We find the distributional solutions of the Wilson's functional equations $$u{\circ}T+u{\circ}T^{\sigma}-2u{\otimes}v=0,\\u{\circ}T+u{\circ}T^{\sigma}-2v{\otimes}u=0,$$ where $u,v{\in}{\mathcal{D}}^{\prime}({\mathbb{R}}^n)$, the space of Schwartz distributions, T(x, y) = x + y, $T^{\sigma}(x,y)=x+{\sigma}y$, $x,y{\in}{\mathbb{R}}^n$, ${\sigma}$ an involution, and ${\circ}$, ${\otimes}$ are pullback and tensor product of distributions, respectively. As a consequence, we solve the $Erd{\ddot{o}}s$' problem for the Wilson's functional equations in the class of locally integrable functions. We also consider the Ulam-Hyers stability of the classical Wilson's functional equations $$f(x+y)+f(x+{\sigma}y)=2f(x)g(y),\\f(x+y)+f(x+{\sigma}y)=2g(x)f(y)$$ in the class of Lebesgue measurable functions.

In the past three decades since the advent of market oriented reforms began in 1978, China has made rapid strides in catalyzing economic growth. The economic development coincides with the development of significant capabilities in several areas of science, technology, and innovation. China has recorded notable achievements in a number of emerging fields. This paper investigates the process that has catalyzed the developments in Science and Technology (S&T) and the key factors that have facilitated this process. The causality of dynamism of S&T in China points at targeted development, an emphasis on high growth industries and high technology, commensurate resource mobilization, ruthless restructuring of innovation actors, dynamic organization and management of R&D, continuously evolving policies with strict enforcement, and implementable instruments. This paper attempts to bring out the roadmap of the Chinese transformation process in S&T and derive policy lessons for India.

Facing target dc sputtering system developed by Hoshi et al. has simple configuration and high deposition rate under moderate substrate temperature in the range of pressure 5x10S0-4T - 1x10S0-2T torr. In this system, magnetic field should be applied perpendicular to the target surface in order to confine high energy secondary electrons between two targets. Because of this magnetic field, the glow discharge characteristics are very different from dc planar diode system showing some unstable discharge region. In this paper, the glow discharge characteristics of this system have been studied under the condition of Ti targets with Ar-NS12T(10%) as working gas. It is found that this system has stable discharge region under the discharge current density of 15-30(mA/cmS02T). The plasma density and electron temperature are in the range of 10S010Y - 10S011T(CMS0-3T) and 2.5-5(eV), respectively.

In this study, the structural and microwave dilelectric properties of 0.15BaO-0.15SmS12TOSI3T-0.7TiOS12T ceramics with sintering and annealing conditions were investigated. In the specimen sintered at 1350 [$^{\circ}C$], dielectric constant and quality factor were good values of 80.19,2006 (fS10T=4.6851[GHz]). To improve the $\tau$S1fT of specimen which was manufactured by the optimumsintering condition (1350[$^{\circ}C$],2[Hr.]), annealed from 2[hr.] to 16[hr.] at the annealing temperature of 1200 [$^{\circ}C$]. Increasing the annealing time, dielectric constant was almost constant and quality factor was increased. In the specimen of 4[hr.] annealed, the temperature coefficient of resonant frequency was minimum value, and increased with increasing the annealing time.

A new approach of constructing a suffix tree $T_s$for the given string S is to construct recursively a suffix tree $ T_0$ for odd positions construct a suffix tree $T_e$ for even positions from $ T_o$ and then merge $ T_o$ and $T_e$ into $T_s$ To construct suffix trees for integer alphabets in linear time had been a major open problem on index data structures. Farach used this approach and gave the first linear-time algorithm for integer alphabets The hardest part of Farachs algorithm is the merging step. In this paper we present a new and simpler merging algorithm based on a coupled BFS (breadth-first search) Our merging algorithm is more intuitive than Farachs coupled DFS (depth-first search ) merging and thus it can be easily extended to other applications.

Let $\varphi$ be a complete probability measure on $\mathbb{R}$, let $m_{\varphi}$ be the analogue of Wiener measure over paths on [0, T] and let f(t) be continuously differentiable on [0, T]. In this note, we give the analogue of Wiener measure $m_{\varphi}$ of {x in C[0, T]$\mid$x(0) < f(0) and $x(s_0){\geq}f(s_{0})$ for some $s_{0}$ in [0, T]} by use of integral equation techniques. This result is a generalization of Park and Paranjape's 1974 result[1].

Let T be a regular semigroup and let S be a regular subsemigroup of T. In this paper we study the relationship between the idempotent separating congruence on S and the idempotent separating congruence on T, when T and S are connected by a splitmap ${\theta} : T {\to} S$.

In this paper it is shown that if [$T^*$,T] is of rank one and ker [$T^*$,T] is invariant for T, then T is quasinormal. Thus, we can know that the hyponormal condition is superfluous in the Morrel's theorem.

This study was performed to examine the general anesthetic efficacy of tiletamine-zolazepam, a mixture of phencyclidine-derived tiletamine and benzodiazepine-related zolazepam. The antagonistic activities of doxapram and yohimbine to the anesthetic effects of tiletamine-zolazepam were also studied. Thirty healthy mongrel dogs were divided into three groups (each of 10) twenty minutes after being anesthetized with tiletamine-zolazepam : T-Z-S group(tiletamine-zolazepam-saline), T-Z-D group (tiletamine -zolazepam-doxapram), T-Z-Y group (tiletamine-zolaz.pam-yohim bine). Various parameters wert evaluated in terms of the onset and recovery time of analgesia, respiration rates, hear rates, body temperature, electrocardiogram, blood chemistry, and lymphocyte blastogenesis. The results obtained through these experiment could be summarized as follows: 1. he anesthetic efficacy of tiletamine-zolazepam was considered desirable, with the onset time of anesthesia being as short as 0.23-0.24 minutes. 2. Both of the antagonistic effects of yohimbine and doxapram on the anesthesia induced by liletamine-zolazepan were evaluated statistically significant(p<0.05) as the recovery time was shortened from 39.3$\pm$4.9 min(T-Z-S group) to 25.3$\pm$2.9 nin(T-Z-Y group) and 29.9$\pm$8.8min(T-Z-D group), respectively. 3. Respiration rates were not changed by the treatments of both doxapram and yohimbine, with the only transient increase in the T-Z-D group. The changes in the respiration rate were not observed during the whole time course of the experiment. 4. Yohimbine(T-Z-Y group) increased the heart rate significantly from 30 minutes after the adminstration compared to the T-Z-S group and T-Z-D group (p<0.05). 5. The decreases in th, body temporature were observed from 30 minutes in the T-Z-S group(p<0.05) and 40 minutes in th, T-Z-D group(p<0.05), after the adminstration. On the other hand, there was no hypothermia in the T-Z-Y group. 6. In the all experimental groups of the T-Z-S, T-Z-D and T-Z-Y, there were no specific findings on the electrocardiograph incept slight shift to the tachycardia in all cases. 1. We could not find any differences in the blood chemistry between all experimental groups (T-Z-S, T-Z-D and T-Z-Y). 8. the inhibition of the lymphocyte blastogenesis shown in the T-Z-S with 3 hours decreasing and thereafter restoring to the normal values up to the point 5 hours were not occurred in the T-Z-D and T-Z-Y groups. With the above results, we could conclude that both doxapram and yohimbine can be clinically used as recovery agents towards anesthesia by tiletamine- zolazepam fi:on the efficacy point of view, but yohimbine is more recommendable in this case if considering the recovery time and lymphocyte blastogenesis.
