AMOLED 디스플레이의 박막트랜지스터 제작을 위한 결정화 기술 동향 및 대형화 연구 (Trend of Crystallization Technology and Large Scale Research for Fabricating Thin Film Transistors of AMOLED Displays)

  • 본 논문에서는 AMOLED 디스플레이 구동회로로 사용되는 박막트랜지스터의 구성요소 중에서 반도제 물질 제조의 최근 동향에 대해 논한다. 트랜지스터에 적용을 위해 특성이 좋은 반도체 막을 얻는 방법으로 비정질 실리콘을 다결정 실리콘으로 변화시켜야 하는데 레이저와 열처리 방법이 있으며, 레이저를 이용한 기술에는 SLS(Sequential Lateral Solidification), ELA(Excimer Laser Annealing), TDX(Thin-beam Directional Crystallization), 열처리 기술에는 SPC(Solid Phase Crystallization), SGS(Super Grain Silicon), MIC(Metal Induced Crystallization), FALC(Field Aided Lateral Crystallization)가 대표적이며, 이들에 대해 상세히 설명한다. 본 연구실에서 연구중인 레이저 결정화 기술의 대형 AMOLED 디스플레이 제작을 위한 연구 내용도 다룬다.

ISDN 교환기의 트래픽 용량 분석 (Traffic carring capacity of the ISDN switching system)

  • Modern telecommunication switching systems are SPC(Stored Program Control) machines handling voice, data and other kinds of traffic, in an environment which tends to be fully digital switching and transmission. The throughput of such systems is determined by the real time capacity of its centralized or distributed control processors and by the traffic capacity of the switching network. Designers must verify the traffic and call processing capacity of the switching system and check its performance under traffic load before it is put into service. Verification of traffic and call processing capacity of switching systems is one of the problems treated by teletraffic studies ; teletraffic studies are based on stochastic process, queueing theory, simulations and other quantitative methods of decision making. This study suggests the general methodology to evaluate the throughput and performance of the ISDN switching system. TDX-10 ISDN switching system are employed to give illustrative examples of the methodologies discussed in this study.

  • The disks containing all the system software-OS(Operating System), application program, and DB(Data Base)-happen to be broken. This happens not only to general computer systems but also to electronic switching system. In the electronic switching system, this causes the essential data and software needed for operating the system to be damaged and is fatal to services, so that they should be recovered as soon as possible. Especially the data, having the information of subscriber, trunk, prefix, and system configuration should be receovered preferentially. To manage this situation, the system should let the operator know that the data are damaged and recover the damaged data. This paper shows a way of recovering this damaged data, the object data of audit, the structure of DBMS and the implementation of audit in the case of the domestic high capacity electronic switching system, TDX-10A.

  • In this paper, we present a novel approach named a shared library as an active memory object for application software development of large-scale real-time systems. Unlike the general passive shared memory, shared library proposed in this paper can be activated as an execution object. Moreover this is not tightly coupled with application programs unlike the normal libraries. To implement this mechanism, operating system makes the shared memory as an active object and shared library realizes the indirect call structure. This mechanism enhanced the utilization of main memory and communication performance. And this is successfully applied to the HANbit ACE ATM switching system and the TDX-10 switching system.

  • In this paper, we present mSROS(Micro-Scalable Realtime Operating System) to be applied commonly to the device controller systems in the HANbit ACE256 system. The device controller systems in HANbit ACE256 system are organized as many kinds of device controller. Applying modified PPOS(Peripheral Processor Operating System)which is an operating system for devices of the TDX-10 switching system to the firmwares for them, the inefficiency in development and maintenance exists inherently. To remove the inefficiency nd to improve the performqance of firmwares, we build a common operating system platform that including multi-tasking microkernel so that the firmwares among devices can acquire convenient development and cheap cost of maintencance. Especially, building a virtual machine as a development methodology, it is possible to remove dependency from the kernel so that any kinds of commercial real-time kernels can be used in mSROS as a basic kernel. The virtual machine in mSROS is compatible with the API of SROS(Scalable Realtime Operating System), PPOS, and CROS(Concurrent Realtime Operating System).

Three-Stage 스위치 네트워크의 Blocking 확률 및 통화처리능력 해석

  • 전전자교환기에서 가장 많이 이용되고 있는 T-S-T three-stage 스위치 네트워크의 blocking 확률에 대한 대표적인 세가지 모형에 대해 살펴보고 스위치 네트워크의 구조 또는 통화로 탐색수에 따라 그 적용이 제한된 blocking 확률식에 대해 일반적으로 적용할 수 있는 확장된 표현식으로 유도하여 보았으며 각각에 대한 비교분석을 수행하였다. 또한 blocking 확률에 따른 three-stage 스위치 네트워크의 통화처리용량을 산출하는 방법을 설명하고 수리적인 예로서 위에서 제안된 blocking 확률모형들을 이용하여 TDX-1B 스위치 네트워크의 통화처리용량을 산출하여 보았다. 끝으로 T-S-T three-stage 스위치 네트워크에서의 blocking 확률모형들에 대한 전반적인 검토와 함께 blocking 확률을 줄일 수 있는 방법을 제안하였다.

Stochastic Petri Nets Reward Model을 이용한 통신 프로토콜의 성능평가 (Performance evaluation of telecommunication protocols using stochastic petri nets reward model)

  • A new stochastic Petri nets model, called Stochastic Petri Nets Reward Model(SPNRM) is used for modeling and evaluating the performance of telecommunication protocols. We have developed a SPNRM of the TDX-10 Internal protocol, which has a packet data exchange facility between DCEs, Especially a timer and retransmission handling model is presented for error control of the data transmission phase. The stochastic Petri nets package(SPNP), a software package for SPNRM used in this paper, has been used to generate numerical results by analytical-numerical method rather than simulation. From the steady state solution of the net, it is possible to calculate automatically the performance measure of the protocol medeled with both end-to-end and link-by-link method, which are the mean response times and the throughputs.

시메티딘 정맥투여가 사이크로스포린의 체내동태에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Cimetidine on the Pharmacokinetics of Intraveneous Cyclosporine in Human Subjects)

  • The effect of cimetidine on the pbarmacokinetic parameters of cyclosporine (intravenous administration) were determined in 6 healthy volunteers (22-48 years old, 48-62 kg) by cross-over design. Cyclosporine and cyclosporine metabolites in whole blood were analysed by fluororescence polarization immunoassay (TDx-FLX). The blood concentrations of cyclosporine After pretreatment with cimetidine (200 mg bid, for 3days) were increased significantly at 8-12 hrs compared to the control (p<0.05). The ratios of blood concentrations of cyclosporine metabolites (M1, M17) to parent drug were decreased significantly at 8-12 hrs (p<0.05). Total body clearance (CL) was also decreased significantly (p<0.05), and area under the curve $(AUC,\%)$ was increased but not significant.
