유원지(遊園地)의 이용변동분석(利用變動分析) -동촌유원지(東村遊園地) 사례연구(事例硏究)- (Analysis on the Use Fluctuation of Amusementpark -The Case Study of Tong-Ch$\acute{o}$n Amusement Park-)

  • The purpose of this study is to establish more rational and practical planning theory for amusementpark. It analyze and considerate the fluctuation of the people who come and use a Tong-Ch'on amusementpark. The results drawn from this research work are as follows ; There are considerable correlation between use fluctuation and some factors. The factors are season (spring, summer, autumn) as a time, temperature, cloud amount, duration of sunshine, weather (rainy day) as a climate and date (weekday, holiday) as a social system. The important variables are temperature, cloud amount, duration of sunshine and date (week day, holiday) to estimate the user of amusementpark. I can reduce the following two types of regression models. 1.${\log}_eY1=6.9114+0.1135TEM+0.00002_eSUM-0.4068WI+0.4316W3$ ($R^2=0.94$) 2. ${\log}_eY2=7.2069+0.1177TEM-0.0990CLO+0.488W3$ ($R^2=0.95$) Y ; Number of User TEM ; Temperature CLO ; Amount of cloud SUN ; Duration of Sunshine WI ; Weekday W3 ; Holiday Those model is inorder to estimate the user for management of Tong-Ch'on amusementpark and use on the computation of facility size for reconstruction. Besides the amusementpark, city park and outdoor recreation area could estimate of user throuth this method. But, I am not sure about the regression models because I didn't apply the regression models to the other amusementpark, city park or outdoor recreation area. Therefore, I think that this problem needs to study in the future.

고압용기로 사용되는 후방압출된 알루미늄 6061합금의 기계적 특성에 미치는 용체화처리 및 시효처리의 영향 (The Effect of Solution Heat Treatment and Aging Treatment on the Mechanical Properties of Backward Extruded A6061 Alloy for Pressure Vessels)

  • Mechanical properties and precipitation behavior of backward extruded 6061 Al alloy for pressure vessel were investigated using tensile test, transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and differential scanning calorimeter (DSC). In this study, solution heat treatment (SHT) was performed at $535^{\circ}C$ for 30~90 min and aging treatment was conducted at 177 and $190^{\circ}C$ for 1~7 h. Maximum tensile strength of $36.6kgf/mm^2$ and yield strength of $33.29kgf/mm^2$ were achieved at the aging time of 5 h at $190^{\circ}C$. TEM observation showed that fine needle-like ${\beta}^{{\prime}{\prime}}$ phase which has 35~45 nm of length was uniformly distributed in the aged 6061 Al alloy specimen. From tensile test, TEM and DSC analysis, it is expected that aging time of 2~5 h at $190^{\circ}C$ is suitable for the extruded A6061 used as pressure vessels.

딥러닝을 이용한 나노소재 투과전자 현미경의 초해상 이미지 획득 (Super-Resolution Transmission Electron Microscope Image of Nanomaterials Using Deep Learning)

  • In this study, using deep learning, super-resolution images of transmission electron microscope (TEM) images were generated for nanomaterial analysis. 1169 paired images with 256 × 256 pixels (high resolution: HR) from TEM measurements and 32 × 32 pixels (low resolution: LR) produced using the python module openCV were trained with deep learning models. The TEM images were related to DyVO4 nanomaterials synthesized by hydrothermal methods. Mean-absolute-error (MAE), peak-signal-to-noise-ratio (PSNR), and structural similarity (SSIM) were used as metrics to evaluate the performance of the models. First, a super-resolution image (SR) was obtained using the traditional interpolation method used in computer vision. In the SR image at low magnification, the shape of the nanomaterial improved. However, the SR images at medium and high magnification failed to show the characteristics of the lattice of the nanomaterials. Second, to obtain a SR image, the deep learning model includes a residual network which reduces the loss of spatial information in the convolutional process of obtaining a feature map. In the process of optimizing the deep learning model, it was confirmed that the performance of the model improved as the number of data increased. In addition, by optimizing the deep learning model using the loss function, including MAE and SSIM at the same time, improved results of the nanomaterial lattice in SR images were achieved at medium and high magnifications. The final proposed deep learning model used four residual blocks to obtain the characteristic map of the low-resolution image, and the super-resolution image was completed using Upsampling2D and the residual block three times.

  • Poly(2-acetamidoacrylic acid) (PAAA) 수화젤 기판 내에 수용액상에서 이온교환에 의해 잘 분산된 CdS 나노입자를 응집이 없는 새로운 형태의 나노복합체로서 합성하였다. TEM 이미지분석을 통하여, CdS/PAAA 수화젤 복합체내에 분포되어 있는 CdS 나노입자의 평균 직경은 4.5 nm이며, 복합체의 형태는 6개월이 지나도 그대로 유지됨을 알았다. TGA와 EGA를 이용하여 복합재료의 열적 안정성이 약 100도 정도 상승하며, 건조젤 내의 CdS 입자의 함량이 70 wt% 이상이 됨을 확인할 수 있었으며 또한 각 온도에서 휘발 또는 분해된 기체를 통해 성분 물질을 확인하였다.

Fe-Ni Invar 합금에서 나노 결정립 성장이 열팽창계수에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Nano Grain Growth on Coefficient of Thermal Expansion in Electroplated Fe-Ni Invar Alloy)

  • The aim of this paper is to consider the effect of annealing on the coefficient of thermal expansion (CTE) of electroplated Invar Fe-Ni alloy. The CTE of the as-electroplated alloy is lower than those of alloys annealed at $400^{\circ}C$ and $800^{\circ}C$. XRD peaks become sharper as the as-electroplated alloy is annealed, which means the grain growth. The average grain sizes of as-electroplated and as-annealed alloys at $400^{\circ}C$ and $800^{\circ}C$ are 10 nm, 70 nm, and $2{\mu}m$, respectively, as determined by TEM and EBSD analyses. The CTE variation for the various grain sizes after annealing may come from the magnetostriction effect, which generates strain due to changes in the magnetization state of the alloys. The thermal expansion coefficient is considered to be affected by nano grain size in electroplated Fe-Ni Invar alloys. As grain size decreases, ferromagnetic forces might change to paramagnetic forces. The effect of lattice vibration damping of nano grain boundaries could lead to the decrease of CTE.

지오폴리머 기술에 의한 포스테라이트 분말의 저온합성 (Low Temperature Synthesis of Forsterite Powders by the Geopolymer Technique)

  • Forsterite is a crystalline magnesium silicate with chemical formula $Mg_2SiO_4$, which has extremely low electrical conductivity that makes it an ideal substrate material for electronics. In this study, forsterite precursors were synthesized with magnesium silicate gels from the mixture of magnesium nitrate solution and various sodium silicate solution by the geopolymer technique. Precursors and heattreated powders were characterized by thermogravimetrical differential thermal analyzer(TG-DTA), X-ray diffractometer(XRD), scanning electron microscopy(SEM), Si magic angle spinning nuclear magnetic resonance(MAS-NMR), transmission electron microscopy(TEM). As the result of analysis about the crystallization behavior by DTA, the synthesized precursors were crystallized in the temperature range of $700^{\circ}C$ to $900^{\circ}C$. The XRD results showed that the gel composition began to crystallize at various temperature. Also, it was found that the sodium orthosilicate based precursors(named as 'FO') began to crystallize at above $550^{\circ}C$. The FO peaks were much stronger than sodium silicate solution based precursors(named as 'FW'), sodium metasilicate based precursors(named as 'FM') at $800^{\circ}C$. TEM investigation revealed that the 100nm particle sized sample was obtained from FO by heating up to $800^{\circ}C$.

Chronic Heavy Metal Exposure and Gallbladder Cancer Risk in India, a Comparative Study with Japan

  • Background: High incidence of gallbladder cancer (GBC) is reported from North India, with elevated concentrations of heavy metals in water and soil. This Indo-Japan collaborative study compared presence of heavy metals in gallbladder tissues. Methods: Heavy metal concentrations were estimated in Indian GBC and cholecystitis tissues and compared with Japanese GBC and cholecystitis tissues. Spectrophotometry was done for 13 Indian gallbladder tissues (8 GBC, 5 cholecystitis) and 9 Japanese (5 GBC, 4 cholecystitis). Transmission electron microscopy (TEM) thin foil element analysis was done in 10 Indian samples (6 GBC, 4 cholecystitis). Results: Chromium, lead, arsenic and zinc were significantly high in Indian GBC compared with Japanese GBC. Chromium, lead and arsenic were significantly high in the Indian cholecystitis tissues compared to the Japanese. TEM of Indian tissues demonstrated electron dense deposits in GBC. Conclusion: Heavy metals-chromium, lead, arsenic and zinc are potential carcinogens in Indian GBC from endemic areas. This preliminary study links presence of heavy metals in gallbladder cancer tissues in endemic areas.

Zinc Vacancy Ordering in BaTEX>$(Zn_1/3Ta2/3)O_3$Ceramics

  • The microstructure of $Ba (Zn_{1/3}Ta_{2/3})O_3$ (BZT) was investigated using X-ray diffractometry(XRD) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). $Ba_{0.5}TaO_3$ and $Ba_3TaO_{5.5}$ (BT) phasses were observed on the surface of the sintered specimen by XRD. Furthermore, a new type of ordering along the [110] direction was found in sintered specimen by the XRD and TEM analysis. The wavelength of ordering was 0.9 nm which is three times larger than the interplanar distance of (110) plane and new type of ordering is considered to be a result of Zn vacancy ordering. The creation of Zn vacancies and formation of BT phases are attributed to the evaporation of volatile ZnO. A new mechanism for ZnO loss is suggested. In this mechanism, only Zn vacancies are created only when the amount of ZnO loss is small and as the amount of ZnO loss increases, BT phases are formed at the same time. A new unit cell of ordered structure is suggested as the superlattics containing three BZT unit cells.

콜로이드 실리카의 제조 및 계면특성 (Preparation and Interface Properties of Colloidal Silica)

  • 콜로이드형 실리카는 화학적으로 안정한 무기소재로 비표면적과 표면물성이 우수하여 산업적으로 다양한 용도로 사용하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 sodium silicate로부터 이온교환방법 및 산-중화법을 이용하여 colloidal silica를 제조하고 입자성장인자인 온도, pH, 농도와 aging time을 조절하여 크기를 조정하는 방법을 조사하여 균일한 크기분포를 가진 colloidal silica를 제조하였다. 실리카 졸의 크기와 모양은 TEM 및 dynamic scattering method를 이용하여 측정하였다. 또한 콜로이드의 입자크기에 따른 제타 전위값의 변화, 겔화현상과 그 유변학적 특성을 연구하였다.

  • 탄소나노튜브의 응집력을 완화하기 위한 표면 개질과 고분자 소재와의 상용성을 유도하기 위하여, 친수성 고분자를 도입하는 연구를 진행하였다. 산처리를 통한 표면 기능화를 시행하였으며, 카복실기 도입 탄소나노튜브를 thionyl chloride을 사용하여 acyl chloride로 치환한 후 저분자량의 아민 말단 poly(ethylene oxide)를 공유결합으로 도입하였다. TGA를 통하여 탄소나노튜브 표면에 도입된 고분자의 함량을 계산하였으며, 탄소나노튜브 표면에 도입된 고분자의 표면 형상을 SEM과 TEM을 통하여 직경이 증가하는 것을 확인할 수 있었다.
