The purpose of this study is in the investigation to relieve into the clothing inconvenience levels and to need by arthritis patients who experience clothing difficulties in daily living even without showing conspicuous physical disabilities. For this study, personal interviews were carried out with 151 female arthritis patients, using a questionnaire form consisting of a total of 206 items. Data analysis were done with spss 12.0 for the frequency analysis, cross tab analysis, t-test, and ANOVA. The findings are as follows. 1. The survey subjects were diverse in their age from 20s to 60s and 18.5% of them have need of other's assistance at the time of getting dressed or undressed of clothing. The knee part was felt to be the most uncomfortable, causing the inconveniences in wearing pants or panties. 2. The investigation into the inconvenience levels at the time of dressing or undressing of clothing was indicated that the wearing of pants was the hardest movement to arthritis patients, as the items relating to the movements for putting feet into or pulling them out of pants and those for raising pants over the hip were also accompanied by the feeling of pains. In addition, the aged arthritis patients felt the clothes-wearing movements more difficult. 3. The survey on the kind and inconvenience levels for the clothes currently being worn showed the highest wearing ratio for the pants, which were pointed out to be the most inconvenient. 4. As for the clothing improvement, the needs were located as a whole in the sufficiency in measures of pants crotch and circumference items, the flexibility in materials, the short length of pants, or the front clearance.
The purpose of this study was to evaluate the microleakage of light cured glass ionomer restorative materials in class 5 cavities. In this in vitro study, class 5 cavities were prepared on buccal and lingual surfaces of forty extracted human premolars and molars on cementum margin. These specimen were randomly divided into four groups of 10 each : Group 1 was Fugi II (control), Group 2 was Fugi II LC, Group 3 was Vitremer, and Group 4 was Dyract. Group 2 was also divided once more into 2 groups of 5 each : Group 2-1 was pretreated with dentin conditioner and Group 2-2 was not. All teeth were restored according to the manufacturer's instructions. After 500 thermocycling between $5^{\circ}C$ and $55^{\circ}C$, the 40 teeth were placed in 2 % Methylene blue dye for 24hr, then rinsed with tab water. The specimen were embedded in clear resin, then sectioned buccolingually through the center of restoration with a low speed diamond saw. The dye penetration on each of the specimen were then observed with a stereomicroscope at 20. The results of the study were statistically analyzed using the Student-Newman-Keuls Methods and the Mann-Whitney Rank Sum Test. Tooth restorative interfaces were evaluated using SEM analysis. Results were as follows, 1. Compared to conventional glass ionomer restoratioqs, all light cured glass ionomer restorations were fairly resistant to microleakage (P<0.05). 2. Groups 3 (Vitremer) and Group 4 (Dyract) were found to be the most resistant, Group 2 (Fugi II LC) fairly resistant, and Group 1 (Fugi II) least resistant to microleakage(P<0.05). 3. No significant differences were found between Group 2-1 and Group 2-2 (P>0.08). 4. With the backscattered SEM analysis, the degrees to which tight bonding occurred were also observed in all the groups except for Group 1. Group 4 showed the highest degree of tight bonding than any other materials used in this study.
Populus euramericana and Betula platyphylla var. japonica have been identified as possible species for use for phytoremediation of landfills. To identify the effects of waste leachate on growth and physiological characteristics in Populus euramericana and Betula platyphylla var. japonica, four different treatments were applied to seedlings for 3 months: leachate solution(100% leachate), 50% dilution(50% leachate: 50% water, v/v), 75% dilution(25% leachate: 75% water, v/v) and control(tab water) were applied to these two species. Treatment with waste leachate significantly stimulated both Populus euramericana and Betula platyphylla var. japonica height, diameter at root collar and biomass production relative to the water control. Chlorophyll contents, photosynthesis and transpiration of leachate irrigated-trees were significantly higher than those of water control. These results suggested that these two species could be suitable species for phytoremediation in landfills because these species showed good growth performance and were capable of taking up waste leachate.
Beltenebros is Antonio Mu?oz Molina's third novel. Its plot originates in a criminal act. Darman, the main character, arrives in Madrid to kill a traitor of the undercover organization to which he himself belongs. Treason is paid with death and Darman is in charge of the executions. The intricate story of espionage and intrigue is absorbing. Unlike other novels of the genre, in Beltenebros we can witness a unique psychological development of the main character. In his fiftieth anniversary, Darman becomes conscious of the painful and devastating effects of his criminal acts on the lives of the people he has crossed paths with. Then, for the first time, he acts like a Romanesque heroe by killing Valdivia-Ugarte, a deceitful mole who has been manipulating the strings of the plot to his own benefit. The story unfolds along an almost uniform progression of chronological time, only interrupted by random memories of a past that twenty years ago destroyed Walter's life, and in which Darman and the rest of the characters are all implicated. Few references to the Spanish Civil War inserted in the discourse are, however, of paramount importance as the depiction of a historical trauma, as a triggering force for the episodes of the novel, or as justification to Darman'scrimes as well as those of the clandestine Comunist Party. Indeed they were the victims of the conflict and the winners inflicted upon them hatred, repression, treason and disloyalty. As in other Mu?oz Molina's novels, the literary space, in this case Madrid, propels the development of the plot, and plays a protagonist role only equal to that of the main characters. It is in Madrid where Darman lives until he becomes prisoner of the enemy army, or where the symmetrical deaths of Walter and Andrade take place. Other spaces inhabit Madrid: the Universal Cinema, symbolic territory of the secret and hidden, where the story, as well as the relationships of the characters start and end the warehouse; or the Bo?te Tab? the nightclub that frequents Valdivia-Ugarte through secret passages connected with the Universal Cinema.
Objectives: This study investigated the effect of combined Korean medical treatment and antibiotics on a patient diagnosed with nontuberculous mycobacterial lung disease. Methods: The patient had been treated with antibiotics since July 2020 concurrently with Maekmoondong-tang, Banhasasim-tang, Gwakhyangjunggi-san and Bojungikgi-tang. The improvement of symptoms was evaluated using scores for the numerical rating scale (NRS), the Medical Research Council (MRC) dyspnea scale, C-reactive protein (CRP) levels, and computed tomography (CT). Results: Following treatment, the NRS, MRC dyspnea scale and CT images significantly improved. Also, CRP levels remained in the normal range during treatment. Conclusions: Traditional Korean medical treatment combined with antibiotics could be effective for treating patients with nontuberculous mycobacterial lung disease.

The purposes of this study were to investigate Chinese female consumers' shopping orientation and clothing shopping behaviors on the internet and to find the differences in internet shopping behaviors of consumer groups segmented by clothing shopping orientation. The subjects were 417 women in their 20s and 30s from the Gillim Province, China. The research method was a survey, and the questionnaire consisted of a clothing shopping orientation subscale, clothing, their shopping behaviors via the internet, and the subjects' demographic characteristics. For data analysis, a frequency analysis, a cross-tab analysis, a factor analysis, a cluster analysis, ANOVA, and Duncan's multiple range test were performed. The results of this study were as follows. The clothing shopping orientation was derived using five factors (trend pursuit, pleasure pursuit, brand pursuit, economic pursuit, and convenience pursuit). Chinese female consumers were classified into three groups (hedonic group, ambivalent group, and practical group) by clothing shopping orientation. These three groups showed many significant differences in their clothing shopping behaviors on the internet. The hedonic group preferred the specialty and cross-border shopping malls, and considered product quality and trend as their main purchase motives. The ambivalent group considered the convenience of the purchase and trend as important motives as compared to the other groups, and they use more various product selection criteria. The practical group considered low price and convenience and the search simplicity of various products as major purchase motives. In addition, the hedonic and ambivalent groups had a higher purchase satisfaction and purchase intention from internet shopping than the practical group. This study suggested that clothing shopping orientation is one of the useful segmentation variables and fashion marketers needed to establish differentiated marketing strategies for each consumer group that is segmented by clothing shopping orientation.

The purpose of this study was to develop a personalized SMT (smart monitor target) game interface for game users who enjoy airsoft sports as individual purchases of SMT have increased since the advent of the untouched era. For this study, the UX (user experience) of the game interface was designed based on previous research. In particular, the personalized game service was reinforced by adding the CP (command post) of the SMT system that performs the home function of the console game, which was intended to help the user maintain immersed in the game in the personalized space of the SMT. Major design elements for the SMT game interface included layout, color, graphics, buttons, and text, and the interface design was proceeded based on them. After composing a grid with a layout in which the tab function was applied to the interface with a vertical three-segment structure and the outer margin value secured, the military camouflage pattern and texture were applied to the colored tone to perform graphics work. Targets and thumbnails were produced as illustrations using experts to ensure the consistency of the interface, and then function buttons and texts on each page were used concisely for intuitive information delivery. The design sources organized in this way were developed using the Unity engine. In the future, we hope that game user-centered personalized interfaces will continue to develop and provide differentiated services unique to SMT systems in the airsoft gun market.
This study investigated fabrics, washing and cares, design, pattern, subsidiary materials, and sewing methods with a focus on the functional outers using moisture-permeable waterproof fabric as a shell; in addition, each element was analyzed for differences depending on fabric type. The characteristics of 34 outers were investigated through labels, online product introductions, visual inspection, observations from two experts with more than 30 years experience and wear tests. Moisture-permeable waterproof fabrics used for the outer were classified into two types; in addition, the shell of the high-density fabric and the 2 & 3-layer fabrics had different characteristics. Various fabrics, detailed designs, and three-dimensional patterns suitable for each part of the human body were used to improve functionality. In addition, various subsidiary materials and sewing methods were used to form an organic relationship. The same washing and cares, patterns and subsidiary materials were used regardless of fabric type; however, the fabric type influenced the detailed design and sewing. The outers with high-density fabric had a loose fit, short placket, e-banded cuffs, lock-stitch, and lock-stitch+binding. However, the outer with 2 & 3 layer fabric had a slim fit, hood width adjustment, zippered pockets, cuffs with tab, seamless adhesive sewing such as laminating, lock-stitch+ seam-sealing, and welding.
WNT signaling plays an important role in cardiac development, but abnormal activity is often associated with cardiac hypertrophy, myocardial infarction, remodeling, and heart failure. The effect of WNT signaling on regulation of atrial natriuretic peptide (ANP) secretion is unclear. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of Wnt agonist 1 (Wnta1) on ANP secretion and mechanical dynamics in beating rat atria. Wnta1 treatment significantly increased atrial ANP secretion and pulse pressure; these effects were blocked by U73122, an antagonist of phospholipase C. U73122 also abolished the effects of Wnta1-mediated upregulation of protein kinase C (PKC) β and γ expression, and the PKC antagonist Go 6983 eliminated Wnta1-induced secretion of ANP. In addition, Wnta1 upregulated levels of phospho-transforming growth factor-β activated kinase 1 (p-TAK1), TAK1 banding 1 (TAB1) and phospho-activating transcription factor 2 (p-ATF2); these effects were blocked by both U73122 and Go 6983. Wnta1-induced ATF2 was abrogated by inhibition of TAK1. Furthermore, Wnta1 upregulated the expression of T cell factor (TCF) 3, TCF4, and lymphoid enhancer factor 1 (LEF1), and these effects were blocked by U73122 and Go 6983. Tak1 inhibition abolished the Wnta1-induced expression of TCF3, TCF4, and LEF1 and Wnta1-mediated ANP secretion and changes in mechanical dynamics. These results suggest that Wnta1 increased the secretion of ANP and mechanical dynamics in beating rat atria by activation of PKC-TAK1-ATF2-TCF3/LEF1 and TCF4/LEF1 signaling mainly via the WNT/Ca2+ pathway. It is also suggested that WNT-ANP signaling is implicated in cardiac physiology and pathophysiology.
Purpose - The primary purpose of this study is to employ effective marketing methods using market segmentation of coffee shops by determining how motivations to visit coffee shops have different impacts on demographic profile of visitors and characteristics of coffee shop visits, so as to draw out a better understanding of customers of coffee market. Research design, data, and methodology - Data were collected using surveys of self-administered questionnaires toward coffee shop users in Daejeon, Korea. A number of samples used in data analysis were 253 excluding unusable responses. The data were analyzed through frequency, reliability, and factor analysis using SPSS 20.0. Factor analysis was conducted through the principal component analysis and varimax rotation method to derive factors of one or more eigen values. In addition, the cluster analysis, multivariate ANOVA, and cross-tab analysis were used for the market segmentation based on the types of motivation for coffee shop visits. The process of the cluster analysis is as follows. Four clusters were derived through hierarchical clustering, and k-means cluster analysis was then carried out using mean value of the four clusters as the initial seed value. Result - The factor analysis delineated four dimensions of motivation to visit coffee shops: ostentation motivation, hedonic motivation, esthetic motivation, utility motivation. The cluster analysis yielded four clusters: utility and esthetic seekers, hedonic seekers, utility seekers, ostentation seekers. In order to further specify the profile of four clusters, each cluster was cross tabulated with socio-demographics and characteristics of coffee shop visits. Four clusters are significantly different from each other by four types of motivations for coffee shop visits. Conclusions - This study has empirically examined the difference in demographic profile of visitors and characteristics of coffee shop visits by motivation to visit coffee shops. There are significant differences according to age, education background, marital status, occupation and monthly income. In addition, coffee shops use pattern characterization in frequency of visits to coffee shops, relationships with companion, purpose of visit, information sources, brand type, average expense per visit, important elements of selection attribute were significantly different depending on motivations for coffee shop visits.
