  • 다이오드를 이용한 정류기는 산업현장에서 널리 응용되고 있다. 그러나 입력전류에 많은 저차고조파가 포함되어 공급전압을 왜곡시켜 전력의 품질을 저하시키므로 이를 완화시킬 수 있는 적절한 설비가 필요하다. 또한 고조파 전류는 전력계통의 전압 왜곡, 가열 및 소음 등을 유발하여 효율을 떨어뜨린다. 고조파를 감소시키고 역률을 상승시키기 위하여 입력전류가 연속적이 되도록 하는 부스트 컨버터가 등장하였다. 본 논문에서는 입력전류에 포함된 고조파 전류를 감소시키고, 역률을 증가시킬 수 있을 뿐 아니라 전체 정류기 효율을 상승시키는 부스트 컨버터를 제안하였다. 이는 기존의 부스트 컨버터에 비해 전류가 통과하는 반도체의 개수가 감소하여 효율의 상승을 기대할 수 있다. 또한, 소프트웨어 PSIM을 활용하여 제안된 변환기의 유효성을 입증하였다.

모유수유 전화 상담 내용의 분석 (Analysis of the Content of Telephone Counseling with Breastfeeding mothers)

  • This study was done to analysis data on breastfeeding mothers. This stud was conducted using data from telephone counseling in one metropolitan area. The subjects who had received consultation about breastfeeding were 100 breastfeeding mothers. The period of consultation was from Mar. 9, 1994 to August 23, 1994. Consultants were referred from UNICEF, hospitals, TV, newspapers or magazines. Analysis of the problem patterns resulted in 11 classifications. These were physio -anatomical factors(11 cases) , psychological factors(15 cases), breastfeeding methods(21 cases), breastfeeding intervals and frequency(19 cases) , disease in the breastfeeding mothers(13 cases), disease in the babies (12 cases), lack of support (4 cases), food and drugs while breastfeeding(5 cases), weaning(11 cases), others(27 cases). The highest frequency was for breastfeeding methods (21 cases). When the contents of the counselling were analyzed for the 100 cases, 36 problem patterns were identified. Patterns with over 10 responses were diarrhea, insufficient milk supply, sore and cracked nipples, weaning, inverted nipples and jaundice. The age of infants when mothers were telephoned was as below : 1 week(28 cases), 2 weeks(12 cases), 3-4 weeks(18 cases), 5-8 weeks(7 cases), 9 weeks-3 menths(4 cases), 4 menths-6 months(12 cases), over 6 months(2 cases), and the number of pregnant women was 12. The nursing diagnosis were classified according to problem patterns and each diagnosis was assigned an appropriate Problem Pattern The total number of nursing diagnoses was 22. When clients are referred for counselling nurses need guidelines about problems, possible causes and nursing. In this study, the example of guidelines for sore nipples is suggested. The recommendations based on the telephone counseling results are as follows : Prenatal education about the advantages of breastfeeding and breast care, and home visits after delivery for counseling related to breastfeeding. During the hospital stay, nursing intervention such as education on breastfeeding methods using slides, audio-visual tapes, pamphlets are needed as well as an initial trial of breastfeeding. Further research is indicated on the perceived lack of breast milk and on the effectiveness of nursing interventions to pro-mote breastfeeding.

여성건강 교육 후 여대생의 여성건강 지식과 건강행위 실천의 변화 (The Change of Health Behavior and Knowledge related to Women's Health after Women's Health Education on Korean College Women)

  • The purpose of this study was to discover the effects on women's health education for college women on their health promotion behaviors and the health related knowledge. The content of women's health education consisted of sex education, smoking, alcohol, exercise, nutrition, diet and stress management. “A Women and Heath” course was provided as an optional full term subject in the years of 2002 and 2003 at C University in G City. Out of 210 students who had chosen this course, 134 had agreed to participate in the research and had answered the same questionnaire which was given before the education and 14 weeks after the course at the last class. The findings are as follows: 1. It was found that the subjects have obtained knowledge mainly from television, radio, the Internet, women's magazines in order before the education. 2. Knowledge related to women"s health origionally scored low(average 1.92 out of 5). However, having completed a course on women and their health, they showed a significant increase of knowledge statistically(t=26.945, p= .001) with average score of 3.48. 3. Health promotion behaviors who had completed the course has statistically significantly increased (t=6.464, p= .001) compared to before the education. The results of this study are that by providing a women's health related course for college women on a regular basis, they could broaden their health related knowledge and become more active in practicing health promotion behaviors. This shows us the need to broaden the curriculum on women's health at the college level so that women have good knowledge and practice the knowledge for the sake of their health throughout their life.

  • The features of special brand eggs are growing more and more diverse and it is hard to draw a clear distinction between these and ordinary (no-brand) eggs. Special brand eggs range from those with objectively recognizable characteristics to those given only an unsubstantial product image and price differentials are among them great, too. The relation between product features and prices is unclear. Special brand eggs are the commodity whose characteristics are the vaguest of all livestock products. Farm's brand eggs produce a high profitability to producers is they are directly sold to consumers, by, for example, home-delivery service. But if they are sold to supermarkets, etc., producer's (poultry farmer's) income becomes lower by the amount of distributors' margin, reducing the profitability substantially. Thus how to increase the ration of retailing is important for farmers to secure a high profit. The sales strategies of poultry are the combination of two elements, that is, new product development (product differentiation) and creation of new market. But it is difficult for special brand egg producers to develop products with clear characteristics (use value) distinct form ordinary eggs and so these producers depend on the factors of appearance, such as the color of egg shells and package. Special brand eggs manage to keep their marketable value by the combination of the few product features and product image. Thus NB eggs from feed producers have a great market-ability since they can take advantage of the power of patents and TV commercials. However, market differentiation affects profitability much more than product features and price gaps are very wide between directly sold and wholesaled eggs. The producers of special brand eggs have come to the turning point where they have to decide whether they will content with being the subcontractors for NB and PB eggs or they will continue to keep their independence in production and marketing.

아나운서의 직업 만족도와 직업 지속의도 (Announcers' Job Satisfaction and Jon Continuity Intention)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 방송 콘텐츠 제작 종사자로서 아나운서의 직업 현실을 파악하려는 것이다. 이를 위해 아나운서들의 직업 만족도와 지속 의도를 직업 선택 동기, 조직 정체성, 그리고 사회적 평판 차원에서 살피고자 하였다. 아나운서들의 실제 직업 만족도와 직업 지속 의도에 가장 영향을 미치는 요인이 무엇이며, 아나운서 직종이 과연 대중이 인식하는 이른바 인기 직종 관념과 얼마나 부합하는지 밝히기 위한 것이다. 연구방법은 현직 아나운서 대상 설문조사 방식을 사용하였다. 응답자는 총 106명이었다. 위계적 회귀분석결과 아나운서들의 직업 만족도와 지속 의도는 업무에 대한 외재적 동기가 아닌, 내재적 동기와 관련이 큰 것으로 밝혀졌다. 아나운서 업무 만족도 및 직업 지속 의도와 가장 밀접한 관계를 지닌 요인은 조직일치감으로 나타났으며, 사회적 평판 요인은 직업 만족도와 지속 의도에 모두 유의미한 영향력을 발휘하지 못하는 것으로 드러났다. 이는 아나운서의 직업 만족도와 지속 의도가 외적 보상이나 조건 및 평가에 크게 좌우되지 않는다는 것을 의미한다.

지상파 UHD 부가 데이터를 활용한 재난방송 서비스 시뮬레이션 (Simulation of Disaster Broadcast Service Using Terrestrial UHD Additional Data)

  • 본 연구에서는 지상파 UHD 부가 데이터를 활용한 재난방송을 가상으로 구현해 보았다. ATSC 3.0 표준을 참조하여 9가지 기능(경보알람, 위치기반정보, 다국어, 속보타이틀 다시보기, 대피요령 동영상, 부가정보 1(CCTV 등), 부가정보2(클립동영상 등), TV 자동 켜짐, 자동채널전환)을 살펴보았다. 그리고 제안하는 재난방송 서비스가 실제 현장에 적용되었을 시에 생길 수 있는 이점과 문제점에 대해 알아보았다. 지상파 UHD 재난방송의 시연 및 설명 후에 전문가 인터뷰를 실시하였다. 수신 측에서 발생할 수 있는 문제점은 이용의 어려움, 프로그램 시청 방해 등이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 발령 및 전송기관 측에서 발생할 수 있는 문제점은 콘텐츠 생성 문제, 광고사와의 문제 등이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 지상파 UHD 기반 재난방송의 구현을 기반으로 한 연구가 부족한 상황에서 해당 기술을 가시적으로 보여줌으로써 기술에 대한 이해를 도왔고, 이를 통해 기술의 이점 및 문제점을 구체화할 수 있었다.

영어 뉴스와 자연발화에 나타나는 고성조 피치액센트의 차이점 (Differences in High Pitch Accents between News Speech and Natural Speech)

  • This paper argues that news speech entails a distinct intonational pattern from natural speech, effectively reflecting that it primarily focuses on providing new information. We conducted a phonetic experiment to compare the tonal contours between news speech and natural speech, examining the distributions of pitch accents and the overall pitch ranges. We utilized 70 American Press (AP) radio news utterances and 70 natural utterances extracted from TV dramas. Results show that news speech involves 3.38 H*'s (including L+H* and !H*) within an intonational phrase (IP) or intermediate phrase (ip) whereas natural speech, 1.8 in average. The number of IP/ip's per sentence is 3 in news speech, which is shown in the highest rate of 32.07% of the news speech, but it is merely 1, taking up the highest 41.42% in natural speech. Next, declination tends to be prevented in news speech, and the pitch range is much greater in news speech than in natural speech. Finally, a secondary stress syllable is comparatively frequently given a pitch accent in news speech, explicitly distinct from natural speech. These results can be interpreted as stating that news has the particular purpose of providing new information; every content word tends to be given a H* or its related pitch accent like L+H* or !H* because news speech assumes that every word conveys new information. This definitely brings about more IP/ip's per sentence due to a human physiological constraint; that is, more H*'s will cause more respiratory breaks. Also, greater pitch ranges and pitch accents imposed on secondary stress may be attributed to exaggerating new information.

감시 영상에서 움직임 정보 분석을 통한 폭력행위 검출 (Violent Behavior Detection using Motion Analysis in Surveillance Video)

  • 최근 범죄 예방을 위해 폭력행위 검출에 대한 영상 분석 기술에 대한 요구가 증가되고 있다. 영상을 이용한 행동 인식 기술을 많은 연구되고 있지만, 폭력행위에 대한 검출 기술은 상대적으로 텔레비전 또는 영화의 폭력장면 검출에만 초점이 맞추어져 있다. 영화에서 촬영 된 폭력 장면에는 주로 피를 흘리는 모습들이 자주 등장하기 때문에 움직임 정보와 색상 정보를 함께 사용하는 방법을 많이 사용하였다. 하지만 실제 CCTV에서 촬영된 폭력행위의 경우 피가 묻은 장면은 자주 발생하지 않기 때문에 색상 정보를 이용한 폭력행위 검출에는 한계점이 존재한다. 본 논문에서는 영상에서의 움직임 벡터를 이용하여 감시영상에서의 폭력 행동을 검출하는 알고리즘을 제안하고자 한다. 제안하는 방법은 공개 데이터인 USI 데이터와 실제 폭력 행위가 발생한 YouTube 데이터를 사용하여 검출결과를 나타내었다.

새로운 막걸리 개발과 대중화를 위한 남녀의 연령별 소비행태 및 제안 (Consumption Pattern and Strategies to Increase Popularity of Makoli according to Age Groups in Men and Women)

  • The purpose of this study was to assess the consumption patterns of Makoli and to provide age-specific suggestions to increase the popularity of newly developed products. The subjects of the study were 373 men and 329 women, and information was obtained by self-administered questionnaire in December of 2010. One major finding of the study was that regardless of gender, consumption of Makoli was correlated to age: older respondents drank more Makoli. Those in their thirties and older, especially women, drank Makoli at home with family. The reasons given for liking or disliking Makoli differed among age groups, but were the same between genders. More subjects in their twenties liked Makoli because of its distinctive taste, while more in their forties liked it for its cultural value. Subjects in their thirties disliked it because it caused headaches, while more in their forties complained of burping. Both genders in their twenties suggested that TV and internet advertisements may be the best strategy to increase the popularity of newly developed Makoli products, and women in their forties suggested promoting Makoli's health benefits. The low calorie content of new Makoli products appealed to women of all age groups and men in their twenties and thirties. Women in their forties were also attracted by Makoli's possible effect to alleviate constipation.

공정거래법상 필수설비의 거래거절 -방송 콘텐츠의 적용을 중심으로- (Refusal to Dealing of Essential Facilities under Fair Trade Act -Focused on Adoption of Broadcasting Contents-)

  • 방송시장에서 지상파 재전송 제도의 개선과 PAR 등의 도입이 거론되는 이유는 방송 콘텐츠가 주요 경쟁수단으로 인식되고 있기 때문이다. 특히 유료방송시장에서 SO와 PP의 전략적 제휴는 경쟁 사업자에 대한 콘텐츠의 배타적 거래로 이어져 상대 사업자의 정상적인 경쟁을 저해하고 시청자의 접근권을 제한하는 결과를 초래하고 있다. 이로 인해 방송시장에도 필수설비 이론이 도입되어야 한다는 주장이 제기되고 있으며, IPTV법의 콘텐츠동등접근조항과 방송법상 금지행위 도입도 이와 같은 맥락에서 이해될 수 있다. 그러나 방송 시장에 대한 필수설비 이론의 적용은 일반 설비와 콘텐츠가 기반하는 철학적 경제적 법체계적 차이로 인해 부작용을 초래할 것으로 예상된다. 따라서 필수설비의 개념과 필수설비의 거래거절에 대한 기본적인 개념과 이것이 경쟁 시장에서 구현되는 구체적인 심결례 및 판례를 검토하는 기초작업이 필요한 시점이다. 본 연구는 이러한 검토를 통해 방송 콘텐츠에 필수설비 이론의 적용이 타당한 것인지 사전적인 제언을 하는데 그 목적이 있다.
