The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effect of dual bonding technique by comparing microshear bond strength between two different luting methods of resin cement to tooth dentin. Three dentin bonding systems(All-Bond 2, One-Step, Clearfil SE Bond), two temporary cements (Propac, Freegenol) were used in this study. In groups used conventional luting procedure, dentin surfaces were left untreated. In groups used dual bonding technique, three dentin bonding systems were applied to each dentin surface. All specimens were covered with each temporary cement. The temporary cements were removed and each group was treated using one of three different dentin bonding system. A resin cement was applied to the glass cylinder surface and the cylinder was bonded to the dentin surface. Then, micro-shear bond strength test was performed. For the evaluation of the morphology at the resin/dentin interface, SEM examination was also performed. 1. Conventional luting procedure showed higher micro-shear bond strengths than dual boning technique. However, there were no significant differences. 2. Freegenol showed higher micro-shear bond strengths than Propac, but there were no significant differences. 3. In groups used dual bonding technique, SE Bond showed significantly higher micro-shear bond strengths in One-Step and All-Bond 2 (p<0.05), but there was no significant difference between One-Step and All-Bond 2. 4. In SEM observation, with the use of All-Bond 2 and One-Step, very long and numerous resin tags were observed. This study suggests that there were no findings that the dual bonding technique would be better than the conventional luting procedure.
Purpose: The cavity exploration of the lower part of the road is carried out to prevent ground-sinking. However, the detected communities cannot be identified by the cavity location and history information, such as repackaging the pavement. Therefore, the field applicability of RFID systems was evaluated in this study to enable anyone to accurately identify information. Method: During temporary recovery, tag recognition distance and recognition rate were measured according to underground burial materials and telecommunication tubes using RFID systems with electronic tag chips attached to the bottom of the rubber cap. Result: The perceived distance and perceived rate of depth for each position of the electron tag did not significantly affect the depth up to 15cm, but it did have some effect if the depth was 20cm. In addition, water effects from nearby underground facilities and rainfall are relatively small, and the effects of wind will need to be considered during the weather conditions of the road. Conclusion: The RFID tags for field application of the pavement management system store various information such as location and size of cavity, identification date, cause of occurrence, and surrounding underground facilities to maximize cavity management effect with a system that can be computerized and mobile utilization.

More recently, variety RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) readers are produced by RFID equipment manufactures. Although a transmission standard instituted by EPCglobal is proposed for data transmission between the RFID readers and tags, other RFID reader protocols and the communication connection methods are be in use in other RFID companies. To replace or add the RFID readers of an RFID system, the developers should make changes to the core of the application and/or middleware. In this paper, we propose an RFID reader framework which can manage RFID readers without having to make changes the code of the application in environment with the growing number of heterogeneous RFID readers. This framework that sits on the layer between the RFID readers and the applications provides transparency to the RFID readers. Additionally, it can be used for monitoring the state and the property of all connected RFID, and for recording the RFID tag event logs and system logs. By using this framework, heterogeneous readers can be replaced and added without writing additional code in the applications. Consequently the readers can be easily managed and controlled by the RFID system administrator.
Due to an increasing volume of XML data, it is considered prudent to store XML data on an industry-strength database system instead of relying on a domain specific application or a file system. For shredded XML data stored in relational tables, however, it may not be straightforward to apply existing algorithms for twig query processing, since most of the algorithms require XML data to be accessed in a form of streams of elements grouped by their tags and sorted in a particular order. In order to support XML query processing within the common framework of relational database systems, we first propose several bitmap indexes and their strategies for supporting holistic twig joining on XML data stored in relational tables. Since bitmap indexes are well supported in most of the commercial and open-source database systems, the proposed bitmapped indexes and twig query processing strategies can be incorporated into relational query processing framework with more ease. The proposed query processing strategies are efficient in terms of both time and space, because the compressed bitmap indexes stay compressed during data access. In addition, we propose a hybrid index which computes twig query solutions with only bit-vectors, without accessing labeled XML elements stored in the relational tables.
The EPCglobal leading the development in RFID standards proposed Event Cycle Specification (ECSpec) and Event Cycle Reports (ECReports) for the standard about RFID middleware interface. ECSpec is a specification for filtering and collecting RFID tag data and is treated as a Continuous Query (CQ) processed during fixed time intervals repeatedly. ECReport is a specification for describing the results after ECSpec is processed. Thus, it is efficient to apply Query Indexing technique designed for the continuous query processing. This query index processes ECSpecs as data and tag events as queries for efficiency. In logistics environment, the similar or same products are transferred together. Also, when RFID tags attached to the products are acquired, the acquisition events occur massively for the short period. For these properties, it is inefficient to process the massive events one by one. In this paper, we propose a technique reducing similar search process by considering tag events which are collected by the report period in ECSpec, as a range query. For this group processing, we suggest a queuing method for collecting tag events efficiently and a structure for generating range queries in the queues. The experiments show that performance is enhanced by the proposed methods.

This study examined current status and futurity of libraries based on the survey of librarians awareness in the era of the $4^{th}$ Industrial Revolution and sought to find effective response strategies for future changes. For this purpose, this study reviewed research issues against the $4^{th}$ Industrial Revolution based on preceding researches in our library area and other fields. The awareness survey was conducted of librarians of several types including national libraries and public libraries. The results are as follows: First, librarians were interested in the $4^{th}$ Industrial Revolution, but they thought that new technologies are poorly adopted in their libraries. Second, librarians were most frequently using Desktop PCs, mobile phones, RFID tags, and QR codes for library services. Third, librarians were required intelligent-information services because of their effectiveness, but their libraries did not provide them for users. Fourth, librarians expected that the $4^{th}$ Industrial Revolution brings positive influences to libraries' future. On the other hands, they also concerned about their job losses. Fifth, librarians agreed with necessity of new technologies of the $4^{th}$ Industrial Revolution and they especially wanted educations and training related with technologies. Also, technical supports for online services and simply repeated works are required.

To investigate seasonal (summer and fall) daily movement of Brachymystax lenok tsinlingensis that inhabit in upper part of the Nakdong River, we attached radio tags to seven individuals (summer: BL1-2; fall: BL3-7) and monitored them at an interval of 2 h. The survey results revealed that the average movement distance per day (m) (${\pm}SD$) of B. l. tsinlingensis was $182.4{\pm}79.2m$, and most of the individuals migrated within 1 km as their habitat boundary. The maximum movement distance per day (m) and the home range (m) during summer season were $550.5{\pm}75.5m$ and $649{\pm}53m$, respectively, compared to $283.8{\pm}55.1m$ and $186{\pm}32m$ during fall season. From these findings, it can be inferred that B. l. tsinlingensis exhibits seasonal changes in the distance of daily movement; however, it generally covers short distances without leaving the habitat boundaries during both seasons. The seasonal daily movement of B. l. tsinlingensis established in this study is expected to be useful in preserving their population.
The telemetry of eight adult manchurian trouts (Brachymystax lenok tsinlingensis) in the upper part of the Nakdong River, which is the southern limit of distribution of manchurian trout on the Korean peninsula, was used to examine migration patterns and evaluate characteristics of over-wintering and the spawning season between December, 2007 and May, 2008. Based on the tracking data, the tagged fish showed a limited migration between adjacent pools, moving only up to $8.6m\;day^{-1}$ during the winter season (December to February). Hydraulic conditions of over-wintering pool areas were, ca. 1m depth, slow moving surface water with areas of sand and gravel. The migration of tagged individuals was successful, moving up to $96.2m\;day^{-1}$ during the spawning season. Two tagged individuals (BL4, BL6) exhibited upstream migration, whereas others showed downstream movements. The timing of upstream migration of the two individuals was consistent with an increasing phases of water level and discharge. The fishes migrating toward the down stream moved to the wide pool areas downstream, where they spent the summer season for the growth.
The purpose of this in vitro study was to evaluate dentin bonding by two different dentin bonding systems(DBS) using acetone based primer or adhesive [All Bond 2(AB2), One Step(OS)] when they were applied by wet or dry bonding technique. Morphology of resin-dentin interface and hybrid layer thickness(HLT) were investigated using Confocal Laser Scanning Microscope(CLSM) and compared to shear bond strength(SBS). 72 extracted sound human molars were randomly divided into 4 groups of 18 teeth each - Group 1.(AW); AB2 by wet bonding. Group 2(AD); AB2 by dry bonding. Group 3.(OW); OS by wet bonding, Group 4.(OD); OS by dry bonding. In 6 teeth of each group, notch-shaped class V cavities(depth 2mm) were prepared on buccal and lingual surface at the cementoenamel juction(12 cavities per group). To obtain color contrast in CLSM observation, bonding resins of each DBS were mixed with rhodamine B and primer of AB2 was mixed with sodium fluorescein. Prepared teeth of each group were treated with AB2, OS, respectively according to the manufacturer's instructions except for dentin surface moisture treatment after acid etching. In group 1 and 3, after acid etching, excess water was removed with wet tissue(Kimwipes), leaving consistently shiny, visibly hydrated dentin surface. In group 2 and 4, dentin surface was dried for 10 seconds at 1 inch distance. The treated teeth were then packed with composite resin(${\AE}$litefil) and light-cured. 12 microscopic samples($60{\sim}80{\mu}m$ thickness) of each group were obtained after longitudinal section and grinding(Exakt cutting and grinding system). Morphological investigation of resin-dentin interface and HLT measurement using CLSM were done. For measurement of SBS, remaining 12 teeth of each group were flattened occlusally to remove all enamel and grinded to 500 grit SiC(Pedemet Specimen Preparation Equipment). After applying DBS on the exposed dentin surface, composite resin was applied in the shape of cylinder, which has 5mm diameter, 1.5mm thickness, and light cured. SBS was measured using Instron with a crosshead speed of 0.5mm/min. It was concluded as follows, 1. HLT of AW(mean: $2.59{\mu}m$) was thicker than any other group, and followed by AD, OW, OD in descending order(mean; 2.37, 2.28, $1.92{\mu}m$). Only OD had statistically significant differences(p<0.05) to AW and AD. 2. There were intimate contact of resin and dentin at the interface in wet bonding groups, but gaps or irregular interfaces were observed in dry bonding groups. 3. The length, diameter, density of resin tags were various even in the same group without significant differences between groups and lots of adhesive lateral branches were observed. 4. There were no statistically significant difference of SBS between AB2 and OS, but SBS of wet bonding groups were significantly higher(p<0.05) than dry bonding groups. 5. There were no consistent relationships between HLT and SBS.

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effects of fluoride application on the aspect of shear bond strength of three aesthetic restorative materials to dentin. One light-cured composite resin(Palfique Esterite) and two light-cured glass ionomer cements(Fuji II LC and Compoglass)were used in this study. 120 permanent molars were used for this study. The teeth were extracted due to the origin of periodontal disease. The crowns of all teeth were removed, and the remaining roots were embedded in epoxy resin. The mesial or distal surfaces of roots were ground flat to expose dentin and polished on wet 320-, 400-, and 600 grit SIC papers for a total of 120 prepared flat root dentin surfaces. The prepared samples were divided into six groups. Group 1, 3, and 5 were control groups and group 2, 4, and 6 were experimental groups. Sixty samples for experimental groups were treated with 2% NaF solution for 5 minutes. Group 1 and 2 were bonded with Plafique Esterite, group 3 and 4 were bonded with Fuji II LC, and group 5 and 6 were bonded with Compoglass. After 24 hours water storage at $37{\pm}1^{\circ}C$, all samples were subjected to a shear to fracture with Instron universal testing machine(No.4467) at 1.0 mm/min displacement rate. Dentin surfaces treated with each conditioners before bonding and interfacial layers between dentin and aesthetic restorative materials were observed under Scanning Electron Microscope(Hitachi S-2300) at 20Kvp. The data were evaluated statistically at the 95% confidence level with ANOVA test. The result were as follows; 1. Among the control groups, group 1 showed strongest bond strength and group 3 showed weakest. 2. Among the experimental groups, group 2 showed strongest bond strength and group 6 showed weakest. 3. Statistical analysis of the data showed that pretreatment of dentin with 2% NaF solution significantly decreased the bond strength of three aesthetic restorative materials to dentin(P<0.05). 4. SEM findings of fluoride treated dentin surfaces (2, 4, 6 group) demonstrated dentin surfaces covered with fluoridated reaction products. 5. Except group 4 and 6, resin tags were formed in all groups.
