To use IoT Technology, it needs a platform to connect each devices. With this reason, Many corporations and organizations are trying to develop their own Platform. Among many platforms we select AllJoyn, IoT open source platform developed by Allseen Alliance which is association led by Qualcomm. Using AllJoyn, we transform data gathered from many communication techniques like WiFi, Zigbee and Bluetooth into AllJoyn platform format and deliver it to other AllJoyn devices. Ultimately, we realize gateway system which enables non-AllJoyn devices to communicate with AllJoyn devices.

Consider the system (i) x'=Ax. Let ${\Phi}$ be its fundamental matrix solution. If there is w>0 such that A(t+w)-A(t) commutes with ${\Phi}$ for all t, then we call this system a "generalized" Floquet system or a "G. F. system". We show that $A(t+w)-A(t)=B_1$=constant if and only if $A(t)=C+B_1t/w+Q(t)$, Q is periodic of period w>0. For this A(t) We prove that if all eigenvalues of $B_1$ have negative real parts, then the origin is asumptotically stable. We find a growth condition for a continuous D(t) which guarantees that all solutions of z'=[A(t)+D(t)]z are bounded if all solutions of the G. F. system (i) are bounded. Combining the foregoing results yield a class of perturbed G. F. operators all of whose solutions are bounded.

Immu-Forte composed of chitosan, ${\beta}-glucan$, manno-oligosaccharide and pangamic acid was evaluated for its effectiveness as a nonspecific immunostimulator in mice. The effects of Immu-Forte were determined by analysis of cytokines using ELISA and phenotype of leukocyte subpopulations using monoclonal antibodies specific to mouse leukocyte differentiation antigens and flow cytometry. All T cells, all B cells, CD4 T cells, CD8 T cells, macrophages, IL-2, IL-4, IL-12 and IFN-r in Immu-Forte A-treated group increased in 1 months posttreatment and were significantly higher (p < 0.05) than that of control at 1 months posttreatment. All T cells, all B cells, CD4 T cells, CD8 T cells, macrophages and IL-2 in Immu-Forte EX-treated low and middle dose groups increased in 1 months posttreatment and were significantly higher (p < 0.05) than that of control at 1 months posttreatment. In the Immu-Forte soybean-treated group, NK cells and IL-4 were significantly higher in middle dose-treated group, and IL-2, IL-4 and IFN-r were significantly higher in low dose-treated group. In the Immu-Forte F-treated group, all T cells, all B cells, CD4 T cells, CD8 T cells, macrophages, NK cells, IL-2, IL-4, IL-12 and IFN-r in high dose-treated group and all T cells, all B cells, CD4 T cells, CD8 T cells, macrophages, IL-2, IL-4, IL-12 and IFN-r in middle dose-treated group and NK cells, IL-2, IL-4, IL-12 and IFN-r in low dose-treated group were significantly higher (p < 0.05) than that of control at 1 months posttreatment. In conclusion, this study has demonstrated that Immu-Forte had an immunostimulatory effect on mice through proliferation and activation of mouse immune cells.

A tournament T is an orientation of a complete graph and an arc in T is called pancyclic if it is contained in a cycle of length l for all $3{\leq}l{\leq}n$, where n is the cardinality of the vertex set of T. In 1994, Moon [5] introduced the graph parameter h(T) as the maximum number of pancyclic arcs contained in the same Hamiltonian cycle of T and showed that $h(T){\geq}3$ for all strong tournaments with $n{\geq}3$. Havet [4] later conjectured that $h(T){\geq}2k+1$ for all k-strong tournaments and proved the case k = 2. In 2005, Yeo [7] gave the lower bound $h(T){\geq}\frac{k+5}{2}$ for all k-strong tournaments T. In this note, we will improve his bound to $h(T){\geq}\frac{2k+7}{3}$.

To evaluate the diagnostic accuracy of the measurement of free thyroxine (FT4) by radioimmunoassay, we measured free $T_4\;and\;T_4,\;T_3,\;T_3RU$, TSH and TBG serum levels by radioimmunoassay in 18 healthy persons and 52 patients with various thyroid diseases and 11 normal pregnant women. The results are as follows. 1. In 19 cases of overt hyperthyroidism, $T_3,\;free\;T_4$ and FTI, $T_4/TBG$ ratio reflect hyperfunction in all cases. $T_4$ is increased in 94% (18/19) and TBG and TSH are decreased in 79% (15/19). 2. In 8 patients with overt hypothyroidism, TSH is increased in all cases and free $T_4$ and FTI is decreased in all cases. $T_4$ is decreased in 87.5% (7/8), $T_3$ is decreased in 75% (6/8) and $T_4/TBG$ ratio is decreased in 62.5% (5/8). 3. In 5 patients who are clinically in euthyroid state after treatment of hyperthyroidism, $T_4,\;free\;T_4$, FTI and TSH are in the normal range in all cases and $T_3$ is normal in 60% (3/5) and slightly increased in 40% (2/5). 4. In 10 patients who showed clinically borderline hypothyroidism after treatment of hyperthyroidism, TSH is increased in all cases and free $T_4$ and FTI are decreased in all cases, but $T_4\;and\;T_3,\;T_4/TBG$ ratio are in the normal limit in all cases. So after treatment of hyperthyroidism, TSH, free $T_4$ or FTI are recommended as optimal thyroid function test. 5. In normal pregnancy, free $T_4$, FTI and $T_4/TBG$ ratio reflect normal function, but the other parameters revealed unreliable due to the influence of increased TBG. Also TBG and TSH level in pregnancy is increased significantly compared with normal healthy control group. 6. The coefficients of correlation between free $T_4$ and FTI were 0.862 (p<0.001) and 0.685 (p<0.001) between free $T_4\;and\;T_4/TBG$ ratio. In most patients, diagnostic value of free $T_4$ was comparable and even superior to FTI, so free $T_4$ measurement can be used routinely with thyrotropin assay in the diagnosis of hypothyrodism or with $T_3$ for the diagnosis of hyperthyroidism.

This study was investigated the effects of the addition of adlay with levels of 1%(T1), 2%(T2), 3%(T3) and 4% (T4) in skim milk substrate on the physicochemical and microbiological properties of yoghurt during fermentation and storage period at 4$\pm$1$^{\circ}C$. Adlay yoghurt were fermented with the mixed cultures of YC-380, ABT-4 and ABT-D. Titratable acidity and pH values of all treatments were increased and decreased significantly(p<0.05) with fermentation period, respectively and increased and decreased slightly during the storage period, respectively. There were increased and decreased in order of all treatments fermented with YC-380, ABT-4 and ABT-D. Viscosity of adlay yoghurt increased rapidly in order of T4, T3, T2 and T1 during fermentation and slowly in order of T1, T2, T3 and T4 during the storage period. There were increased in order of all treatments fermented with ABT-D, YC-380 and ABT-4. The counts of viable cells of lactic acid bacteria in all treatments were rapidly and slightly increased during fermentation and storage period, respectively. There were increased in order of fermented with ABT-D, ABT-4 and YC-380 in all treatments. The counts of E. coli were not found in adlay yoghurt. In all treatments, T1 showed slightly high compared to that of control. Based on the results of this experiment, the optimum level of addition of adlay were 1% (w/v) for production of acid production, pH, viscosity and the counts of viable cells of lactic acid bacteria.

Background: We tested the hypothesis that dengue haemorrhagic fever (DHF) is associated with a $T_H1$-skewed immune response as opposed to dengue fever (DF). Methods: We estimated intracellular (in T-cells) and serum levels of designate $T_H1/T_H2$ cytokines [interferon-${\gamma}$ (IFN-${\gamma}$), interleukin-4 (IL-4), and tumor necrosis factor-${\alpha}$] and macrophage inflammatory protein-$1{\alpha}$ (MIP-$1{\alpha}$) at admission, 48h, and day 5 in 20 adults with dengue (DF=10, DHF=10) and 10 dengue-naive healthy controls. Results: At admission, intracellular IFN-${\gamma}$/IL-4 ratio in CD4+ T-cells and proportion of MIP-$1{\alpha}$-positive CD8+ T-cells were significantly higher in patients with DHF [7.21 (5.36~10.81) vs. 3.04 (1.75~4.02); p=0.011 and 6.2% (3.2~8.2%) vs. 2.4% (2.0~3.6%); p=0.023]. The latter showed a significant positive correlation with IFN-${\gamma}$/IL-4 ratio in CD4+ T-cells (Spearman's rho=0.64; p=0.003), percentage-change in haematocrit (rho=0.47; p=0.048), and serum alanine amino-transferase level (rho=0.61; p=0.009). Conclusion: We conclude that DHF is associated with a $T_H1$-skewed immune response. Further, MIP-$1{\alpha}$ in CD8+ T-cells is an important immunologic correlate of disease severity in dengue.

Homogeneous human deoxycytidine kinase was purified in one step from a variety of spontaneous human leukemic cells (T-ALL, B-ALL, B-CLL, AML, CML), and from cultured T-lymphoblast cells (MOLT-4) using the newly developed affinity medium, $dCp_4$-Sepharose. Starting with an ammonium sulfate fraction, purification was achieved in one step with the kinase being eluted from a column by the end product inhibitor, dCTP. The purified deoxycytidine kinase from T-ALL cells phosphorylated deoxyadenosine and deoxyguanosine, as well as deoxycytidine. The enzyme purified from T-ALL and B-CLL cells yielded one major band with a molecular weight of 52 kDa determined by SDS-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. AML and CML cells yielded one 52 kDa band and an extra band of 30 kDa molecular weight. On the other hand, B-ALL and MOLT-4 cells showed a low molecular weight band of 30 kDa only. However, the electrophoretic mobilities of enzymatic activity in 12% non-denaturing gels were identical for the dCyd kinase from all different kinds of leukemic cell lines, except that the B-ALL, B-CLL, and MOLT-4 cell preparations had an extra minor peak, all at the same position. dAdo and dCyd phosphorylating activities comigrated indicating that these activities are all associated with the same protein. Two new methods, a disk implantation method and a nitrocellulose powder method were used with a small amount of enzyme protein to raise polyclonal antibodies against dCyd kinase purified from T-ALL cells.

Purpose: All-inside meniscal repair using FasT-Fix (Smith & Nephew Endoscopy, Andover, Massachusetts, USA) is a popular method for the meniscal tear. However, there was no report after all-inside repair using FasT-Fix for the meniscal tear in Korea. Therefore, the purpose of this retrospective study was to report clinical outcomes after all-inside meniscal repair using FasT-Fix. Materials and Methods: 25 consecutive patients underwent meniscal repairs using FasT-Fix for tears of the posterior horn of the medial or lateral menisci combined with hamstring anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) reconstructions. Postoperative evaluations included Lysholm knee score and Tegner activity scale. Using clinical criteria, a repaired meniscus was considered healed if there was no effusion or joint line tenderness, negative McMurray test, and no sense of giving way. Results: The average follow-up was 47.9 months (range, 40 to 61 months). At follow-up, the mean Lysholm score was 91.8 and the mean Tegner activity scale was 5.6. According to clinical criteria, 20 (80%) menisci was healed, and 5 (20%) failed. Conclusion: All-inside meniscal repair using FasT-Fix showed satisfactory results in patients with hamstring ACL reconstructions.
