The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of internet-use Anatomy class, as one of the Flipped learning method, on critical thinking disposition. The class for this study was conducted from March 1 to April 10, 2018. The study involved a total of 180 people in the first year of a University located in C province. Data collection was carried out before and after the Flipped learning method application. Frequency analysis, Paired t-test, Pearson correlation, and Regression analysis were used for the analysis. According to the analysis, 28.3% of men and 71.1% of women and before applying the program analysis of correlation between Flipped learning perception and critical thinking disposition showed a significant correlation between confidence(sub-component of critical thinking) only (p<.005). Comparing the scores of critical thinking before and after the program, it was found that Truth seeking (p<.001), Open-mindness (p<.005), Confidence (p<.001), Systematicity (p<.005), Analyticity (p<.001), and Inquisitiveness (p<.001) scores had increased significantly except Maturity (p>.005). And the regression analysis of Flipped learning method applying influence on critical thinking disposition were significantly affected (p<.001). Based on the results of this study, it was possible to determine that Flipped learning method had a positive effect on critical thinking disposition.
The purposes of this study are to identify quality factors of knitwears, to find out important attributes of knitwears quality, and to find attributes of knitwears quality which improvement are required. College students in the Seoul district participated in the study, a convenience sampling method was used. A questionnaires was arranged with three separates subject sections, importance degree of knitwears quality, satisfaction degree of purchased knitwears, and demographic factors. Data from 280 questionnaires were used for the statistical analysis. For data analysis, factor analysis, paired-samples t-test and multiple response frequency were conducted. The results were as follows. Knitwears quality factors were classified into six subdivisions by factor analysis; physical functions, yarn and fabric properties, fit, symbol, aesthetic, and usefulness. Quality attributes in purchasing knitwears were considered importantly in order of design, textures, color, price, size, and shape stability, etc. Among quality attributes on knitwears, there were significant differences in importance degree and satisfaction degree; important degree was higher than satisfaction degree to six factors on knitwears quality. Especially, in graph according to gap analysis, physical function and symbol were included in IV area, attributes that attention, required of quality improvement. In contrast, yarn and fabric properties, fit, aesthetic, and usefulness were included in I area, strengths, maintained presently quality levels.

From the perspective of smart learning space, this study aims to take a look at the learning space of college students who do online remote learning in the COVID-19 era, and analyze their demands on what smart learning space they want. Furthermore, this study intends to provide valuable implications for the technology-enhanced learning environments by deriving design elements that make up the university's smart learning space. To achieve these goals, we conducted a review of prior studies, interviews with experts, and case analysis on smart learning spaces of major Korean and foreign universities, which are considered as innovative cases. Additionally, in order to confirm the difference between the importance level recognized by the college students and the current performance level for nine components of technology and for ten components of spaces and facilities, a paired t-test and an Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) were carried out. According to the result of IPA analysis, Internet of Things from the technological aspects, a desk that can supply power and a flexible learning space from the aspects of spaces and facilities were found to have much lower performance than the importance. This result is meaningful in suggesting key design components for smart campus development in the post-COVID-19 world.

The purpose of this paper was to identify the relationship among the MBTI personality types, self-efficacy, major satisfaction and freshmen's academic achievements in airline service department. To this end, a survey was conducted in 113 university freshmen of airline service department from June 18 to 29, 2018. And the data were collected their MBTI results and GPA scores. MBTI results used to analyze student's personality type. The collected data were analyzed using 'SPSS Statistics 21.0'. Analysis methods such as frequency analysis, cross-tabulation analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, t-test, ANOVA, and multiple regression analysis were used. The findings of this study are as follows. The type of personality in the airline service department affects the self - efficacy such as self - control efficacy, confidence, preference of the task difficulty, and also affects the major satisfaction and the academic achievement. The self - efficacy affects the major satisfaction and the academic achievement, and also the major satisfaction can affect academic achievement. Therefore, by developing an effective teaching strategies that fits students' personality type characteristics, and by inducing motivation to learn, raising self-efficacy naturally will lead to higher major satisfaction and academic achievements.
The purposes of this study were 1) to analyze the correlation between Word-of-Mouth(WOM) message sender credibility and WOM effect and 2) to analyze the differences of WOM message sender creadibility and WOM effect in off-line and on-line WOM communication. The messages were created as a form of scenario for this study. Respondents were asked to evaluate the message sender credibility and predict WOM behaviors after reading given scenario. The questionnaires were distributed to 200 customers and a total of 175 questionnaires were used for analysis(87.5%). The statistical analysis was conducted using SPSS Win(12.0) for descriptive analysis, paired t-test, factor analysis, correlation analysis. The positive off-line WOM message sender was considered as more credible(p<.001) than on-line WOM message sender. 'Message sender credibility' is correlated with 'attitude formation' in both channels, but 'reliable' factor of 'credibility' variable is not significantly correlated with 'attitude change'.

The main purpose of this study is to improve the efficiency of the manual for the aviation safety management system of the Approved(flight) Training Organization(ATO) in Korean university institutions. To achieve such purpose, universities' aviation Safety Management System(SMS) manuals were reviewed and compared. Based on the review, the first survey for aviation experts was performed to evaluate the importance of the items. A second survey focused to analyze the importance of items with high importance, which were derived from the first survey. Through Delphi analysis, the high, low important items and non-essential items were selected. Following the Delphi analysis results, frequency analysis, t-test, bivariate correlation analysis, and exploratory factor analysis were conducted. As a result of the study, the high and low importance items were identified from the manual for the aviation safety management system of the Approved Training Organization Korean university institutions.
Objectives : The association between thyroid-related hormones and cognitive function has been controversial. The purpose of this study is to compare the levels of thyroid-related hormones in patients with Alzheimer's disease (AD) and mild cognitive impairment (MCI). Furthermore, we investigated the relationship between thyroid-related hormones and cognitive function. Methods : From January 2011 to December 2018, we retrospectively reviewed 105 patients who were diagnosed with AD and MCI by visiting a dementia clinic at Ilsan Paik Hospital. Thyroid-related hormones [triiodothyronine (T3), thyroxine (T4), and thyroid stimulating hormone (TSH)] was measured using chemiluminescent immunoassay. An independent sample t-test was performed to analyze the mean value of thyroid-related hormones in patients of AD and MCI. To investigate whether thyroid-related hormones correlate significantly with Global deterioration scale (GDS), Clinical dementia rating (CDR) and scores of each The Korean version of the consortium to establish a registry for Alzheimer's disease items, we conducted a partial correlation analysis with geriatric depression scale-Korean version (GDS-K) scores as covariates. Results : There was no significant difference in the mean serum T3, T4 and TSH levels between patients of the AD and the MCI, but the Construction Praxis Test (CPT) showed a significant positive correlation with the serum TSH concentration (p-value=0.004). Conclusions : In our study, the positive correlation between serum TSH level and the CPT associated with executive function was found to be helpful in understanding the association between thyroid-related hormones and the pathophysiology of dementia. Prospective studies in regard of the pathophysiology of thyroid-related hormones on cognitive function will be necessary in the future.

This study is a quasi-experimental study to find out the effect of school library-assisted instruction on middle school students' self-directed learning ability in Home Economics Education. For this purpose, the following research questions were established. 14 hours of school library-assisted instruction and traditional lecture were carried out to 164 9th grade female students(82 of experimental group, 82 of comparison group) of a girls' middle school in Jinju, Gyeongnam. To verify the instructional effect, a pre-test and a post-test for self-directed learning ability were carried out. SPSS 12.0 was used for statistical analysis. For statistical analysis, reliability analysis, frequency analysis, x2-test, t-test, repeated measures-ANOVA, and bivariate analysis were used. The results of this research were as follows: First, there was a statistically significant difference between experimental group and comparison group in the self-directed learning ability in all the subordinate items. Second, the change of self-directed learning ability by grade within the experimental group showed no interactional effect in all the sub-items except problem solving ability. Problem solving ability showed a meaningful difference in the rate of grade rising in accordance with academic achievement level and a higher synergy effect was shown in the low academic achievement group. Third, the experimental group showed a higher rate of rising in the self-directed learning ability than the comparison group, and the low academic achievement group showed a higher rising rate of grade than the high academic achievement group. Based on the results of this research, we concluded that the school library-assisted instruction was effective in enhancing middle school students' self-directed learning ability especially for the low academic achievement group.
The purpose of this study was to examine the consumers' image and factors of wear comfort, expectation and satisfaction levels of wear comfort of hiking gear in order to investigate the consumer perception of wear comfort of hiking gear. The questionnaires were distributed to 400 people in their 40s and 50s and, 260 of which were used to data analysis. The questionnaires were comprised of questions about the image, factors, expectation and satisfaction levels of wear comfort of hiking gear, and demographic characteristics. Data were analyzed by frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, ANOVA, Duncan test, T-test with SPSS 19.0 IBM for Windows. In demographic characteristics, 43.5% of respondents were male and people under 45 years of age were at 17.7%, those between 46 and 50 with 46.5%, those between 51 and 55 with 28.9%, those between 56 and 60 with 6.9%. The results of this study are as follows. Responses of male and female consumers to image of wear comfort were similar and ten or more mentioned reponses by men were well-being and freedom from pain, stretchability, light weight, absorption of sweat, softness. Wear comfort of hiking gear was shown to include mobility/pressure factors, moisture factor, psychological factor, tactile/keeping body temperature factors. It was shown that the expectation and satisfaction levels of wear comfort of hiking gear were relatively high and were not influenced by consumer's sex and age, but were affected by the objective of mountaineering.

The author obtained individualized lateral cephalometric tomograms from 23 young adults (46 of left and right normal TMJ) with normal occlusion and 20 patients (14 of patient asymptomatic TMJ and 26 of patient symptomatic TMJ) with clicking and painful TMJ after the analysis of submental vertex view. Individualized lateral cephlometric tomogram analysis and TMJ space analysis were performed after tracing each film. All data from these analysis was recorded and statistically processed with CYBER computer system. 1. The results were obtained as follows. In submental vertex view, the mean condylar angulation of Rt. side in normal group was 20.348°±6.358°, Lt. side was 18.870°±7.777° and Rt. side in patient group was 19.350°±7.576° Lt. side was 17.750°±6.146° respectively. The mean condylar angulation of Rt. side was larger than Lt. side in normal and patient group. 2. When the mandible was moved from centric occlusion to centric relation, condylar position relating to the glenoid fossa was placed posteriorly and superiorly in normal TMJ group and patient symptomatic TMJ group. 3. In centric relation position, the proportion of anterior space to posterior space was 1.593 for normal TMJ group, 1.604 for patient asymptomatic TMJ group and 1.671 for patient symptomatic TMJ group. In centric occlusion position, 1.390 for normal TMJ group, 1.539 for patient asymptomatic TMJ group and 1.196 for patient symptomatic group. Normal TMJ group, patient asymptomatic TMJ group and patient symptomatic TMJ group and patient symptomatic TMJ group revealed significant difference in ∠C₂ measurement. (ANOVA-test, p<0.05) 5. Normal group and patient group revealed significant difference in Fh, ∠C₁and ∠C₂ measurement. (T-test, p<0.05) 6. There were strong positive correlation (0.8771) between Fp and Fm, and strong negative correlation (-0.9039) between ∠C₂ and ∠C₁ from the lateral cephalometric tomogram analysis.
