디지털자료 납본 보상금관리시스템에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Remuneration Management System for Legal Deposit of Digital Products)

  • 최근 디지털자료에 대한 납본 및 이용에 관한 관련 법률의 제.개정 및 시행 준비가 이루어지면서 이들 자료의 납본 체계 및 이용 보상에 대한 연구가 요구된다. 특히 우리나라는 도서관법 및 저작권법에 의거, 납본 및 이용에 따른 보상금 지급 제도를 시행중에 있으며, 디지털자료에 납본 관련 개정안에도 보상금 지급에 대한 내용이 포함되어 있기 때문에 이들 자료에 대한 보상금의 효율적인 관리 체계가 필요한 실정이다. 본 연구의 목적은 향후 디지털 자료의 납본 제도 시행에 따라 발생되는 납본 및 이용 보상금의 관리를 위한 보상금관리시스템 구축 방안을 제시하는 것이다.

  • 본 연구는 국내 재난유관기관에서 개별적으로 생산 관리되고 있는 재난안전정보의 통합관리 및 공동활용을 위한 재난안전정보 분류체계(안)을 제시하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 재난 유관기관이기 보유한 분류체계에 대한 현황 분석 결과를 바탕으로 초안을 작성하였고, 재난 전문가와의 심층면담 및 문헌정보학 전문가의 검토를 통해 최종안을 수립하였다. 개발된 분류체계는 7개의 패싯으로 구성된 패싯 분류체계로서 재난안전정보의 복합적인 특성을 표현하고 재난관리업무를 지원하는데 효과적일 것이다.

  • Cloud-computing is in the limelight with expectation for cost reduction, because it alleviates the burden of initial investment and maintenance cost and based on pay-as-you-use billing policy. However, many suppliers of Cloud-computing service are suggesting diverse and complicated billing policies without consideration for setting reasonable service billing policy and definite criteria of properties to determine service billing system. So companies willing to use Cloud-computing service are hard to understand the billing system and often spend more expensive cost than necessary. Therefore, this study invested billing system properties of four representative suppliers. Based on these properties of billing system, this study found priorities using AHP survey which conducted to experts who are able to make decisions for adopting Cloud-computing in the company using or willing to use Cloud-computing service. We expect that this study can suggest basic guideline for comparing and analyzing properties of Cloud-computing service with standardized and objective method.

  • The materials for transmission line construction were transported by road which opened in mountainous areas until the mid 1990s, However, from the mid 1990s, as social interest in the environment standard increases, a cable way and helicopter transport methods of construction have been applied to minimize damage to the environment and to build an environmental friendly system. The current cable way method is a single cable way system which has a lower section base to load materials into a carriage and carry them to the tower construction site by use of an engine and a main rope. Then the carriage lowers itself via a slope between the tower construction site and the lower section base. The single cable way system has the demerits of site acquisition for the lower section base, forest felling when installing the wire rope, and it is not applicable to a even topology Also it has to be installed separately at each tower site. Accordingly, to carry materials without forest felling and regardless of slope, the chain cable way system was developed to provide materials for more than two towers consecutively by use of an engine carriage and winch.

영산강 유역 도시지역의 비점오염원 배출특성에 관한 연구 (Study on the Discharge Characteristics of Non-point Pollutant Source in the Urban Area of the Youngsan-River Basin)

  • Discharge characteristics of non-point source pollutant and load amount of the discharge in the urban area were investigated in the Pungyeongjeong-stream basin and the Yongbong-stream basin in this present study. The land use of the studied basins were divided into paddy field, industrial complex area, combined sewage system, separate sewer system and point sources discharge. The descriptive statistics on the event mean concentrations (EMCs) of non-point pollutants by the the land use showed in the range of 4.43-32.28 mg/L for BOD and 8.27~56.17 mg/L for COD. The highest concentration was shown from the combined sewage system. The EMC of SS at the paddy field in the Pungyeongjeong-stream basin showed the highest range with the values ~ from 35.76 to 358.86 mg/L, which might have been influenced by a levee construction in the adjacent of the area. The relatively high concentration values of 4.43~32.28 mg/L and 1.617.13 mg/L emerged from TN and TP,respectively, at the discharge points of the both stream basins.

에코센터의 생태건축기술에 관한 연구 - 건축재료와 태양에너지활용시스템을 중심으로 - (A Study on the Eco-Tecnique of EcoCenter - Focused on the Building Material and Solar System -)

  • Ecological architecture enables people to recycle and reuse architectural resources within the category of ecosystem and also to minimize the effect on environment in a whole process, including architectural planning, usage and exhaustion to use sustainable energies. Rammed earth wall construction method utilized in EcoCenter located in Crystalwaters ecological village in Austrailia is a good example, which maximizes its advantages and also covers its limits to use soil and wood as structural resources. In a case of wood, they used non-treated timber to minimize environmental load and utilized used materials in openings. In the roofs, aluminum coated steel which is plated with zinc collects rain effectively even though it is not regenerable. Nontoxic finishes and insulation in floor and ceiling with used papers are able to minimize its environmental load. Solar energy system applied in EcoCenter enables them to market extra energy with electricity companies as well as support needs of its own buildings to utilize photovoltaic panel system with PV panels. Passive solar system is planned effectively in heating and cooling to apply regenerative walls in a use of rammed earth wall construction and natural ventilation systems through openings.

黃連-吳茱萸 藥對의 활용에 대한 고찰 (Clinical Use of Prescriptions Including Coptidis Rhizoma-Evodiae Fructus Pair)

  • Objectives : This study is intended to establish the areas of use of the major effects of Coptidis Rhizoma-Evodiae Fructus Pair in the Prescriptions. Methods : Prescriptions that include both Coptidis Rhizoma and Evodiae Fructus have been selected with the use of programs offered by http://www.koreantk.com, http://youl.net/data . This study compared and analyzed the main effects of the selected prescriptions. Results : Prescriptions that work on upper digestive system tend to have Coptidis Rhizoma to Evodiae Fructus ratio of 2:1~10:1, and Prescriptions that work on lower digestive system tend to have ratio of 1:1. When Coptidis Rhizoma takes up 50% or more of the total dose of the prescriptions, these prescriptions tend to have major effect on the upper digestive system, and when it takes less than 50%, these tend to have major effect on the lower digestive system on the contrary. Conclusions : The prescriptions based on Coptidis Rhizoma-Evodiae Fructus Pair have a tendency to treat digestive problems caused by mass of fever in Liver-system. On this basis, further studies are expected to unveil the effectiveness of these prescriptions on adult diseases.

표색계를 이용한 실용 색채배색 연구 (A study on the practical color schemes based ont the use of color systems)

  • 본 연구는 색채조화의 원리연구라기보다 우리 나라에서 채택한 표색 계를 이용한 실용적 색채배색 안을 제시하고 저 한다. 연구대상의 표색 계로는 먼셀 표색 계와 오스트발드 표색 계 그리고 미국의 ISCC-NBS 색명 법에 대하여 알아보았고, 색채조화 론에서는 오스트발드 색채조화 론과 쟈드 색채조화론 등을 통하여 색채조화의 일반적 원리를 정리하였다. 표색 계를 이용한 색채배색 방법으로는 우리 나라에서 색채교육용과 공업규격으로 채택하고 있는 먼셀 표색 계의 10색상환과 ISCC-NBS 색명 법을 사용하여 만든 색조 분류법을 이용하여 색채배색의 사례들을 제시하였다. 이 배색방법은 색채교육을 통하여 보다 쉽게 효율적으로 균형 잡힌 색채배색을 행하기 위한 것이다.

  • Open System 인증방식, Shared Key 인증방식, MAC 주소기 반 인증방식 등은 보안이 필요한 무선 LAM에서는 사용이 어려운 실정이다. 따라서 현재는 PKI를 적용한 802.1X 인증방법과, 사용자 인증에 PKI를 적용한 방법이 많이 연구되고 있다. 하지만 인증서 검증 프로토콜은 PKI초기부터 CRL이 라고 하는 인증서 폐기 목록을 사용하였는데 배포시점에 대한 문제는 여전히 존재한다. 이러한 문제점을 개선하기 위하여 본 논문에서는 CRL과 OCSP 서 버를 이용하지 않고 CA를 직접 이용하기 위하여 CVS를 적용시켰다. 또한 저속 저용량의 무선단말이 안전하고 빠르게 무선망에 접속 할 수 있도록 대리 인증서버를 이용하여 인증 절차를 간소화시키면서 공인 인증서를 이용한 상호인증이 가능한 시스템을 제안하였다.

  • The probabilistic production simulation of power system generally has been used to formulate a reasonable power production plan or generation planning. It integrates the convolution process of a generating unit's random outage(FOR) with equivalent load duration curve(ELDC), and provides the reliability indices of power system. This paper presents the reliability characteristics of power system reflected on demand side management and proposes the modified ELDC representation technique due to the high-efficient end-use diffusion among the customers. Load reductions are simulated from the multi-state deconvolution process with the saved capacity of end-use. Case study shows the computed reliability from the power system production simulation incorporated with DSM planning scheme.
