안정화 운동과 근력운동이 비특이성 요통환자의 통증, 관절가동범위, 근력, 근 두께에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Stabilization Exercise and Strength Exercise on Pain, ROM, Strength, Muscle Thickness of Non-Specific Low Back Patients)

  • Purpose : The purpose of this study was to find the effects of the lumbar stabilization exercise and strength exercise on pain, ROM, strength, muscle thickness of low back pain(LBP) patients. Method : The subjects were consisted of twelve patients who had nonspecific LBP. All subjects randomly assigned to lumbar stabilization exercise group(N=6) and strength exercise group(N=6). We measured muscular strength, ROM by using Tergumed-extension, rotation and muscle thickness by using ultrasonography and pain score by using Visual analog scale(VAS). The lumbar stabilization exercise group received TOGU exercise, strength exercise group received Tergumed exercise. The data analyzed by repeated measure of Independent t-test, paired t-test, reliability test. Result : The results were as follows. The result which measured of the change of pain score was a significant decrease. The result which measured of the change of ROM and strength was a significant increase. The result which measured of the change of the Internal abdominal oblique, External abdominal oblique on muscle thickness was a significant increase. Stabilization exercise group and Strength exercise group showed the significant difference in muscle thickness on Transversus abdominis, Multifidus. Stabilization exercise group was more increased in muscle thickness. Conclusion : Therefore, we suggest that stabilization exercise is effective for non-specific low back pain.

사이드 플랭크 운동 시 지지면이 배근육 두께에 미치는 효과 (Effect of Support Surface on Abdominal Muscle Thickness during Side Plank Exercise)

  • Purpose : The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of side planks on the muscle thickness of the core muscles, external oblique, internal oblique, and transverse abdominis, and this study was conducted to compare whether side plank exercise according to the application of various unstable support surfaces increases the thickness by activating the action of the muscles. Methods : The subjects of this study were 30 healthy adults and were randomly and equally assigned to three groups by a random number table. All subjects were divided into three groups according to the application of an unstable support surface during the side plank(Group A = stable support, Group B = one unstable support, Group C = two unstable supports). The side plank exercise was performed 30 minutes a day, 3 times a week for a total of 4 weeks. The muscle thickness of the core muscle was measured before the intervention, 2 weeks, 4 weeks, and 3 times in total. All measured data were comparatively analyzed by repeated measures ANOVA and one-way ANOVA. The statistical significance level was set to .05. Results : The results of this study were as follows : 1. All muscles showed an interaction between training period and group. 2. There was a significant difference between the groups at the 2 weeks and 4 weeks of the internal oblique and transverse abdominis muscle measurements. Conclusion : The thickness of the abdominal muscle increased during the side plank exercise according to the support surface, and the thickness of the abdominal muscle increased the most during the side plank exercise on the unstable support surface. Therefore, it is thought that the addition of an unstable support surface will provide a more effective therapeutic effect on the thickness change of the abdominal muscle during side plank exercise.

시각 되먹임을 이용한 균형 훈련과 체성감각을 이용한 균형훈련이 균형 향상에 미치는 영향 (The effect of balance improvement on balance training with visual feedback and somatosensory)

  • 본 연구는 대구 Y대학교에 재학 중인 20대 대학생 15명을 무작위로 선발하였다. 실험 군은 총 3군으로 실험 전 각 실험 대상자들의 균형능력을 측정한 후, 시각되먹임을 이용한 균형운동으로 닌텐도 Wii(Nintendo -RVL-001(KOR)를 사용한 집단, 시각과 토구를 이용한 균형운동 집단, 시각을 차단하고 토구를 이용한 균형운동 집단 등 각 집단 5명을 훈련시킨 후 MFT와 EMG를 이용하여 측정하였다. MFT측정 결과 시각되먹임을 이용한 균형 훈련과 시각되먹임과 체성감각을 병행한 균형 훈련과의 상관관계에서는 유의한 결과를 나타내었고, 시각되먹임과 체성감각을 병행한 균형훈련과 체성감각만을 이용한 균형 훈련에서도 유의한 결과를 나타내었다(p<.05). EMG 측정 결과 시각되먹임을 이용한 훈련과 시각되먹임과 체성감각을 병행한 균형훈련과의 상관관계는 유의한 결과를 나타냈고(p<.05), 시각되먹임을 이용한 훈련과 체성감각만을 이용한 균형훈련, 그리고 체성감각만을 이용한 균형훈련과 시각되먹임을 병행한 체성감각훈련 사이에서는 유의한 결과가 나타나지 않았다. 본 실험에서는 시각되먹임만을 이용한 균형훈련보다 체성감각훈련을 병행하는 것이 더욱 효과적이었다. 따라서 균형능력이 감소된 환자들의 균형감각능력증진에 체성감각훈련이 좌우차이와 좌우빈도를 맞추는데 효과적이고 시각되먹임은 동적 균형 증진에 효과적이므로 이 두 훈련을 병행하는 것이 가장 효과적일 것이라고 생각된다.
