for above-average ability students. In Implementation step, Enrichment Learning and Teaching is an instructional strategy designed to promote active engagement in learning for teachers and students. Whenever each step has completed, Evaluation step should be followed. These 5 steps are repetitive, cycling and interactive. That is, each one becomes input for the next step, process for itself, and output for the previous step. Each step is monitored through the process of Review and Revision step. In conclusion, the paper suggests six strengths of the Systemic Model for SEM; The Model (1) provides the specific procedure in teaching-learning process; 92) has interactive relations with each component; (3) can be revised continuously for creation of the most effective system; (4) can be implemented more flexibly; (5) can be developed as an unique system for each school; (6) facilitates communications between teachers and students.

The overseas military education, which began in 1948, and the commissioned education of professional degrees, which was implemented in 1958 to obtain a degree for a professor at the Korea Military Academy, are expected to be expanded further in order to nurture talent who will lead the future and transformation of the Army in the era of the fourth industrial revolution. However, the Army's commissioned education system has been criticized for being high-cost and low-efficiency, and the systematic evaluation of the performance of commissioned education has also been insufficient. Therefore, this study examined the transition process of commissioned education by the ROK Army. The validity of the assessment area the CIPP evaluation model for the performance evaluation of commissioned education in the Army was verified through expert Delphi survey. According to the Delphi survey, the validity of the assessment area for the performance evaluation was all appropriate and various opinions on commissioned education were obtained.

Since the beginning of the 90's, Fashion shows appear to be a type of performance form of art combining with other areas to visually entertain the viewers. This can be explained by the modern tendency to escape from society which requires formality and complicated lifestyles. Fashion shows take place in a scene Influenced by the idea of post-modernism which redefines the definition of space. A church, old factory, unoccupied ground, subway stations, or even place like a waste disposal are used as a setting. The stage set is no longer the T shape run way and the procinium arch has disappeared. The gap between audience and stage has diminished and theatrical element is added to the fashion performance by using viewers living and working environments as setting of the show. The human relation with machine based on the cutting edge technology such as the stage automation, robots and mist making sprinkler system introduces new elements with spontaneity and detailed planning in the stage performance. Music also plays an Important role in attracting viewers. The sound track covers house music to techno music. Instead of music being abstract, folks orchestral music, choirs, piano. even live concert performed by pop artist provide the liveliness of the fashion show. And the catwalk itself is a performance. Model needs to be well trained as the capable talent who can handle sensitive gestures, facial expressions, dancing and choreography. The improvisatorial interaction between audience and model lead to audience participation. Models now range from pop star, ordinary people, handicapped people, to elderly and so on. John Galliano introduced the theatrical factors for the fashion show and Alexander Mcqueen approached the fashion show as the visual art of communication. Hussein Chalayan utilized high technology skewing futurism as if in a magic show. Today the Fashion show tends to be a total performance which includes audience participation, impromptu, and that break the limitation that fashion shows previously had. This will lead the fashion industry in opening new horizon of its own.

Recently, the damage with social cost of malicious comments is increasing. In addition to the news of talent committing suicide through the effects of malicious comments. The damage to malicious comments including abusive language and slang is increasing and spreading in various type and forms throughout society. In this paper, we propose a technique for detecting abusive language using a bi-directional long short-term memory neural network model. We collected comments on the web through the web crawler and processed the stopwords on unused words such as English Alphabet or special characters. For the stopwords processed comments, the bidirectional long short-term memory neural network model considering the front word and back word of sentences was used to determine and detect abusive language. In order to use the bi-directional long short-term memory neural network, the detected comments were subjected to morphological analysis and vectorization, and each word was labeled with abusive language. Experimental results showed a performance of 88.79% for a total of 9,288 comments screened and collected.

The purpose of the present study was to verify the structural relationship among task commitment, self regulation learning ability, parent support, satisfaction and achievement in gifted education. In this study, factors affecting the performance of gifted education are based on Differentiated Model of Gifted and Talent($Gagn{\acute{e}}$, 2004). Participants attended a 182 student in institutes for the gifted education in the city office of education in Korea. A hypothetical model was proposed, which was composed of task commitment, self regulation learning ability and parent support as exogenous variables; and satisfaction and achievement as endogenous variables. The results of this study are as follows: First, task commitment, self regulation learning ability and parent support had significant effects on gifted education's satisfaction. Second, task commitment and parent support had significant effects on gifted education's achievement.

For the current organizations, retaining executive members is one of the most important functions of human resource management. Given that importance, although executives' mobility becomes prevalent, most prior studies tended to focus on involuntary turnover of executive members. To fill this gap, the current theoretical paper suggests a model of executive voluntary turnover, drawing on the lierature of employee mobility and entrepreneurship. First, running a new business as a CEO negatively affects prior-firm performance, but collaboration between two firms mitigate the negative association. Second, spin-off positively affects prior-firm performance, but this is weakened as spin-off firm performance decreases. Finally, moving to a competitor negatively, while moving to a collaborator positively affects prior-firm performance.

This study was undertaken to observe the influence of the model image and self-image congruence of consumers in Korean cosmetic advertisements on the advertising attitude and analyze the relationship between self-image congruence and advertising demand type, participation, and advertising effect, and to help develop plans to more effectively communicate advertising images. The experimental design of this study was 2 (self-image congruence: consistency vs. inconsistency) × 2 (advertising appeal: rational appeal vs. emotional appeal) × 2 (involvement: high vs. low) three-way ANOVA. The results of the study showed that the interrelationship between self-image congruence and advertising appeal type and involvement played an important role in determining the advertising attitude. More specifically, firstly, the self-image congruence of consumers in Korean cosmetic advertising affected the advertising attitude. Secondly, in the advertisements of Korean cosmetics, consumers preferred a rational advertising appeal to an emotional advertising appeal. Finally, statistical results showed significant differences in the influence of the interaction effect of the self-image congruence status of consumers and the advertising appeal on the attitude of advertising. The Korean cosmetic involvement of consumers had a significant impact on whether the Korean cosmetic advertising model image and consumer self-image were consistent with the type of advertising appeal and on the interaction effect of advertising attitude.
