We have carried out the construction of the 154kV intelligent substation with KEPRI. The intelligent substation is built in Gochang testing facility of KEPCO and consists of electronic instruments for GIS(gas insulated switchgear), digital control panel, remote monitoring and diagnosis system, and digital relay system. Rogowski coil type CT(RCT) and capacitive voltage divider(CVD) are introduced compared with the instrument transformer of conventional type. Digital control panel(DCP) replaces the LCP(local control panel) which is drived for mechanical operation. For the monitoring of the condition of GIS and TR, various sensors are used. In this paper, we mention the synopsis and report the progress state of project.

A new ${\pi}$-stacked donor-acceptor (D-A) system, [Ru(1-([2,2'-bipyridine]-6-yl-methyl)-3-(2-cyclohexa-2',5'-diene-1,4-dionyl)-1H-imidazole)(2,2':6',2"-terpyridine)]$[PF_6]_2$ (ImQ_T), has been synthesized and characterized. Similar to its precedent, [Ru(6-(2-cyclohexa-2',5'-diene-1,4-dione)-2,2':6',2"-terpyridine)(2,2':6',2"-terpyridine)]$[PF_6]_2$ (TQ_T), this system has a cofacial alignment of terpyridine (tpy) ligand and quinonyl (Q) group, which facilitates an electron transfer through ${\pi}$-stacked manifold. Despite the presence of lowest-energy charge transfer transition from the Ru-based-HOMO-to-Q-based-LUMO (MQCT) predicted by theoretical calculations by using time-dependent density functional theory (TD-DFT), the experimental steady-state absorption spectrum does not exhibit such a band. The selective excitation to the Ru-based occupied orbitals-to-tpy-based virtual orbital MLCT state was thus possible, from which charge separation (CS) reaction occurred. The photo-induced CS and thermal charge recombination (CR) reactions were probed by using ultrafast visible-pump/mid-IR-probe (TrIR) spectroscopic method. Analysis of decay kinetics of Q and $Q^-$ state CO stretching modes as well as aromatic C=C stretching mode of tpy ligand gave time constants of <1 ps for CS, 1-3 ps for CR, and 10-20 ps for vibrational cooling processes. The electron transfer pathway was revealed to be Ru-tpy-Q rather than Ru-bpy-imidazol-Q.

In this paper, a new reversible watermarking algorithm with adaptive embedding threshold matrix is proposed. Firstly, to avoid the overflow and underflow, two flexible thresholds, TL and TR, are applied to preprocess the image histogram with least histogram shift cost. Secondly, for achieving an optimal or near optimal tradeoff between the embedding capacity and imperceptibility, the embedding threshold matrix, composed of the embedding thresholds of all blocks, is determined adaptively by the combination between the composite chaos and the average energy of Integer Wavelet Transform (IWT) block. As a non-liner system with good randomness, the composite chaos is suitable to search the optimal embedding thresholds. Meanwhile, the average energy of IWT block is calculated to adjust the block embedding capacity, and more data are embedded into those IWT blocks with larger average energy. The experimental results demonstrate that compared with the state-of-the-art reversible watermarking schemes, the proposed scheme has better performance for the tradeoff between the embedding capacity and imperceptibility.
The present study was carried out to compare xylazine(2.2mg/kg, IV), xylazine/acepromazine(1.1mg/kg. IV : 0.2mg/kg, IV) and xylazine/diazepam(1.1mg/kg, IV :1.0mg/kg, IV) anesthesia, to determine useful method out of three kinds of anesthesia and tr evaluate this selected method at hypovolemic state. In xylazine, kylazine/acepromazine and kylazine/diazepam anesthesia, the heart rate was increases after administration of atropine until 10minutes after administration of anesthetics and then decreased gradually in all types of anesthesia. The respiratory rate was decreased after administration of anesthetics in all types of anesthesia. The body temperature was rarely changed in xyiazine/acepromazine and xylazine/diazepam anesthesia, but decreased continuously in xylazine anesthesia. In xylazine and kylazine/acepromazine anesthesia the pedal and corneal reflex were not disappeared completely, but reactions to pin pricking were disappeared. In xylazine/diazepam anesthesia their reflex and reactions were disappeared together. The time from head-up to standing was shortest(32.00min) in kylazine/diazepam anesthesia in comparision with xylazine and kylazine/acepromazine anesthesia. In xylazine/diazepam anesthesia, the heart rates in hypovolemic dogs were decreased soon after administration of anesthetics but recovered immediately. The changes in systolic and diastolic blood pressure in hypovolemic dogs revealed similar trends to their changes in normal dogs after administration of anesthetics. It is considered that rylazine/diazepam anesthesia is one of the useful anesthetic methods in healthy dogs and also in hypovolemic dogs.

Purpose: To assess the feasibility of sequential administration of ferumoxides and mangafodi trisodium in the same imaging protocols. Method: Thirty patients underwent double-contrast enhanced MR imaging of liver usi ferumoxides (Fe-MRI) and mangafodipir trisodium (Mn-MRI) on 1.5T GE Horizon system. In twenty patients, Mn-MRI was immediately followed by Fe-MRI. In ten patients, Fe-MR was performed first, then Mn-MRI was performed immediately, In all cases, precontras T1-weighted in-phase and opposed-phase spoiled gradient echo (GRE) images an T2-weighted fast spin-echo images (TR 4000ms, TE 102ms, ETL 8-12) were obtained Fe-MRI was performed with FSE and steady state GRE (TE 10 msec, flip angle 30 sequences. Mn-MRI was performed with in-phase and opposed-phase spoiled GR sequences. The SNR changes after the use of each contrast agents were calculated.

In this study, high strength aluminum alloys (AA) plates are proposed as a new construction material for strengthening reinforced concrete (RC) beams. The purpose of this investigation is to evaluate AA plate's suitability as externally bonded reinforcing (EBR) materials for retrofitting shear deficient beams. A total of twenty RC beams designed to fail in shear were strengthened with different spacing and orientations. The specimens were loaded with four-points loading till failure. The considered outcome parameters included load carrying capacity, deflection, strain in plates, and failure modes. The results of all tested beams showed an increase up to 37% in the load carrying capacity and also an increase in deflection compared to the control un-strengthened beams. This demonstrated the potential of adopting AA plates as EBR material. Finally, the shear contribution from the AA plates was predicted using the models available in the ACI440-08, TR55 and FIB14 design code for fiber reinforced polymer (FRP) plates. The predicted results were compared to experimental testing data with the ratio of the experimentally measured ultimate load to predicted load, range on the average, between 93% and 97%.
The protective effects of Rubus coreanum Miquel (RCM) extract against LPS-induced hepatotoxicity were studied in rats. Squrague-Dawley rats were intraperitoneally administered the RCM at 100 mg/kg per day for three weeks. Then single dose of LPS (5 mg/kg) was injected into rats. Four hours later, they were anesthesized with ether and dissected. We examined the levels of glutamate oxaloacetate transaminase (AST), glutamate pyruvate transaminase (ALT), alkaline phosphatase (ALP) and lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) in sera, superoxide dismutase (SOD) in mitochondrial fraction and catalase (CAT), glutathione peroxidase (GPx) in liver homogenate. LPS-treatment markedly increased the levels of AST, ALT, ALP, LDH and significantly decreased those of SOD, CAT and GPx. But RCM-pretreatment decreased the levels of AST, ALT, ALP and LDH by 57.9%, 37.4%, 62% and 69% respectively and increased those of SOD, CAT and GPx by 82.9%, 64.2% and 96.7% respectively. Subsequently, the protective effects of RCM was evaluated through histopathological examination of liver tissue. The LPS treatment increased the state of necrosis and cirrhosis surrounding the central veins (CV) and sinusoid, but RCM-treatment decreased the state of necrosis and cirrhosis in the liver tissue. These results demonstrated that protective effects of RCM against LPS-induced hepatotoxicity.
Objective : This study aimed to examine impact of anxiety and demographic factors on relationship between severity of depressive symptom and quality of life and disability. Methods : One hundred ninety five patients who met DSM-IV-TR criteria for depressive disorder were enrolled. It includes "Hamilton Rating Scale for Depression (HRSD)", "State-Trait Anxiety Inventory-State (STAI-S)", "General Health Questionnaire/Quality of Life-12 (GHQ/QL-12)", and "Sheehan Disability Scale (SDS)". Correlation analysis was used to see the correlations of each variable. Hierarchical regression analysis was used to see mediating effect of anxiety in the relationship. Sobel test was used to verify mediating effect. Multiple regression analysis was used to see moderating effect of demographic factors in the relationship. Results : There was partial mediating effect of anxiety on the relationship between severity of depressive symptoms and decreased quality of life (z=-11.68, p<.001)/increased disability (z=10.42, p<.001). Only religion was found to be moderating effect on the relationship between depressive symptoms and decreased quality of life. Conclusion : Rapid relief of anxiety along with depressive symptom had important implications for the treatment of patients with depression.
Objective : Emotional state and emotion regulation strategies are considered to be important factors influencing the pattern and severity of somatic pain. The aim of this study is to investigate the relationship between cognitive emotional regulation strategies and somatic pain in patients with depression and/or anxiety disorders. Methods : A total of 140 outpatients, diagnosed with depression and/or anxiety disorders according to DSM-IV-TR, were evaluated using the Beck Depression Inventory (BDI), the State-Trait Anxiety Inventory (STAI), the Cognitive Emotion Regulation Questionnaire (CERQ), and the Numerical Rating Scale (NRS) for somatic pain. Pearson correlations and independent t-tests were performed to analyze the relationship between somatic pain, the severity of depression and/or anxiety and cognitive emotion regulation strategies. Results : The severity of pain was significantly correlated with depressive symptoms, but not with anxiety. Patients with somatic pain tend to use maladaptive cognitive emotion regulating strategies more frequently, especially rumination and catastrophizing. Conclusion : These findings suggest that somatic pain correlates with maladaptive cognitive emotional regulating strategies. Interventions which modulate these non-productive strategies, especially rumination and catastrophizing, would be a new approach for managing patients with depressive and/or anxiety disorders who are suffering from somatic pain.
