As to talk about computer aided 3D modeling, it can be conformed to the popular aesthetics based theory of heightening the organizing useful visual information. This thesis heightens the formativeness of the 3D modeling from the angle of the Gestalt psychology and attempts a finding of a method as also explains among the grouping laws of Gestalt. They are the definitions and the special features of 'The Law of Proximity', 'The Law of Similarity', 'The Law of Closure', 'The Law of Continuity', etc. And, through a logical, theoretical analysis, the relationships between such laws are found out. And the case examples of the uses of such laws in the 3D animation character designs and the situation in which such laws are applied to the things in the actual lives are analyzed. If it is intended to improve the formativeness of the 3D model forms, the rules of the simplicity, the safety, and the symmetry must be pursued according to the visual recognitions of the human beings. Because the actual objects are seen and touched, other than the visual pursuits by the human beings, the functionalities and the practicalities of the objects must be considered.

This study was conducted to develop a dietary life education textbook and teaching manual for creative activities of elementary school students in middle grade. First, we extracted dietary life related contents from textbooks for third and fourth grade and created systematization of contents involving educational objectives, goals, contents and activities. The development of textbook and teaching manual were based on systematization of contents. The textbook was composed of five major chapters, which were 'nutrition', 'cooking', 'environment and hygiene', 'food' and 'dietary culture'. Each major chapter having six to seven smaller chapters, adding up to a total of 34 smaller chapters. The textbook was in activity format so that can be readily and directly used in actual classes. The textbook had fun characters and various activities (particularly a lot of cooking activities) to deliver the main theme of each chapter. The teaching manual was composed of background, goal, teaching plan and teaching point. The smaller chapters had learning goal, teaching-learning resources, important points, teaching-learning process and reference material. In evaluation after operating the model school, the developed textbooks were suited for students' needs and cognitive level. This textbook can be utilized at creative activities consisting of ten to fifteen students.

본 연구의 목적은 수학 영재교육을 위한 프로그램 개발 및 교수-학습 자료 개발에 관련된 다양한 문헌들을 분석하여, 수학 분야에서 효율적인 영재교육을 위한 프로그램 및 교수-학습 자료 개발을 위한 바람직한 방향을 도출하고, 이러한 방향에 상응하는 수학 교수-학습 자료 개발의 예를 제시하는 것이다. 이를 위해, 본 연구에서는 한국교육개발원의 수학과 영재 교육과정 시안(중학교와 고등학교 수준), 한국교육개발원의 과학 영재교육을 위한 교육과정 개발 연구, 러시아 교육부의 수학 심화 선택 교육과정, 그리고 여러 전문가들의 수학 영재교육 프로그램을 분석하여, 이를 통해 수학 프로그램 및 교수-학습 자료 개발을 위한 유의미한 시사점을 제시하였다. 특히, 본 연구에서는 학습 과제의 체계화에 주목하여, 수학 영재교육을 위한 교수-학습 자료 개발의 예로 체계화된 학습 자료를 예시하였다.

Before introducing high speed train, train signal system was operated passively depending on a driver by signal lamp display. Now it is changing to onboard signaling system because of train speed increased(conventional track is 230km/h, high speed track is 380km/h), high speed. low speed freight train operation mixed, operation for high speed train in conventional track and dense operation. ie. ETCS(European Train Control System) Level 1 is introducing. Also, in case of high speed train, the train control system of France was introduced and has operated from 2004, now we have a difficulty for rising speed more than 300km/h because of commercial operation speed limited as 300km/h. Therefore, it need to establish the train control technique according to trackside surroundings and develope standard system like European ERTMS/ETCS, China CTCS(Chinese Train Control System), Japan D-ATC(Digital Automatic Train Control). In this paper, we derive the systematization method for Korea train technique by network-oriented, information-oriented, intelligence-oriented and combination-oriented corresponding train development direction. Proposed method has a merit to prevent cross by mixed operation with existing system and improvement after validity demonstration and system development and supply train system to meet user requirement in exporting.

본 연구에서는 지가관련업무를 보다 과학적이고 체계화하여 업무의 능률을 향상시키며, 신속 정확한 민원업무를 실현함으로써 대민 신뢰도를 증진시키고, 나아가 국가 토지정보의 종합적인 체계화에 기여할 수 있는 지가 정보시스템을 구축하고자 하였다. 구축된 시스템을 대상지역에 적용한 결과 지가정보의 정확 객관성을 유지하면서 효율적인 관리가 가능하였으며, 사용자에게 편리한 환경을 제공함으로써 전문 전산 지식이 없는 일반인도 손쉽게 이용할 수 있었다. 또한, 대상지의 속성 조회를 통하여 토지의 특성, 지목, 용도지역, 도시계획시설, 지가현황, 지가변동율 등에 대한 신속한 검색이 가능하였고, 사용연혁 조사를 통하여 지가변동율 및 소유자의 변동사항을 파악할 수 있었다.

기계기구의 설계나 개발시 개발제품의 표준화 및 양호한 호환성, 공작상 공기의 단축, 가격저하등의 장점을 갖는 계열화 설계기법으로 CAE에의한 방법을 소개했다. 특히 대형기기에서부터 초정밀 기기 등에 대한 설계나 개발시 표본모델을 선정하고 그로부터 물리적이고 기술적인 부분의 면밀한 분석을 통해서 고유한 특징을 추출하고 이에 대한 유추론적 수학의 해석으로서 추구하고자 하는 크게에 대한 특성 실험을 예측할 수 있고 최적 설계상의 데이터를 사전에 검증하므로 수요자가 요구하는 설계 표본을 이끌어 낼 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 설계자가 계산기를 이용한 계열화 설계에 있어서의 유추론적 알고리즘과 설계정수 및 제한요소들의 처리 방법을 제시하고 각종 임의의 계열화 기기에 대한 단계별 기능 및 기술적인 데이터의 유도 과정을 액츄에이터를 모델로 선정하여 분석했다.

2011년 사회복지사업법 개정, 2012년 사회복지사업법 시행규칙이 개정됨으로써 지역사회복지관의 기능이 사례관리기능, 서비스제공기능, 지역사회조직화기능의 3대 기능으로 재조정이 이루어졌다. 그에 따라 지역사회복지관은 2013년부터 지역사회복지관에 요구되는 기능과 역할, 그에 부합하는 사업 및 프로그램과 서비스, 조직체계를 정비하면서 지역사회복지의 핵심적 주체로서의 위상을 새롭게 정립해나가야 하는 과제를 안게 되었다. 그러나 현재 지역사회복지관이 본연의 기능을 수행하는데 있어서는 내외적 제약요인이 작용하고 있다. 외부적으로는 유사기관과의 경쟁, 사회환경의 변화에 따른 복지욕구의 다양화, 서비스네트워크 구축의 미흡, 민관파트너십의 부재 등이 있으며 내부적 제약요인으로는 지역사회조직화 역량의 부족, 프로그램 문제, 자원의 부족, 인력의 부족, 등이 자리잡고 있다. 이러한 제약요인들을 극복하면서 지역사회복지관이 지역주민의 삶의 질 향상을 위한 중추적 위상을 정립하기 위해서는 지역사회조직화사업에 복지관의 역량 집중, 지역사회복지 관련 인적 물적 자원네트워크 구축, 사회교육프로그램가 단순구호사업의 점진적인 축소, 주민조직의 육성 마을만들기의 바람직한 방향 제시, 지역주민 욕구조사에 토대한 프로그램 개발, 민관파트너십 형성노력 등이 요구된다.

The Four Tenets of Daesoon thought are the Creative conjunction of the virtues of Eum and Yang, the Harmonious union of divine beings and human beings, the Resolution of grievances for the mutual beneficence of all life and the Realization of the Dao in the world. This article compares the concepts of the "Creative conjunction of the virtues of Eum and Yang", the "Harmonious union of divine beings and human beings" and the "Resolution of grievances for the mutual beneficence of all life" with "EumYangDaeDaeRon", "ShinMyonKiDeok", the Theory of Mutual Giving Life / Mutual Destruction (SangSaeng/SangGeukRon) of the Book of Changes and analyzes their common and different points. The conclusion is that Daesoon thought and the philosophy of the Book of Changes share common fundamental standpoints. However, the Daesoon thought defines the world of SeonCheon (the state before the Heaven and Earth have been created) as Mutual Giving Life (SangSaeng), and the world of HuCheon (the state after the Heaven and Earth have been created) as Mutual Destruction (SangGeuk). According to Daesoon thought the Mutual Destruction (SangGeuk) is seen as negative, while according to the philosophy of the Book of Changes the Theory of Mutual Giving Live/Mutual Destruction (SangSaeng/SangGeukRon) is viewed as a positive relationship of EumYangDaeDae. This is a point of difference between the Daesoon thought and the philosophy of the Book of Changes. According to EumYangDaeDae relationship theory the contradictory "other" is viewed not as an enemy, but as a necessary element that assures one's existence. When Buddhism and Christianity first came to existence, they did not belong to a main stream. Later, through continuous theorization and systematization they became generally accepted religions. The case of Confucianism was not much different. During Song dynasty in China Buddhism has contributed to the systematization and establishment of Neo-Confucianism; in the middle of 20th century the Confucian scholars of Hong Kong and Taiwan interpreted and defined Confucianism a new in the light of Western philosophy. Thus the "Modern Neo-Confucianism" came to existence. That's why the history of Confucianism is also called "the history of advancing and developing a concept". From this point of view the critical acceptance of some elements of Confucian, Buddhist, Taoist etc. traditions, as well as modern philosophy, by Daesoon, in order to achieve the systematization of Daesoon thought, is a very important process. As a part of this process, this essay explains the Daesoon thought from the point of view of the Book of Changes, which may be said to present the original East-Asian view of the world. Daesoon's emphasis of human dignity, the equality of sexes, the critics the hierarchical society etc. are rather "modern" and should be examined from the point of view of social science. Besides, leaving the boundaries of "modern philosophy", the concepts of "Harmonious union of divine beings and human beings", viewing the universe as one organism etc. should be approached from the point of view of Post-Modernism.

A perfect evaluation for scientists and engineers is impossible unless the R&D process is fully explored. But the study in this area is being intencified, and consequently progress is being made. In this paper an evaluation method for scientists and engineers in project-oriented R&D organizations is developed. That is, a method that the evaluation for the job performance directly influences personnel management such as promotion, and the evaluation for their potential, characteristics influences indirectly. Further systematization of evaluation process, which is no less importatant than evaluation itself, is attempted.

By the research seen by examining plan which can improve at least systematization of a distribution sector, reform opening got into stride to Chinese distribution channel structure by improvement of a premodern Chinese circulation system and non-efficiency-structure. The competition means of the China distribution industry, the development direction, and the Chinese distribution channel strategy are received focusing on the 1990s, and it is going to show a way proposal.
