도수로터널 굴착에 따른 지하수 유출

  • 터널 굴착에 따른 연구지역내 지하수체의 거동 특성을 파악하기 위하여 터널 굴착시 그라우팅 이전의 초기 유출량과 초기 그라우팅 이후의 구간별 유출량을 측정하였고 단열구조와 비교, 분석하였다. 초기 유출량은 120,990 m$^3$/day이며, 초기 유출이 심했던 구간은 크게 6개 구간으로 세분할 수 있다. 초기 그라우팅 후 지하수 유출이 심했던 구간 역시, 그라우팅 이전과 마찬가지로 6개 구간으로 세분할 수 있다. 그라우팅 전, 후의 유출량을 비교해 보면 그라우팅후의 유출량은 42,844m$^3$/day으로, 그라우팅 전에 비해 많이 감소되었다. 터널 굴착시 터널내로 유출되는 지하수의 대부분은 터널과 직교 혹은 사교하여 관통하고 있는 단층 및 단층 파쇄대와 연장성이 양호한 절리면들을 따라서 유동되고 있다. 터널내의 지하수 유출에 영향을 미치는 단열들은 대체로 4조의 불연속면군으로 분류 할 수 있는데, 주 분포방향은 크게 TSet 1 : N60-85$^{\circ}$W, TSet 3 : N40-50$^{\circ}$E, TSet 3 : N10-20$^{\circ}$E, TSet 4 : N70-80$^{\circ}$E이다.

  • For treatment of Total Skin Electron beam Therapy (TSET), measurement of dose at various conditions is need on the contrary to usual radiotherapy. When treating TSET with modified Stanford technique based on linear accelerator, the energy of treatment electron beam, the spatial dose distribution and the actual doses deposited on the surface of the patient were measured by using EBT2. The measured energy of the electron beam was agreed with the value that measured by ionization chamber, and the spatial dose distribution at the patient position and the doses at several point on the patient's skin could be easily measured by EBT2 film. The dose on the patient that was measured by EBT2 film showed good agreement with the data measured simultaneously by TLD. With the results of this study, it was proven that the EBT2 film can be one of the useful dosimeter for TSET.

Relation of Groundwater Flow Rate and Fracture System Associated with Waterway Tunnel Excavation (도수로터널 굴착에 따른 지하수 유출량과 단열의 관련성)

  • To verify the characteristics of groundwater inflow accompanied by the tunnel excavation, the flow rate was measured before and after primary grouting. The relationship between the flow rate and fracture system was also analyzed. The initial flow rate was estimated as 120,990 m$^3$/day through six zones, which were characterized by a large amount of inflow before the primary grouting. After the primary grouting, although considerable amount of inflow was still recognized at the six zones, the flow rate was greatly reduced as 42,844 m$^3$/day. However, great recovery of water levels was not observed. Groundwater flow into the tunnel by excavation of the tunnel is mainly controlled by the fracture system that include faults and joints developed in the host rocks. Four sets of discontinuities affecting on the network of grondwater inflow in the study area were identified as follows: N60-85$^{\circ}C$ W.25$^{\circ}$SW/80$^{\circ}$SW(TSet 1), N40-50$^{\circ}$E.85$^{\circ}$SE/85$^{\circ}$NE(TSet 2), N10-20$^{\circ}$E.85$^{\circ}$SE(TSet 3), and N70-80$^{\circ}$E.80SE(TSet 4).

A proposed cultural competence training program for nurses based on their transcultural self-efficacy

  • This study examined the relationship between the demographic profiles of 260 staff nurses in the SPC Health Care Ministry Hospitals and their Transcultural Self-Efficacy (TSE) level on the Cognitive, Practical and Affective dimensions. To obtain the result, among the nine (9) demographic profile items, three (3) common positive predictors were considered, namely, 1) Educational attainment level; 2) Age; and 3) Willingness to work abroad in all three dimensions. While in the Practical and Affective dimensions, the number of years employed were a common negative predictor and in the Affective dimension, Gender of participants was added as the positive predictor. Therefore, there are some significant demographic characteristics of respondents influence to the transcultural self-efficacy. Further, based on the results of this diagnostic study, the researcher designed the One (1) year Cultural Competence Training Program for staff nurses. For future research, the researcher recommended to conduct a further study that will evaluate the effectiveness of the educational intervention by approaching a longitudinal study form administering the test and retest of TSET.

  • In this study, we compared Oxygen Index by ISO 4589-2 with Fire Spread by ISO 5658-2. The result shows that the tset values of Fire Spread such as IT, CFE, Qsb have mutual relations with thoses of Oxygen Index values in some samples. And we found that the tset values of Fire Spread make up for the insufficient points of Oxygen Index has its limits to evaluate the properties of fire for the interior materials of the railroad vehicles.

  • The purpose of this study was to identify the factors influencing resilience of patients with systemic lupus erythematosus. The subject(N=118) was a systemic lupus erythematosus patient who visited the E hospital in D city. The collected data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-tset, ANOVA, pearson correlation, and multiple regression. As a result of the study, impact domain of uncertainty, fatigue, self-management domain of uncertainty, trust in doctors domain of uncertainty significant effects on resilience. Based on this study, in order to improve the resilience of patients with systemic lupus erythematosus, a multifaceted approach is needed to reduce the uncertainty perceived by the patient and control fatigue. In addition, it is required to develop an effective nursing intervention program to enhance resilience reflecting influencing factors.

The Effects of Self-Leadership, Humanity, and Resilience of Nursing Students on College Life Adaptation (간호대학생의 셀프리더십, 인성, 회복탄력성이 대학생활적응에 미치는 영향)

  • This study was conducted to investigate the effects of nursing students' self-leadership, humanity, and resilience on college life adaptation. The subjects of this study were 190 freshmen from the Department of Nursing in C city. The collected data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-tset, ANOVA, pearson correlation, and multiple regression. As a result, the factors that have a significant influence on the college life adaptation were self-leadership, personality, resilience, school life satisfaction, and the number of friends. Humanity was the most influential factor(β=.659, p<.001) in college life adaptation, followed by self-leadership(β=.274, p=.001), and number of friends(β=.258, p=.003). The explanatory power of the model was 51.2%(F=40.72, p<.001). In addition, there was a high positive correlation between self-leadership, humanity, resilience and college life adaptation. Therefore, it is necessary to apply a program that can help college life adaptation by improving the personality and self-leadership of freshmen in nursing.

Statistical Analysis on the Measurement of the Image Quality of G3 facsimile (국내 G3 팩시밀리 화상품질에 관한 통계 분석)

  • Two user groups, expert and non-expert, are sampled to measure the image quality of G3 facsimile. A ITU-TS tset chart No. 2 has been transmitted among some selected cities and evaluated by user groups. Their subjective evaluation to the image quality is quantified by Mean Opinion Score method. There is highly significant difference in the image quality between expert and non-expert. From modified logit model, it is concluded that there is no significance in two considered factors, the effects of the number of links and transmission time. The derived percent curves show that 80% of non-experts(90% of expert) is considering the image quality of G3 facsimile "fair, good, or excellent".

  • This paper is used the commercial magneto-rheological(MR) damper for landing gear. The damping characteristics of Commercial MR damper by changing the intensity of the magnetic field are investigated and the dynamic responses of the landing gear. it is set up tset equipment, the landing gear drop test system. The landing gear involved drop testing the gear. The landing gear is tested by implementing sky-hook control algorithm and its performance is evaluated comparing to the result.

A Study on the Correlation between Standard Penetration Resistance Value and Static Cone Penetration Resistance Value of the Soft Ground Subsurface of Yongdong Area (표준관입저항치와 정적콘관입저항치의 상관성에 관한 연구 - 영동지역의 연약지반을 중심으로 -)

  • We have conducted standard penetration tests and static cone penetration tests that are widely used the land base examination on the soft ground subsurface of Yongdong area, and examined the correlation between them. We have also made a comparative analysis of the correlation between the indoor tests on the materials collected on the site and on-the-spot penetration tests. The results are as follows : The relationship between Standard Penetration Test N-value and Dutch Cone Tset show $Q_c=1.93N+0.29$ for organic soil, $Q_c=2.19N+0.20$ for clay, $Q_c=2.34N+1.06$ for silt, $Q_c=3.02N+0.54$ for silty sand, and $Q_c=3.47N+0.46$ for sand. In this case of sand $Q_c/N$ increases when the soil particles are larger. The relationship between standard penetration test N-value and Unconfined Compression Strength $q_u$ show $q_u=0.11N+0.03$ for organic soil, $q_u=0.11N+0.25$ for clay, and $q_u=0.18N-0.03$ for silt.
