본 논문은 기술창업교육프로그램의 품질이 교육 참여자의 만족도와 타인에 추천의향에 미치는 영향도를 분석하였다. 이 분석의 목적은 기술창업교육프로그램의 방안으로 실행된 TEC(Technology Entrepreneurship & Commercialization: 미국 노스캐롤라이나주립대 개발 & 한국 기술사업화교육팀 보정) 프로그램의 유효성을 평가하고 이에 대한 개선방안을 도출해 성공창업을 견인하기 위해 국가적 차원에서 실시하고 있는 창업교육의 우수한 대안을 제시하는데 있다. 특히, 본 논문은 세부적 분석을 위해 PZB의 SERVQUAL 모형에 근거하여 TEC 교육 서비스의 품질평가 문항을 구축하고, TEC 교육이수자들에 대한 설문조사를 통해, 이것이 참여자의 만족도에 미치는 영향과, 만족도가 추천의향에 미치는 영향을 실증 분석하였다. 분석결과, 본 논문은 SERVQUAL 항목 중 유형성과 확신성 그리고 교육내용은 참여자의 만족도에 (+) 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났으며 교육참여자의 만족도는 추천의향과 (+) 관계가 존재함을 확인하였다. 이는 TEC 프로그램이 그 동안의 교육실시과정에서 우수한 학습환경의 조성과 신뢰 있는 교육내용에서 상당한 교육 만족도를 확보하고 있음을 입증하고 있다.

Objective To investigate the effect of treadmill training with eyes open (TEO) and closed (TEC) on the knee joint position sense (JPS), functional balance and mobility in children with spastic diplegia. Methods Forty-five children with spastic diplegia aged 11-13 years participated in this study. They were randomly assigned to three groups of equal number. The control group (CON) underwent designed physical therapy program whereas, the study groups (TEO and TEC) underwent the same program, in addition to treadmill gait training with eyes open and closed, respectively. Outcome measures were the degree of knee joint position error, functional balance and mobility. Measurements were taken before and after 12 weeks of intervention. Results After training, the three groups showed statistically significant improvement in all measured outcomes, compared to the baseline with non-significant change in the knee JPS in the CON group. When comparing posttreatment results, the TEC group showed greater significant improvement in all measured outcomes, than the TEO and CON groups. Conclusion Treadmill training with eyes open and closed is effective in rehabilitation of children with diplegia, but blocked vision treadmill training has more beneficial effect.

Fiber optic connector, ferrule, is a device to connect and align fiber optics cable on fiber-optic communication system. In this paper, Structural analysis was performed to analyze bed and frame structure of co-axial grinding machine. Deformation and modal analysis for natural frequency was performed using ANSYS Designspace program to analyze structural characteristics. New improved model of bed and frame structure was proposed based on initial basic model.

본 연구는 정부의 정책패러다임이 '질 좋은 창업' 으로 이행되고 있는 추세 속에, 질 좋은 창업의 개념 정립을 시도하고 이를 통해 질 좋은 창업이 창출 될 수 있는 서식지 모형을 제시하고 있다. 연구결과, '질 좋은 창업' 에 대한 직설적 논의는 정책적으로는 태동하였지만 이론적으로는 아직 충분하지 않은 것으로 조사되었다. 본 연구는 기존의 성공창업에 대한 연구는 부분적으로 진행 된 바 이러한 선행연구를 참조하고 미국의 대학창업교육 현황 분석을 통해 질 좋은 창업의 개념을 이론적으로 정립하고 이의 달성조건을 모형으로 제시하였다. '질 좋은 창업' 달성 모형 핵심은 질 좋은 창업성립요소 확보, 이의 혼합을 통한 준비과정, 그리고 이의 실행을 주도하고 지원하는 실행생태계였다. 이러한 모형은 이미 미국 대학교육에서 방대하게 실행되고 있다. 특히 미국 노스캐롤라이나주립대의 TEC 프로그램 사례분석을 통해 이를 검증한 '질 좋은 창업육성 시스템' 을 제안하였다.

Being confronted with the 21th century at hand, a paradigm shift has been a common topic for development in many fields. Among these, a concept of sustainable development is the most important one to resolve conflict and nurture mutualism between science/technology(SCI/TEC) and society/environment(SOC/ENV). Looking briefly over the resent stats of the chemical industry in Japan, in this paper, we will introduce a research program named simple chemistry as an example for such a challenge.

창업교육에 대한 관심이 늘고 있다. 대학원만이 아니라 대학교육에도 정부는 창업교육을 강화하도록 요구하고 있다. 하지만 대학의 창업교육은 교양수준이거나 경영학의 틀을 크게 벗어나지 못하고 있다. 또한 창업 중심의 대학원 교육도 기능별 중심의 교육으로 진행되어 과목간의 상호연계가 부족한 상황이다. 본 연구에서는 학부와 대학원의 창업교육 현황을 살피고, 해외대학의 사례분석을 통해 창업교육 방향을 제안하고 있다. 특히 프로세스 중심의 교육을 하고 있는 대학을 중심으로 알고리즘 기반의 창업교육 방향을 제시하고 있다. 마지막으로 기술-제품-시장의 틀을 기반으로한 기술창업사업화(TEC) 프로그램의 도입과 확산을 제안하고 있다.

In this study, it is developed the interactive DNC(Direct Numerical Control) system, in using RS-232C cable and auxiliary computer, through the diagnosis of planning process and information evaluation. this DNC system recognize the Manufacturing planning and control it. This DNC system has a different notation. It can be done by an operator who hasn't knowledge about personnel computer. It is operated with automatic planning and measurement tec. by operator, using part program on the NC(Numerical Control).

This paper reports the current status of development of the Korean speech recognition platform (ECHOS). We implement new modules including ETSI feature extraction, backward search with trigram, and utterance verification. The ETSI feature extraction module is implemented by converting the public software to an object-oriented program. We show that trigram language modeling in the backward search pass reduces the word error rate from 23.5% to 22% on a large vocabulary continuous speech recognition task. We confirm the utterance verification module by examining word graphs with confidence score.

본 논문은 전문적이고 체계적인 창업교육을 위해 도입된 창업대학원의 교육과정 개선 기반구축이라는 목적 하에, TEC 중심의 활용적 기술창업교육 프로그램에 대한 교육만족도 평가를 실시하고 그 개선방안을 도출해 국내 창업교육에 시사점을 제시하는데 최종목적이 있다. 연구결과, 총 5개의 연구가설 중 4개의 가설이 채택되었는데 교육참여자 만족에 영향을 미치는 가설에서는 교육내용, 수업방식, 사전지식 등이 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타 났고, 교육참여자 만족이 추천의향에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 특히 교육내용에 있어서는 알고리즘 기반의 프로세스 중심 반복교육이 중요하고, 수업방식은 사례중심 강의가 효과적이며 사전지식은 현장경험과 고객이 해도 그리고 사업계획서 작성 여부 등이 교육만족도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

고체산화물연료전지(SOFC)는 청정에너지기술로써 화학에너지를 전기에너지로 직접 전환한다. SOFC는 열병합발전과 결합하여 80%이상의 효율을 올릴 수 있으며 천연가스와 바이오가스 등 연료에 대한 융통성이 폴리머전해질막연료전지(PEMFC)보다 높다. YSZ전해질과 함께 SOFC에 주로 채용되는 공기극 재료는 아직까지 Sr이 첨가된 $LaMnO_3$(LSM)이다. LSM 이외에, 혼합전도성을 가지는 페로브스카이트로서 Sr첨가 $LaCoO_3$(LSCo), $LaFeO_3$(LSF), $LaFe_{0.8}Co_{0.2}O_3$(LSCF)는 공기극 임피던스가 LSM에 비해 현저히 낮아 연구가 증가하고 있다. 그러나 SOFC전극의 소결온도에서 YSZ과 고체반응을 일으키는 문제점과 열팽창 계수가 YSZ와 격차가 크게 나는 문제점 때문에 전극 제조가 복잡하다. 따라서 전해질과의 화학적 안정성 및 유사한 열팽창계수(TEC)를 가지면서 우수한 전기화학활성을 제공하는 것이 해결해야할 중요한 문제로 남는다.
