  • Today's firms are experiencing severe competition and lots of change under uncertainty of the future. In order to survive in rapidly changing environment, companies have steadily adopted information technology(IT) environment. The advancement of information technology allows people to access information and knowledge resources without the limitation of time and location through internet. Many organizations have developed their own information systems not only for internal efficiency but also for effectiveness of external customer services. This study is intended to provide a theoretical framework of information and knowledge and their relationship, that the infusion of powerful information networks into business environments is beginning to have a profound a significant difference of the nature between information satisfaction and accounting information system(AIS) in the business activity. This paper is to maximize the efficiency of university libraries human resources management by determining the followings the relationship between the level of information technology implement and the job satisfaction of the librarian, the main factors that affect job satisfaction. Questionnaire was sent to 120 companies from 20 corporations chosen by random sampling and the methods of ANOVA, T-test, and correlation analysis were used. The results of the analysis are as follows; 1) There is a unsignificant difference in the level of information satisfaction by accounting information system and the motivation factor according to the level of implementation of IT. 2) There is a relatively high in a significant difference in information satisfaction by the level of net income. 3) There is high a significant difference is shown in the accounting years while implementing the IT and information satisfaction.

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to examine the causal relationships among quality of hospital SCM (system quality, information quality, service quality), perceived usefulness, user satisfaction and logistics performance by hospital staff. Methods: A survey using a structured questionnaire was conducted with 276 hospital staff. Analysis of the data was with both SPSS Win 18.0 for descriptive statistics and AMOS 8.0 for the structural equation model. Results: The hypothetical model yielded Chi-square=8.121 (p=.087), df=4, $x^2$/df=2.030. GFI=.989, AGFI=.942, RMSEA=.066, NFI=.995, CFI=.997 TLI=.990 and showed good fit indices. Three dimensions of quality of SCM had significant direct effects on perceived usefulness. System and service of quality of SCM had significant direct effects on user satisfaction. Perceived usefulness had significant direct effects on user satisfaction. User satisfaction had significant direct effects on logistics performance. Conclusion: These results suggest that logistics performance can be enhanced by user satisfaction, user satisfaction can be enhanced by perceived usefulness, and perceived usefulness can be enhanced by quality of hospital SCM. Further study with various hospitals and various variables is necessary.

  • The purpose of this study is to call attention to the consensus of stakeholders of corporate e-Learning system for the sake of its success. We identified the critical success factors(contents, technical features, management, and organizational support) as major components of corporate e-Learning systems and questioned whether stakeholders' consensus on the importance of these components facilitates the successful implementation of these components. We also questioned whether the influence of these components on user satisfaction could be moderated by contextual factors. Based on empirical testing of 18 e-Learning user companies, we verified that the consensus of stakeholders regarding the importance of content, technological features, and organizational support has a positive influence on the perceived quality of these factors in their e-Learning systems, which in turn is positively related to user satisfaction. The learning subjects and learning style did significantly moderate the influences of these perceived qualities on user satisfaction.

  • The information content is determined by establishing the system range for each of the FRs and by determing the overlap between system range and the design range (i.e the designer-specified range). However, conventional information content doesn't include designer's intention sufficiently. In this paper, the satisfaction function is presented to embody designer's intention by calculating information contents. The satisfaction function is created in order to deal with the uncertanties involved in determining the design range and the system range in terms of a given physical parameter. So, the satisfaction function help designer to choose the optimal design among many proposed design.

  • Customer satisfaction is generally assumed to be a significant determinant of repeat sales, positive word-of-mouth, and customer loyalty. Therefore most companies in telecommunication industry have tried to satisfy customers with high quality at low price in Korea. Even though these efforts have been tried by companies, customers are not satisfied with discrepancy between their expectation and perceived quality. Moreover, the expectation has dynamic and variable characteristics in results from various effects such n technical progress, improved quality and promotions by companies, word-of-mouth, and so on, Therefore, there are not political leverages in assessing the quality and surveying customer satisfaction index in a point of time. As an initial attempt to tackle the questions listed above, this paper puts an effort to make a dynamic customer satisfaction model to understand customer satisfaction in variable situations by introducing 'systems thinking'.

Background: The study of a motor company's job rotation system has come to attention with enhancing productivity, preventing musculoskeletal disorders, and improving quality. Method: In this study, a survey was conducted to show job satisfaction rates according to job rotation systems. Also an investigation was done regarding industrial accidents and previous workers who are receiving treatment for musculoskeletal disorder over the last five years. Results: The job rotation system in this study has been carried out by voluntary decision of workers. Out of the job rotation types, the medium rotation complexity type had high job satisfaction whereas in a high or low rotation complexity type, which many workers prefer, led to less number of accidents and days of sick leave. Application: The results of this study are expected to be a fundamental data to job design.
