  • 본 논문에서는 TI(Texas Instruments)사의 DSP칩 TMS320F240을 이용한 벡터드라이브 설계를 한다. TMS320F240은 서보모터드 라이브에 적합하게 상품화 된 칩으로 산업용 로봇제어에 필요한 대부분의 주변회로를 포함하고 있다. 이를 이용해서 제어기를 구성하면 적은 비용으로 신뢰성 높은 제어기를 구성할 수 있다. 드라이브는 크게 제어회로부와 파워회로부로 나누어서 설계했으며, AC서보모터에 벡터제어로 실제적용을 했다.

  • As the pre-stage of making 3D stabilizing systems, at this paper designed 2D stabilizing system. This is composed of two axes stabilizing platform to preserve targeted direction while vehicle is moving. The system maintains stabilization by recovering error using the rate gyro with DSP TMS320F240 as controller, vibratory rate gyro (Tokimec co. TFG -l60D) as gyro scope, SD1015B52-1·SD1004C04-l/DM1015B DM1004C as direct drive driver/motor, PI control as control algorithm. This paper got a comparably good stabilization.

  • This paper presents the software control of a brush-less DC motor. Not only speed and current controls but also a real-time identification of the motor parameters can be implemented by software using the digital signal processor (DSP) TMS320F240. The DSP Controller TMS320F240 from Texas Instruments is suitable for a wide range of motor drives. TMS320F240 provides a single chip solution by integrating on-chip not only a high computational power but also all the peripherals necessary for electric motor control. The main benefits are increased system reliability and cost reduction of the overall system. The present paper describes how a speed controlled brushless DC drive can be implemented using TMS320F240.

  • 다기능 휠체어 시스템의 제어부인 80C196KC를 사용했으나, fuzzy 알고리즘을 적용하는데 있어서 여러 가지 문제점(속도, 연산, 외부장치 등) 때문에 구현1차는데 상당한 어려움이 있었다. 이를 해결하기 위해 20MIPS의 속도인 TMS320F240의 프로세서를 사용하였으며 이로 인해 발생하는 문제점을 거의 해소시켰고, 퍼지 알고리즘을 효율적으로 적용할 수 있었다. 본 시스템의 구성은 주제어기로 퍼지 제어 알고리즘을 사용하여 조이스틱을 제어시켰고, 2개 encoder를 입력을 받아 휠체어 회전수를 이용하여 제어시켰다. 휠체어 모터로는 BLDC(Brushless DC) 모터를 사용했으면, BLDC전용 드라이브단을 이용하여 모터를 구현시켰다. 그리고 3개의 초음파 센서를 부착하여 장애물 회피를 시도하였다. 초음파센서의 효율적인 사용을 위해 스텝 모터(Stepping Motor)와 마이크로 컨트롤러로 PIC을 사용하였다. 본 논문의 실험 결과에서는 이전의 제어기(80C196KC)보다 현저히 성능 면에서 향상되었고, 부수적인 외부장치 처리면에서도 상당한 차이를 볼 수 있었다

  • This paper presents a study on DSP(TMS320F240) controller design for multi-axes transportation system using BLDC servo motor. This BLDC servo motor controller was realized with DSP(Digital Signal Processor) and IPM (Intelligent Power Module). The multi-axes transportation system needs torque, speed, position control of servo motor for variable action. This paper implements those servo control with vector control and space vector modulation technique. As CPU of controller DSP(TMS320F240) is adopted because, it has PWM(Pulse Width Modulation) waveform generator, A/D(Analog to Digital) converter, SPI(Serial Peripheral Interface) port and input/output port etc. The controller of multi-axes transportation system consists of 3-level hierarchy structure that main host PC manages three sub DSP system which transfer downword command and are monitoring the states of end servo controllers. Each sub DSP system operates eight BLDC servo controllers which control BLDC servo motor using DSP and IPM Between host system and middle digital signal processor communicate with RS-422, between main processor and controller communicate with SPI port.

  • The DC motor has the strong characteristics in the speed response, the system parameter variations and the external influence and is used as the speed controller with its good starting torque in the distributing industry. However development of the Microprocessor which is for high speed switching program can make better control system. This paper introduce to design of the high-effective DC motor controller that is using Software Bang-Bang Program of Fuzzy algorithm and to verify a PI controller and a Fuzzy controller.

  • This paper presents a ripple reduction of BLDC motor using TMS320F240. A fault of permanent magnet(PM) BLDC motor possible to miniaturization and high-output is to be difficult to reduce speed-ripple at low speed region. An existing solution is to be use of PWM waveform by PI control with computing control angle of 60$^{\circ}$. The new family of DSP controllers provides a single chip solution by integrating on-chip not only a high computational power but also, all the peripherals necessary for electric motor control. This paper gives an advanced solution of the SVPWM technique for the purpose of reducing control angel rather than 60$^{\circ}$. This technique gives an excellent speed ripple characteristic.

  • This paper presents a study on the indirect FOC (field oriented control) of induction motor using TMS320F240. This DSP has become possible to design and implement a highly efficient and accurate AC induction drive control. This paper describes a pulse width modulator based on the voltage space vectors technique that accepts voltage demands in dq coordinates and generates three-phase PWM waveforms to drive a variable frequency voltage-source inverter. The Current Model lock is added to generate the rotor flux angular speed.

  • In this paper, we propose a new control scheme for a PWM inverter using digital control. Digital control has various advantages in comparison with conventional analogue control. It can achieve high frequency switching of inverter and can be little influenced for temperature variations and aging of devices. This digitally-controlled PWM inverter is implemented using a Digital Signal Processor(DSPTMS320F240). The simulation results are given to verify the DSP based PWM inverter design and implementation.
