  • Currently, IoT mobile applications are growing fast in number and complexity. As a result, the applications quality issue became crucial, hence to ensure their quality a proper testing is highly required. Testing such mobile applications is always tedious, time-consuming and expensive. To cope with these issues, we propose a testing approach using activity diagram with data flow information. The main functionality of IoT applications is exposing the meaningful data obtained from the sensors to the users by doing a lot of analysis, comparison, and computation. Therefore, our focus is on identifying and selecting the most appropriate paths at which calculation is taking place and the paths at which predicate exists. In our case study, we have used a real-world IoT mobile application and identified a total of ten test paths with two predicate uses and two computation uses through an example. With applying only this four critical paths, we can adequately test the application's core functionalities while significantly reduce the testing effort and cost.

  • In this paper, we propose a quality assessment method of biometrics for estimating an authentication result in an user authentication system. The proposed quality assessment method is designed to compute a quality score called CIMR (Confidence Interval Matching Ratio) as a result by small-sample analysis like T-test. We use the C/MR-based quality assessment method for testing how to well draw a distinction between various biometrics in a multimodal biometric system. We also test a predictability for authentication results of obtained biometrics using the mean $\bar{X}$ and the variance $s^2$ in T-test-based CIMR. As a result, we achieved the maximum 88% accuracy for estimation of user authentication results.

  • For the vioequivalence study of two ceftriaxone injection formulations ($Rocephin{\circledR}$ ; Roche, and Triaxone ; Hanmi0, the HPLC analytical method for the analysis of ceftriaxone in plasma was used. Fourteen healthy volunteers completed the study and each subject were IM in jected signle doses (1 g) of the test and the reference formulations in a two-way crossover design with an one week drug free interval between doses. Following each administration, plasma concentrations of ceftrixone were monitored over a period of 24 h. Bioequivalence parameters $AUC_{24th}, {\;}T_{max}, {\;}C_{max}$ and MRT determined from the data obtained for the two formulations were examined by analyses of variance (ANOVA) and other criteria and tests for bioequivalence. Results of ANOVA and confidence limits of test/reference ratios of $AUC_{24th}, {\;}T_{max}, {\;}C_{max}$ and MRT, and statistical tests indicated the bioequivalence of the two formulations (i.e., test/reference ratio was within $100{\pm}20%$) except for $T_{max}$ The mean of $T_{max}$ showed only 6. 9% difference from the reference but the detection limit was 22.5% which is slightly over the 20% criteria. No pharmacokinetic parameters including Ka, Kel, Vd and Cl indicated significant difference in between the two fomulations. It was concluded that the data yielded fro the two cefriaxone formulations demonstrated that they were bioequivalent.

  • This study was aimed to identify a study on the effect of chest compressions combined with abdominal drawing-in technique on prevention of back pain and chest compression quality. We tested motion analysis, electromyography, and chest compression quality of 15 paramedics. Data were normalized to SPSS 21.0 (Kolmogorov-Smirnov and Shapiro-Wilk test). The paired t-test was used for the pre- and post-test chest compressions, the one-way ANOVA was used for the analysis of the measurement point-in-time differences, and LSD was used for the post-test. The results of the study showed significant difference in muscle activity and chest compression success rate when the chest pressure was applied with abdomen drawing-in. Therefore, it is necessary to study cardiopulmonary resuscitation education which can increase the chest compression success rate while preventing the back pain of the paramedics in the future.

  • In this paper, when the composite beam is made with UHPC deck and steel girder, the steel girder takes the form of the inverted-T shape without top flange because of high strength and stiffness of UHPC deck. There is no evaluation by experiment and analysis about the shear connector behavior on the web of steel girder and flexural behavior of inverted-T shape composite beam. By this reason, this study compares between experiment and analysis by using tension softening model of UHPC on the basis of flexural test results of 16 members considering compressive strength of UHPC, spacing of stud and thickness of deck as variables. The results of tensile strength of UHPC by inverse analysis were 6.57 MPa(in case of 120 MPa) and 9.57 MPa(in case of 150 MPa). In case of the test members with small stud spacing, the results of analysis and test were close clearly, and the test members with thick deck and low UHPC compressive strength also similar, but effects were small. As it compared between analysis and experiment totally, the results of analysis and experiment agree well. So the tension softening model of UHPC is reasonably reflected on the real behavior of composite beam of UHPC.

  • Human resource management is essential for the efficient operation of container terminals because container work efficiency is determined by the manpower and system in which large-scale facilities and equipment are operated. In addition, various environmental changes surrounding container terminals have a great influence on the way manpower is operated. Looking at the previous studies, there is a limitation in that it is not possible to grasp the difference in perception among internal stakeholders about the change in manpower at the container terminal because container terminal workers are not divided into office workers and field workers. Since office workers and field workers in container terminals have different given work characteristics, it is necessary to understand the impact of the factors of manpower change at container terminals on manpower management. Therefore, in this study, after dividing the internal stakeholders of the container terminal into office workers and field workers, a T-test analysis was conducted to confirm the difference in perception of the change in manpower at the container terminal. In addition, exploratory factor analysis and multiple regression analysis were conducted to derive various implications related to the manpower operation of container terminals.

  • For the analysis of mercury in blood and urine, many literatures have been reffered and many kinds of reducing agents for mercury reduction and many acids for pretreatmr are known to be varied. $So HNO_{3}$ and $H_{2}SO_{4}$ among acids and $SnCl_{2}$ and $NaBH_{4}$ as a reducing agent being chosen for the establishment of more efficient and less erroneous analysis, and comparing the absorbance by using vapor generator, the results are followings. 1. The difference of absorbance from concentration of $HNO_{3}$ and $H_{2} SO_{4}$ was not nearly found when mercury reduced by $NaBH_{4}$ after pretreatment. But for more precise analysis, conc acid treatment need to be used. 2. Higher absorbance was shown by using conto acid treatment (P<0.005) when mercury reduced by $NaBH_{4}$ after treating acid primer. And sample which has 99.5% reliability in T-test, treated by conc $H_{2}SO_{4}$(P<0.005) was shown higher absorbance than treat by CORC $HNO_{3}$. 3. The difference of absorbance was not in the slightest in higher 0.1 w/v% $NaBH_{4}$ proved by uruskal-wallis H-Test 4. Some difference of absorbance in $SnCl_{2}$(P<0.005) having 99.5% reliability was found but there was no difference in these 20 w/v% , 25 w/v% and 30 w/v% SnCl$_{2}$ by the experiment of T-test. 5. According to these test results, organic materials were much affect the absorballce when reducing mercury by using $SnCl_{2}$ rather than by $NaBH_{4}$. For bio sample which is contained various organic substances, reduclng agent $NaBH_{4}$ is a lot more efficient to reduce the error then $SnCl_{2}$. 6. analytic method for this study is as following. 7. As the recovery test was done by this, the rate of recovery was shown form 94% to 100.7% .
