BIP, X.tsm국제표준간 통합모델 제시

  • X.tsm은 템플릿 관리 위치와 바이오인식 인증 위치에 따라 9개의 모델을 제시한 바이오 인증 프로토콜로, 2006년 12월 제네바 ITU-T SG17 Q.8 회의에서 First of Recomanda-tion 단계로 채택된 표준이다. 바이오인식 제품 응용 인터페이스(BioAPI)에 입각하여 6개의 모델을 제시한 BIP(BioAPI Interworking Protocol)은 2007년 1월 뉴질랜드 ISO/IEC JTC1 SC37 WG2 회의에서 FCD로 제정된 국제표준이다. X.tsm과 BIP간의 중복성 문제가 제기됨에 따라 ITU-T SG17 Q8(Telebiometrics)에서 2006년 4월 제주에서 두 표준과제의 공통사항을 반영한 X.bip가 채택되어 표준화가 진행되고 있다. 이 논문에서는 바이오 주요 컴포넌트의 개념을 명확하고, 모델 간 중복성을 제거하기 위해 13개의 새로운 모델을 제안한다. 두 표준에서 새로운 모델을 공통적으로 수용하게 되면, 표준안을 준용하는 사용자 입장에서 구현을 용이하게 할 수 있다.

Optimal Algorithm for Transshipment Problem (중개수송 문제 최적 알고리즘)

  • This paper proposes the most simple method for optimal solution of the transshipment problem. Usually the transshipment problem is solved by direct linear programming or TSM (Transportation Simplex Method). The method using TSM has two steps. First it is to get a initial solution using NCM, LCM, or VAM, second to refine the initial solution using MOD or SSM. However the steps is complex and difficult. The proposed method applies the method that transforms transshipment problem to transportation problem. In the proposed method it simply selects the minimum cost of rows about transportation problem, and then it applies the method that assigns a transported volume as an ascending sort of the costs of rows about the selected costs. Our method makes to be very fast got the initial value. Also we uses the method that controls assignment volume, if a heavy item of cost is assigned to a transported volume and it has a condition to be able to transform to more lower cost. The proposed algorithm simply got the optimal solution with applying to 11 transshipment problem.

A Comparative Study on the Herbage Utilization from Tall type and Tall+short type Mixtures by Korean Native Goats (상번초 및 상ㆍ하번초형 혼파초지의 산양에 의한 초류이용성 비교 연구)

  • This study was conducted to investigate the effect of tall type mixtures(TM) and tall + short type mixtures(TSM) on nutritive utilization. DM intake, digestibility and utilization of nitrogen and energy of herbages from pastures by Korean native goats were determined. This experiment was conducted by total collection method in laboratory, 2000. The experimental herbage included two treatments: Tall type mixtures(orchardgrass, Potomac 40+tall fescue, Fawn 20+Festulolium braunii, Paulita 10+perennial ryegrass. Reveille 10+timothy, Climax 10+red clover, Kenblue 5+alfalfa, Vernal 5%), Tall+short type mixtures {orchardgrass, Potomac 40+tall fescue, Fawn 20+Kentucky bluegrass, New port(turf type) 10+redtop, Barricuda(turf type) 10+perennial ryegrass, Palmer III(turf type) 10+red fescue, Flyer II(turf type) 5+white clover, Regal 5%}. The voluntary dry matter(DM) intake of Korean native goats fed with herbages from tall+short type mixtures(TSM) was slightly higher than that of tall type mixtures(TM), but no difference was observed between TSM and TM(p > 0.05). The digestibility of DM, neutral detergent fiber, cellular contents and acid detergent fiber of herbage from TSM was slightly higher than that of TM, but no difference was detected between TSM and TM(p > 0.05). The utilization of nitrogen and energy by Korean native goats did not showed any difference in herbages from TSM and TM(p > 0.05). In conclusion, the herbage utilization by Korean native goats did not showed any significant difference. Thus, there is a possibility that turf grasses in mixtures can be used as a forage sources.

The Effect on Trunk Forward Flexion Motion of Thoraco-Abdominal Breathing Pattern Correction for Life Care Promotion in Lumbar Instability People (라이프케어증진을 위한 흉·복부 호흡패턴교정이 요추부 불안정성자들의 몸통 전방 굴곡 동작에 미치는 영향)

  • This study has conducted to investigate the changes in the mobility of the three thoraco-abdominal lines(TAMs) during breathing and in the thoracic and lumbar spine mobility(TSM, LSM) during trunk forward flexion, after breathing pattern correction. The 30 subjects with lumbar instability(LI) have divided into the breathing pattern correction exercise(BPC) group of 15 subjects and the lumbar stabilization exercise(LSE) group of 15 subjects and performed each exercise for 40 minutes at one session, and a total of 18 sessions were applied for 6 weeks. As a result, The BPC group during breathing showed a significant increase in all TAMs(p<.001) and in the TSM(p<.001) than the LSE group. Besides, had a more decrease in the LSM than the LSE group(p<.001). The BPC showed high positive correlations with TAMs(rest: r=.868, forced: r=.870) and the TSM(r=.672) and had a negative correlation with the LSM(r=-.420). Based on this result of the study, the authors believe that the BPC in LI people could decrease the lumbar flexion mobility when they have motion of trunk forward flexion with promotions in the thoracic spine and rib joint mobility by improvements in relative mobility of thoraco-abdominal lines.

인터넷 상의 영상기반 교통감시 시스템

  • 본 논문에서는 인터넷 상의 영상에 기반한 교통 감시 시스템을 구현한다. 영상 기반의 교통 감시 시스템은 루프 감지기 등의 센서를 이용한 방법에 비해 비용과 설치, 유지, 보수면에서의 장점으로 인하여 많이 연구되고 있다. 제안한 시스템은 인터넷상에서 FPA(Field Processing Agent)와 TSM(Traffic Surveillance Manager)으로 구성되며, FPA는 TSM에게 도로 영상과 차량의 속도, 도로 점유율과 같은 교통 정보를 제공한다. 차량의 평균 속도와 도로 점유율은, 도로색 영상과 연속된 입력 영상간의 샘플링 지점의 색상 차이변화를 이용하여 추출한다. 제안한 방법은 근사적인 교통정보를 추출해 주며, 입력 영상 전체에 대한 처리 과정 없이 제한된 영역만을 처리하기 때문에, 실시간 감시 시스템을 구축하는데 용이하다.

  • The leaching of Na-fluor-tetrasilicic mica $NaMg_{2.5}(Si_4O_{10})F_2$ (Na-TSM) in the deionized water was investigated by measuring the pH released Na and Mg contents in the suspension. According to the results it was found that $Na^+$ ions of interlayer in the Na-TSM were easily replaced by $H^+$ ions from the deionized water because $Na^+$ ions of I were repidly diffused to form a large hydrated electric double layer in the suspension.

  • This paper examines some syntactic and semantic properties of the negative construction V+bo NP (VbN) in Taiwanese Southern Min (TSM). It finds out that there are ambiguities between an episode reading and a generic reading in VbN construction which require further investigations and explanations. Therefore, the goal of this paper is to account for the ambiguities lying in the negative VbN construction.

  • This paper presents a vision-based real-time traffic surveillance system. Current research in machine vision applied to traffic is due to its potential for more powerful process, its flexibility and its lower cost. Our traffic surveillance system consists of FPA and TSM on the Internet. The FPA provides image data, vehicle speed and vehicle density for the TSM. Traffic parameters, the vehicle speed and density, are extracted over many frames using differences between the sampling points of a background image and those of incoming frames. The FPA works by just processing groups of pixels without any understanding of the image. Although this system has an accuracy limitation, it can be used in applications requiring an approximate vehicle density and vehicle speed in real-time.

  • Performance variation of autorotating rotor was investigated. The shaft angle of the rotor is reduced while the flight velocity is increased. The BO-105 helicopter rotor blade was replaced by untwisted NACA 0012 airfoil and the rotor was simulated by using Transient Simulation Method(TSM) to judge the autorotation region for the variables. To simulate the compressibility effect at high speed flight, two-dimensional aerodynamic data was analyzed by compressible Navier-Stokes solver and Pitt/Peters inflow theory was adopted to simulate the induced velocity field. Thrust and lift coefficients, lift to drag ratio variations were investigated, also the lift and power were compared to those of BO-105 helicopter. Sharing lift and power between the autorotating rotor and wing was considered when the compound aircraft concept is introduced.
