One of important problems in the theory of sequences is to determine the values and number of occurrences of each value taken on by the cross-correlation. In this paper, we find the values and the number of occurrences of each value of cross-correlation between an m-sequence u(t) of period $2^n-1$ and its decimation $u(dt)(0{\leq}t{\leq}2^n-2)$ where n=2m, 2s|m and $d=(2^{2m}+2^{2s+1}-2^{m+s+1}-1)/(2^s-1)$. Also we show that a family of decimations leads to a four-valued cross-correlation.
Ribosome-inactivating protein (RIP) from Mirabilis jalapa L. leaves has cytotoxic effects on breast cancer cell lines but is less toxic towards normal cells. However, it can easily be degraded after administration so it needs to be formulated into nanoparticles to increase its resistance to enzymatic degradation. The objectives of this study were to develop a protein extract of M. jalapa L. leaves (RIP-MJ) incorporated into nanoparticles conjugated with Anti-EpCAM antibodies, and to determine its cytotoxicity and selectivity in the T47D breast cancer cell line. RIP-MJ was extracted from red-flowered M. jalapa L. leaves. Nanoparticles were formulated based on polyelectrolyte complexation using low viscosity chitosan and alginate, then chemically conjugated with anti-EpCAM antibody using EDAC based on carbodiimide reaction. RIP-MJ nanoparticles were characterised for the particle size, polydispersity index, zeta potential, particle morphology, and entrapment efficiency. The cytotoxicity of RIP-MJ nanoparticles against T47D and Vero cells was then determined with MTT assay. The optimal formula of RIP-MJ nanoparticles was obtained at the concentration of RIP-MJ, low viscosity chitosan and alginate respectively 0.05%, 1%, and 0.4% (m/v). RIP-MJ nanoparticles are hexagonal with high entrapment efficiency of 98.6%, average size of 130.7 nm, polydispersity index of 0.380 and zeta potential +26.33 mV. The $IC_{50}$ values of both anti-EpCAM-conjugated and non-conjugated RIP-MJ nanoparticles for T47D cells (13.3 and $14.9{\mu}g/mL$) were lower than for Vero cells (27.8 and $33.6{\mu}g/mL$). The $IC_{50}$ values of conjugated and non-conjugated RIP-MJ for both cells were much lower than $IC_{50}$ values of non-formulated RIP-MJ (>$500{\mu}g/mL$).
Using T-lymphocytes obtained from rat peripheral blood, we found that the 44kD/pI6.8 protein was the major phosphoprotein of T-lymphocytes under basal condition, and that the 44kD/pI6.3 protein was a new phosphoprotein appeared in T-lymphocytes stimulated with ${\beta}-agonist$. The phosphorylation of the 44kD/pI6.3 protein was also induced by forskolin but inhibited by H-8 pretreatment. To clarify the character of the 44kD/pI6.3 protein, we used Con-A and kinase inhibitors, H-7 and W-7. Con-A stimulation induced phosphorylation of 44kD/pI 6.3 protein but that was inhibited by W-7 pretreatment. The phosphorytation of 44kD/pI6.3 protein was not induced by the PKC activator, PMA. Instead, the phosphorylation of 44kD/pI6.8 protein was reduced by H-7, a PKC inhibitor. From the above results,it can be concluded that the 44kD/pI6.3 protein can be a common substrate for A-kinase and CaM kinase. The two dimensional tryptic peptide mapping revealed that the 44kD/pI6.8 and 44kD/pI6.3 proteins are different.
In this paper, we investigate many types of stability, like (uniform stability, exponential stability and h-stability) of the first order dynamic equations of the form $$\{u^{\Delta}(t)=Au(t)+f(t),\;\;t{\in}{\mathbb{T}},\;t>t_0\\u(t_0)=x{\in}D(A),$$ and $$\{u^{\Delta}(t)=Au(t)+f(t,u),\;\;t{\in}{\mathbb{T}},\;t>t_0\\u(t_0)=x{\in}D(A),$$ in terms of the stability of the homogeneous equation $$\{u^{\Delta}(t)=Au(t),\;\;t{\in}{\mathbb{T}},\;t>t_0\\u(t_0)=x{\in}D(A),$$ where f is rd-continuous in $t{\in}{\mathbb{T}}$ and with values in a Banach space X, with f(t, 0) = 0, and A is the generator of a $C_0$-semigroup $\{T(t):t{\in}{\mathbb{T}}\}{\subset}L(X)$, the space of all bounded linear operators from X into itself. Here D(A) is the domain of A and ${\mathbb{T}}{\subseteq}{\mathbb{R}}^{{\geq}0}$ is a time scale which is an additive semigroup with property that $a-b{\in}{\mathbb{T}}$ for any $a,b{\in}{\mathbb{T}}$ such that a > b. Finally, we give illustrative examples.

In this paper, we proposed an effective T&L(Transform & Lighting) Processor architecture for a real time 3D graphics acceleration SoC(System on a Chip) in a mobile system. We designed Floating point arithmetic IPs for a T&L processor. And we verified IPs using a SoC Platform. Designed T&L Processor consists of 24 bit floating point data format and 16 bit fixed point data format, and supports the pipeline keeping the balance between Transform process and Lighting process using a parallel computation of 3D graphics. The delay of pipeline processing only Transform operation is almost same as the delay processing both Transform operation and Lighting operation. Designed T&L Processor is implemented and verified using a SoC Platform. The T&L Processor operates at 80MHz frequency in Xilinx-Virtex4 FPGA. The processing speed is measured at the rate of 20M Vertexes/sec.

We describe the design, fabrication, and performance of the optical fiber-photodiode 1$\times$12 arry module using mesa-type InS10.53T GaS10.47TAS/INP 1$\times$12 PIN photodiode array. We fabricated the PIN PD array for high-speed optical fiber parallel data link optimizing quantum efficiency, operating speed sensitivity from the PIN-FET structure, and electrical AC crosstalk. For each element of the array, the diameter of the photodetective area is 80 $\mu$m, the diameter of the p-metal pad is 90 $\mu$m, and the photodiode seperation is 250 $\mu$m to use Si v-groove. Ground conductor line is placed around diodes and p-metal pads are formed in zigzag to reduce Ac capacitance coupling between array elements. The dark current (IS1dT) is I nA and the capacitance(CS1pDT) is 0.9 pF at -5 V. No signifcant variations of IS1dT and CPD from element to element in the array were observed. We calulated the coupling efficiency for 10/125 SMF and 50/125 GI MMF, and measured the responsivity of the PD array at the wavelength is 1.55 $\mu$ m. Responsivities are 0.93 A/W for SMF and 0.96 A/W for MMF. The optical fiber-PD array module is useful in numerous high speed digital and analog photonic system applications.

In order to perform photovoltaic (PV) operation and management (O&M) efficiently, individual PV module monitoring is becoming more important. In this research, we developed wireless IoT sensor which can monitor individual photovoltaic modules. This IoT sensor can detect the output voltage, current and module temperature of individual modules and provide monitored data by wireless communication. Measured voltage error was 1.23%, and it shows 16.6 dBM, 0.42sec and 7.1 mA for voltage, transmittance output, response time and mean power consumption, respectively. IoT sensors were demonstrated in the test field with real climate environment condition and each of 5 sensors showed precise results of voltage, current and temperature. Also, sensors were compared with commercial power-optimizers and showed result difference within 5%.

We analyze the performance of MC-CDMA and MC-DS/CDMA system on quasi-synchronized moble satellite return link. Quasi-synchronization is considered that chip offset between terminals is within a few chips. In 10-3 BER, performance of MC-DS/CDMA system with walsh code is 0.3dB better than that of MC-CDMA system when the number of user is 5 from -0.5 $T_{c}$ to 0.5 $T_{c}$ quasi-synchronization of MC-DS/CDMA system and from -5/64 $T_{c}$$^{MC}$ to 5/64 $T_{c}$$^{MC}$ quasi-synchronization of MC-CDMA system. MC-DS/CDMA system with walsh code is over 0.2dB better than that of MC-DS/CDMA system with extended m code and gold code. MC-CDMA system with walsh code is over 1.2dB better than that of MC-CDMA system with gold code when the number of user is 5 and lower than from -5/32 $T_{c}$$^{MC}$ to 5/32 $T_{c}$$^{MC}$ quasi-synchronization.
